2022-03-08I was fine with the place up until tonight. I move out at the end of this month and was hounded by the security gate for not having the updated parking sticker. I’m not going to be here in three weeks, why should I get a new parking sticker? Definitely more hassle than it’s worth. I don’t think I’ll be moving into another community like this if I can help it.

2021-04-29Youll love it If you dont mind living next door to 4 adults and 4 cats in a one bedroom with doors slamming at all hours and them using 3 to 4 parking spots like the guy on Richmond in bldg 41.

2018-05-26Camco services, the property manager Glenn and the board for nob hill south is absolutely atrocious and seems to have a problem with it’s owners/renters that aren’t senior citizens or Caucasian. Camco, the board and the residents of nob hill south are racist, disrespectful, discriminatory and just straight up nasty. When you do have problem with the senior citizens/Caucasian owners/renters they do not uphold their rules for the property. But I’m Latino and every complaint against me that’s come from a senior citizen/Caucasian owner/renters has been followed through on and they’ve fined me immediately without any warning like they say they would do for all residents. Examples of complaints are music is too loud (even though my music was at acceptable volumes during only 12pm-4pm), dogs off leash (even though numerous causcasion residents had their dogs off leash), not using the dog walk area which is only 1 foot in width and goes the length of the parking lot, and double parking in spaces (which others have done). If you are looking to live in a good, peaceful, just community where they stand for equality for all residents no matter age or race then look else where! Camco run properties are poorly run, Basie according to age/race and not worth living on. BEWARE!You are much better off looking at and living in nob hill north much more diversity, very nice respectful residents and more space for dogs!

2019-04-09I used to live in Nob Hill south and loved living thereMy parents and cousin both currently live in Nob Hill North. I will give my opinions both as a former Resident, someone with family there now and as a RealtorPROS: Affordable home ownership on LIGreat location (near exit 58) close to airport, LIRR, Smith haven mall, pharmacies restaurants etcGenerally quietSouth side seems more updated but North side has poolCONS: Biggest con was with HOA. I had a client who was a veteran and had a VA loan. Nob Hill north HOATook a very long time to make a decision whether they would allow VA loan. Finally after a month they did what they needed to do but the VA needed one more change . So after two months, the HOA said nope, we arent doing any more. So my veteran client as well as homeowner both lost the deal. So in essence HOA very rigid. Not sure why they wouldn’t help a veteran to live thereParking can be rough on North side
