I walked into the store and a young lady at the front desk serviced me. She was very polite and very energetic. Helped me with choosing my cookies and ice cream. The young lady I overheard in the back was also very welcoming and energetic. The cookies were baked perfectly and were just amazing. My order was given to me in such a fashionable manner. I loved the service I was given and would definitely go back. I believe the girls said theyre names were Savannah and Natalia., I hope I spelled those correctly. Wonderful job girls I look forward to stopping in again. Phenomenal team work ladies.
Im pretty sure they use Davids Cookies. Not exactly upset, and I dont know why I was expecting homemade, but I was a tiny bit disappointed. Im not knocking anyone. Davids Cookies are great! I just had different expectations.Its a great concept, when its late and you want cookies but dont wanna bake, these guys are there for you!Bakery smelled great when we walked in. Team was friendly.It is like a little pop up, they share the space with another business, great idea, so the sign is in the window not on the building.Dont know if I would go back to have them at home again, but if I was hanging out downtown and had a craving for cookies, I might return.
Im shocked at all the negative reviews. This place is the best! I love ordering from here. Ive never had an issue with the quality or service. I know they get super busy sometimes but they are a small operation and somehow pull it off which blows my mind. Some people are just unsympathetic to how hard it is for small businesses let alone small businesses during covid. Thats a real shame. You can tell they really care about their customers.

I have tried several of the variety now, and my favorite is definitely snickerdoodle, but the ice cream sandwich (ice cream sandwiched between two chocolate chunk cookies) is an exceptional treat. The cookies are made to order and are best consumed warm. This place is right around the corner from my apartment and Im in big trouble. Not that it really matters though; they deliver!

I saw everything the store made, all the expenses for the store and how little you paid us… You couldn’t even give us the tips people were giving to US. It’s unethical to not disclose that to the customers so I did it for you. The cookies are actually frozen dough from David’s , I saw the boxes etc In the trash cans yet when I ordered a few times ago the short lady at the front told me the cookies were the stores dough . The store doesn’t have good customer service also the cookies are mediocre and USUALLY under or over cooked and ALWAYS late if your ordering for delivery . The workers look miserable and the environment felt so bad , Filled with tension from the man and lady working I left the store without ordering . Won’t be coming back here.
Have had multiple delivery orders arrive nearly 3 hours after the order was placed. Cookies arrive cold and hard, and ice cream arrives melted when showing up 2 hours late (they have a one hour delivery time). I love their sweets which is why I still give it 2 stars delivery is horrendous though.

Ordered for delivery, someone took my order. Nocturnal cookies had no problem refunding me my fresh cookies! Been ordering from them for a year, they have the best cookies in the city! The quality of the cookies is consistent. Wait time is a little long, but that’s due to freshness and it’s totally worth the wait!
We have order multiple times from the Albany site to fulfil the nursing staff sweet cravings during the night time. We actually placed and order last night with no issues. Tonight the nursing staff tried to place an order and we got a phone call that there is new management/policies. We are outside of the delivery range all of a sudden. Literally from one day to the next we are out of range. Mind you there is nothing on the website saying the delivery range is 15 minutes. Just bad business to change so abruptly without out any actual in writing policy change on their website. Very unfortunate. We will no longer be supporting this business.
Triple chocolate chunk is the best flavor to make the inner kid in you happy lol. Great process and very delicious as well as a very sweet and caring staff! will definitely order again!
Ordered variety pack for my son in college at the dorms. He said they are best tasting cookies, arrived hot and fresh and ON TIME. Order on their website, no issues with delivery being late at all. I dont use grub hub. It was an excellent first time experience and they do offer coupons for future orders.
Charged me $20 then declined my order and said i should expect a refund in 5 business days —edit: order was refunded through my bank within 2 hours. I wish the website was better
STILL WAITING....Ordered 2 boxes of cookies for a birthday, original delivery time was 55 minutes. I got a call about 40 minutes in saying the first batch didnt turn out well so they will be a little bit later. Another 40 minutes pass, no cookies. I called the place and was told they were on the way. Called another 30 minutes later and told she was on the way still and that, even though I ordered through their website, they couldnt control the drivers. Asked to speak with the manager, was not helpful, only saying I can cancel if I want. Honestly surprised they had decent reviews, would never ever order from here again. Total wait time so far for 12 cookies to be delivered 9 minutes away= 2 hours 10 minutes and counting....
Weirdest experience.. we placed an order 9/19 via grub hub, got a call at 12:46 saying our order was dropped at our porch. We went outside, no order anywhere so we chatted w/grubhub and advised it wasnt there, grubhub cancelled the order and refunded us. At 1:10, 14 min later, we got another call saying they accidentally called the wrong person and now they were delivering to us so we got our order, so I told grubhub we did receive the order and they said the refund would be on them and not nocturnal. We thought everything was good, I got a voicemail from the ASM at the albany location the next night(lastnight)who said they were denying our refund because the order was just late and asked me to call her back. I didnt know why grubhub charged back nocturnal so I tt grubhub again to verify that the business was not losing money since we did get our order there was just a mix up and they told me nocturnal did receive a credit for the order the following morning and assured me again, nocturnal was not losing anything on the order. I called back the ASM tonight and the convo was just ..kind of bizarre.. she just kept saying they cant refund it and I kept trying to tell her that I wasnt asking for 1? She also didnt remember leaving me a vm at first and didnt know why I was calling back? 👀 it was just awkward.i dont think the driver thoroughly explained what happened to her cuz she kept bringing up the eta delivery time which doesnt matter when someone is calling you telling your food is there..also the 4 milks we got in the order were 2 days expired.. 9/17. Idk.. knowing how weird that was.. I dont know if I really want to order from there again, it seems like communication is lacking and Ive worked in uppermgmt for 7 yrs.. I would not have handled it this way at all..

I had a late night craving and was shocked to find a place that would deliver cookies and ice cream at midnight. But what a treat! The cookies were still warm and were, honestly, some of the best I have ever had! I had some vanilla ice cream on the side and that was outstanding as well. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
Nocturnal Cookies has great treats but not so great service. A friend and I yesterday, went to the physical location to order and nobody was there. The establishment was supposed to close at 3pm but by 2:30 pm they were closed. We checked online to see if they were open so we wouldnt be wasting our time, which we ended up doing anyway. Tonight, my friend and I decided to order online. They only had strawberry and chocolate ice cream, which neither of us wanted but we were willing to try because we enjoy what they have to offer. So, unfortunately after placing the order and paying for it, we received a call that the cookies I selected were not available. Which, online said they were. After already paying my money, a call was made, instead of just having their website updated. This is the second time I have been disappointed by Nocturnal Cookies. I have to wait two business days now to be refunded and It is Saturday. I used to order from here often but now I may just take my business elsewhere. I am very unsatisfied.
Ordered at 9:17pm from grub hub and the estimated time of delivery was 10:20pm. At 10:36pm, I still did not receive my order, so I called. Whoever picked up the phone told me they’re “short staffed,” and my order had been confirmed, and should arrive in about 20 minutes. It’s now 11:07pm. Still no delivery.... I called again and cancelled the order completely. So much for trying cookies.. be cautious if you want to order from here..... Almost 2 hours after waiting for my order, it wasn’t worthwhile to me.
This is such a great idea! The cookies arrive fresh and warm and on top of that, theyre actually really good! I get the vegan chocolate chip now after trying each kind of chocolate chip they offer and finding that they are all equally good!! The vegan chocolate chip are my absolute favorite from them! The wait is a little long (usually an hour) but absolutely worth it! The hours make this so great for SO many reasons! For me, those hard to bare cravings hit late at night and this has been a life saver for me lol.
I have never written a review before, but I had to write one for this place. This is the most awesome service ever. Most late night options for delivery are pizza and Chinese food. Now you can order something sweet! The cookies arent sitting around like most cookie shops. They are fresh baked from the oven when you order them and delivered to your door still warm and delicious!
Totally shady business- overpriced frozen cookies (clearly not homemade). I live a block away from this business. You cannot buy cookies from the window (theres no door??). You must order them online and they add a tip! Anyone who tips the driver is double tipping. Other reviews seem over-excited by the cookies- theyre nothing special. Ten dollars for 6 cookies, seriously?
I stumbled across this business months ago at its old location and instantly fell in love with the selection of cookies, the owners always positive and helpful attitude, and the business model on the whole. What a great idea. I dont want to mess, the hassle, or the time associated with making cookies myself but I dont have to! Theyll deliver them to me hot and fresh out of the oven and theyve even got the little milk containers you used to get with your lunch at school!!
Delicious cookies made to order. The texture was perfect and they came right out of the oven nice and hot. Because theyre made to order it takes like 15 minutes if youre in the store, but worth the wait. Extremely polite and friendly service too.
This place has great cookies, blondies, brownies, and ice cream... and they can be delivered!! Its a great spot for the late night sweet tooth. The cookies are fresh baked to order (takes ~10 minutes) so theyre still nice and warm when you get them. If you decide to pick your order up, the bakery can be a little hard to find as the only sign is in the window...but dont let that stop you! This place is a diamond in the rough, and the food is great whether youre taking a study break or winding down after a night out.
Ive heard so many good things about this place, so I had to give it a try. I ordered the midnight snacker and a pint of ice cream. The white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are to die for, and the cookies and cream ice cream is heavenly! The cookies arrived warm and the ice cream was still frozen. I dont know how they do it, but this place is dynamite. It was beyond delicious! What a way to enjoy a Friday night binge session.
My friends and I were watching movies and discussing how we all wanted cookies. My girlfriend on a whim googled cookie delivery, knowing of such things existing near some major colleges. Low and behold we have such a service here and they delivered to where we were. Within moments wed pooled our money and a 24 count box of cookies was ordered. Including gluten free cookies for our GF friend. These cookies arrived still warm. They were delicious, all of them including the gluten free snickerdoodle were amazing. Is it cheap? No, but youre having someone else deal with the mess and hassle of baking cookies and then delivering them to you. Worth every penny.

Hot cookies right from the oven, cold milk, and pints of ice cream on the off chance youve got a larger craving.This was a suggested when searching the area for dessert. Inexpensive, the owner was at the counter, and the cookies were hot and delicious.Id add a picture but they didnt last that long.
Ordered cookies at 8:30pmThey gave us a estimated time delivery which was 8:45-9:15 pm . They called us an notified us that our order will be 15mins late .which is around 9:30ish here it is 10:30 , we call and the young woman Rudely says “I can’t control the drivers” I’ve worked at Pizza Hut for quite some time and when we want to find our drivers we simply DISPATCH, ITS the customers right to KNOW ! Little place with made to order fresh baked cookies. If youre in a rush I would recommend calling ahead or ordering online as they do take 15 to 20 minutes to bake. Simple but tasty. Good for the late night sweet tooth.

Disappointed, actually. My friend told me about this place. I understand they were busy on a friday night, but they mixed up my order with someone elses. Aside from waiting over 1 hr for the delivery, I got cookies that I didnt even order (poor selection too). Plus they forgot to deliver my milk (1 pint= $2.50). I was hoping for a more chewy and warm cookie. Instead, the cookie felt a bit hard. I couldve made the cookies myself, at home.Staff was very apologetic about not delivering the milk. They called me back and reassured to me that they gave me a refund. They even offered free pint of milk on my next delivery order.
The cookies are freshly baked and they are deliver to your home warm. The delivery time is over 1 hour. They have a variety of cookies from M&M cookies to Macadamia cookies. Never disappoint.
These are advertised as fresh cookies. But I am pretty sure they are being delivered there frozen from a large distributor from what I have seen, and then just put in the oven to cook. Is that correct? Could owner post a response to this to answer? I thought you could only use fresh if an items was never frozen.

The prices are absurd! We waited 37 minutes for 2 cookies that were so small and priced $1.60 (for one cookie)😡 and some ice cream! They ran out of 3 flavors...but we got there at 7pm exactly when they opened. We were sad because it actually a good concept just terrible execution! #neveragain
Came here around 9pm after searching for a dessert place. In a city that shuts down at 11pm, this place is a godsend. Had to wait for about 20 minutes because they were really busy. They were out of some items but explained that they had a catered event earlier in the day that wiped them out. I got to speak with the owner and she said the bulk of their business is delivery, so if you decide to come in and pickup, be prepared to wait. If you dont want to wait, its better to call ahead. If you do have to wait, its totally worth it!!

Terrible service I ordered online for the Schenectady location for pick up and my order got sent to Albany, called the Albany location about my order and was told it was my fault when on their website there’s no option to select which store to complete the order and instead of them just making my order in Schenectady they told me there’s nothing they can do after charging me smh bad business will never order from here again
This is going to sound strange but I actually tried this place because of the few (and theres only a few) negative reviews. When businesses run out of things, thats a sign to me that they must be good. Im glad I trusted my gut and checked them out. Not only are the cookies delicious, but the staff are super friendly and what a great idea! Ill be a regular here for sure!

2022-02-13I’ve order several times now from the Schenectady location and everything arrives exactly as it should. The cookies are warm and delicious and their ice cream is some of the best I have had in a long time. Very happy every time I order. Pics from tonight.

2021-11-04The place is cute. They use the front of another restaurant/cafe during their business hours. The cookies are baked to order and take about 20 minutes or so. I had to go back because they forgot an item. They were very tasty, although some of mine were a little crisper than Id prefer. Definitely will be returning, though.

2022-03-05Amazingly good cookies. They were soft, hearty, and delicious. I had the M& M cookies, the snickerdoodle, the sugar, and the chocolate smores cookies. Simply delightful. The staff was patient, attentive and helpful. This is definitely the place to go when you need a evening or late night sweet treat. They are affordable. Definitely a good company.

2022-01-31First time ordering from here and it was amazing! I dont know how they do what they do, but it cant be easy. The cookies arrived warm and soft and they were delicious! I ate 3 right away because I couldnt help it. I see some of these negatvie reviews and yall need to cut them some slack. We all know theres a labor shortage, supply shortage and businesses are struggling to stay afloat because of covid. Instead of hurting bussinesses with negative reviews, why not call them to give them a chance to make it right and if they dont, then leave a negative review.

2022-03-24I have ordered numerous times from this place and always had an amazing experience. Last night I ordered almost $50 worth of food and realized that about $10 worth was never delivered. So when I called to let them know hoping to possibly get a credit, the girl, Natalia, on the phone taking my information down was so incredibly rude. At first I had trouble figuring out what my order number was and when I asked her where I could find it she was little to no help. Once I was able to find it I told her the # and proceeded to explain what was missing from my order. Before I could finish She told me she already knew what I ordered and I didnt need to tell her. I explained that I was trying to tell her which part of my order was missing but again she cut me off and said that it didnt matter with an attitude. I asked her what her name was and at first she would not give it to me. Straight up told me she does not care that shes being rude or what was missing from my order. After dealing with such unnecessary attitude and disrespect I will never waste my time or money at that place again

2022-01-30Last night I placed an order, starting at 9pm, for my daughter and I. Nocturnal Cookies recommended using foodbooking on their web site to place the order, so I did. The order went through around 9:20 pm. The delivery promise was 80 minutes, or 10:40 eta.At 10:54 I received a call from the shop saying that they were running late and boosted my cookie order by 50% (thats the reason for the second star)At 12:03 I called back to see where the order was. I was advised that they would be there any minute, but I should have ordered through door dash or grub hub rather than depend on Nocturnal Cookies staffing.My daughter went to bed.At 12:45 I got a call from the delivery driver to let me know my order had arrived. They had. There were extra cookies, but they were cold, and the pint of ice cream was melted.NC is in the business of meeting late night cravings. The cookies are usually fresh and delicious. They are baked fresh, and delivery is commensurate, but 3 hours is too much. If they know they are short staffed, THEY should call doordash or GrubHub to fill in for their staffing issues, not tell me that I should have used an alternate service.Its all about service. Last night, Nocturnal Cookies didnt deliver.

On our last night we decided to get cookies...Friends, let me tell you how the mood changed after one bite of the warm goodness of these cookies!!! Why couldnt we done this sooner?Alas, now our cookie supplies are dwindling, tribes are forming and i fear this may disolve into a lord of the flies situation.The bells of war ring now. TO ARMS!!! 2022-01-26Never received my order. Called to see what was going on and was told my order was delivered 30 minutes ago. I was outside the entire time. The employee then told me she called to tell me it was delivered and that someone else answeredand it must have been the wrong number. Funny because she knew exactly what order my number was linked to. My phone number was on the order. She refuses to give me a refund even though my order was never received. This is ridiculous, sketchy and terrible business

2021-12-06I love their cookies but last time I ordered for delivery, it took 90 minutes to arrive, which I would have been totally okay with. However, the cookies were completely burnt and I could hardly stomach one. It was so disappointing.
