2022-07-26His service is not FRIENDLY I did have several service with him out other two pizza places had service with him. The guy who took the phone is scumbag. Never Again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACEMst Ibdi__ is my friend when i checked the other review , you are intentionally racially profiling customers , you need to stop that.

2021-06-24I own a café in Saugerties, NY and my dishwasher broke right at the start of my peak season, and I have waited nearly 2 months for it to be fixed. 2 other companies kept telling me I’ll be there this week and 8 weeks later nothing, so I called searching for anyone for help and expected a lot of the same, but instead I got Tim who came the next day and was just a blessing! I can’t tell you what a relief it was and how happy I am to have found northeast commercial appliance. Many thanks to the wonderful friendly staff I’ll refer anytime 😁

2019-09-12Called first thing in the morning and they were there by 1130am same day, quickly addressed and fixed the issue and saved my weekend business! Even offered to fix another portion of this same piece of equipment after showing me how it’s supposed to work. Nice to have techs show up and actually fix the issue, not make it a week long job or simply say they can’t fix it.
