Dr. Murray is presumptuous, rude, and unprofessional. He doesnt look at test results, or my chart. He tells me one thing during the appointment, then the prescription shows otherwise. The only reason Ive used this practice more than once is due to the fact they have a monopoly on Rockland County.

Dr. Somberg seemed to be understanding and professional. When he walked out of the examination room, I heard him tell the two office workers flat feet which was his diagnosis. Apparently, the three of them found this quite amusing and started giggling. I have absolutely no respect for this man or the people they employ.
Dr Murray is the best. He provides a descriptive analysis and weighs all of the options to see what would work best for each patient.
Those 5 stars are for Dr Somberg. What I won’t give 5 stars to, is the 1-hour-plus wait I had at the office just to see the doctor. An hour? C’mon!
Loved Dr Somberg! he was informative, direct, gave me my two options, funny. He fixed me, quickly!
I received excellent care from Dr. Somberg for a broken toe. He was very thorough and took his time answering all my questions. He gets five starsfrom me. Office staff was efficient and pleasant.
I thought Dr. Somberg bedside manner was great. The only thing that lacked was the front desk employees in how they handle questions.

Dr. Somberg was excellent and to the point so no complaints there. Some of the front office staff (West Nyack) lack the most important skills that the job requires. Condescending, they speak to patients with an attitude and even use mmmhhhmmm. Front office staff are an integral part of any practice therefore its very important to hire the right people.Doctor Sobmerg gets 5 stars however front office get 1.
Dr Medici is an exceptional physician. Very thorough.
Had a total Hip replacement by Dr. Bhadra. Great Doctor, he did a fantastic job. Feel so much better. Minimum pain and was back up and around immediately. I would recommend Dr. Bhadra to anyone and everyone who needs to have joint replacement. Thank You for getting me back to my old self.
Other than the occasional prolonged wait, the staff is friendly and accommodating. There is adequate reason for the wait. It is a practice that many people visit for very obvious reasons. Thus far I have seen Dr Murray many times and my experience (other than the reason for going in the the first place) was very positive. Dr Murray is attentive, concerned and encouraging. His diagnosis was accurate as was his prognosis and proscribed treatment helped me avoid the unnecessary debilitating results of surgery on all the occasions when it would have been a quick fix. Thank you
Dr. Popowitz is exceptional. I was referred to him several weeks ago when I damaged my achilles tendon and other areas in one of my legs. He took the time to explain to me why this happened to me , what I had to do in order to recuperate as quickly as was possible , and what I should do in order avoid this from happening again. The people in his office were also very friendly and efficient.
Dr. Somberg is a rare find. I have never had interactions with a Doctor like this before. He was caring, professional and attentive to my ailment and needs. I had my MRI results in a couple of days and courteous phone to explain my options and his recommendations. Even after I canceled an appointment he called me again to redirect my needs. after having to chase doctors most of my life, this was a fantastic experience.
Went to follow up on a shoulder injury.The women in the first window (glasses) seemed to speak to me condescending because I did not have documentation that I had no control over. I figured maybe it was me. The following gentleman got the same/worse treatment with how condescending she was to him over asking about how to make payment. She then called me up again and asked me what I wanted to do then And continued to speak like I was stupid or at fault .Terrible experience. Stay away. Plenty of ortho doctors in the area.
Dr. Somberg did throw diagnosed the problem. and traded the right way.
Terrible experience. every appointment I make, the doctor doesnt see me for over almost 60 minutes after my appointment time, they never hold an appointment time, even if it is a virtual visit. they have no respect for your time, yourself or your issues, and it is truly a waste of a co-pay and time to have to see these people. So unfortunate that insurance requires these useless visits.

My appointment got canceled the day of, and they couldn’t reschedule me in for another week, which I found a bit ridiculous considering the fact that they have multiple doctors, and multiple locations.
This office is run like a clinic rather than a private practice. Too many girls sitting at the front desk not working. Typical wait time to get approval for tests runs from 3 to 5 days. Call your insurance company yourself for approval. Forget about getting surgery scheduled. Office mgr. uses the excuse that they are very busy when she applogizes for a terribly disorganized office. My 19 year old was very uncomfortable with the snarky attitude from the front desk. Dr. Somberg was nothing special. After my last review he now refuses to operate on a 19 year old child in pain. Who is the real child? I wonder what his partners think about this financial loss to the practice? Cannot be happy. If you cannot take constructive criticism get off the internet where patients can leave reviews. Simple.

Went to my appointment which was at 11. Got there at 10:45 to fill out paperwork. Around 11:20 rolls around and I️ ask what’s going on. They said my appointment was at 11:20. They said it was said to be at 11 so I️ would be there to fill out paperwork. They clearly do not care about your time at all. Go elsewhere if you value your own time.
Excellent diagnosis of prevailing issue, as well as aftercare guidance
Worst experience ever at a medical office. I had a 2pm appointment, I was seen at 3:30. Getting someone to answer a simple question took me 2weeks. Girls working there are just there for the money not for the patient, they care less.

Worst place, I set up an appointment through Zocdoc when I went there they didn’t have me on the system. I have to wait for some, I was my time and gas for no reason. I handed up leaving cause I was pissed. I’m never going nor referring someone there.

2022-04-21Dr Patrick Murray is a very sensitive doctor, an amazing diagnostician, gives you the needed time during his appointment and will always give you the best options.Great surgeon too!Dr Somberg is also great!! Amazing diagnostician and very patient. I got injections in my foot and I didn’t even feel them, very gentle and professional.However the front office needs to work on their politeness which is very much needed, I found them rude.

2022-04-27I couldnt find a pediatric orthopedist for my daughters ankle sprain, so we made an appointment with Dr. Somberg. He was friendly, thorough, professional, and--maybe most importantly in this day and age of turn em and burn em medical care--he did NOT make us feel rushed and answered all of my questions and my daughters questions. I would definitely see him again. Nice guy, great doc.

2022-03-21I have been in Dr Medicci’s care since 2005. He is a very good physician. He listens to the patient carefully, answers all the questions. He gives me all the time I need. What he says is always positive and optimistic. I like him a lot. He is a caring doctor. God bless him.

2022-04-05My daughter, is a patient of Dr. Murray and she’s been his patient, for some years now. Our first experience with Dr. Murray was back 2014 when he did her knee surgery. Dr. Murray is the most respectful understanding physician. His bedside manner is amazing and his diagnosis of my daughter was spot on. I do have one minor complaint, one of the receptionist/staff was very rude and very unprofessional. When someone is calling, in regards to an appointment or urgent matter, for one we should not be greeted with an attitude. This particular staff member, needs to learn proper telephone etiquette, and people skills it only takes one, to disrupt a well known not to mention highly recommend practice. I would highly recommend the West Nyack and Orangeburg Office. Dr. Murray in the West Nyack Office and Dr. Semble in the Orangeburg Office.

2022-06-23Fell fractured bone in foot and 2 in ankle. He does foot and ankle. Bedside manner was great very knowledgeable. Hospital only said one fracturedhe read my xray found the other 2 breaks. Tech that put walking boot on , explained how to wrap first with ace bandage then how to apply the boot.

2022-02-04I used NEOSM (North East Orthopedic Sports Medicine) for two issues - A Chronic Tennis elbow issue in December ‘21 with Dr. Patrick Murray and in January ‘22 for a fall with Dr.Andrew Somberg.Dr.Murray diagnosed my condition quickly and ordered the right tests, confirmed the diagnostic and sent me to physical therapy. I am continuing the therapy and seing improvements.Dr. Somberg was highly efficient for my fall related ankle ligament tear issue diagnostics. With amazing bed side manners and a kind smile he examined my ankle. He explained the injury well and provided great treatment. I took time to write detailed review because often people complain for bad service - never thank when they receive a good service. I recommend both the doctors and this location of NEOSM for their services.That said, I also want to point out that I did visit another NEOSM location (Suffern,NY) for the same issue in December. It was bad all around. the experience in Suffern from front desk person to the MD and his attitude was horrible (spent 40 minutes just waiting and 2 minutes by MD) I will leave it at that!
