Very pleased with the prompt and professional service I received from Northeast Pest Control.Yellow jackets had built a huge hive in a wooden statue on my deck and my spraying did nothing to deter them. I called Northeast and was told someone would come that day. Brian came and took care of the problem. He was very knowledgeable, explaining the steps he’d be taking, and did a great job.Great customer service!

I spoke to Alana this morning after we noticed multiple wasps in our kitchen with no known source. She was able to get Kenny to our home before the end of the day to spray down the exterior. Kenny was great and let us know everything he was about to do and told us when we should see an improvement. Both Alana and Kenny were so kind, informative, and helpful. I greatly appreciate them being to squeeze us in today!
My technician Ethan was very good. He showed up on time and informed me with everything he was using. I told him I was highly allergic to bees, so he made sure to get every bee. He also took the time to help and educate me on how to prevent bees from coming back. Other companies will just come do their thing and leave. Most of them won’t even say anything to you. I highly recommend Ethan for he is the Best Exterminator I’ve had in years. Thank you northeast for sending Ethan!
Would highly recommend. Our home has remained vermin free thanks to the efficient, professional, helpful staff at Northeast Pest Control. The technicians are knowledgeable and very accommodating. Notably, they are good friends with my dog who actually runs the place.

I have been w/ this company over 21 years . I have termites & millipedes service . They come 2 twice annually , of course if you have any problems during in annual contract, they come over & take care of problems without any extra fee. I love Dee, she has been there almost 14 years , she is very friendly & very professionally , very prompt… always it is nice who works like that . Kyle Hayner was our Northeast tech. He was very professional, an excellent representative of the company. He took time to explain what he was doing, respected property and the customer. We have had him before and very glad to have him return. He instills confidence in both product and company.
Northeast Pest was referred to me by our neighbor. Outstanding service from the first call to the office all the way through to the end. I called in regard to a very large and smelly yellow jackets or hornets nest that had been built on the underside of our enclosed porch, as well as wildlife that had made a nest on the underside (inside a vinyl soffit). The technicians name was Kyle and he and a co-worker arrived on time (actually early). Kyle was knowledgeable, very personable, friendly and professional. He imparted much knowledge about the service being rendered, costs, and proceeded to remove a very large yellow jackets nest and identified what was left of a squirrels nest that had been started (and which had caused damage to to wood joists in the enclosed area under the porch). He explained much detail and knowledge about the yellow jackets and demonstrated his expertise by showing me the intricate areas of the nest.Thankfully, it wasnt active! He and his co-worker cleaned up the area, sprayed treatment chemicals to assist in the prevention of return of of bees, hornets/wasps, etc. Plans were made to return for an additional treatment just prior to work repairs being completed by our porch company to further seal off the underside of the porch. Really enjoyed meeting these technicians who know their business and have exceptional social skills and people skills. This was an A+ Service. Definitely recommend and will use in the future.
Kyle and Dee worked exceptionally hard to identify the problem we were having (springtails) and effectively treat it. They listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to address the infestation problem we were having. Kyle even insisted on the appropriate weather to ensure proper product application. I highly recommend this company. The customer service is excellent and the pricing is extremely fair.

NEPC was great. When I called and spoke to Heather about our hornet problem she was so friendly and knowledgeable. I spoke to Alana to make an easy setup appointment. Kenny came over to take care of my hornet problem. Only to find out that Carpenter Ants were nested right next to them. Kenny was able to clear the area of both of these insects. Both Alana and Kenny were very pleasant and professional to deal with.

I called NE because an animal was burrowing under the slab where my air conditioning unit sits. The tech - Kyle H. - arrived timely and went right to work. He gave me several options and was very thorough. He set a humane trap. He has been a couple of times each day to check on it. No animal. He moved it to another location. I not only recommend NE Pest Control but I highly recommend Kyle. In fact I recommended him to my neighbor. Kyle was there today.

This Place is great and professional. I spoke with a AWESOME receptionist Deede who help me with a huge Bee problem in the back of my rental home. In addition scheduled an appointment right away and took care of the issue I didnt have to wait weeks for them to show up . I will be using Northeast for my other properties as well. Shameek our technician is very friendly and attentive to our needs here at our home. We have the yearly service plan and its extremely rare we have any issues. If we do Northeast Pest control does not hesitate to come out and take care of it even if not our scheduled service date.

Dave was our service worker and he was brave! Went into the most awful part of our basement and sprayed. Even explained to us what he was able to do and what he found. He came out mast month and i have been extreamly happy with the outdoor results ever since. I called several weeks ago for a swarm of bees in my front yards tree. When I called Alana was quick to answer and let me know what the pest technicians could do for me, and scheduled a home visit for early the next day. I cannot say enough good about Northeast Pest Control. I had used one of their competitors in the past, and I was not nearly as satisfied. I hired Northeast Pest Control to mitigate a carpenter ant issue. They were very responsive and their pricing was very competitive. I had originally contracted them to perform one treatment. I noticed limited activity within the guarantee period. I contacted them and they immediately responded to provide another treatment. I was so pleased with their service I decided to enter into an annual service agreement. The service agreement covered both insects and rodents. That’s amazing! The other company I had used previously required separate agreements for insects and rodents. A big shout out to Dee. Dee went above and beyond to accommodate my unique situation. She always listened and worked with me to customize the service to meet my unique and unusual circumstances. If you need pest control services call Northeast Pest Control. When I got some large ants, I called Northeast Pest Control because of my experiences with them where I work. Alana scheduled my service and was very good with scheduling as well as taking a lot of time to really explain about pet safety and their product. She was very kind, patient and understanding. Chris was the tech who came and was very knowledgeable, also answered a lot of questions and explained the service he was providing very thoroughly. I had confidence in his work at my house because he was genuine, understanding and kind. He has a really good way about him that reassures you. I appreciate their service and plan on getting their service twice a year for prevention. :)

We live in the country and have a tall cedar sided house. We are constantly battling carpenter bees, carpenter ants and yellow jackets. They came out to do an inspection and then came back to spray the house. We had one nest inside our walls. The exterior bees and ants were dead after the first visit but the interior nest still had some activity and we could hear the chewing. They came back free of charge and sprayed the nest again until it was dead. Excellent service and we will definitely be using them every year from now on and plan on having them spray for ticks and mosquitoes next year as well. Highly recommend! ~Shylo

We have been delighted with Northeast Pest Control’s service. Everything Dee, from the office, explained about the service was spot on. I found her to be professional and friendly. Brian came to the house and reviewed everything before he started. He did such a good job, we decided to sign up for an annual service since we are in a wooded area. It’s been almost a year and we can’t see us changing services as long as Dee and Brian continue to be part of the package!

I was invaded with millipedes in July. I called Northeast. They came immediately. They sprayed the entire house inside and out. The technician was very thorough. He explained everything he did. I called again they came no questions asked. Alana the customer service representative was so helpful. When I told her this has happened 3 times over the last 5 years she suggested a bi-monthly plan that is very reasonable. I signed up. I highly recommend using Northeast. It was a welcomed change to receive good customer service from a company.

The yellow jackets knew when to annoy my tenants... shortly after I was out of state. I made an urgent call 1st thing in the morning. I spoke to Russell who was dealing with numerous incoming calls but maintained his personal, helpful assistance and arranged for a same day service call which put me at ease. I followed up with my tenants the following day, and they were very pleased with the prompt resolution. Thats what I call reliable professionalism!

After scheduling an initial appointment with a national pest control company, and 2 no shows, I contacted Northeast Pest Control. Courteous, professional, informative and on time, I am glad I did! My first contact was Dee, who is a GREAT ambassador for the company, she explained their services in detail and was patient enough to answer all of my questions. From the beginning Brian, our tech has come to the house for service, he is great and is very accommodating. I am sure all the tech are great, however it is comforting he knows the house and I dont have to explain everything again.After our first full year of service, I continue to be pleased with Northeast, thats why i renewed our annual maintenance program!

I had the best experience with the staff of this company. I had very good communication with Heather, Dee, Owen, and Brian. I have to give these 4 people a big “Thank You”. I talked to Heather quite a few times before my appointment. I had so many questions and she took the time to answer them and assure me that everything would be fine. So my appointment finally comes and it could not be completed due to my own negligence even though Owen tried to help me with the the situation over his time limit. Needless to say my appointment never took place. I called Heather the next day and she put me through to Dee immediately. See listened and could hear how disappointed and upset I was as I explained the situation to her. I was worried that we had a pest problem, so I called Northeast. As it turned out, I was wrong, but Dee was so patient and kind and offered to send over Brian to check things out. Like Dee, Brian was thorough, professional, and most importantly, reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend Northeast to others in the future. They are very good at what they do and provide excellent customer service.
The office that I work at had an issue in October, 2018 with several mice. My boss asked me to contact a company to come to our office to deal with our mice issue. I searched several companies and came across Northeast Pest Control. I contacted Northeast as they are a family owned company and they had great reviews. Our tech, Aaron, has been awesome to work with. He has come back to our office every month to monitor everything and make sure our issues are resolved. We also had them treat for ants as we have had some issues in the past. Northeast has been great to work with and Aaron has been wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pest control company. We love doing business with them. It should be noted as well that the office staff are wonderful!
I work at Towers on the Hudson in Troy NY, and North East has been a fantastic company to work with! They are very responsive, very fairly priced, and very thorough. We work mostly with Dee in the office and Corey in person and they are both very knowledgeable and will help with whatever pest related problem we might be having.
Heather, Dee, Russell, Owen and Dave are excellent got rid of every single pest in my house and used a scientific approach to killing these pests. Other pest control places failed at doing a good job this place is one of the most organized business I have used bar none! This place actually explains what to do with excellent communication skills from phone rep to onsite tech. This place also explains the process from beginning to end. Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable. I was expecting to pay but received a free home evaluation. Other companies would have probably charge for that. I would definitely recommend Northeast Pest Control and will use them again if needed.

From my first help phone call until the last day of service office staff and crew were highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All my concerns were addressed and questions answered. Thank you to Chris and the Service Technicians for a job appreciated and well done. I was so worried about woodchuck damage that Chris checked the crawl space under my house to determine if there had been evidence of woodchuck activity even though under my shed is where the critters had been seen. In this whole 7 day process I learned from the tech crew a lot about woodchucks, their habits and what I needed to do in the future to deter others from moving in. What I also appreciated was that I was not given a sales pitch for other services but rather given helpful information when I requested it. Did I mention that two woodchucks were humanely trapped?

I had called numerous places when I had a problem with squirrels. ONLY Northeast Pest Control would come the same day and at HALF the price of some other companies! I was quite upset about the situation and everyone I dealt with was calming and reassuring. I cannot recommend Northeast Pest Control enough! Someone came to check the traps every day and each technician was professional and experienced. I hope you never need this type of service, but if you do, THIS is who you call!

Aaron was able to exterminate two aggressive yellow jacket populations outside both entrances to my home in plenty of time for a 6:30 dinner party. He was courteous and thorough. I highly recommend this company for its prompt attention and fair price.

I am happy to have listened to my coworker who said her friend was happy with your work and recommended you. Before choosing your company for severe mice infestation, i had called a solo operator who put bait at many places inside the house, attic and above the false ceiling in the basement. He said vaguely I need to get the openings around the house closed. But I did not pay much attention to his sealing advice. The mice population came down but after a few weeks they were in full force inside. The solo guy to whom I paid a good amount disowned any responsibility. Then I received 3 other quotes from big guys in the business but when I talked to your Russell I was convinced of your plan and much lower cost. After I gave the contract, Dan put multiple bait stations outside and traps inside visited 3 more times per contract and did a thorough job and was very pleasant and helpful every time. Then Mike came for sealing the openings and he did the sealing as if it is his own house. So far the results are great and can bank on your excellent services should they show up again. If any of my friends need pest control service i will happily recommend you guys.

We had found sawdust on our garage wooden stairs and were concerned about termites or carpenter ants. Jim came and found nothing, told us to sweep it away and if we saw sawdust again to call him back. There was no charge. He could have easily sold us an expensive application. His honesty, professionalism and politeness is why we have always used Northeast for any problems.

He always gives me a call before he is supposed to arrive with an update as to his location and approximate arrival. He has never been late. Joe explains everything he is going to do and when done he informs me of any thing he has done regarding any pest findings. I find him to be trustworthy and feel he does a great job. We called Northeast Pest Control after discovering Carpenter Bees invading my home. The staff was very friendly and they were very prompt in sending over Jim, the inspector. I own a restaurant in Latham NY and have a wonderful outside seating area, unfortunately 3 years ago we discovered that the general area here is basically infested with a terrible mosquito problem. We were desperate to find a solution or we would have to enclose our beautiful outdoor space. We took a shot and called Northeast Pest Commercial and Chris came out and told us he could help us. WOW oh WOW is all I can say. Whatever mosquito repellent they are using has been like magic. They come and spray once a week and we have our outdoor dining back. Since the spraying has begun we never have an issue, never a complaint about mosquitos. We highly recommend Northeast Pest , they have been great to work with and they absolutely deliver on all their promises. Chris is the guy we deal with and he is absolutely wonderful. Hes helpful and professional and very easy to talk to. Northeast Pest (and Chris) have been life savers for this restaurant .

While searching for a pest control company, I decided on a local, family owned business, Northeast Pest Control. I had an exterior treatment around my home for ants and also used their home services division for some painting - Mike did a great job and is quite the perfectionist!! Would highly recommend Northeast to anyone needing pest control and/or home improvement services.

NE Pest control has helped us handle the rural problem on mice and ants for the past 2 years. I receive a notice in advance of the visit and Aaron, our technician, is always on time, friendly and professional, with follow up comments on what he did, found and recommends to keep rodent populations away from buildings.

We had Northeast come to our house a few weeks ago to take care of a massive yellow jacket infestation. The bees had gotten into our living room wall and were starting to get into the living room itself. James P. was the tech who responded. He was very polite and friendly, and he was on time. He explained everything very well and the bees are gone. This was the third time we had called Northeast (for bees and animal removal) and we will continue to use them. The price is competitive, they are always quick to respond, and the technicians are great.

I heard the dreaded Scritch scritch scritch over my head a month ago.... I have a small attic area over my bedroom that isnt accessible from the main house, but critters get into it from time to time. Terminix was mighty useless the last time I had a mouse in the house, canceling a scheduled appointment without notifying me and refusing to care when I pleaded for help. UGH.Northeast Pest has been awesome. Everyone has been helpful, professional, and appointments happen as expected. No more flying squirrels dancing over my head at 3 am. !! Northeast Pest Control is a pleasure to deal with. Ran into an issue and Tricia was more than willing to fully explain the particulars of what she felt was the issue. She quickly dispatched a tech to do an inspection and once the issue was confirmed, she was able to find one of her technicians to quickly start the remediation over a holiday weekend. I was so impressed with his service that I decided to sign up for the annual protection contract. I was most appreciative of the senior discount. This is a good company to do business with!

2022-04-12Dave was great. He was on time and came within a week of us calling. He came out and actually took the time to crawl around our entire property to inspect it from head to toe. I didnt feel like the inspection was rushed at all. After the inspection Dave was able to recommend what he felt was the best course of action. During the inspection I didnt feel like I was being sold on fear. Dave even was able to work with our budget and gave us the best value for what we were willing to spend.

2022-05-01Could not be happier with this company. Last year we found out we have carpenter ants and hired a different company to exterminate. Turns out they didn’t do the best job, and after reading the reviews about Northeast Pest decided to go with them. Brian was our tech and was so informative and helpful. He explained things in detail and in a way I could understand. I’m definitely happy we switched and will continue to use their services.

2022-04-01Essentially paid $500 for someone to set $5 traps and come check them. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because it is partly my fault for not clarifying what my package came with. We were very capable of setting traps but we were hoping to find the source and entrance points and prevent it from happening. Day 1 was just me showing him where we had seen mice, no further inspection and he set traps where I took him. I eventually asked if he would do an inspection which I had to remind him of a couple times until he did the last follow up and just did an exterior perimeter check.A different company we had come out and give a quote did a more thorough inspection for their free quote and actually found a hole in our guest room wall where our mini-split line ran which he presumed they were getting in (and I did find evidence of mice in that room and we filled the hole ourselves).After the first visit when traps were set and I realized we would not be getting any other services (even if they had found holes it was additional money to fill them) I called and asked if it was possible to get all or some of our money back and cancel the service which we were told was not an option. So around $500 was paid to catch one mouse and that’s it … most of the helpful info we learned came from the free quote from the other company.I don’t like writing negative reviews but after hearing so many good things and feeling taken advantage of I would just like to warn people to get all the information. I will say the guy that came to our home was always nice and professional, just not the amount of service I was hoping for.
