Went for an oil and filter change, had it done, in out in less than an hour no problem. Picked the car up, and the mechanics fumbled around, saying that there was something wrong with my tire. I asked which one and they couldt specify. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, paid and left. Today, literally a month after I originally went to get my oil changed, Im back to get my car inspected. They failed my inspection, why? Because my oil filter was dirty, and apparently I needed four brand new tires.Dont waste your money or time here.
Horrible! I went to this place for an oil change today 8/12/14 sometime around 4:00pm. I pulled up and there were at least 2 mechanics not doing anything other than talking talking to each other. Others were working on a car. I go to the service desk and asked to get an oil change. The guy at the desk looks at me, then looks to his right, and says were too busy right now, come back tomorrow morning. I laughed then I left!... I went straight to Savvy Lube which is minutes away, right off of Horace Harding. I got the work done there plus some extras. Dont waste your time going to this place. Since when does a quick lube service center dont have time to give an oil change, midday!!?You dont want the business buddy? fine I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.
My peoples always treat me well and the best mechanics hands down. Professional, honest, thorough and understanding. If they cant do it theyll find someone who can!!!!! Theyre the best no. #1

Please avoid this place ! The mechanic named Baha was rude and impolite. Weve lost about 1 day for one flat tire, paid about 125 for it. They screwed up, they broke the 2 bolts from the tire system. And after the whole tire problem they came and add that my brake pads werent good whereas I changed my brake pads 10 months ago, I have a feeling that theyve changed them to old ones but dont quote me on that.
Came here 545 when they close at 7pm. There were 4 lifts, 2 open and they told me they couldnt fit an oil change within the hour fifteen minutes remaining on their business hours.Thats complete bull, 5 minutes of actual work was too much for their so called only mechanic on site. High gas prices, bad customer service, & just the lies that were spewed from this mans mouth from when I called. I never leave bad reviews, unfortunately this was the first.
After very long time I got this repair shop where I feel very comfortable. Most of the repair business do some dishonesty, i.e. my part is gone bad 50/40% they will say you have to change it right now, some do push selling, and many more like this. But this shop gives me genuine estimates what I actually need, and the prices of the parts are not so different in comparison to the online stores. There are 2/3 mechanics whom I think are really knowledgeable. I like to go there.
My wife brought our Honda there a month ago to fix a flat. When they were done, they accidentally mis-placed the center medallion. I ended up having to buy a new one on-line.Ok, fine... No big deal I said.Today, my wife figured that shell give them another try and went there to get an inspection. They told her one of the rear licence plate lamps was out and had to be replaced prior to passing the inspection. After taking the light assembly out, they concluded that they didnt have a the proper light bulb and started to put it back in. While re-installing the light assembly, they broke the housing and went on to say that this was the way the car was brought in...My wife was so upset that she almost called the cops. She took a 20 min. video of 2 mechanics fumbling and trying to fix what they broke.Needless to say, she didnt pay them a dime and we will not be going there again.I am in awe as to how stupid these people are.I wonder how they manage to stay in business...I recommended all who read this to go elsewhere.

I have nothing but a great admiration and unqualified praise for their excellent services in all spheres.Moreover, the environment of this auto center us superb, hence, it is always clean and tidy. I called yesterday at 5 pm the close at 7 pm they said they can’t change the oil come in the morning at 7am called at 7am they said they can’t right now they will call me when they have chance ....like just say you guys don’t want business I would understand.... if their service over the phone is so bad imagine how bad is their service on cars anyways guys don’t go where your money isn’t value where they don’t appreciate you ..

THE CASHIER, SERVICE MANAGER & MECHANIC EACH PERFORMED GREAT. I WAS RATHER THANKFUL FOR THE ADVICE & SERVICE GIVEN TO ME BY THE MECHANIC (CARLOS) .HE GAVE ME SOME TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS ABOUT MAINTENANCE OF MY WIFES CAR SINCE IT IS A 1993 CADILLAC.THANKS AGAIN TO ALL AT NOR-PARSONS SERVICE CENTER INC.PS THE COFFEE AND SNACK SELECTION WERE GREAT ALSO
They charge me $80 for a code reading, later i found that autozone do it for free and the cheapest code reader is $25

I took my car here for an oil change, and I usually dont wait out the 3k miles to change the oil. They changed the sticker charged me and didnt change the oil. Unfortunately I didnt nice till the next day.

2022-07-08I wanted to leave a review because Kulvir S. He was the tow truck driver. He recommended the service center. He was really kind. The staff were helpful and quick. I got there late so I got my car back the next day l. I appreciate all of the help.

2022-07-02Very dishonest people. I took my car for an annual safety check and he was telling me to change all four tires in order to pass, while my tires were in very good condition. Once they take the car inside and close the gates, you have no idea what they’re doing to your car. You just stand outside and speculate.

2021-02-05The car repair shop is actually a BP gas station which I’m not so comfortable at first. My car arrived at the courtesy of AAA excellent towing service. I went inside the shop and approached the service advisor and, my expectations were exceeded beyond expectations.Repairs and estimates were provided by such professionalism. Costs of the repair is expensive but what matter is the way I was treated at the shop.I just found another reliable car service shop in Queens. I will be back for my next service.

2021-02-05Do not bring your car here for service. Brought it in for a flat tire, they sprayed it down and claimed there was no leak and offered to replace the tire, asked them some questions and the owner got nasty with me and started swearing. After we sweared at each other he refused to bring my car down unless I buy a tire or pay 15 bucks. Took my car around the corner just now and they found a nail instantly. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. Enjoy the 15 bucks and the bad review.

2021-01-30Terrible and terrible!!! Wasting customers time is what they are doing. Kept me waiting there from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm for not even starting my cars inspection. If I did not asked them the 2nd time for an estimated time of completion and was told they would start in an another hour. They abuse customers kindness and patience. Simple rude, unprofessional, arrogant and ignorant.

2020-09-17I usually don’t write reviews, but those people very helpful. I was going to a doctor appointment, my car tires needed air. I asked for assistance, and since all the mechanic were busy. The Manager Mr. Kuldeep offered to help me himself. He came out and add air in all tires even though it was very cold. I offered him a tip, he just smiled and said, have a bless day. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone who is looking for great service. They deserve 5 stars.
