There are a few CPAP shops in the area and I must have called every single one of them but there are several shops which were understocked. Fortunately, I found No Insurance Medical Supplies and they have the items that I need. I can make the most out of my shopping trip since everything that I need is in one place.
When I started my CPAP therapy, I would go through masks every now and then. I thought my mask was wearing out but it turns out the fit wasnt right. I went to No Insurance Medical Supplies to get fitted. I am now using my mask for a month and the fit is still very good. No leaking!
Company sent wrong CPAP machine. I requested return/replacement, which was cancelled 3 days later. I called and was sent to VM. Twice, I used the live chat feature to no avail. After hours, the chat allows you to send a message. I received my delivery on 9/13 and have heard nothing from No Insurance Medical Supplies, except for the return cancellation. Ive contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I ordered a Resmed Cpap and received it on Aug 4th. It was not the same model I ordered. But worse, the cord and plug is not for USA style electrical outlets. I called immediately. It is August 10th and I still dont have a way to plug this $599 piece of equipment in and use it. Ive noticed the bad reviews are from people who received the wrong things and never got it corrected.
The folks at No Insurance Medical Supply helped me diagnose the problem with my sleep apnea machine when no doctor could (nor could a doctor on staff at Staten Island University Hospital). It turns out the filter needed to be changed. Simple problem, but no one could diagnose it but these guys. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and I sometimes buy filters from them even though my insurance covers them. This is a great find!
I bought 2 Cpap machines from this shop, when they arrived i was in shock in the conditions they were in. The units were scratched on all surfaces, has strange liquids in the tubing and one of them even began to grow mold !!!!!!When attempting to return the items i was told that they can not accept any returns and refused to do anything.When i contacted the customer services department a gentleman named Alex Mar answered the phone in a rude demeanor, when i told him about the situation he began to call me a liar and said i have a lot of clients like you wanting to return items then hung up the phone.I have never experienced such horrible service when purchasing supplies, my recommendation is not to purchase anything that they have listed as Refurbished or Certified Used
The service that was provided to me was absolutely spectacular. The company employees are competent and efficient to the highest degree. They return there calls promptly and give your accurate and complete information and they do what they say they will do and then some. I was desperate to get my mother out of a local nursing home and was told at the last minute the insurance company would take 2 weeks to put her claim through for this machine. The nursing home would not loan us the one the insurance had been renting for her and they would not let me bring her home with out one. I had less than 24 hours to be in possession of a piece of medical equipment Long story short within 1 hour of closing time they finally received the prescription from the doctor for the machine. An wonderful person named Linnea had the machine set to the doctors specifications by the respiratory specialist packed and overnighted to me so I could bring my mother home the next day. I received it it works perfectly. Linnea truly went above and beyond for me and my mother and we are forever in her debt.
Did order size L but was shipped size M, unfortunately I did open the sealed bag before I realized it was the wrong size. Did try their customer service via chat and got confirmation theyll reship the right size, no more questions asked. Anyone can make a mistake so no problem, Im happy the company was honest enough to acknowledge issue was on their end and corrected it immediately. Most definitively will buy again from this company in the future.
I called No Insurance Medical Supplies and placed an order for an Oxygen Concentrator. I was told that they will send me an email with a tracking number. After a week, I called about my order and then informed the item was on back-order and they did not know when they would receive it. They did not disclose that the item was on back order when I originally placed my order with them. They need to be transparent and honest with their customers!
Don’t do it! It’s a scam. They sent me an email and link to a tracking number and charged my credit card but never actually shipped the item. Turns out the item was on back order but nobody informed me of that just charged my credit card. It was an item I needed desperately for my CPAP but nobody cares at this place.
Very poor customer service. They dont even want to talk or discuss anything further. Price gouging on their N95 masks. I found the exact same mask one third (1/3 or 33.333% if you can believe that!) of the price! When I tried to return them even BEFORE they were delivered, they refused. I asked if I could refuse the delivery so that it would get sent back to them, and they said no. They also try to gouge you through their refund policy as if the price on the mask was not enough. You will get it up where the sun dont shine with these people. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!r.
Beware of Bait and Switch. I ordered a new home oxygen concentrator the price $677 on March 3. It was supposed to take 3-5 days it took 12 days no problem, except when I opened it it was a refurbished unit with 28,000 hours on it, that is over 3 years of 24/7 use, hardly a new unit, I would have expected mine to be new in a manufacturers box with a owners manual and maybe 1-2 hours on it, instead this one was in a plastic bag inside a box filled with packing peanuts, the unit had scratches all over it. I packed it back up immediately, never even plugged it in or put the wheels on. If it had been the correct unit on time I could have saved the next months rental on my current unit of $137 oh well.I called the company and they told me I could not send the unit back because the Federal Government had restricted them from being able to take back any type of respiratory item at this time. When I asked them when I would be able to send it back they couldnt tell me when. So I asked if it could take up to a year? They answered that it might, all the time they would hold onto my money. (Of course by then it would be out of warranty and not eligible for credit even though it had not been used by me.) I was told that it is the same as new, that it is all new on the inside everything has been replaced, to which I am thinking to myself while I assume the sieve beds have been replaced and maybe the compressor that I really doubt that the switches, relays, piping and wiring had been replaced, they offered me back $288 the difference between the new and refurbished unit, and gave me no other choice. That was the only thing I could do to get some money back, but I still didnt want the refurbished one. They told me they would let me know when I could ship it back.A few days later I had more questions so I tried to call them and talk to a supervisor, I was told that one would call me later. Two days later they hadnt returned my call so I called back and got a answering service, and left a message with them no return call. The next week called again and got an answering machine no call returned, so by now they know my number and I am sure they have flagged my phone number for whatever reason not to call back. The next week I called my credit card company for help for the remaining $389.The credit card company went to battle for me but the company keeps blocking them from getting my money back from this company, they sent a letter to my cc company stating that they incorrectly sent a refurbished unit, right there they admitted wrong doing, and that I havent sent back the unit. I was told by my cc company to ship it back. The company will not pay shipping fees for returns. Is it my fault they shipped the wrong item? No but I have to pay for their mistake. So it cost $103 to ship it back that was the cheapest way to send it Fed Ex. Received by Alex. Now I am out $492 and dont even have the unit anymore. They have had the unit for 2 months now and still wont issue me a credit. For two months in April through June the price shot up to $877 for the same unit, hmmm wonder what that is all about. It has since returned to $677.I am still fighting this thing, its now 4 months Ive been dealing with this and called again 3 days ago, the answering service said they would call me back, HELLO Im still waiting, I wont give up but its kind of hard when they wont return any of your calls, and do all they can to keep your money even when they have the unit back. Its a shame that this company takes advantage of sick and elderly people on a fixed income, its just a disgrace.I have proof from FedEx stating that on May 12 not July it was signed for by Alex. HOW DARE YOU say I used it I never even pulled it out of the bag once I saw the hours on it. They are liars, I have also turned them into the BBB where they now have a rating of D- up from an F I have also reported them to the attorney general from both states, they dont respond that is why they have a low BBB rating. Nothing but predators who prey on sick and elderly people.
This Moldex 2600 Series Special Ops N95 Particulate Respirator Mask is of poor quality, is overpriced and you will get ripped off if you buy one. Conveniently for this company, they are not returnable. The elastic straps are too long and they can not be adjusted. As such, the mask will not stay stay.up on your nose but slides down to your mouth. There is no quality control as seen in the photo, so the straps are not in the same place on the masks. For $11 per mask (obviously gauging for this product), you should at least be able to get a quality product.The company is not helpful in anyway and I feel certain they are aware of this issue but. like many of these companies, is taking full advantage of this terrible pandemic situation to rip people off. So Sad!
Last time that I ordered, it took forever for me to receive my items and no one called. I had to call several times. I need to reorder now and honestly, based on my most recent experience with No Insurance Medical Supplies, Im shopping around for a different supplier to buy my items from.My first time ordering was great, 2nd time, not so much. They dropped the ball big time and we were even in a pandemic yet!!! This was earlier last year.
I am so pleased with the service and affordability of this company. When COVID19 came about it was extremely difficult to find the necessary PPE needed for work. I am a independent nurse contractor and have to provide my own equipment. I found this place and it was a miracle they had the stuff I needed. While everyone was so focused on hospital personnel, large companies getting their equipment they forgot the other people like myself who need things like this to help patients.Thanks No Insurance Medical for making things affordable and keeping shipping cost reasonable.I have now made 3 orders from your company and am very pleased with the products.💛💙💜💚❤😊
Do not order from this company, I did not receive the advertised item and was refused a refund. The item shown was a bipap mask with hooks not magnets, due to a pacemaker cant use the mask with magnets.This is not a company that cares about the customer! I spoke with 2 females that were rude and uncaring about a 85 year old needing proper mask and headgear.
My daughter ordered a nebulizer for me, as I needed on 3/10 and only email received was the invoice, Never kept informed on when was it to ship or anything if it wasent that she would call. She was given a tracking number and it stated it shipped and was to receive on Monday via Fed Ex Ground never arrived. So checking the tracking number given it stated it had been delivered to Texas ? My address is in Miami, Fl dont know how what happened since info is on shipping label and atleast on the invoice it does not say Texas. So now a claim was filed no machine and no money. she asked for it to be replaced and they are were not to pleasant with her and told her she has to wait about 7 days. All I wanted to see if it could be replaced and the answer was no have to wait for the claim not well handled customer service.
David took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions about the products to ensure I bought the correct item. He was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. I would recommend this website. My items were shipped quickly and are good quality.
My stationary Philips stopped working, fortunately I had a backup portable and called No Insurance Medical Supplies. - 1st class service (AGAIN) and purchased, and asked for a Respironics to be rush shipped. Janet, Colleen and another staff member took action and made it happen. This is not the first purchase that Ive made with them. They are efficient, polite and an outstanding company to do business with. Thank you all. You do make a difference in peoples lives.
I dont know what everyone is raving about. My doctor sent them the wrong insurance info and they refuse to bill the correct insurance company! True story,! They would rather sent me to the collections agency for $50 then take down the correct insurance information! Wont let me talk to the owners as well.-----See what i mean! look at their response! They wont bill the correct insurance agency and would rather mess up my credit then bill to the correct insurance agency! They claim collections agency is free for them, but to send the bill to the correct place costs money! I spoke to my doctor who is looking into this and if this doesnt resolve will never use them again. No one can believe this story!
Ordered a filter for my 02 machine along with a nose piece. My package was delivered to a MA address today.unfortunately I live in FL and was told it was USPS fault and there was nothing they could do to help. Now I have USPS saying they delivered to correct address. Now I’m out $10 and I’m without oxygen for another night .while I look for a alternative solution.
The worst experience ordering from this company. I cancelled my order less than 10 minutes after I placed it, they disregarded it and shipped it few days later. Didnt reply to any of my emails or chats. I submitted return, they cancelled it! They are scammers, and taking advantage during pandemic.

When I called to return it the person who answered the phone using the word : Medical, said it could not be returned without the original order number which she was not able to look up !!!!!!
Do not do business with this company. We purchased a home oxygen concentrator and less than 3 months later its quit working. Even with a warranty, we were told we have to pay to ship the machine back, rent a new one until ours has been serviced - and the time we would be without a machine coulld be up to 3 weeks. Completely unacceptable and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Ive never experienced such awful customer service.
I received masks N95 from them and they have unbearable chemical smell. I owned many masks of that kind from other sellers and there were never any smell. It may get people poisoned just to inhale the smell while wearing the mask. I dont think this product is genuine.
Product ordered on 8-5-19, was not shipped until I called on 8–14-19, received on 8-19-19, verified wrong item with customer rep-Rosti. Sent Rosti pictures and never heard back. Asked again on 8-26-19, no call back. Asked again on 9-3-19, Rosti said Coleen had been trying to reach me but no calls were on my phone, all of a sudden I had a call on my home phone. I was transferred around 3 times when Rosti said Colleen would call me back in 30 minutes, haven’t heard from anyone yet and today is 9-4-19. I’m ready for a refund and no more orders

Although there were some issues with shipping and getting the product out quickly, the owner of the company personally went above and beyond to get me the product. He was extremely apologetic and did everything in is power to make sure I was happy. I would definitely order from them again and would recommend this company.
I and my family research everything we do. That being said, this researching for a sleep apnea machine led me to No Insurance Medical Supplies of NJ on line so I called. I was fortunate enough to have Samantha Partners answer the call. From the start she had a smile in her voice and tripped over herself to be helpful. Knowing what I needed myself and what I wanted, I found her very qualified on all types of information. I never felt pressure to buy, she just answered and provided the information I asked for and any additional information I might not have known. This company was the most competitive priced on line of all the companies. I expect my machine to arrive in a few days and anticipate it to be everything I want at a great price. Knowing we can buy these machines most of the time instead of renting them, I called my ins co. to make that happen. I paid in full and the ins co. reimburses me 80%. Not only did I save the ins co. money my 20% was less too, as I bought much cheaper than the local provider. It was a little difficult and confusing over going to a local provider, but worth the effort and time to save money and get a machine I believe is better equipment. Samantha Partners was not only knowledgeable on the unit, but also on insurance matters and her delightful attitude made my choice of doing business here easy. If Samantha Partners is an example of this company or is this company, I highly recommend you give them your business.
I have been too many businesses here in America and today I have seen without any doubt one of the best friendliest places ever these owners and employees have so much respect and customer service I was very impressed not counting they know the business very well !!!! I owned a Veridian neutralizer of the exact same model I found on the No Insurance Medical Supplies website, that I purchased 3 years ago. It worked fantastically. It was quiet, and most of all fast to deliver a treatment. So when it wore out, and started to slow down dramatically, even turning off automatically in the middle of a treatment due to running the maximum amount of time allotted for a treatment, I decided to replace it. I liked the model so much initially that there was no question that I was going to just repurchase the same exact model I had, but new. I found the one on the No Insurance Medical Supplies site. It was the lowest price around, and the site stated that it was in stock and ready to ship; so I went for it. During my check out process the site stated that my item would be shipped within 1-5 business days. I was excited. The time in which I was supposed to receive my item passed and I had not gotten it yet; so I checked on the order. The site stated that my order was awaiting fulfillment. I tried to call the company several times, but each time I called there was only an automated voicemail box system that answered. I left a message never to be contacted back to resolve the issue. I had to go out of town for a family emergency, and decided to settle the matter with my credit card agency when I got home, but it slipped my mind due to the family issue. WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED THE PACKAGE IT WAS 1 MONTH AND 1 DAY AFTER I ORDERED THE ITEM!!! I opened it right away. Everything looked to be in order. The product was packaged in plastic like a new product would be, but when I used it for the first time it worked WORSE THAN THE 3 YEAR OLD MODEL I WAS REPLACING!!!!!!! I called the company again, and left another message, but again I was never contacted back to resolve my issue. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE, AND THE ENTIRE COMPANY! Customer service went above what I expected and responded back very quickly. I had a minor problem with product that was probably damaged during shipping, but whatever or whoever caused the issue they responded back very professionally and promptly and shipped me a replacement. To me customer service sales a company and their product or products. I will most definitely be a return customer
I am extremely impressed by No Insurance Medical Supplied, but especially by the kind, patient and supportive assistance by Rosti. I have never had to seek medical equipment before and Rosti guided me through the process, answering even the most silly questions. I cant say enough about the company or Rosti. It has truly given me peace of mind.
I am very please with the service that I received from this company. They are pleasant to deal with, prompt with their service and shipping. Our shipment was damaged in shipping and they sent a replacement within an hour after I sent a picture of the damage. I will use the again and tell others about them.
No Insurance Medical assisted our company with emergency oxygen for a patient when their unit failed. They delivered on Independence Day and got the unit to the patient in a timely matter and our patient was happy! Their customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend them!
This company is great. By far the best Cpap supply company I have ever dealt with. They are very knowledgable in all the different machines on the market as well as all the style different masks. They made the ordering processes very simply. I would highly recommend this site to everyone

So one morning i was in a rush and left my cpap mask on my bed, when i got home my dog had eaten the rubber part to my mask, I call No Insurance Medical Supplies they were very nice people and cause it was late in the day and they were closing they stayed open for me to get there to purchase the new mask.. thanks guys i appreciated it...
This is my first experience with renting battery for my simply go mini POC. My husband and I will be flying in a few days. I bumped in to this company googling of course. I was hesitant as I am not familiar with this company but I was desperate as I called 5 other companies with no luck. I usually look at the reviews of the company.. this time i did not as I was in a time crunch. When Jonathan picked up the my phone call, i believe he sensed urgency in my voice. First thing he said to me was I can help you .. dont worry.. even with that re assurance i was still worried .. hesitant. Worked out a rental for 6 batteries for 2 weeks.. this per Deltas requirement and FAA requirements based on my husbands needs of oxygen and flight time to Barcelona from Las Vegas. He told me he will be shipping it Tuesday. He said no need to worry as he is in charge of the shipping.Now, i am a control freak. My vacation depends on this shipment. Wasnt sure ifwe will make our trip to Barcelona. I did not start packing til yesterday ( Tuesday). Called mOnday and i probably was annoying verifying the shipment of my batteries. Tuesday he called me and said it has been shipped and it will be in las Vegas by Wednesday. Hooray.. theyre here. So anxious to come home and check them out. JONATHAN LUCHIN.. you are God sent to us. This company really saved my family, and I cant thank them enough. A family-member was traveling from out of town for a funeral within the family and he forgot the power cord for his CPAP machine, making him completely unable to sleep. It just so happened that the funeral was the day after Memorial Day, so all shipping services and medical supply companies were closed. I called and left messages with every place I could find, and No Insurance Medical Supplies called me back. I explained the situation and they did everything they could to help us out. They arranged a driver to go to their supply warehouse and open it up on a holiday in order to sell me what we desperately to make sure our family could all stay together. They were so courteous and helpful throughout the process and were committed to helping us out. If i could give fifteen stars, I would. Thank you, No Insurance Medical Supplies.
DO NOT ORDER HERE. Poor customer service, They will NOT accept returns. Cheep poor quality products. BUYER BEWARE...... Love the predicted corporate response listed below. Lesson learned, better off going with a reputable company that is will to work with customers. In addition, disclosure of ordered durable medical equipment by an individual violates HIPPA policy.... I did not request a return. Please try to listen to your customers.
I recently found myself in a situation with lost luggage which included a medical device needed every night. I reached someone at No Insurance Medical Supply after 5 pm desperate to get a replacement device into Manhattan by the time I went to sleep. They were incredibly responsive and kind and went extra lengths to help me out. I have never had a doctors office react that quickly, let alone a supplier receiving a last minute request. I highly recommend contacting them when you are in need.

As a person traveling with a 91 year old mother Sam was kind enough to give us a unit with extra batteries to get her home safe and sound on our trip. The case managers at the hospital were not able to supply us with a unit. That was after the fact that we had rented a home concentrator for our visit in NJ. We returned our portable unit, with the FED EX return label supplied by No Insurance Medical at no additional cost to us, just Fed Ex didnt keep the agreement. Unit showed up with a crack, and as kind and as profession as this company is, they will repair the unit, and deal with Fed Ex. I am so thankful that I found them on the internet. Believe me you will not be disappointed with the Customer Service or the products they supply. Thank you Sam, Tracy and the rest of the crew.
Great Customer Service. Called them by mistake thinking I was calling Amazon. You know there are certain things you just should not buy on Amazon. I love them but Jonathan at No Insurance Medical went out of his way to acomodate me. Was ordering a Cpap machine for my son from Amazon. Had many questions so I called them. Turned out I called the wrong # and Im glad I did. Jonathan answered all my questions about the machine, met Amazons price, instructed me to email the prescription Info right then and there. In 15 minutes the machine was ordered with free shipping and I was assured the machine would be set up by Respiratory techs to the exact prescription before being sent out. I had an exceptional experience ordering respiratory supplies for my husband, who suffers from Parkinsons. I worked with Samantha, who walked me through the portable oxygen concentrator models that were most appropriate for my husbands needs. She was incredibly patient. She knew I was also concerned about getting the equipment as soon as possible, and she personally oversaw packing and delivery. The pricing was also extremely competitive. And I know I can call on them at any time for help with the product. All of this means the world to me at a difficult time.

After having so many issues with my medical insurance and pulmonologist I had no options other than to purchase the equipment. No Insurance Medical gave me an affordable option. My experience with Noel and Mike at No Insurance Medical was a dream. My equipment arrived on time with all the accessories that were advertised on their website. Noel was extremely patient and a true pleasure to work with. I feel very comfortable that if I have any other questions I would not hesitate to call Noel or Mike.

This company was a godsend and Im so glad I found this website. My mom is on oxygen therapy and I contacted the company who maintains her machine to see about renting a smaller version. They only had 25 lbs and up machines and that even I could not handle. I knew she wasnt a candidate for Inogen (her pulmonologist said so). I contacted several medical sites before discovering this one and the representatives Tracy & Samantha were so helpful in handling the paperwork to insuring that her unit would arrive in time for the 4th of July holiday. There are many elders in my church that could use a company such as this and I will spread the word. When the opportunity arrives I plan to purchase a unit so my mom never feels she cant go beyond her cord again. Thanks again.
Hey! you need to read the FINE PRINT!nNO refunds On opened products, that means you cannot try your CPAP mask to see if it will work for you. This BS.Every reputable company-except probably this one!-in America, will let you try the mask and get a refund if it doesn’t work.this sucks. and they wont even SEND IT BACK TO YOU!!!they pitch it. 👿
AMAZING! Jonathan, Alex, Samantha and entire staff is so incredibly helpful. I bought a CPAP machine (Philips Dream Station 500) and because of my small face/nose it has been a struggle to find a mask that fits me. This Respiratory Equipment and Supply company is a very special place. They really care about their customers who are patients struggling to breathe. The owner Noel Estrada and his employees were extremely responsive to my 97 year old mother during her 6 month battle with severe pulmonary hypertension. He gave me his cell number and responded to texts at all hours of the night and weekendds for things I might need that Hospice was slow in providing like oxygen and portable oxygen concentrators. He even came to my mother in laws funeral. I am a former Nursing Vice-President of a hospital in New York City and have come upon many respiratory therapists and equipment companies. I give them 10 stars from the bottom of my heart. They were there from the long run even when it did not make business sense to be. We will always be in their debt for their care and service. 2022-06-27Very excited about the latest promotions offered by No Insurance Medical Supplies. We are able to get more my CPAP treatment. I was able to stock up on my favorite masks, tubes, and wipes. I appreaciate them more for being responsive to all sorts of questions that I have. Eric even gave me a good discount on the items that I stocked up on.

2022-07-11I got a nebulizer kit from No Insurance Medical Supplies and it was the easiest transaction that Ive had over the phone. They deliver quite fast and I was so pleased with the quality of the nebulizer and all the accessories I have purchased. If I ever need more supplies, I will definitely give them a call again.

2022-05-18They kept shipping me defective equipment and giving me the run around about replacing it. They refused to refund my money and kept putting me on hold. They even insinuated that I was using it improperly. I couldn’t even receive an answer about the warranty they told me had expired. They couldn’t tell me how long the warranty was. All Britany kept repeating was that it was out of warranty. She couldn’t or wouldn’t give me any manufacturer information and just kept repeating they would not be sending me another replacement. Do not waste your money. The do not stand by what they sell and will never give you a refund. Just pay the extra twenty dollars with someone more reputable. They initially saved me ten dollars but now I’m out of one hundred and ten dollars with nothing left to show for it.

2022-06-06Had to pay out of pocket for a new machine since my old one was recalled by Phillips. Ordered the Resmed Airsense 11 with no hassle and no need to get a stupid prescription. Great company and great costumer service. Prices are comparable with other companies and shipping and processing were super fast. From the day I ordered my machine to the day I received it was 3 days. NoInsurance medical gained a new life long costumer, the resmed airsense 11 is by far the best machine I have used as well. Overall a all around great experience.
