Im really frustrated. Noho, I often love your food, but your delivery experience is extremely inconsistent. Last week I got the lasagne, which comes with garlic bread. They were *great.* Great enough I decided to order it again tonight after a crummy day. Tonights lasagne seemed to have ridden on its side on the way over, was only 2/3 the size of the portion I got last week, and this time was mostly sauce. Also, they forgot my garlic bread.I know this is a tough time for restaurants, and Im a pretty chill guest. Stuff happens. This isnt the first time this has happened, but it might be my last ordering. Last time there was a problem I called and they sent the missing entree from my order, but made it feel like I was imposing on them. This time I was too tired and hungry to try and wrangle a fix and wait another hour for it.
The driver was late never called and left my pizza on the ground in dirt and mud. Yes raining outside..Like a coward he ran and sped off?? After speaking to the manager (Adam) no apology rendered and hung up on. People are truly losing their mind, dont order nothing from this place. Disgusting
Since Ive lived in Albany, Noho Pizza had been a necessary staple. I love its location: Center Square, right on Lark St. Their specialty slices are unmatched and very reasonably priced. The workers are incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. I love this place. If youre looking for pizza, this is the place to go.
I absolutely love Noho pizza when I walk in they know what Ill order and it is always fresh, hot and delicious. The staff is very friendly, genuine & hard working to give you the best service. You can tell they make a great team while maintaining an up beat work environment by enjoying themselves
I accidentally came to this store to buy a Calzone. Then when I realize the owner was extremely nice and gave me more than what I had paid for. I tried not accepting the extra change but he insisted. I didn’t end up eating at this location- but I’m giving this restaurant and the owner a 5 stars because he was an amazing guy and had great customer service.
Staff is always friendly, nice variety of slices but the basics are a little lacking in terms of cheese and crust. Recently had a couple cheeses slice that werent quite what I was looking for. Not enough cheese with whole uncovered sections, small, and seemed like they had been sitting for a bit.
In town on business. Ate lunch here today. Small inside seating so maybe 14 but the pizza was good,. Nice thin crispy crust. We chose some premade slices. Drinks are only coke product bottled in a cooler. Garlic knots are 6 for $2. They looked good but stayed with just pizza.
One part of my order was an Italian mix sub. The order was done online. It was kept updated with estimated pickup time and all, no issues. We walked up and were able to pick our order on time and hassle free.Upon arriving home, I was able to start to eat my Italian mix sub, however, I took the first bite and something seemed off. I opened the Italian mix sub to find provolone, regular ham, small pepperoni, and what I thought was bologna. Correct cheese, close enough capicola, and nothing wrong with the pepperoni, but the bologna confused me. I double checked the online menu with no mention of the actual meats contained in an Italian mix sub. Then, I called the restaurant and asked what meats were included in the Italian mix sub. I was told that the sub included provolone, ham, pepperoni, and salami. At this time, I asked if they were sure it was salami, as I thought it was bologna. The person on the phone told me to hold while they asked the person who made the sub. I was greeted with the answer that it was in fact salami. My next question was what type of salami is it? It doesnt seem like genoa to me. The person on the phone said they would go check the label of the salami that was served to me. He then told me that it was in fact bologna. At this point, I let him know that I would return to the restaurant. Upon arrival I gave the sub back and confirmed it was bologna. I was offered a new sub, or a refund, but that they did not have salami for a Italian mix.If you know what a BLT is, you know bacon, lettuce, and tomato are the ingredients. The Italian mix I feel is the same thing; if you go to Jersey Mikes, Subway, Mr. Subb, or any of the numerous other places I have ever ordered an Italian Mix from, an Italian mix sub is provolone, pepperoni, capicola (ham sometimes), and salami. Never have I found bologna on an Italian mix sub.The customer service was great, albeit misinformed; upbeat, polite, and responsive. They seemed to care and want to do right. But sadly were not able to deliver.
Not sure how to put this but... The Food is great ! They definitely know how to make a pizza for sure !! However... There service is absolutely Terrible !! Beyond Rude and snobby, they need to take lessons on how to speak to people and be polite cause if it wasnt for there great pizza i would never call them ever again... Makes my blood pressure rise being spoken down to like im dirt.
I ordered the deep dish pizza with extra cheese, chicken, and bacon. It was barely above the average pizza hut. Could hardly tell the pizza actually had extra cheese, the chicken was obviously frozen chicken tenders they just cut up, and the bacon (the only good topping) was used very sparingly. Also, staying at a hotel, I asked for plates and a few things for the pizza. I was met by a rude delivery driver who didnt have a thing besides the pizza, including the receipt. And he had the nerve to ask if I had cash for a tip, even though I had already tipped on the card. The bacon is the only reason this place is even getting two stars. I would suggest going somewhere else.
These people love to get over on you. They messed up my order was very rude when I called back and ask to speak to the manager they said he wasnt there ... I ask for there address they gave me the wrong address ... I looked it up on google for the right one called them back to confront them about the lies and he said they have two locations 195 central and 195 lark smh which was a lie then told me if I called back they will call the police. Its unfair that they messed up my order and didnt want to replace it . He told me he can give me a coupon of $3 off I will never order from this place again. This wasnt my first conflict but the first time they just took almost 2 hours to delivery my pizza they claim it was a very busy day n misplace it smh . I wish I can give them 0 stars
Only slightly better than Madison Pizza. Youll get your pizza on time unlike Madison, but food will still taste just as bland like Madison Pizza. We ordered over 12 times after switching from Madison Pizza. I would say 3 of them were god awful turnouts. PizzaRoni down the street on Madison Ave is where we are placing our orders now!And oh....this place is as $$ as Madison Pizza. Same Quality. Just 1 more star above Madison Pizza which gets a 1 star for messing up 60% of the orders our house places!Madison Pizza suckz!Madison Pizza Suckz!
Lynden Rook from Darke Complex here with another review, this time in Albanys NoHo Pizza. The location is perfect for the setting- a cold day in New York craving an authentic slice of pizza. The dreary and quiet seating area are a relaxing respite from the traffic just outside. The service was decent, although the cashier had a little trouble communicating with me we managed to get through the order and he was very nice the whole time. The food was probably the only thing I have complaints about. I tried a plain cheese, a margherita, and a broccoli pizza. The plain cheese wasnt anything to bat eyes at even though it was executed decently. The margherita lacked that authentic taste that Ive enjoyed at many other pizza places. The oil was a bit overpowering and the freshness of mozzarella and crust werent present. The broccoli pizza was decent, although the bold hearty taste of broccoli didnt cut through the bland crust and lack of sauce. The ricotta cheese didnt seem to have its full flavor potential either.Overall, I got fed three giant slices for less than 10 bucks which is exactly what you want from a slice joint like this- and with a little flavor improvements and some adjustments to the crust recipie and preparation, Im sure NoHo Pizza can easily grow to be a local staple for slices.
Terrible customer service. I Placed an order for a meatball parm sub and fries and they got my order wrong and forgot the fries. When I called the store back, they said they would deliver the fries, only to call me five minutes later to say “ordering just fries is not enough for delivery”. How is that my fault you guys messed up my order and forgot part of it? I was a frequent customer, not anymore!
I am just horrified with the experience I had today with NOHO. I decided to throw my students a party to reward all their hard work. My colleague went to NOHO two days prior to the party and got the prices for the pizzas and wings. I then followed up and called to place the order, where they confirmed the pricings. Today when the delivery came, half the order was missing. I had ordered two 24-cut pizzas, one pepperoni and one cheese. When I opened the boxes there were only two 12-cut pepperoni pizzas. I called to inquire regarding the cheese pizzas and NOHO claimed that I never ordered them even though we had confirmed it. I then explained that I have students who, for religious reasons cannot eat meat, and I needed the cheese pizzas that I ordered. After spending over $100 on this order and tipping the delivery guy, NOHO refused to send the cheese pizzas that I ordered and claimed I would need to pay more if I wanted to get cheese pizzas. I explained how I spoke with a woman who had made this deal for us and the guy told me that he refused to argue with me on the phone and was I going to pay for cheese pizza or not since I so desperately needed them.I was in shock that this establishment would take the time to make arrangements with their customers and then to screw them in the end. I would recommend Pizzaroni if you need to order pizza because they are considerate and know how to run an honest business. It is unbelievable to me that NOHO tries to ROB their customers, especially knowing that they are providing for refugees and immigrants. It is just a disgrace!

2022-04-19I got a life hack for all these people ordering pizza online. If you take out your phone and figure out what you want to eat online you can tap on the little icon that looks like an old school telephone and punch in the 10 digit code you get from Google you can speak with a live person and they can take your order so you know that they got it. This hack also works when ordering other foods online. Why trust a computer when you can talk to a human?

2022-01-18I ordered a small pepperoni pizza through their website the estimated time I was given came and went.. so 35 minutes after supposed delivery time I called them and asked them where my order was, they claimed they never even got it so I told them that I paid for it online through their own website, they checked and there the order was. So they told me that they would send another one out and that they wouldnt give it to me for free because I only included a 10% tip. Over an hour and a 1/2 after I ordered it I finally got it and it was barely even cooked, the crust wasnt even warm the cheese wasnt even melted together and it was just awful! I had never gotten such a bad pizza order and experienced such rude customer service do not EVER order from them! I usually share the crust with my dogs and they wouldnt even eat it.
