Buying my first car was soooo nerve recking but Geiry was awesome he walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. I’m sure I drove him up the wall with my million and one questions but he was great answered every question in detail and made sure I was happy with my purchase I’ll definitely be back soon to purchase next car
Got helped by Travis at this dealership and it was a breeze. Travis was knowledgeable and immensely helpful throughout the process. He was able to go over all options and provide all information to make the best decision with no pressure or games. He made car buying, I dare say, enjoyable. As a whole the dealership is worth making a stop first if you are looking to get a car.

My partner and I had a great experience at Northeast Kia. We absolutely loved our sales rep Kim who helped us lease our new 2022 Sorento. We had a vehicle for trade in - the gave us top dollar and made the process so easy and fast! In and out in less than 2 hours. We are very happy and would totally recommend!
The experience was overall a positive one. The salesperson was helpful and accommodating. Went for a test drive and negotiated a fair trade in for my car. They gave me a referral for an electrician to install a charger (ev car!). They also took care of insurance and registration. Went home with the car that day. The only things that made it less than perfect was adding several thousand dollars to the sticker price (car shortage?) and then being told I would get at most 1.9% financing. When I met with the financial manager it became 3.95% (no issues with my credit). So, that’s where they lost a star.
I can’t lie Gabriel hands down gave me the best car buying experience anyone can ask for. With the whole process feeling like it was tailored to fit my needs being that I’m very busy with work and my kids. Basically handling everything through text and always friendly replies making me feel as if I was buying a car from a friend and not being sold a car by a stranger.
Absolutely superb!!!! As soon as my husband and I pulled into the parking lot, I was immediately greeted by Alfinia. She was pleasant, reassuring, easy to speak with, and made me feel comfortable. The showroom and waiting area were exceptionally clean. James, from finance, explained everything to me and did not hide any information. He was upfront and realistic. I went to another Kia dealership closer to my home before going to Northeast Kia. I walked around and no one came to me. I am so thankful that happened in order for me to go to Northeast Kia. Great experience at Northeast KIA. The sales rep, Omari, was terrific and spent all the time we needed with us so that we could come to a comfortable decision. He went over all the features of our new Seltos and set us off on a test drive. The car is awesome and they even drove it to my home all the way in Queens so I would not have to come back the next day with another driver. The Finance process was a breeze and everything was laid out up front, no surprises. I would highly recommend Northeast KIA and will most likely be back for my next car. Very pleasant environment and staff.
Modestly happy with my purchase from Northeast Kia. Sales Rep Eric was pretty great and helped in securing a decent deal for me. He was pretty direct about the whole process. The business manager was also super polite and was really efficient.The only two criticisms I have is that I got my car with every tire needing air and left with a half tank of gas--for the amount I dropped, whats another $15 worth of gas? (this might be standard thing but still...) The second criticism is that environment in the actual office is wayyyy too relaxed. Felt a bit like a kickback party each of the two times I visited the dealership.Wouldve rated higher if the online pricing was adhered to.
I had to go to a Kia dealership for a recall, so in an effort to be efficient, I decided to get my state inspection and an oil change accomplished as well. Big mistake. About two hours after I dropped off, they call me and rattle off a number of big ticket items that need replacing. I never asked for a multi point inspection and when I recently had the car serviced, none of these issues were brought up. About a half an hour later, I follow up and they say that the car will not pass inspection because the tire tread depth is too low (a totally new issue, I was not told after the multipoint inspection). I ask to walk to the service area to witness the tread depth measurement. The new measurement is now miraculously within the NYS guidelines for tread depth. They were obviously looking to force me into buying new tires by threatening to fail my NYS inspection based on a lie. Pretty horrible, right? I gave an extra star because the person at the front desk was very nice, and I am unsure if he was complicit in this dealerships activity. I am never going to this dealership again for service and I will probably never buy a Kia again.
Best experience I ever at a dealership. This place has sales representatives like Yohance who are professional, polite and are willing to go above and beyond to find the car you want. Definitely the easiest and smoothest car deal I ever had. I recommend this place if you are serious about investing in a car and require exceptional service.
Well the reason why I had to even go into Kia was for a recall on my car, an then a lady was like do you want to trade it in? I said sure. So then my sales man was Garry he was wonderful, he made my face smile when he said he could put me into the car that I was looking at which was the telluride. Great guy, great personality. It’s been the longest 3 weeks of my life but Travis got me what I wanted. He was patient, dedicated and communicated with me throughout the process. He was respectful and not pushy. He tried to offer me something else and I was like Travis NO! And he called back the next day and said I got what you want. Go see Travis and the finance manager James. They will get the job done.
I would just like to let North East Kia know that y’all have a stellar employee there. She was kind and very helpful and would recommend any one to come there for a car and to make sure you ask for Kim!!! I just want to think her for everything thing she has done for me… Returned to them because something was wrong with my tire and between Ashley a service technician and Melvin a salesman my return was pleased short and sweet … please if you are in need of a car go check them out the are amazing
Northeast Kia is my new favorite place to go for all my car needs. Just Leased my brand new 2022 Sportage nightfall and I couldn’t be happier. I came in and told My salesman Andrew exactly what I needed and he hooked me up in no time flat. No aggressive sales approach, no “Limited time offers”. No Nonsense. Treated me like family the whole way through and I appreciate that. I’d give 6 stars if I could.
Extremely disappointed!!!! Made an appointment to see 3 vehicles.. drove 1.5 hours to the dealership with my family ( two babies) included.. got there 1 truck was sold. Other 2 were removed from the lot even tho I had appointment to see them. After I was told someone was going to get them we did some paperwork and waited.. and waited and waited.. about an hour in was told someone finally going to get 1 of the trucks.. disappointed to say the least.. about another 1.5 hours with the manager saying a few more minutes my sales rep Melvin ( the only bright part of this experience. Very humble and honest about everything) leveled with me and stated he didnt even get the truck yet) At this point we had to leave.. I could not stand for the games any more it was obvious my family wasnt beingtaken serious and wasted all of our time. The owner of this place needs to really see what goes on behind the scenes. Very disappointing
NE Kia doesn’t do service specials.They aren’t particularly cheap.But what they do have that the rest of the nearby branches DON’T is: Ashley!! These stars are for him!! He is always there to greet you with a smile and enthusiasm. Leave the characterless, deflated advisors behind— Ashley makes the palpable effort to ensure that he provides you with the BEST possible experience he can provide EVERY time. You leave each appointment with him feeling confident that you understood exactly what went on with your car and where your dollar went. Truly a breath of fresh air to work with him.

Overall great experience at Northeast Kia. Walked into the dealership with a car in mind and was greeted by Alfinia Flanders who sat me down and got right to work negotiating a deal that worked for both of us. She was very professional and friendly to deal with as was James from the finance department. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Marcos was amazing, he listened patiently as I expressed all my concerns and horrible experiences with the other Kia dealers. He serviced my car and I was extremely stressed and worried but he let me know I was in good hands. I truly appreciate his customer service and kindess!
Ask for Geiry, he is the best! I was looking for a pre ownerd vehicle on the lot with low mileage and a specific price point. With my credit in restoration and the current state of the car industry, I knew my request would be a bit challenging. Although my first choice was unavailable, I am happy with my choice. I walked out happy and appreciate the great customer service from Geiry and the entire team at Northeast Kia! They are amazing and make the process really smooth. Geiry goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. I highly recommend and will return for my next car purchase.

I went june 18th to Northeast Kia from Staten Island NY, as soon as I walked into the sales Department I was quickly approached by salesman Dan Eraifej. He was pleasant and knowledgeable he took me outside showed me some vehicles. I picked the vehicle I was interested in and he began to do his thing.within 2 hours I was putting on the plates to my brand new Kia Sportage. Ive never had a problem he took care of me everyone there was great the atmosphere was excellent no bad vibes well worth the trip from Staten Island if your looking for a car go see Dan at Norteast Kia you wont be disappointed.... thank you Dan
Very unprofessional, I dont like to leave negative reviews, but I drove 5 hours to look a 2018 dodge charger hellcat , pictures look flawless like a new car, get there, theres hail damage all over the car, literally every where, hood, trunk, roof, quarter panels, fenders, even the doors, the screen inside the car is peeling, first off, a car with that much hail damage should have been a total loss vehicle, salvage. There were no accident reports on carfax. They were asking $61k for the car. I got a quote to fix it, called them back after I wasted a 10 hour round trip to see if theyd take $54k, they up the price to $68k, they kept putting me on hold, never coming back to the phone, Im confused, I figured maybe theyll fix it and make the customer cover the cost, but no they said they are not fixing it. But they up the price 7k more. Please be aware if your traveling to purchase or see a vehicle from them, they will not disclose the truth about they cars, they actually tried to get me approved before they showed me the car which was parked somewhere behind the building where i couldnt see it. I had to tell them more than once that before we move forward I have to see and test drive the car.Im very unhappy, hail damage and broken navigation screens should be in the ad period.this place is a hole in the wall, I have a very high respect for the brand kia, and my family has brought at least a dozen brand new cars from them over the years, theres no way this is a certified kia dealership im sorry, it has to be the craziest real dealership I ever seen.
APPLIED and was DENIED. First of all it took almost 2 weeks to get a decision and of course EVERYONE IS NOT APPROVED. Then they wanted me to trade my 2016 in, and give them $3000 for a 2013 car. This place is a joke. After a few to many traumatic experience with buying cars then they turn out to not work, I was very skeptical about getting another car, even though I wasn’t with the car I was with.After hearing the Northeast Kia Commercial on the radio very so often, I was feeling more skeptical, on why a dealership doing so much radio commercial, I think to myself mmmmmmm maybe they’re going out of business and need customers.One day I took off work, and head to Northeast Kia.I was greeted outside by Ashawn W. While dealing with Ashawn I could see that these guys are not buls&&teens, like my past dealerships.Few hours past I was in the dealership trying to figure out why I haven’t leave as yet. Why I’m I still here.Come to find out the car I had had last 15K in value and they are trying to figure a away out on how to get me out of it. even though I had just gotten it.James the service manager was able to work with me, and put me in a car that could absorb the money I lost in the previous car.Today is a month since I purchased my 2021 Kia Sportage, and I’m happy.James, and Ashawn. You are a life saver….
I went to Northeast Kia a few years back when I was in the market for a KIA Telluride. They were honest and to the point, just came down to I couldnt afford it. Fast forward to my partner looking to get a KIA Sportage. We met with the salesperson, who will remain nameless, he was great. We test drove a Sportage, when over numbers, and all was good. We were shopping around so didnt commit to anything. A week later my partner decided on the Sportage, so we setup an appointment to lock everything in. This is when things went sideways. We went from X amount of dollars, 12k, 36 months, to $100 over the cost provided, 10k, 48 months, along with they wanted to offload the wrong color Sportage off their lot. Total bait and switch, to say the least very frustrating and a waste of time.There is no reason for this and it is completely unprofessional. If you provide a price, stick to it, dont waste time.
They are basically another dealership you need good credit or a high downpayment on. 533 score and 1000 down was not enough for them. And over the phone i told them all of this and they told me they can help me so come on in. Then the salesman tried to get me to add a co signer when i told them if i cant get it myself i am not interested. He said there is no way they can help me out based on what i said but if i came with 3500 downpayment that would work. Idk what god they serve at north east kia but it isnt a good one. They say if they cant get you approved then god cant get you approved. Well Carmax in Edison NJ got me approved and drove out THE SAME DAY ✌🏾 low apr and no they didnt pay me to post or nothing. I just had higher expectations for this place. I put 2 stars because i think it will be noticed more… i really wanna put 0 stars. And they had me in there maaaad long 🤦🏾
I went there to inquire about the process no intention of driving off the lot that day but the tremendous and outstanding service that I received I was able to drive home that same day.. great customer service, Omari was my sales person and they really worked with me I would definitely recommend anybody to go there. and don’t forget I left Brooklyn to go there and it was well worth it……
While I do enjoy the used car I purchased from them, I am left with buyers remorse. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PRICE YOU SEE NOR THE DEAL YOU ARE TOLD. I had found my car online for the price of $15,490 and after my test drive I was offered a $1,000 discount. That discount was barely a drop in the bucket after the hidden fees came to light.They tacked on a 10% charge because I found the car online.A bogus destination and PDI fee- bogus meaning that is a fee usually reserved for NEW cars. But I may have been willing to bite that bullet if they didnt leave me with tires and front breaks that only have 5,000 miles left on them. (I had to do a safety check of my own given the runaround I got there)Then an outrageous $777 DOC fee- in New York the cap is set at $75.That $14,490 turned into $18,756... before tax. Scammers.The only reason Im not rating this place with 1 star is because the finance fellow brought it down to $16k before the actual fees and actually seemed to be looking out in my best interest. He was the one who actually helped ensure the chip in the windshield was repairedAgain, I like the car, but I would have loved and raved about the place if I got the I never felt so cheated before- and Ive been cheated on. If I could go back, I wish I would have just walked away.
Horrible experience at Kia. First I started off with an inexperienced sales agent who had to get up & ask for help multiple times. She did not know how to properly use her computer to input information. Unfortunately, I did not have all the required paystubs. I believe I was missing one, but had all others. She insisted that I needed to have all, no exceptions & my daughter who I was getting co-signed, needed 3 last paystubs as well. I was planning on coming back another day with all required paperwork, but than the sales agent said that my credit was not good enough to get a loan, & was trying to persuade me to use my husband’s information in order to get the loan. The sales agent didn’t even try to ask the banks but instead refused me herself. She really made no effort to help. That was the last straw for me. I came to Kia because they advertised that bad credit would not be an issue & would work with you. Lies. So I told her no goodbye & went to DCH HONDA in Paramus that very same evening. Now the sales agent there were not only professional but experienced & truly did help me. They only needed 1 paystub & not even my daughters. We got a great car in less than 3 hours. Don’t bother going to Northeast Kia if you have bad credit or all your paystubs. Big waste of time.
I just can’t explain how happy my wife and I are that we came here for our 2018 Honda Civic Ex ‼️ The guys aren’t pushy salesmen that’s just trying to get you to buy, they really gave us time to shop and take our time and make a decision that was perfect for us. I had the pleasure of working with a Sales rep named Gabriel and he really went out of his way to make sure we were getting the car that we wanted, he was very helpful and thorough too, also the Sales manager James was very helpful and thorough with explaining the terms of our financing. Best experience I’ve ever had with making a purchase. Will definitely be letting everyone I know to go here, and we’ll be returning when it’s time to buy our second car. Thank you guys‼️
I was in the market for the new 2021 Kia Sorento and visited another Kia dealership before heading here. Not only did Northeast Kia beat the other dealers price but threw in some extras for us. I didnt expect to go home with a car that day but did. We were very happy to say the least. Reggie is a great asset to the dealership! The car turns so many heads and get compliments all the time. Also love not seeing everyone have it in my area.
Recently purchased a used Mercedes Benz GLS 450 and was happy with the purchase. The negotiation on price was a war, but at the end was happy with the price I paid. Also, the dealership stands by the vehicle and made some minor fixes that were required after my purchase with no hassle.
I went today on the fence of which model I wanted (since because of Covid you can’t customize your car from scratch) and if I wanted to lease or finance. My sales rep Travis was amazing, he took me through the different models that had the main features I was looking for and also too the time to work up different options for leasing and financing, I’m not sure any other dealership would be that patient with me going back and forth to make sure I had all of the information I needed to make the right decision. Thanks to Travis and James was able to lease my car from Northeast Kia. The entire staff at Northeast Kia are extremely nice and accommodating. I am so happy I decided to go to Kia white plains, I can not express enough the great service, professionalism and patience Travis as well as all the other staff from the receptionist to the manager provided during this experience. I would definitely recommend this location as well as working with Travis to my friends and family.
We just leased our car through NE Kia, and so far, the experience has been very pleasant. Definitely have to mention Travis as being incredibly helpful, and able to help get us close to the price we wanted. He even took the time to drive into the city to accommodate my work schedule to have us finish signing the paperwork. Definitely above and beyond service from him.
I’ve leased three cars from here. Always an excellent experience. Today I came in for a routine servicing (towards end of my lease) and was greeted by Tyler; she was awesome and able to point me in the right direction. Alfinia is a super knowledgeable and patient salesperson; a pleasure to work with. Ashley in servicing went above and beyond today! During a busy day, he inspected my car, had it washed up, and made sure I was in and out of the shop almost as quick as a Formula 1 pit stop. 5 stars.
I never been so disrespected by car dealership in my life. I called for two days about a vehicle for an online sale. I was told to speak to Ruben multiple times, but Ruben is high on the corporate food chain; if he cant help me, why send me to him?After I leave my honest review, surprisingly I get a phone call. The gentleman was very pleasant on our initial phone call but upon our second phone call it was clear my 1 star review is the only reason they called me. Who do I have to brown nose to spend 70k on a vehicle?
I was having a very bad experience with other dealerships with not taking me serious and lying to me but the second I walked into northeast Kia everything changed. I was greeted by Ruben Rosales with such a friendly smile and knew I was in good hands. He was transparent with me and set me up for success. The sales staff were all so friendly, I even heard a few of them signing along to the songs in the store haha. I will definitely be back.
I have been to several dealerships and left empty handed. I have been promised many things and was lied to. I went to northeast Kia and bam! Not even a hour I was approved! My sales person Omari was fantastic. He was professional, understanding, and a man of his word. The manager James is beyond great at what he does. James made sure I left in my car with the best deal. I definitely left north east Kia feeling like family not only a customer. If you are looking for a vehicle to go down there and you will not be disappointed. Best vehicles I have seen at the prices that they are at for sure!

I had a great experience Northeast KIA, they really helped me out after I had totaled my newly purchased car and they got me into a another car within a month seamlessly. Anthony (sales) and James (finance) are real knowledgeable and they both work fast and your best interest. Shout out them for sure!!!
I bought a car from them from out-of-state and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. They made the process easy (or easy as can be expected when buying from out-of-state). They shipped the car to my home, and even took care of the situation when the unethical transport company tried to bilk me by demanding additional payment from me before they would release the vehicle. I simply called my salesperson and informed him what was happening and they took it from there. Im not sure what they did, but within 20 minutes the driver (would-be crook) was unloading my car from his trailer.The only thing that prevents me from granting 5 stars is this: since I was buying the vehicle sight-unseen, I specifically asked my salesperson if the car smelled like smoke (I am a non-smoker). He graciously went out to the vehicle to verify, and assured me that there were no smells. When we took receipt of the vehicle it was quite obvious that the previous owner smoked. I suspect my salesman is a smoker himself, so he honestly didnt notice the smell - but to a non-smoker it is unmistakable. So we have spent the last month trying everything to eliminate the smell. We have succeeded in reducing it substantially, but its still there. Thats somewhat disappointing after ponying up $35K+
This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Rueben, Andrew and James worked with me and I purchased my dream car. Even a few months later, they are still helping me and honoring their word. There are alot of dishonest dealerships, this one is not they are here to help and operate a good business. The staff are polite and very professional. Northeast Kia Dealership earned their 5 stars.
I went in there with no money down and left with a nice 2019 Kia, for my first car. My salesperson Anthony ask me what I was looking for and basically made it happen. They even installed remote starter for me as a courtesy. I would definitely recommend you go there if you need a car.
Such a breathtaking experience I had at Northeast Kia compared to all the other dealerships I went to prior. Andrew, my sales consultant was so informative and kind and never once gave the impression of trying to sell me. He truly wanted to help me with my decision in purchasing. I appreciate that. This was not my first time purchasing from Kia, but it was my first time buying from this dealership; I usually do business at the Kia in West Nyack; but I decided to shop around, which was a big mistake. At first, I was ok the sales guy Gabriel was nice but a little pushy. I went in wanting a 2021 Sportage. He told me the wait for that car would belong, and I told him that waiting would not be a problem, but the sales guy put every excuse why I couldnt the car wanted. He kept pushing the 2022 version, which I did want since its more expensive, and Im already upgrading to a bigger car that consumes more gas and will raise my insurance. To constitute the price difference, the sales guy said the dealership would purchase the defensive drivers class. I will wasnt sold, but the guy kept pushing, and by that time, I wanted to go home.The deal for the car wasnt the best. I needed up pay a lot more than I initially did, but since they were going to give the defensive class, at least it would lower my insurance, or so I thought. The day I went to go pick up my car, not only was it not ready at the time I was told, but the cars gas was almost empty. The sales guy told me that he would owe me gas since, at the time, it was unavailable ( which to me didnt sound right ). He also told me we would call him about the classes he promised. Two weeks later, he never called, and the dealership called and asked me to wear a review. When I told them about what happened with the sales guy, the lady promised she would have someone contact me and deliver what was promised but to please write a review and not mention this “ little misunderstanding” basically asking me to lie. It the holiday season and I knew this girl was just doing her job so as a jester of good faith I wrote the review. I was never contacted again. Ive called many times, and they tell me they will have someone call me, and they dont. At this point, I dont want it. Its my fault for not making sure they gave it to me before I left considering the times we are currently living through I didn’t expect them to be a grimy unprofessional place of business.I write this review, as a warning, this is not a good place to do business they only care about making money not about the customer, and they dont care if they have to lie or cheat to get a sale. This place gives Kia a bad name Which is sad because I love Kia. I will just be taking my business elsewhere .

Hats off to Northeast Kia! My credit wasn’t in the best condition. I went to other dealerships and as soon as I let them know my credit score, it was like the sales consultants didn’t want to bother with me. Not the case at Northeast Kia. It was the exact opposite. Andrew our sales consultant was willing to help us and immediately introduced my family to the General sales manager, Ruben and explained our situation. They both worked as a team to get me approved. We left with vehicle the same day! It was like I had a whole team of salesman working for me. Great experience and overall happy with our purchase thanks to Andrew and Ruben.

This was by far the best experience I had getting a new car. The gentleman that helped us was awesome. He put me in a fully loaded vehicle for $100 cheaper than Kia in Yonkers. The guy in Yonkers was giving me A car with fabric and no we xtras. for $600. Too bad for him. He lost that sale! Lol

I was able to lease my car from Northeast Kia. The sales rep Travis was amazing. He helped me find the exact car I wanted. I can not express enough the great service, professionalism and patience Travis as well as all the other staff from the receptionist to the manager provided during this experience. Don’t go there they will rip you off. I wanted to buy Kia niro PHEV, MSRP was 34k and I look young also I’m a young lady i was with my friend. The dealer Travis gave me 47k for MSRP. I told him I wanted a finance and he was convincing me to do a lease for 10 min. I told him i wanted a finance and he said ok and he brought 47k which means is 13k over than online MSRP. I can understand covid chip problem, so I expected 3-4k more than MSRP… but that was way more, and I told him I don’t think I can do, and he said “give me your number how much you want” I said I don’t know and he said “i can call my manager” and he called? His manager and said “the girl doesn’t have number, if I say 34k are you gonna buy?” And i was what? And he said what about 40k? I was so confused and his behavior wasn’t professional…+Owner replied “We don’t charge this absurd amount of money” I will add a screenshot that I asked the dealer to compare the price with other dealerships.
I went to northeast Kia because I kept hearing the radio station hot 97 advertise them they tried to give me a Kia Soul or Volkswagen Tiguan I said I didn’t want that, I told them I want to leave here in a foreign like the commercial said on the radio and I left in a 2018 bmw. Ruben and Trevor were so awesome and went above and beyond to help me…thanks guys!!!

Thanks to Luis Garcia I was guided with care through the steps of test driving an appropriate model and trim then working out the details for a trade-in and new lease. Luis and the dealership accommodated me at every step so that we could achieve a positive outcome in one short day. The dealership gave me a good price for my trade-in and I’m happy with my new Kia. It’s affordable, gets great gas mileage and the GT line has the features I wanted. At Northeast it was fun to work with a thoughtful salesperson who located the right car for me, answered my questions, and transferred insurance and license plates like poetry. Luis Garcia is supported by a helpful business manager, James, and coworkers who create a seamless experience and pleasant environment. This is a Kia dealership I’d recommend.

The service I had from Alfinia was beyond Outstanding!! To say the least. Yeah the numbers may not be at there best but we all know and can understand why. Its for sure not there fault. But life happens and I cant go on with it without a car so I bought one and I dont regret it one bit!!.. North East Kia for sure committed to there promise I went in with high doubts as Alfinia came at me with the complete opposite!! So positive nothing less it was amazing and I highly recommend anyone who comes here to ask for her. My fiancé, our 3 year old & I came into Northeast Kia to purchase the new Kia Sorento. Immediately upon our arrival, we were greeted by 3 people, the receptionist offered our daughter the dinosaur figurines she had on her desk while she went to notify Alfinia of our arrival for our appointment. Alfinia was absolutely incredible in assisting us with the entire process! She was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining all of the features of the vehicle we would be able to utilize as a family (as well as some sport features for dad). Alfinia was so helpful in contacting insurance on our behalf and ensured the process of trading in my vehicle was as smooth as possible. She made sure that we were comfortable & informed every step of the way. When we met with the financing manager, he immediately offered our daughter paper & highlighters; they even had a wonderful conversation about dinosaurs. This may seem like a small act or irrelevant to buying a car, but it really means a lot to include every present member of the family - especially since such a purchase is for every member of the family. By far, the best dealership experience Ive ever had! 10/10 recommend!
I’m on to my 3rd car now, and I’ve always had awful experiences so I came in pretty combative, ready to fight tooth and nail for the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. I was genuinely surprised by my rep Orlando who almost seemed to disarm me with his pleasant personality. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and above all, willing to listen to my needs rather than hard-selling me like I’ve come to expect from salesmen. FOR ONCE I WAS TREATED AS A PERSON, and not just the object of a sale at a dealership. I got what I came for, and I had an unexpectedly amiable experience. Came to Northeast Kia after an underwhelming experience at Yonkers Kia. Anthony was our salesperson who was great. Him and Ruben went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted with the features I cannot live without and in the color I fell in love with.Picking up the car and closing took longer than I expected but everyone was friendly!Only negative was that I asked if the car would have a full tank when I got it. They said yes. Got the car with little less than half a tank.Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone that will listen!Thank you to everyone at Northeast!
I had a friend of mine recommend me here, she got a car in October and said Gabriel was who I should go see, Gabriel really went out his way to help me get a car, he listened to my concerns and never made me feel forced to do anything, I promise he and co-workers are nice guys and he won’t BS you, he made it stress free and out the same day, I see reviews on this place but you can tell when you walk in the dealer the energy is helpful, thank you I love my new car !!!
Great experience. Marcos was extremely professional and considerate. They took a lot of time with my car and made the necessary repair so that its running perfectly again. I also appreciated the free car wash. If our car needs servicing again I wont hesitate to bring it back to Northeast Kia.
Ashley in the service department was extremely helpful and honest when I took my car in for a service today. I hate taking my car in alone but he put my mind at ease and was very friendly throughout the process. The appointment also took a lot less time than I was expecting. Very happy with the service.
I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle, and waited around for 45 min, only to be told by the sales rep that he couldn’t find the key, and assumed the car to be sold.I drove an hour roundtrip to check this car out, and wish they had just told me the car was sold instead of booking my test drive appointment.Advice to management - communication is key. Be honest with us, and please respect our time.
The sales person, Reggie was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions patiently. Make sure you ask Reggie or whoever salesperson you get to show how to use the safety features before you leave the dealership because there are a lot of them.James in finance is also a very nice person. I signed up for an electric warranty that I didn’t need at the time and when I came back he had no trouble taking back the warranty. It’s a busy place so you have to sign all your documents electronically. I would ask for paper documents as well or at least let James show you the numbers on his computer so you understand everything.
I had to return a Key here after realizing I left with it accidentally after a test drive and after trying to finalize the deal and buy the car on the spot.The manager tried to justify his wild 30% Markup ($16,000) over Sticker, that they tried to add on, which was comical.I asked to take my original offer, which was a slightly over sticker to make sure the rep would make some money and just to finalize a deal. As I am fully aware of supply chain issues, increased manufacturing costs, etc.After mentioning they are bound to get sued by someone at some point for the ridiculous markup, they are trying to charge people.His response was: No, Nobody can sue us; its a Pandemic.What a disgrace. Wasnt aware of this fantasy world he was living in, I would have just drove off the car off the lot. Lol.
Do not trust the pictures u see online. They had clean pictures of the car on the website. When i went to go see it in person, the car was scratched up very badly on the right side. Over the i made sure to ask about the fees and one of the representatives clearly said “the only thing you will pay for is the car, state tax and DMV registration fee” when i got there, they added up $3-4K in just stupid fees. Worst dealership experience i ever had!

After buying a car for over sticker price, title arrived under wrong name. Been chasing them down for a month, and still not corrected. To top it all off, was offered cash in exchange for a good review with the headquarters. Of course once the review was submitted, salesperson disappeared and cash was never given.
Really bad service. I inquired about my specific KIA trim. Was asked to schedule an appointment with them. I did that. Went there the next day (on my appointment) just to find out they don’t have any KIA K5s there. Why schedule for an appointment when you don’t even have the car I’m looking for?The guy who was assigned to me was unprofessional, did not even introduce himself and did not seem interested AT ALL. Would never go back to this dealership again.P.S. next time you schedule someone for an appointment, make sure you got what they need especially if they already told you before hand what they’re looking for. Waste of my time and money. Pathetic!
I had a great experience at Northeast Kia. I had the pleasure of working with Reggie. In these difficult times, I was unable to go to multiple car dealerships to try and find a deal. Reggie was great to work with over email and text. He gave me a legitimate offer over text and followed through with the offer when I showed up to make the deal. Didnt just show me a flash rate to get me in the door then hit me with add on charges. Very happy with the outcome and will return to this location in the future.
You buy a car with them they beg u for th good review. They keep calling ur phone non stop for the review but guess what ! Not honest people! Including Anthony the Salesman, Ruben the manager , and Finantial guy . I bought a car with them. they told me I would get $200 for every person I recommended. I sent my friend there he bought a car. And guess what ? It has been 4 months and I can never get in contact with the manager and the salesman Anthony straight up said he was not going to cut me a check . So be careful with false advertisement! Not to mention they sold my friend the car without even being able to prove employment or helped Anthony the sales guy with translation and doing a bunch of things for a full week in order for him to keep his commission . He promised me I would get a check for sending my friend there and specially helping him out . When it was time for him to hold his end of the bargain he said he was not going to give me anything out of his pocket

They were able to get me into the car that I dreamed about. Any questions I had it was handled immediately. Ashley was great! She helped me through everything and had the patience of a angel. I am a very anxious car buyer. I have to say my anxiety going into this process was a level 10. However I have to say that from the beginning this was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I have had. The staff was very efficient, responsive and communicative. They answered all of my questions. Probably multiple times. Even after executing my contract and really under no additional obligation, the following day they took the time to review everything in great detail and further adjusted my contract to my benefit. Anthony and the Sales Manager were patient, kind, and courteous. Even throwing in all weather floor mats which they were really under no obligation to, and setting up an after hours ceremonial photo shoot following my purchase. Though it was quite busy, James, the Finance Manager took a great deal of time to review every element of the financing contract and adjusted my interest rate to make my payments more affordable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this auto dealership.Update: Thanks for your reply. I honestly love this vehicle. The Navigation is still not operational (can this be addressed under my warranty?) I am also still trying to figure out how to get the music from my phone to play in the car, but other that do far do good.Who should I contact regarding the BMW all weather mats you promised to throw in? I have not received updates from the dealership as of yet.Update: So who would have thought that I would purchase my dream car, a BMW from a KIA Dealership. I did. Thankfully my 2017 X3 with less than 10k miles, I learned was still under warranty. As such, I was able to get a new head unit at no charge at all. Now my navigation, CD player and all other audio is working perfectly. At the time of my purchase I was promised BMW all weather floor mats. I am very pleased to report that James Blloshmi, the Finance Manager delivered. I love them. I have to say that James, made this purchase experience for me. He took the time to address all of my concerns and questions. I very much appreciate that and would certainly reach out to him for consult in future vehicle financing concerns.
Called and texted several time to arrange viewing of car. Drove 90 minuted to Northeast Kia for absolutely abysmal experience. Salesman was upset and dismissive because I wouldnt provide my drivers license and answer time wasting marketing/sales questions. When ask to see car we were enquiring about we were walked to back lot. Car was 3-4 deep buried behind rows of cars. Salesman disappeared with an attitude to smoke a cigarette, basically tossed me the key to a car that wouldnt start. Its sub-par dealerships practices, poor salesmanship professionals and crooked car buying practices like Northeast Kia that make online car buying sites and services more sensible and appealing to honest buyers/customers.3 hours of round trip travel for a complete waste of time!
I walked in at 9:45 a.m. November 10th 2021 and walk right back out at 9:48 a.m. why you may ask? Because as a customer when you are coming into a business to spend money, in this case a lot of your hard earned money you should be greeted/acknowledged. I walked in, looked at everyone including the guy that was sitting in the front at a tall round table a lady at the receptionist desk and two people in an office. Another guy was sitting at his desk but he was busy everyone else didnt seem busy at all. I was literally the only customer there you couldnt miss me I had a very vibrant coat on I was coming in to actually purchase the Kia seltos or the Kia soul but now Im gonna get the Hyundai Kona n line instead thanks Kia.
I was assisted by Rich and let me start off by saying he is super unprofessional the conversations he was having with his “Manager” was very inappropriate and Within earshot for anyone in the showroom to over hear. I was with my daughter keep those conversations in the back room. I asked about pricing and availability for a 2022 Kia k5 with sunroof package the manager attempts to be helpful and tell me how he can cut the roof out for me on a base model if I take it today…. What a joke if your a serious buyer steer clear of this place they have no inventory and try to force u into what they have rather then what you want. I’ll be visiting Yonkers kia where they have inventory and professionalism
Billy was very helpful! It was his first day on the job as a Kia salesperson but he clearly has a ton of experience to leverage and helped us purchase a great pre-owned vehicle. We had some long wait times for financing and detailing but he kept checking in on us and helped move things along on our behalf. We were happy to be his first customer at this dealership.

Billy from Kia was exceptional! He was patient and thorough, as I test drove several vehicles, and couldn’t decide. He actually got me in a better model, at a price I could afford. He really listened to my needs, and then delivered a car above my initial expectations. The process was made smoother by Billy explaining things along the way. I would highly recommend working with Billy, and will definitely return when I need my next new car.

I stopped in this morning at 8:40 without an appointment hoping to get replacement windshield wipers. I explained that I had to be at work by 9.Every person. from the gentleman who opened the service area door to the service manager to the parts manager to the gentleman that actually put in the wipers was professional, pleasant and above all quick. To say that they all did a great job would be an understatement. In this day and age of hurry up and wait service they were exactly the opposite. Words ant express how much I appreciated each and every one of them.Thank you so very much......

Props to Orlando our sales man who went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure things went smooth. This transaction took a few weeks due to the dealership obtaining the title from out of state but he was very professional and guided us through this process. Dealership took care of us and I would highly recommend them.
Went in for service on Dodge Charger, dropped my car off and picked it up at the end of the day, satisfied with the service and car was washed clean too. David, Ruben and Marcos were very helpful in resolving my problems with the drive shaft. I highly recommend them for their professional service and accommodative staff.
After a very difficult car-shopping experience and spending hours and hours at other overpriced dealers, Northeast Kia was finally the only one able to work out a reasonable deal with me.Reggie was fantastic, and more importantly, he got the deal done, which is what matters most. Im a pain of a buyer to please and also had a difficult situation to navigate, but Reggie stuck with me and the finance department made it happen. After negotiations, my insurance company really dropped the ball and it took 3 hours on the phone to transfer insurance, but Reggie stayed 2 hours after closing to see me through. So props to the man. I just feel bad I kept him from other clients and possible personal engagements. He didnt complain or seem bothered, so I appreciate that.Overall, I wouldnt say this is a kiss your @$$ dealership, which I like. Not a lot of bs scripts and young, hotshot sales people. Just people who want to make money and get you in the car you want for a price that make sense.I would definitely recommend Northeast Kia and Reggie.
I walked into the his Kia dealership motivated and excited to purchase a new car and to get my current KIA serviced at this location. I was spoken to in a condescending manner, the salesman showed no real enthusiasm or interest in selling me anything, he mansplained the current shortage and limited inventory -- even though I was the one that brought it up and asked timing, the service department head person didnt even look up to speak to me when was brought over to discuss what my car needed. The evasiveness on sharing any real costs, I had to push for estimates. I am planning on visiting the Kia in Rockland County to see if they would like to sell me a Telluride. I would not recommend even entering into this dealership. No basic etiquette, no salesmanship or professionalism.
You guys have to get down to Northeast Kia. Not only did i recieve great service from the minute I walked in the door, but i actually walked out with the car of my dreams. The people down there work in your best interest and look to give you the best car buying experience. Ask for Michael S. I bought a Jeep from Northeast Kia at the end of June. I worked with Reggie and he was very friendly and transparent from the start. He was eager to make a deal and get me on the road fast. I then met with James, the finance guy. He was just as friendly and did not oversell me on warranties and extras (like most finance managers do). I got a great deal on a used Grand Cherokee!! Stop by and let Reggie help you out.
My credit is not good. I know that. They promised crazy great finance rates for bad credit and did not deliver. Their out the Door fees are crazy. They charge 777.00 for a documentation fee. I got my own financing and the Kia dealer had a $250 documenation fee. They also had us sitting around for 3 hours to get a price on the car (sportage). Went to another dealer was in and out in 1 hour.
Beware of this dealership they don’t care about you they just want to take your money! Our sales person was very nice and helpful but when it comes to the manager, completely different story. They came back to us with ridiculous numbers. Over $700 a month for a lease! The amount of money put down plus what they wanted a month would’ve been paying more then the value of the car for a lease. Went to Kia in Stamford for the same car, same price for almost $300 less a month.
I Did not have the greatest experience at this dealership. However it was due to the unprofessional management teams in both sales & servicing Dpt. I would explain in detail why but it’s to much to type.If you are looking for anyone to help you here to find a car I’d highly recommend the assistance of Billy. He makes customer satisfaction his main priority. Very genuine and humorous man who has years of experience. I wanted to buy a car with them, went over there and test drove it.I negotiated a price, made a down payment and then when I got there a day later to actually buy the car, the salesperson went to the manager and then told me that it is already sold.But it all seemed a bit weird. The salesperson seemed like he had been told to shut up and tell me the car is sold. He did that and quickly tried to sell me another car. ...I called them a couple of minutes after I left to confirm my suspicion and asked for a manager to confirm if the car was still available. ... and guess what - it was!They wasted my time and resources.Safe yours!
I went to Kia for my 3rd car. I was looking for a 2022 Sportage. I worked with Gabriel Hernandez. He went out of his way to give me the information to make my choice. When a color I liked became available he called to let me know. Gabriel was professional, friendly and and knowledgeable about Kia cars, and by 10am today, I drove out of the lot with my new car.
Started off great. I was looking for a Seltos in a certain color and style; Ashley said she could get it by Saturday. I told her I’m coming from Connecticut and to call the night before if she couldn’t have it on time. She never did. Instead she sent an email after I had already left the house. She never called to let me know. When I got there I was sad but told her I don’t want to sign any papers before seeing the car. She introduced me to the finance guy who simply walked away when I asked him to not proceed with the paper work. I had to stop him three times before he “understood” what I was saying. I said since you all can’t seem to tell me the truth then I want my deposit back all $1500 (because Ashley ran my car 3TIMES). The finance guy said only one transaction went through and refunded me $500. After looking at my account they did in fact charge me twice ($1000), I contacted them four times (emails and text). All now they haven’t made an effort to give me the $500 they owe.I contacted the bank and an investigation is underway.DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Poorly run dealership. Expect to wait and deal with total lack of organization. I called in advance to make sure the cars I wanted to see would be on the lot and they confirmed my appointment (sent pics via text confirming). However, when I showed up, I waited over 20 min at front... And then decided to walk the back where the cars are tightly packed. My cars of course were not there... Total waste of timeA few notes:- most cars were not clean inside and were quite scuffed up on outside (rim damage, dents etc)- salesmen were walking around frantically jumping from person to person- cars may be priced cheap... But probably for a reason. Shady used car dealer experience is to be expected.
Billy is a wonderful guy whose main goal was that I was happy with our transaction. He is courteous, personable and direct. He spent a lot of time with me, answering my questions. Billy stayed long after the transaction was done to make sure everything was complete. He helped me transfer my belongings from my old Kia to my new one. It was a pleasure doing business with Billy.
I came to Northeast Kia hoping I will walk out from their with a wonderful car. And I have to say, the person who sold me the car name Billy did his best to make that happen. After many searches and going to different dealers, I am proud and satisfied about my visit. This place knows how to satisfy their consumers and its a wonderful pleasure to do business with. North east Kias cares which is evident with regard to their followup. Something not evident with other car brand dealers. a great purchase with Ashaun at Northeast Kia on 7/2821. He knows his numbers in terms of payments and is very empathetic. When you go there, be sure to ask to speak to Ashaun. Only recommendation Id maker isn haver maybe to finance associates to minimize to specific wait time. again, ask for ASHAUN when you make your trip to Northeast Kia. ----James L. Brown
Billy at Northeast Kia is the absolute best! I usually dont write reviews but I think this experience warrants a comment. We purchased a car from Northeast Kia after experiencing a horrendous ordeal at Yonkers Kia. Long story short, Yonkers Kia tried to sell us a new car with a broken fender, thinking we wouldnt notice. After being treated unfairly at Yonkers Kia, we tried Northeast Kia and Billy was a godsend. He made sure we received the same deal as promised by the other dealer, in fact it was a better deal. He was very professional and accommodating, understanding how stressed I was. He kept us informed of the process every step of the way and was true to his word. Billys customer service is outstanding and it was a pleasure dealing with him. If you ever go into Northeast Kia, try to get Billy to help you. Ruben and James are also great guys to deal with at Northeast Kia.

Each time I met with him, he was neat and well dressed. He was friendly and would offer a beverage and such in the lounge area. He always made sure I was comfortable. Although I did not find a vehicle of interest on my first visit, he continued to call me when Kia got a new delivery. He would update me on new cars that I may be interested in. He was always punctual, pleasant and very knowledgeable about the inventory at Kia. He was never too busy and was always patient and answered all my questions. This dealership is horrible. I found Mercedes Benz on their website for 36000$I called to make sure that the price is final, because NYC dealers play games every time. They told yes. It was good deal. I submited application. I was approved. (I live in Pittsburgh) I did everything online. Then, I asked for APR. They told “we can not tell me apr now, which was weird. It means they do markups on rates. After they run my credit, they surprised me with HIDDEN FEE AS 2300$ for inspection. And 1295$ for delivery from auction to dealer. And final prices come more than normal market price. DONT MAKE DEAL WITH THEM. I WILL GO FORWARD MAKE COMPLAIN TO KIA head center.
Good service, great prices.Gabriel was very helpful, made sure the car was perfectly prepared.It turned out the second key of the car was missing, and they ordered a second key from Cadillac to honor their word.My car came with a 90 days warranty. And their service department honors this warranty (ask for Kenny)
We just purchased a pre-owned Sorento yesterday. One day in and outStarted a bit off with the two cars we inquired about online unavailable. Felt a bit played as we had driven an hour to the dealer.Our sales rep Anthony had been texting us since our initial inquiry online. Very personable and connected with our needs and concerns to avoid a wasted trip. Honestly we were not shopping we were buying and so when our cars were not available we were walking.Anthony only 2. weeks working asked us to wait and found a car that was close to our price range after he took off $2,000.Always personable even when he had to make numerous trips to the sales manager. Yet he assured us it was all going to work. It did.Honestly if it wasn’t for his “ non salesman pushing “ attitude we would have been gone 15min after we arrived.Still bothered by the missing cars, but in the long run we ended up with a great deal.Give Anthony your business. If you are for a good clean purchase he is the guy.
If I had written this review on the day I received my car on 4/17/2021 it would be completely different. It is almost 2 months after my purchase, and I have not received a copy of my contract. At this point, I’m worried that the dealership has made changes to it. I still have my temporary plate that expired on May 17. After countless calls and unreturned voicemails to the dealership,I was told if I receive a ticket, I am to send it to them and they will pay it. I have zero faith in that. I have emailed Ruben since he claimed to be the General Sales Manager. No response. There is a complete lack of customer service with this dealership and Kia corporate should be ashamed to have them represent their brand.
I recently leased the 2020 Kia Sportage from Northeast Kia. Billy was very helpful and patient with me while I explored all of my options. I would definitely go back to Northeast Kia when my lease is up and would love to work with Billy again. The Manager, James, was also very kind and helpful when I caught a mistake in my contract, he was very professional and had it taken care of right away. Definitely a great team working there.
I worked with Northeast Kia to put together a deal within hours via text but with Teriann. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions. My wife and I met sales rep Geiry to see the Sorento we were planning to buy. He had prepped the car and had it ready for us to test drive. He took the time to show us the cool features of the redesigned model and answered our questions during the test drive. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The deal hit a few bumps but dealership manager Jumani and business manager James worked together to resolve the issue to satisfy us and get the deal done.

After having a TERRIBLE experience at Yonkers KIA, my mother and I took our business to Northeast KIA located in White Plains. We were very skeptical as our previous experience at the other dealership was incredibly unbelievable. Instantly, we were greeted by Billy, who shared that he had only been with KIA for a short amount of time. Despite his short term experience, his service and reliability was out of this world. He made my mother and I feel so comfortable by not only building instant rapport and gaining trust, but by practicing honesty and keeping us updated on every detail regarding our purchase. I was thoroughly impressed with Billy’s service and the overall service at Northwest KIA. I love my new car and I will definitely recommend their service to as many people as I can.
I made a mistake by ignoring the one star reviews and buying a car from them. I bought a 2017 rav4 but after waiting 9 days for the car to be delivered to me and having my calls ignored- I got a refund.My Experience:1) Bought a 2017 Toyota Rav4- paid in full (cash). Expected to take it home the same day (Mon).2) Manager tells me I cant take it home because they need to take it to Toyota to clear the code. I was promised it would be ready tomorrow at 5pm.3) I show up and the manager tells me the car isnt ready and they will deliver it to my house tomorrow.4) I call to find out the status of my car- apparently now the car needs a new oxygen sensor so it wont be ready today(wed) either.5) They never show me proof of any repairs being done- they told me they would email me the proof but never did.6) Another manager tells me the car needs a new transmission and so it wont be ready until next Wednesday. I ask for proof of repairs and how I can be sure itll be next Wednesday for sure- they said theyd email me ---that never happened.7) All this time whenever I call the office my calls are ignored. If someone answers the phone theres always an excuse as to why I cant speak to the manager.8) I am waiting for the paperwork to arrive in my email and call the office for any updates for 2 days---Almost all of my calls are ignored/filled with excuses. So I go to the dealership on Saturday and speak to a service worker. He was rude and unapologetic.9) The dealership continued to ignore all calls for any updates and make up excuses.10) The car never was delivered Wednesday as promised.11) Got a refund on Thursday----a GREAT decision.------Expect about 1500 in dealer fees (not including tax).------Ignored my calls and texts. Either no one answered the phone or they made up many excuses as to why I couldnt speak to the manager(s) and service person (ex. not in yet, in a meeting, just stepped out, running around, busy with a customer, left for the day, etc). Proper customer service via phone is non existent. Manager and service person gave me their personal numbers but that was useless as they rarely responded.------They never called me back about anything even though they promised to countless number of times.------Did not tell me the car needed a new transmission until 4 days after I bought the car- had I known this earlier I would not have bought it.------A simple clear the code service turned into need to change the oxygen sensor then the car needs a new transmission. Problem after problem.Overall once you step out of the dealership dont expect them to keep in contact with you or answer you calls/texts. Not worth the headache. Glad I got a refund- would not recommend this place to my enemy. I expect their response to this review to be filled with more excuses.
Billy did a great job getting me a Telluride, which arent easy to get right now (low supply, high demand). He worked with me over a couple occasions, and really went to bat for me to get me the best price. I would recommend not only Northeast Kia, over the other local Kia options, but would specifically recommend Billy.
I have had the pleasure of getting help from my dealer Reggie. Not only is he hard working, but he is very attentive, persistent, funny, and welcoming. From the very start he made sure that I would be able to have a great experience and because of him I am now walking out with a new car. Very very happy with my experience! 11/10 would recommend!

2022-01-27I cant say enough about the A+ service I received from Melvyn and Northeast Kia. I was looking for a K5 and called around to every Kia dealership within 50 miles of my home. When I called Northeast Kia, I asked to speak with a salesperson and was fortunate to get Melvyn on the phone. He told me that he has one coming in a few weeks. I told him what I was looking to do and while inventory is low, I let him know what I was looking to pay. He ran the numbers for me and we were able to make it work. He was honest, didnt play games, understood what I was looking to achieve and worked with me to make that happen. I came into the dealership and he kept to his word. I put down a deposit to hold the car and he kept me updated on its location and timing and made sure no one else snuck in and bought the car out from under me. When the car made it to the dealership, Melvyn called me right away. He was as excited as I was. The car was everything I was looking for and more. Melvyn took the time to sit with me in the car and go over every single detail. The next day he called me to follow up and make sure everything was ok. He was a true professional and went above and beyond to make sure my car buying experience was a good one. I would highly recommend Melvyn and the whole team at Kia. Todd A.

2022-01-13I’m going to start off by saying that the radio ad they use is 100% correct. What they say “if they can’t get you approved. God can’t get you approved!”I took the train and a bus to Northeast Kia because of their radio ad I heard on Hot 97 over and over again. My credit wasn’t good at all. I did not have an appointment and I met with the sales person Gary. He has a vast knowledge of cars and of the car sales industry itself. He and the rest of the staff are very friendly and have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me approved.James who is in finance, did the MOST for me to drive off the lot. Not in the car I saw and wanted on the website the night before but in much better car. A luxury Kia Optima SXL. This car checks all the boxes.I am extremely happy with my purchase. 2022-06-07Best dealership experience ever! We had Kim as our Salesperson and the manager (I forget his name, sorry!) is super, super nice. We sold our car and leased a new Kia and they were super fast, upfront, helpful, and patient. Its always a big ordeal when getting a new car but they were super, super efficient and so nice. I could not say anything negative about this experience!

I have a few kids and each dealership was worse then the last one but this Kia was honestly the best!! Will come back here for my youngest daughter’s car before she ends off to college!
