Went last year for my moms lease and worked with Sham. He was amazing! This year I went for my husbands lease but didn’t know Sham still worked there and based on the reviews, I went with Mike Ventura. I have no regrets. He was great since day 1. Asked all the questions and within minutes he showed me 3 vehicles that he thought my husband and I would like. He was very helpful and he’s very knowledgeable. I went there to buy my car after a lease. I called them up a week before to make an appointment. I was told it was only going to be about a half hour. I asked if there was anything I need to bring or could fill out to make the process go smoothly and made sure everything I needed to fill out online was done. When I got there they took me 15 min early. However, they tried to sell me a new car several times after stating over and over that I was only there to buy the car. After 20 minutes of that we waited over a half hour where nothing much happened. Eventually we met with finance and went over everything and it was Al good, that process took about 10 min. Then we went back to waiting, we finally got the papers to sign and were on our way. The “half hour easy process” took well over 2 1/2 hours and we had to cancel plans because of it. And this is with no issues, if there was a problem I have no idea how long it could take. Not a fun day, and no…it was not busy at all.
Nissan of Westbury provided my mother and myself excellent service. Our sales rep Chris L. was very patient and professional. He made the process very easy for her. He ensured my mother walked out fully satisfied and happy with her new vehicle. After such a wonderful experience I will ensure I recommend my friends and family to visit Nissan of Westbury.
I got my lease at this location a little less than 3 years ago and wanted to be loyal and return for my current lease. When I arrived I noticed it was under new management. I got the greatest salesmen ever, Gary. I was so hesitant at first but so glad I stuck with him he really took care of me and was so personable. I even loved the finance manager Maria! We had so much in common and she was so thorough with all of my paperwork. They even stayed late to make sure I was leaving in my car that day! My whole experience was amazing and I totally recommend everyone to get their next car from Gary and Maria and Nissan of Westbury!
I purchased my first used car at this dealer. I came in with a skeptical attitude, expecting aggressive sales tactics and a pushy attitude from the sales people. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The sales representative, Eric, was very helpful. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I also did not feel pressured to purchase a car, and at the end of the day I was happy with the price of the vehicle and what I was offered when I traded in my car.When it came to going over refinancing options, Maria was very through, and took the time to explain my options (and the best deal for me)! All in all, it was a long process, but worth it. I am looking forward to driving my Nissan Sentra!

I recently got a service done to my car. It was a factory call in. Nissan Westbury got me in ASAP and were very helpful with my car. The mechanics are great and the overall staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I forgot the ladies name at the front desk but she was super nice.
I wanted to take a minute to share my experience at Nissan of Westbury. I had been searching for a used car for the last six months with no luck. My wife and I walked into Nissan of Westbury on Saturday morning with no appointment and were promptly greeted by Eric who told us he would be happy to help us despite us not having an appointment. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us everything he had. He was courteous and helpful and answered all of our questions. We found a car we wanted and Christina, the used car manager came over and was completely transparent when it came to financing and then the last step was with Karan the Finance Manager, who worked to make sure he found financing to match the number we were comfortable with. Although we were there all day, never once did we get rushed or pressured to make a deal. It was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had.
I went to Nissan to buy my first car and as soon as I walked in William greeted my family and I and immediately began helping us. He was extremely patient and helpful as well as Omar he also helped us. They both made sure that everything was situated before we even left the lot. I went to a few Nissan dealerships over the past few weeks and they were all very unprofessional and doing their usual sales tactics - Ive been in sales for 5 years now and could see right through their BS. They had no intention of actually helping me.Mike at Nissan of Westbury was the complete opposite, and you could tell he really wanted to help me get the best deal possible. Very professional with his work. Def recommend this dealership, and working with him specifically. Give that man a raise!
Friendly and courteous service. A Customer Service Rep helped my son to pick out a car to his liking, a new 2023 black Nissan Kick in immaculate condition and process his paperwork accordingly! I highly recommend owning or leasing a vehicle at Nissan Dealership of Westbury.
Terrible experience. Spoke with Meghan in sales, who on multiple occasions assured both car availability and a offer match for a lease, both of which were not true when I came to the dealership, after a long commute. Would definitely not recommend this dealership by any means, because their word does not hold water.
Bought a used car and a custom edge warranty. The reason I got the warranty was because If I didnt use it I was supposed to receive a full refund. When the 36 months were up I contacted the dealer and was told that I was definitely entitled to refund and had to go to dealer and sign paperwork. After I singed I was told that I would receive a check in 4-6 weeks. Its been over a year and all I have gotten are excuse after excuse. I realized that this is a tactic their salesmen use to take your hard earned money. I will never do business with Nissan of Westbury again.
On February 7, 2022 my parents took out a nissan frontier 22. We got helped by Sebastian. I will say he was very polite & helpful. However he ended up doing everything wrong on the paperwork of this car. My parents specifically told him they didnt want the car on my mothers name. They wanted the car to be on my fathers name. Which they didnt do. & to top it off they told my parents that the car was one price when in the end the car ended up costing even more of what THEY had told my parents. I find it very unprofessional that they lied to my parents about the price of this car. They knew that this car was way more than of what they had told us.
My experience started over 40 days ago when I brought my Mazda in to be sold based on a Kelley blue book quote. I was interested in getting a rogue sport. The salesman Michael Vasquez was not exactly knowledgeable in anything I asked him and Julio the sales manager had to step in to help him negotiate the deal. I was told my rogue sport was on its way and left a $500 deposit for my vehicle which arrived on a Saturday and I was called by Michael to come get it which was just a few days later. Three hours after that I was told not to come because the MSO was missing. I was then told I’d have to wait a week or so at best to get my car. At that time I’d already turned in my Mazda and had no car. I had to beg for a loaner because of their mishap and it was just a mess from beginning to end I felt I was lied to many many times and the MSO for that car never came. Nelson finally stepped in after three weeks of waiting and being frustrated. There was also issues with them getting the paperwork from Chase auto to release the paperwork to release my money for the car they purchased. It seemed like there was one issue after another and finally after 33 days I was told to come in for a different car because of Nelson. I instructed them to have all the paperwork ready so I would not have to wait around and I felt something should go smoothly at one point or another. But that did not happen when I got to the dealership at 3 o’clock. No paperwork had been done and I was forced to wait around with my boyfriend and Michael’s attitude towards me was insulting and disrespectful and I will never deal with your dealership again ever
I recently sold car to dealership. Salesperson Brianna Caban was great. Unfortunately the finance department was terrible. Still awaiting payment for my vehicle going on 4 weeks. And dealer has the car for sale for past 2 weeks. How can you sell something you havent paid for yet!!update as of 4/13 Manager Nelson was able to assist me in getting check. We have agreed a lease price on Nissan Leaf for $347/month. They ran my credit and approved and I have waited 30 days for car to arrive. Today car has been arrived, and they have told me that price is changed to $405. This is a bait and switch scam. This dealership is total scam. I will sue them for these, and will let Nissan USA know the situation, but in the mean time stay away from this dealership, all is fake! I am sure there are many honest Nissan Dealers to work with, but not this one

We had a horrible experience with Nissan of Westbury.We recommend anybody to NOT go there because they are unprofessional, and their post sales service is the WORST in the world!Recently, they sold a vehicle to us with defective parts.They promised us that they carried out a 170 point pre-sale inspection on the car.They are ALL liars, they mislead customers, they do not honor their commitments, and they give false information about the vehicle.The sales team is even worse, because they do not entertain customer calls after selling the vehicle.Overall, I would give this dealership a rating of ZERO stars.
As a woman of 55 years old this is the first experience I have had leasing a car on my own, by myself. I can’t say enough about how happy and satisfied I am. Mike Ventura was exceptional explaining every detail and making me feel super comfortable. Karan was also wonderful with the financial part of it. Had a good car shopping experience. Happy I went here. They were very straight up with me about the money and didnt play games. After deciding to purchase the car (lease) they were really efficient in getting us out the door all paperwork signed sealed delivered and drove away after maybe 2 hours. Ive never got a car so fast!
Let’s start with this; DO NOT GO IN THERE. They are there to rob you. The manager wants to sell based on fear and intimidation. They’ll start with the highest number to trick you, and then they won’t even listen if you’re looking to save a buck. This is the typical car salesman experience. After this horrendous experience, I went to Nissa legend in Syosset, and bought a car within 1hr (great people and owesome professionals).
I purchased a brand new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder from Westbury Nissan. After searching everywhere in this market for the model and trim i came across this dealership and they had it in the showroom! I was met by sales associate Julio who provided top notch customer service and expertise on the car. I then was met by the sales manager Bilal and the General Manager Jeff who personally came over to make sure i was getting the right deal that works for me and we finalized the deal. A few moments later i went to the finance department and was greeted by Maria. She made the experience so easy and within minutes i was out of the dealership and driving home in my new ride! The whole process was effortless and smooth even with a trade in vehicle . I would recommend anyone in the tri state area to buy a car from WESTBURY NISSAN!
Mike Ventura was our salesman while we were looking to get into a new Sentra and he made our transition smooth and fun. He was very personable and understanding. Karan, our finance manager, also helped immensely and explained the terms of our deal wonderfully. Can’t wait to see them again in a few years!
I spent the Saturday before Easter purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle was not ready for delivery the same day. On the day that I was scheduled to pick up the car the sales person called to advise that the car did not pass inspection so, I could select another vehicle. I informed the sales person that the car had been previously inspected as if it had not been, we would not have been allowed to take it on a test drive. To date I have not received my $1000 deposit. The General manger was of no help. I wont do business with an organization that I can not trust. I subsequently found that they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Please see the attached inspection sticker.
My sales representative Shyam was outstanding and explained everything in full detail. He went above and beyond with the whole process even helped with connecting the Phone to the vehicle. The only thing that was inconvenient was the long process which was out of his control.
In the process of opening up a false advertising case against this dealership. The cars they are promoting on the site is non existing. They sent me to Volkswagen dealership saying the car is in stock there. When we arrived they said they have no officiating with that dealership. They are putting up fake cars with low pricing. MEGHAN THE SALES PERSON I HAVE RECORDED CONVERSATION WITH HER AND TRAVIS !!!
I had a very pleasant experience, specially with the attention and service provided by salesperson Mr. Shyamalan Manandar. Also I received prompt and dedicated attention from Mr. Karan Motwani. The place was clean and store manager Mr. Andre Guerrier. I will do business with them in the future.

I overall had the best experience at Nissan. I was welcomed like family by Sebastian and Omar. They were great salesmen. I came in searching for cars due to trouble with my previous car and luckily I had the right guys helping me. I needed a car as soon as possible and what did Sebastian and Omar do, they got the job done. Luckily for me, I walked out with a brand new car and now I can get to work consistently. This dealership is honestly a blessing! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles from the staff, the environment was welcoming and inviting. I was looking to buy out my leased vehicle, I went to a different Nissan dealership that tried to play me and charged three times more than what my payoff value was; the finance person at the other dealership was standoffish and didn’t want to answer any of my questions. So before I finalized anything I went to the Nissan of Westbury, and Diego (car salesman) explained all of my options giving me the pros and cons. While we waited he offered us snacks and never pressured me to get into another lease vehicle, but he was patience and knowledgeable. Maria in the finance department is an absolute angel, she got me an amazing deal and taught be a lot of things and showed me different payment options! All in all my experience here was AMAZING, if you want a dealership that is knowledgeable, hospitable, kind and willing to truly work with you; Nissan of Westbury is the place, they really do care about their customers!

Went here to buy out my lease after going to other dealers. Was treated by Jayson with great respect. Actually he was very eager to help with showing different options before buying out the lease. Willing to go the extra mile. Also dealt with Maria in finance who was very easy to deal with. Never forced me to buy anything extra. Worked with me on getting me to buy out lease. Made sure everything was transparent and explained everything in full. She was very professional and has customer first mentality.
I gave four star cause there is always room for improvement. Came in for routine oil change which wasn’t bad plus I didn’t have an appointment. I scheduled a follow up appointment for 11/23 for other issues with heater that another dealership didn’t resolve. My car is almost 100,000 miles routine maintenance. Not looking forward to hearing the cost of bill. But needed maintenance. They inquired about my car warranty with issues I explained. Good luck to me! Overall the customer service was good. My rep was interested in what I say about my and didn’t brush off my concerns.

I was shown a car that I was Interested in by an salesperson named Jason. Left a “deposit” of $200 and was given the reassurance that the car was going to be there for the next day since it was getting late, then I go the next day and he had me sitting for more than an hour just to come back and tell me that someone else had bought the car for more money. I reminded him of the deposit I left the previous day and now he was disclosing the fact that the dealership can override that deposit but I was not told that AT ALL the day before, even though I asked him several times to make sure that it was going to be there the next day or else I would get a refund, and I was met with “reassurance” that the reason for the $200 is so they can hold it for me when I get there to “avoid” anyone else from buying it. He also offered me a discount to get a different car from the dealership which is fine, but I wasn’t looking forward to that. Also he said to me that if I was willing to give more money than “the people who gave more than the asked price” they could consider it. Which makes me doubt If there was ever a third party involved because why would you deceive and give false hopes to the other party for more profit? I understand the best interests of a salesperson, however I’m truly disappointed with how this potential sale was dealt with from his part and how misleading he was with the information that he was conveying. Lastly, I did give two starts just because I got my deposit refunded, and I was given “a choice” to get a car from theirs for a discount, but I would truly recommend anyone to do your research and to truly consider if people like him or even the dealership itself have your best interests considered along with their best interests.
Happy with our purchase of 2021 Nissan Rogue.. Gary (salesman) and Jeff (GM) were very helpful on all aspects of the transaction .. Both were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great tutorila from Gary inside the car explaining all the dashboard features and technology. Maria in Finance was also very professional as she explained services offered but was not pushy. One drawback was the overall purchase was 4 hours long from start to finish which is just too long
I have purchased a number of cars in the past and Nissan of Westbury has by far been the best experience I’ve had. The facility is clean and welcoming, with energetic and engaging staff throughout. I was able to view, test drive and walk out with my new car. I was given a tour of the service facility and met with the staff there who were able to show me some of the features of and maintenance suggestions for the car. By far the most incredible part of the experience was the incredible saleswoman I had the pleasure of working with. Marta is hands down an amazing and kind hearted woman. She emanated with me in a professionally personal manner. She ensured I was aware of every step and process along the way. As I spent some time there in the process of the purchase I was able to see how she treated customers and no matter what someone was looking for or buying, everyone received the same energy and love. Julio was great, Christina the manager, and Maria in finance explained everything to me about my finance decision & the protections I should get because it was a preowned vehicle . The staff here is excellent! From the owner to the manager and everyone else I dealt with. Christina the sales manager was very helpful and found me an amazing sales person to work with, Sara. Sara was thorough and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was a busy day while I was there and she always communicated with me and was there to help. Im not oblivious to the reality that inventory is short and demand is high...thats not gonna last . That being said , I despise dishonesty . After questioning the sales rep 3 times regarding all fees , I filled out a credit app and shared my personal info . That led to a gruff call from the manager to tell me that there is a 5000 dollar market adjustment fee on top of the price . You think that little detail would be mentioned at the onset ? Avoid , you can do better .

This is the second car Ive leased from Westbury Nissan. Ive never been disappointed. I love my new Nissan Kicks. Everyone was friendly and the process was quick. Just got my 2021 Nissan Rogue SV. Julio was able to get me a cheaper deal for the Rogue than what was originally available and his customer service is top of the line. We had a lot of problems with the insurance but he was able to handle a lot of the problems for us. Definitely the guy to go to if you have any questions on getting a new Nissan. He even offered to fully tank up our other car due to the wait being so long the second day. Great guy!

I didn’t know where the service area was located so I called and I got an extremely nice person gentleman who gave directions to service site.When I got there I felt I could breath and the reception made me fee comfortable and was happy there was coffee.Yes recommend this site without hesitation.All staff interaction were courteous and professional and I also felt I was respected as a customer.Everyone was will to give an answer without hesitation.My experience was a good one at this service compared to others.Thanks Nissan Westbury Service SitePlease keep up the great professional service

I came into Nissan to return my lease a few months early. Marta assisted me and she was nothing but wonderful! She listened to me and we went through every detail about what I was looking for and what I was able to afford, etc. I sat with Maria to further discuss the financial portion and she was just as sweet. I walked out with a 2021 rouge not knowing what I wanted but with the help of Sara ( sales rep) and sales manager Christina who made me feel comfortable, I don’t regret buying in this tough market. The service rep, Frank, was great. He was very transparent and informative about my options, pricing, and scheduling. The service manager, Sean, was EXCELLENT! I had some concerns about service options and he was able to clear everything up and I ultimately decided to get more work done than I was planning. Went in to look at the BMW in center for $18,839 was told by the manager that this was a mistake it should of been $ 24,000Got offended when I told him in other words customer is always right.Its online posted like this ,even the salesman confirmed it and printed it and showed to us.Only thing I have to say is I always check carfax on cars before I go to dealer the VIN number are available when u look up online.This car has been sitting at this lot since September 2020Wouldnt you want to get rid off it!!!!!!This is my opinion.

I dont know what it is like to buy a car here (and never will, Im never giving them business again) but doing a simple transaction as a lease buyout was painful. This process could of been done in 30-45 minutes, it took almost 2.5 hours. The reps leave the room to never return. They will literally have you just sitting and waiting throughout the process with no explanation and the same person will never come back to you. Had I not asked to speak to a manager I would of been there a long time. We arent even going to talk about the fees they dont want to explain and try to put on as mandatory. This place is the stereo typical car dealership. You cant trust them

My husband and I went to Westbury Nissan yesterday and what a pleasure it was dealing with professionals. Both the sales person, Jason Valencia and the sales manager, Bila, were considerate of our needs and took into consideration our status. The consequences of this pandemic has hit us all so hard from both the sellers and buyers perspective. But they worked with us and met us in the middle and in the end they made their sell and my husband and I were thrilled with our new lease! Dont waste your time going to other Nissan locations, believe me, we know. We wasted an entire day going to others and one specific location was unprofessional and condescending. No need to name it, so long as you know that the Westbury location is the one to go to. In an hour and 20 mins, Jason Valencia got us where we needed to be and the manager sealed the deal! First time I walked out with happiness from a dealership, I spent around three 1/2 days searching for what fits me. The moment I step foot in this facility Marta Aires greeted me with open arms! Everyone was pleasant and was doing their best but before we came in to purchase I asked very specific questions regarding price and inventory. I was told specifically pricing and asked explicitly if these were accurate figures. Was told yes of course and then came in to find it wasn’t. Bait and switch tactics are completely unnecessary and honestly unprofessional. There were a few more minor issues regarding staff and efficiency but my main complaint is the tactics used
Stopped in the dealership to discuss my end of lease and was greeted by Sara who helped with the transition from the old lease to a new one and was above and beyond helpful, professional, and transparent in guiding me through the process. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. My lease is expiring and decided to buy it out. They tried to charge us $3,000 in fees in addition to the cost to buy it. They tell you it is listed in the lease agreement but it doesnt give you a number. Told us (arrogantly) that we can shop around but they have the lowest price. Well they didnt. South Shore Nissan got your business. I will say their service department was great to deal with.
After having a poor experience at another Nissan dealership (that Ive leased my 3 Nissans from over the years) it was time to part ways. Luis and Sean from the parts department at Nissan of Westbury helped me out big time and I told them if I stayed with Nissan for the 4th round I would come to back to them. Yesterday was that day. I was greeted by Marta who ended up being my sales associate. She was fabulous. She gave me a full tour of the vehicle I was interested in and then we spoke about prices. She was honest, patient, and most importantly I felt like she was there for me, not just to make a sale (unlike other dealerships). I was there with my young daughter and Marta also helped me entertain her while we worked out the deal. She spoke to Bilal, the sales manager, twice about pricing. The third time Bilal came out to speak to me. He was very personable and not pushy (unlike other sales managers Ive dealt with.) He said he was going to do everything in his power to get me the deal I wanted...and that was what he did! He made the deal happen. Then I was introduced to Karan in finance. He was also very personable and honest. All in all this was a great experience. I didnt feel pressured or hassled at all which is likely to happen at other dealerships. Thanks to Luis and Sean in service as well as Marta, Bilal and Karan in sales, I will definitely be back to Nissan of Westbury and I will recommend others to go as well.

The whole process was all in all not to bad. One major complaint I do have that it took entirely to long. It took roughly 4 hours to complete the whole process. Way to long for purchasing my leased Rogue.My salesperson, Shyam Manadhar was very nice and easy to deal with. I also have tell you that a $2,000 charge for helping me buy out my lease is absurd. Even after I was able to negotiate it down, that price is still ridiculous. Especially with Nissan already charging me $300
I did not give a 5 star because what was told to me over the phone changed when I got in front of the finance guy. I was told 12k per year on a Murano lease but they changed it to 10k when I went to sign the contract. I was going to walk away but I am planning on buying out the lease at the end so it didnt make a difference. I have to say it was not stressful as my previous car buying experiences at other dealers. They did honor the the price that was quoted over the phone. Finally I have to mention the pleasant experience with my salesman Tyler. No hassle and no pressure. I have another Nissan lease that will be coming to an end in a few months and I plan to give Tyler the first shot.

Julio was my sales rep and from the very beginning he went above and beyond my expectations. The whole experience was a breeze and my anxiety always flares up when I have to go to a dealership and this time it was In check because Julio was exceptional. Purchasing a new vehicle is one of my most dreded things to do. From not knowing if the sales man is ripping you off to getting into financing and all these fees popping up. Not this time. Shyam Manandhar our sales man was very professional and informative. Showed us every aspect of the Rogue and went over every feature and explained how everything worked. Im glad I went to Westbury Nissan. They were very professional and welcoming. Frank was our man from the beginning. He made everything easy to understand and he knows the business. My credit isnt exactly a 100% and I was afraid I was going to go away empty handed. But Frank came up with the perfect solution that me and my wife were thrilled with. Everybody was amazing down there in financing and insurance and I realize that theres other salespeople on the floor but, I still have to say- See Frank, hell take care of you.
I came here to get a vhecile after my car was totaled. I ended up getting a used vhecile which i never wanted to do as i never wanted the headache of potentially fixing multiple things. Kerman was my sales consultant and he was amazing. He helped we get an amazing vhecile for an amazing price even in this pandemic market. Nissan of westbury also gave 3 year 75,000 miles warranty on my vhecile which eased my mind with getting a used car. i recommend Nissan of Westbury and if you go Kerman will be your guy to see.
The service was good. When we drove in to service bay the porters did not say a word or greet you. Was not cheerful or friendly like other service places. Several service desk personnel was not friendly either where they did not greet you or ask if you needed help. I dealt with Frank and he was friendly plus professional. He took care of what the car needed to be serviced and he didn’t try to oversell to make money. The mechanic was professional and he knew what issues needed to be corrected and completed job satisfactorily. However, they made us wait 6 hours for a brake job. The mechanic said he had to take care of a oil change while he worked on my car first and then lunch time came around and I guess this added an extra 1.5 hours. I woke up early and came in at 7:30am and left around 1:30pm. They should complete the job and get everyone out as quickly as possible. The oil change job on another car should be completed by another mechanic and finish our brake job before taking a lunch brake. Plenty of time to eat when the job is completed. Also, they didn’t have loaner cars available when I ask. For a longer and expensive job they should give out loaners so people don’t have to coop up and wait around the facility with lots of people also waiting in lounge during Covid pandemic.
I spoke with a saleswoman over the phone who assured me multiple times that the vehicle I was looking for was on the lot for a specific lease rate. I even confirmed with her right before making the drive to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was told that the car was no longer available, they had no idea why the saleswoman told me that price, and that I was never going to find that lease deal. Basically this was a big waste of my time, and I was told completely false information over the phone. They tried to get me to look at other, more expensive cars once they got me into the shop. Really slimy business tactic, and they were not apologetic. Will not be recommending.
Nissan Westbury quotation is Where Customer come first Really....???????I have tried to contact lease return manager Gary regarding return my leased car for few days. He has never called me back. I have left him a message with some operator. Also I called his extension, I was unable to leave a voice mail. I just would like to return my lease car....I have also tried contact general manager of the Westbury Nissan - NO ANSWER!!Thank you Nissan Westbury for the worst business/ customer service ever!!!They will take care of you if you take car from them if not they don`t even want to talk to you!!!!!!!!!!!
My overall experience with this location is good. The employees are polite, it’s never overly crowded and the waiting room and restrooms are spotless and spacious. The downside is that labor and parts are very high. You can find competitive prices probably anywhere else if you go to a regular mechanic. They are willing to work with you, but even with discounts, you’re walking out paying much more than you would anywhere else.Side note: On my last visit I went in for air balancing and a tire rotation as part of a routine maintenance check. They pointed out that my lower control arm needed replacement and that my tire had worn down from it.Their cost for replacing the lower control arm alone cost more than replacing an entire assembly, but I proceeded. After work was completed I drove car home and parked it for the weekend. Two days later when I went to move the car that tire was completely flat.
Sean, the service manager, was very courteous and professional. I waited a reasonable amount of time (about 90 min) for my car to be serviced. The waiting area was a good size for social distancing and very comfortable. I would gladly bring my car to this location again.
My experience with the Nissan service was exceptional. I live in Brooklyn, NY and I only made the appointment due to a family member looking at car to purchase. While at the Nissan dealership, I asked about their maintenance service and was directed to their service center and I made an appointment. My service there was stress free and the service techs are amazing. I will definitely be returning for my 53,000 miles oil change.
I called to make an appointment for service, oil change, I asked how much, service receptionist said $40. I said that you have a promo of $20 off on your website, she said yes, just need to print it out and bring it w/ you. Next day was my appointment, went and the manager will not honor the promo. He said the oil price is already marked off, and the receptionist was wrong and not part of the service dept. This is a classic bait and switch!

Financial manager, Maria, said they couldnt give me my APR and my monthly on a Sunday and they didnt have the title for next few days.2. Was asked to leave a $5000 DEPOSIT (my down pmt) and come back when title arrives to then talk finances (weird they couldnt give me a interest rate/monthly, but gave them the benefit of the doubt )3. Came back Thur. (from the bronx) bc title arrived and they were rushing me to come in and make the purchase.4. Financial manager, MARIA, tells me I HAVE to buy the extended warranty w the car ($3000 additional) or they wont sell me the car. when we spoke multilple times before she said it was optional. DECEPTIVE.I asked for the APR% and monthyl w.o the warranty, and maria said shell have to bring in CRISTINE, the used car manager.5. CRISTINE says there was a miscommunication on their end and they cant sell me the car without adding $3,000 to the cost bc it comes with the 3rd party exteded warranty. FORCING ADDITIONAL FEES. COMPLETE SHAM!!!--> whatever money you negotiated down w the salesperson, they add when you talk w the finance manager
Nissan Titan owners or any Nissan at all beware.Horrible service. I will never go to this service station again. Took my 2019 Nissan Titan in because it felt very under powered and was making a load whooshing noise under the hood and all I got was the run around. They threw every excuse at me.First was: we had our best tech working on it and he said it was normal.Took the truck back and did an 80 mile trip and the truck sounds like a 747 taking off on a run way and my gas mileage dropped. So back I went. Dropped the truck off and EVEN told the person writing me up that I researched online and every information I pulled up was saying that the fan clutch needed to be replaced. I even spoon fed them the information!Got a phone call from them and voice mail said that they heard the noise and were opening up a case with Nissan. 2 days later I get a phone call saying to come pick up the truck.I get there and their excuse was:We had a tech that drives a titan and he said that the truck it working and driving how it should.So from a phone call that said we heard the noise and are opening up a case with Nissan to we had a tech that drives a titan and said its driving the way it should..Really Westbury, really ???I guess you are to busy selling cracked brake rotors that can break like I heard the other guy on the phone telling someone.You lost all my future business and anyone that I meet that has a Nissan. Ill make it a pont to let them know to avoid you.
I was looking at a couples used cars at many places and when I came across to the one at Nissan, it had just been traded in and was a little dirty, so I didn’t think anything but the price was perfect. I called them up, told them about my situation and the next day it was completely detailed, they worked with me on the price, and everyone there was extremely helpful. Only thing is the dealer fees that stop this from being 5 stars.
From reception, to online sales, to in-house sales rep, to management to finance; the purchase of my car with seamless and extremely pleasant. Never did I expect such amazing treatment ! As skeptical as I was initially, I was pleasantly surprised throughout the entire process which was well laid out in advance. I have purchased many online cars in my past, all to some level had some miscommunications in one form which frustrated me to no end, Nissan of Westbury was an exception. I highly recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle to stop in view selection view new & preowned - talk with the sales reps and you will know how it is to be treated fairly and with respect.
Havent gotten my license plate in 3 months. Every attempt made for updates are blatantly ignored. I did receive one response after making a BBB complaint stating sorry, were working on it. which unacceptable after waiting this long. Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place.

Nightmare experience getting an new automobile. The Salespersons were nice but inept. The finance person George A (needs retraining in customer service or should retire) was the most horrible person I’ve ever encountered. Fortunately, they do have people that work there that cares and saved my deal with Nissan of Westbury. Ironically, the manager and salesperson were let go afterwards and new manager came on to rectify the nonsense. I would recommend them even after this experience because they do have some really good staff left.
I bought my car on August 17, 2020 from Westbury of Nissan paid for extended warranty. Changed my mind the next day. Asked for my reimbursement for the warranty which I was entitled to according to contract. Made an appointment with Finance manager Joe. He kept me waiting for 3 hrs. When I finally saw Joe he made excuses after excise about why I couldn’t get my money back.I decided to have my lawyer write a letter requesting my reimbursement. Nissan never contacted me or my lawyer about this matter.I have not put all of what transpired in this review but I will say that my experience with Nissan of Westbury was horrible. Sales people and finance managers are liars. My family and I will not be patronizing Nissan of Westbury or any of the dealerships within the group.
I went into Nissan looking to trade my 2016 Maxima and purchase a 2018 infinity Q30…. The process was easy and stress free … Marte helped with the sale and Maria Olivo assisted in finance … Both were courteous and professional…. We had a bad experience at a different Nissan service department. We called the service department at Nissan of Westbury and immediately experienced a different experience. The service manager Sean, was professional and kind and assured us they would get to the root of the problem. Johan, the service center team member was polite and was aware of the problem. He kept in touch every step of the way and the problem was solved.
My experience with Nissan of Westbury was frustrating and very stressful to say the least. I was told that service on my car would take 3 hours and I would get a call once it was finished. The service center ended up closing for the day. I was not contacted to pick up my car. My house keys were attached with my car keys and left with the staff there. I was unfortunately locked out of my house & missed a day of work the next day due to this. I was transferred to countless people and did not receive any solution. I was told to come in the next day which was a Sunday after 12 noon and I would find personnel there. I was reassured that I would be able to pay my bill and that my car would be released to me. I got to the service center as discussed and it was yet again closed. It just so happened that 2 people came out of the building while I was standing outside. I explained the situation to them and I was told to wait since they had no idea of what was going on. After about 45 minutes of waiting. The woman came out and said I could come in to settle my bill and she would have my car returned to me. A huge relief but extremely frustrating, preventable and overall unprofessional.
This is a second Nissan dealer I visited for my 2021 Nissan Rouge SL. I visited a dealer twice and I did not like the rushing and pushing of the salesperson, so I search on line to located Nissan of Westbury. I met a saleperson named Shyam Manandhar. My Wife and I are looking for a particular model and color of our Rouge, however, there was not one in stocks. Mr. Manandhar presented to us a genuine attitude for not being able to provide us the perfect choice. I thank God, he is the right person and spent a lot of time to locate one for us, without allowing us to wait for it to be ordered. I felt like we just made a freind.... nope, a family member upon completion of the sales. He routinely follow-up with us on how the car goes, and we feel being cared and warmth. Thanks for his effort asnd treated us with sincerity and friendiness. The car is awesome, and it worth more than how much we paid.
Great customer service. I am glad I chose Westbury location to purchase my vehicle. Sales representative Donna Bruno was very professional, she took time to guide me through the process without feeling pressured. Thank you Donna! Your patience and expertise helped me pick the right vehicle.
If I could give 10 stars I would! Came in looking for a 2021 Sentra for my son. Was totally exhausted after going to 4 other dealerships and dealing with salesman over the phone from numerous others. Long story short, went in for Sentra and left the same day with a beautiful new Altima (AWD and all the bells and whistles) for the same price I was getting for a Sentra which cost almost 7k less! Cant say enough about the professionalism and helpfulness of our salesman Shyam and the sales manage Eric Martinez! Never felt pressured and my son couldnt be happier!!
The process took all day. I did not want to take out a loan I wanted to pay for the car in full with a debit card. We were told that we had to take out a loan Things are not right at this location. Then we were told we have to take a warranty When my partner said he did not wan the car then. That’s when they said ok. Other things followed too much to review. They are just not honest. There was money that was to be returned that did not happened i till weeks of calling. This is not a honest dealership if I did not have someone with me I would have been taken for a terrible ride.
Just an awful experience top to bottom. The finance guy said an 802 FICO was a tier 2 score which would lift our cost. He also didnt know how to use a computer. We waited for hours were asked to sign a blank contract l. were never told we werent going to get a title and would need dealer plates which meant another visit days later and more waiting. They booked our second visit appointment time before the employee we were meeting with starts. We get a car every 3 years and there is 0 chance any of them will from here again.The reply from the dealership here should be completely ignored. Since my original post i have received 2 additional monthly bills for the car I turned in and I have been asked to come back to the dealership 2 additional times to fill out paperwork. Honestly there are so many ways to buy a car online there is no reason anyone should even take a chance going back in. The reply is such a joke. Sorry you had a bad experience please call the person who gave you this bad experience.
A Nissan Maxima listed at ~21K, at the top of the KBB pricing list, with 2 Car-Fax accidents was quoted out to me at 28K with 7K in dealer fees. I expect that from the corner car dealer, not a registered Nissan dealer! The sales person told me all the fees are listed on their webpage. I could not find any fees when I looked. Wasted several hours!!!

2022-05-07Absolutely love this dealership. Saw a pre-owned Mercedes on the lot one day driving by, decided to stop in the next day expecting to be a long annoying process based off some reviews but they couldnt have been more wrong. I worked with Julio, Nelson, and Omar and they were amazing from the beginning. They gave me the keys to test drive within 5 minutes and went over the vehicle features in details during the test drive. Julio had no issues answering any of my questions, never once making me feel insecure of any possible stupid questions. I was on a monthly budget and Nelson made sure we worked out a deal that I was completely happy with (my corolla trade in helped a lot too of course). When in finance with Omar, he made sure I understood what I was signing for and all the coverage I would have once driving off the lot. Some reviews should not be trusted because I expected to have a semi bad experience but I can honestly say it was the complete opposite..... I have had my car for 3 weeks now and have had 0 issues with the vehicle and when I called Julio to ask some more questions on my newly purchased Mercedes, he answered my questions quickly and it felt like I was asking a family member for help. Will be coming back for my next vehicle in the next few years hopefully!! Great team... highly recommend going now since it has gone under new ownership!!

I left with a wonderful reliable Nissan Altima 2022 midnight edition.He helped me wit my insurance and explained all the features of my car. 2022-07-23Julio bergollo and Julio m were very helpful. I came in with the intention of buying my car off the lease. I then was asked just to test drive the new Rogue to see how many new features were on it. I told them I can’t go into debt with higher payments. Of course they came back with numbers that were high. I told them I couldn’t do it. I told them what I was willing to do and they made it happen. I was in Garden City Nissan twice. Everyone told me buy your car we can’t make your numbers work. Well They proved them wrong here.

2022-04-05An exceptional experience. I visited another car dealership before coming to Nissan Westbury and so glad I waited until I got to this one. Every step of the process was genuine and I felt I was being listened to. When coming to Nissan, I wanted something with a luxury feel, sporty, with all the safety features. Looking at the 2022 cars, I was in between the Nissan Altima and Rogue Sport and ended up going with the Nissan Altima (midnight edition) and so so happy I did. Its a beautiful car!For a large brand, everyone working there seemed like family! Julio (my sales associate), Omar, Nelson, Diego and Jeff (the GM) all worked together and made me feel comfortable leasing this car. These guys are really awesome, very professional and got me the best deal. Everything went so smoothly, I didnt have to worry about anything when I left. They guided me through the lease; took care of my license plate; registration; helped me with insurance; made sure the car was cleaned up/ready to go -- all within a short period of time so I could hit the road without any issues.Honestly the nicest/best staff and overall experience. 2022-03-02My experience here was a good one. This place has some really nice vehicles. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. The sales associates here are awesome. They are very professional and they do their best to work with you to get you the best deal.The associate that worked with me was Mike. He is an awesome guy. He listens to you, answer questions clearly, and explains the terms and conditions concerning the process of getting a new or pre-owned vehicle in a way that you would understand. I had no issues working with him. He guided me through every step and did his best to make the purchasing process go smoothly for me. This is definitely someone I would recommend.This dealership is really a great place to check out. It has a wide variety of good vehicles and a great team of sales associates waiting to work with you.

2022-03-02I went in for a trade appraisal and left with an Amazing PRO-4X. The staff were great and attentive. The salesperson, Mike, was awesome, assisted with every step of the purchase and got me a great deal on my trade. This is the third car purchased from this location. This dealership is by far the best Nissan dealership to deal with. I would buy again from this dealer in the future.
