Ms. Noh is an experienced hair designer who is fast and efficient. She cut my hair just the way I wanted and I was in and out happy.UPDATED: We came back again this time to get our hair colored. My daughter wanted wine color and it came out beautifully. She was ecstatic! Highly recommend.
