In years past Ive had positive experiences with this service station. I dont know what happened, but they really disappointed me a few days ago. I took my car in for a routine inspection, I left it there and walked home. I get a phone call from the service manager saying my brake rotors are rusty. I tell him the brake pads were just changed last year, BTW Im a mechanic with 35 years experience. He says your rotors are rusty I cant inspect your car. What he was telling me was, I want to change your perfectly good rotors and charge you $500 or more to do it. The car only has 32,000 miles on it. I will never even look at that place let alone take my car there. I went down the block to Brendans service center, they inspected my car and alerted me to several problems I was not aware of. They were not trying to gouge me, they just brought a few things to my attention. They were absolute professionals. Nor Meadow are a bunch of crooks. Stay away.

Nor Meadow did a fantastic job replacing the brakes on my old car (2003 Toyota Matrix). They were professional, friendly, and extremely prompt - I had my car towed to them on a Monday afternoon, and they had everything done by 11 am Tuesday morning. Simar was so helpful throughout the process, and kept me updated on ordering parts, status of the repair, and cost. Highly recommend!
