Im astonished at the negative critique because my experience was much different. Although the designs I wanted took a little more time than expected, it was well worth the wait. Shawn was in contact with me via Skype and through email throughout the experience. AND because it took a little longer than expected he threw in an ad for free. To tell you the truth, I would have paid for it anyway because the quality of work was so good and the cost was unbeatable. I work with designers, artists and other creatives on a daily basis and Ive got to say Shawn did not disappoint.

Excellent service, beautiful Ads! I recently used this company for the first time and so far I am extremely happy with their service. After receiving my initial proof, I emailed Shawn the corrections/revisions I wanted done; I did this twice and Shawn responded to my requests in a timely manner both times.As of today, I plan on using this company for all of my future advertising needs.
When I first started looking for a web designer I put a request out on some world wide tech agency. I got responses from all over the world. Of the 50 or more responses Shawn was the only one that took the time to actually call me and talk to me about what I was looking for and how new technology could benefit my business. I dont speak computer and didnt even really know what I needed so that was huge. I put him through some pretty rigorous trials to rule out the whole scamming thing. He passed. We are still fine tuning the details but I am very happy with the service and his knowledge and would have no problems recommending his services to others.
I have used North Country Design for ad materials as well as all of my team business cards. Shawn is Courteous, reliable and delivers a consistent, quality product. I would Recommend to other business owners.

Once again, promised the world and nothing. He got my money and never provided any services. This going on since 2014. Had the gall to call me 3 months after last promised would make it right and never did anything. Do not do business with this guy if you dont want your money stolen. Read the bad reviews, they are all the same with the same excuse from him.
Shawn gives surprisingly good service for the price. Always has great communication and is willing to work with me on various things.
I sent in payment and a request for an ad and I havent gotten anything from them. They took my money and have failed to produce. Ive tried calling several times. I get nothing but voice mail and they never return my calls. They say 24 to 48 hour turnaround time but its been a week and no sign of them at all. I guess theyre just a scam site.

2012-08-29My experience with Shawn and North Country Design has been excellent. The dedication and expertise Shawn puts in his work is second to none. The work Shawn has done for us on our Craigslist advertising was amazing. He designed a new tool that paid for itself in one day. Earlier this year we needed to move our companys website to a new server/hosting location. On the Friday of a holiday weekend I asked Shawn if he could do the move. He worked that weekend to ensure our companys website was up and running by Monday morning. Where can you find that kind of customer service these days?? Right here. My recommendations are two thumbs up! Keep up the good work Shawn!

2012-08-29North Country Design is great, they did my craigslist flyer for my detailing company, it is a great ad. Shawn was punctual and my ad had great verbiage and photos. I hired North Country Design to do my website, after speaking with Shawn and getting the proposal and reviewing some of his work I knew that he could build it exactly the way I wanted it. When I called he always answered the phone or returned my call promptly. He always met the completion dates. If you want excellent service at the right price I recommend North Country Design

2018-09-25I have been working with Shawn for a little over 9 months now. I originally contacted him to have him make ads for Facebook and Craigslist. I’ve been pleased with his communication and workmanship. We’ve worked together on many different projects from emails, backdrops, post cards, tote bags, helped design the both for my trade show, flyers and to many others to list. I recommend him for any of your company needs.

2016-04-26My company has been using Shawn at North County Design since we opened our doors in January 2011. Anything we ask him to change or fix on our website is done within 24 hours. Hes always there to give suggestions on how to make our site better. Hes extremely friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend him.

2017-10-25I hired North Country Design to build my website and create Internet ads. It takes weeks for Shawn Tooley, the owner, to return phone calls. One day, he told me that he had other clients who were a higher priority. I wont ever forget that comment. Shawn also promised to update Internet ads, since I had changed my prices. He failed to follow through with his promise and did not produce the updated ads.

2014-01-04Shawn at the North Country Design has a client for life with us. Incredible how he took the ideas in our head and managed to get them onto paper within a matter of a few hours. He went above and beyond... all in the attempt to secure a satisfied customer - Which he did with flying colors. His level of professionalism was outstanding. We have since suggested further ongoing work which we are 100% positive they will undertake in a similar fashion. Certainly on our list of recommended companies!

2012-08-29I ordered a craigslist ad from this company and was impressed by the results. My ad looks great and Shawn made sure it looked just the way I wanted it. Also, Shawn took personal interest in my other business needs and spent a an hour and a half talking about how I can improve my website and was totally sensitive to my budget. This he did not charging me a dime for! I got a wealth of information from the conversation that I know is going to really help my business and I am excited to have Shawn improve my websites SEO. I have already referred several of my friends to North Country Design.
