Love North Country Auto Glass! Just picked up my truck from the second windshield they have replaced for me. Fast, reliable and very professional.
Great service, with a quick turn around. I had a custom windshield fabricated for my tractor, and I have had vans in my fleet repaired at North Country!

2022-04-28Highly recommend! They scheduled my appointment for the next day, their staff is wonderful & they gave a precise quote over the phone. Well over $100 less than Safelite and they have no hidden costs or added fees.

2022-04-07I had the windshield replaced on my 2018 Mazda 3 a year ago. They did an excellent job and it was half the price of Safelite. They even reset my emergency braking cameras and they work as they did before. Thank you for the A+ work.

2021-04-03This place was great!! They got us in quickly! They even drove my mother home and offered to take her to the store if she needed anything. The receptionist was so kind and friendly!! The price was reasonable and they really did a great job!! I highly recommend!! If I need this service in the future, I will absolutely go back there!

2020-09-06Amazing and very professional! I wish I could remember the receptionists name because she was absolutely amazing and so kind and understanding. My windshield had been smashed and I had called a few places for a quote to have it replaced. I got a quote from North Country Auto Glass Repair that was $100 cheaper than other repair shops in town. When I asked about fees, I was given a total and that’s exactly what I had paid. I was also able to get an appointment for the next day after I had called. I go to leave and my car wouldn’t start and I had help coming so I could get it going. I called and mentioned I’d be late, she told me it was fine and to keep them updated. I was finally able to get there 45 minutes later than the scheduled appointment. By 10am I had dropped it off and was told it should still only take about three hours. By 12:15pm I was called and told that it was ready to pick up.Excellent customer service, speedy and accurate work. Professional and courteous. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so!

2017-06-28My wife and I were embarking on a thirty day trip form Georgia to Maine when the front window of our RV decided to crack....badly. It didnt fall in, but we knew it had to be quickly repaired. We were extremely fortunate to find RV Glass Solutions in Coburg, Oregon who referred us to North Country Auto Glass & Trim Shop in Plattsburgh, NY. The very minute we arrived at North Country, Trevor and his crew immediately went to work. They replaced the window in one day. It had to dry overnight, so we were able to leave the very next morning.The work ethic and professionalism of this company was probably among the best we have ever encountered.
