It is a very professional office. Staffs are very friendly and made you feel at home. I have some trouble with one of my teeth, Dr. Keiles very patiently explained to me the reasoning behind his diagnosis.They also have finance staff who explains to you what is covered by your insurance and what is out of pocket up front.For my next appointment, the office staff called me to let me know I should prepare for a 2 hour visit, so that I can pre-arrange things. It is a wonderful experience.
Today was my first visit to NWDC. I thought I had been getting high level care before but the experience today, in terms of expertise, technology, and friendliness, was truly inspiring. Not only is my immediate dental issue being addressed professionally and promptly but I am grateful for the long term treatment plan being developed to insure that I have excellent dental health as I age beyond my current age of 75.
In the past two years, I have had some extensive dental work. Dr. Seth, Dr. Dana, Dr. Lewis and staff thank you for making every visit a positive one. I have extreme dental anxiety and they all always know what to do and say to get you through it from a cleaning to an dental implant. I appreciate you all, immensely! Best place around, hands down!

Excellent facility, excellent personnel. Ive been fortunate to have had great dental care throughout my life, but never better than here. My previous dentist, who was as good as it ever gets, transferred his practice to this one in preparation for retirement. He made the right choice.Continuing with the implant process, fourth one. Care continues to be excellent. Plus, the chairs are supremely comfortable. You wont want to leave!Had another painful problem recently. The alternatives were clearly and thoroughly explained, and the one I chose was executed expertly. This operation is a civic asset.

Today, I have a very fullfilling teeth cleaning, tooth filling service at NWDC.The routine teeth cleaning was provided by Sue. It was the first time I received a dental floss check-up in a routine teeth cleaning, and it was the first time I learned that measurements were taken to compare the health of my gum with the last time. The cleaning is very enjoyable, and I left feeling I am very well taken care of.The filling was done by one of the doctors in the office (did not quite get her name), and it was done very professionally. She asked me how I feel afterward, I said I did not feel a thing jokingly, but really true. In this type of procedure, it is best you do not feel anything. The filling fixed my issue perfectly.
I have needed dental work repaired from a previous dentist and it has been a pleasure. This practice is kind, knowledgeable and just the best.

I have been a patient of both Drs Seth and Dana Keiles since they opened their office in Northern Westchester. I have always experienced the utmost professionalism in their care, as well as true warmth and caring. Whether I am making a routine appointment or experiencing an emergency, the office staff, hygienists, assistants and especially Drs Seth and Dana have always been responsive. No one wants to be in the midst of a dental emergency, but if it occurs, you want to be in the care of the team at Northern Westchester Dental.

I have been with Northern Westchester Dental for many years. Drs. Dana and Seth Kyles have treated my dental issues with care and concern for my well-being. They are the best at what they do. Recently I got to meet Dr. Lewis a new member of the team. Also would like to add the staff is always pleasant and helpful.
For starters, the office is very nice and clean. The staff was wonderful. Dr. Keiles was very thorough when explaining my possible treatment, etc. and Sue, the hygienist was amazing too. Definitely recommend this practice!
The owner of this dental office having an angry response towards two minority women (one a minor), giving an honest review of their first visit to his dental office speaks volumes. Again, we gave an honest assessment of a consultation with Dr. Ehrmann which was good. We gave this business 1 star because of inexcusable treatment by front desk staff (Kim and Francis) and issue with pricing not being itemized on our Treatment Plan. Instead of displaying anger and displeasure with our honest review, Seth (owner) should have addressed how he could correct issues via diversity and billing training (etc) for his office support staff to ensure ALL of his patients in the very diverse “community” his business serves are treated well when they come to his dental office. He gave no plausible reason for “NOT” treating one of our family members even after we received a Treatment Plan from his office. This was very odd considering we sent an e-mail to the office prior to the appointment explaining the dental services we were interested in. Professional ethics dictates the patient always has the final say in what treatment they elect to have or NOT have performed…
What a great experience in this office from the minute you walk in till its time to leave. The office staff amazing, courteous, polite especially Shayna, I cant express more how happy to finally have a staff that works with the patients. The doctors all are great as well as the assistants.
I recently received a complete smile makeover from Dr. Seth and his team. This involved full dental crowns, upper and lower. I am absolutely over the moon with the result! My family is in awe. I’m talking about holding hands over mouths when they saw me, kind of awe.Doc and his staff were meticulous and use only the finest lab in the US to produce the porcelain crowns. No adjustments were even needed with the permanents! That’s how good Dr. Seth and his team are. His collaboration with the lab showed in the final product.Doc and staff we’re answering constant questions from me, supporting and advising me all the way. The comradery amongst the staff is infectious and you have fun in this dentist’s chair. Get ready to be entertained!I must especially acknowledge the front office staff who showed unimaginable patience with me and represented the treatment plans with wonderful knowledge of all the actual dental treatments and methods. This was an object of the practice I found particularly impressive.God Bless and thanks to all the wonderful and professional staff at NWDC! The term “Care” truly reflects what the patient receives at this practice. This is where I recommend people go for all dental needs, since l learned the practice provides the full range of services.

Good service is not a marketing term with this group; great service is a commitment in everything that they do. From the normal needs to the most obscure, they focus on patient care and wellness. I’ve been a patient for almost 10 years and Dr. Seth is a terrific dentist. He is patient, takes the time to listen to concerns and educates you. The staff is always so pleasant and accommodating too. I feel so lucky to be in their hands.

Ruly outstanding services from everyone at NWDC! I booked a cleaning appointment because I was considering changing dentists. One visit convinced me that this is where Ill be having all of my dental work done from now on. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful, even with the COVID restrictions in place, and the young lady (Janet) who got me into the first chair was waiting for me when I arrived! She handled the x-ray duty and assisted the hygienist in a very professional and personable manner. I was completely relaxed when Dr. Ehrmann performed her exams and then quickly and expertly resolved a situation I had with one of my crowns. Then the very friendly and capable hygienist, Sue, expertly cleaned my teeth, asking every few minutes if I was in need of a break. The environment was pristine and their COVID protocols were so thorough that I could not imagine anyone doing more. My wife, who also had her first appointment at NWDC a few weeks earlier, had as pleasant an experience there as I did. The search is over - NWDC is a winner!
I have been seeing Dr Seth for 16 years and without his knowledgeable expertise and amazing bedside, “chair side” manner I would not have teeth! I want to thank them today for going the extra mile!

Dr Keiles is my wife’s dentist. I called him on a Saturday morning with an urgent wisdom tooth problem after my own dentist would not see me for my problem at that time. He made time for me to come in and evaluated my problem indicating that it had to be pulled ASAP and called colleagues he respected in an effort to have the tooth pulled by an oral surgeon at noon on a Saturday. He made sure that his colleague would come in for me and end the pain and collateral damage I was experiencing- the tooth was pulled within the hour.I can’t recommend him highly enough- the sincere commitment to my care and successful treatment went “above and beyond”- but his genuine decency is what really shone through.Bob Harris

Love this dentist (Dr. Seth) as much as anyone can love a dentist! I am a big ole scaredy cat and Dr. Seth gives me as much time as I need. The entire staff is wonderful, efficient, friendly. My husband and I have been patients for about six years, our son about two years (our daughter is still a big ole chicken) and we are all very satisfied. We have had major tooth issues that have been handled professionally and as comfortably as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Ive been to this practice several times and always have had a great experience, but I wanted to take a moment to give a 5 star review after todays appointment. I had to bring my 3 and 5 year old girls to my cleaning (a less-than-ideal situation!), yet the hygienist, Susan was so patient and kind with the girls, immediately setting them up with chairs, a cartoon on tv, and chatted with them while she cleaned my teeth. Afterwards she kept them busy giving them little treats (travel sized stuff, etc.) while I spoke to the doctor. She made it such an easy experience! The whole staff is friendly and accommodating!

The entire staff has been so wonderful with my 15 year old daughter with autism. After initial sedation and work we were never able to do in the past, my daughter now goes regularly for her dental cleanings, is getting better with each visit and actually has a healthy and beautiful smile. Both Dr. Dana and Seth Keiles have worked on Madelyns teeth and I couldnt be more pleased. Also, Sue does a fantastic job with her cleanings and couldnt be more patient. Thank-you!!

My entire family has used Northern Westchester Dental for years. The office is professional, clean and friendly. The staff is top notch and both dentists are fantastic with children. It is also extremely convenient to have a my kids orthodontist in the same office. Highly recommend this practice!
I have never had a bad experience with this practice. The dental work is always top notch. Dr. Seth is a perfectionist, I had a crown that was probably OK, he decided the gap would not have looked natural, so he sent it back to be reworked. I am not easily satisfied. I am very satisfied with this practice.

World class service/treatment and Staff! I was in the other day for pain in my lower jaw and Jenn and Dr Pete McArdle elevated my concerns and took excellent care of me. Jenn took the time to explain everything to me made me feel at ease and when Dr Pete came in, he gave me a plan with options what need it be done next and cannot thank them both enough!
DO NOT GO HERE! This place is a sham! Please do yourself a favor and go someplace else. I came here in November after moving to Putnam county. I have used the same dentist for over 30 years in Queens and only had three cavities in entire my life. I have never had a problem with my teeth. After visiting northern westchester dental, they told me that I had 5 cavities. When I went to have them filled all of a sudden I had 7 cavities and needed my wisdom teeth taken out. At the time I trusted them and had only 3 cavities filled in that day. Two weeks later, my bite was off and I was still in pain! I called and told them it was an emergency and they told me I would have to wait a month and a half to be seen. Weeks later it got infected and I am finally getting it fixed by another dentist. Not to mention they conned me into paying for my fillings out of pocket because the material they used was not covered by my insurance. I did not know this until after the work was done. If you want to keep all of your teeth and save your money do yourself a favor and go someplace else. This place sucks!
I want to thank Dr Seth Keiles and his staff for the wonderful care they have given me.I went to the office with an emergency and they fit me right into their schedulewithout hesitation. The end result is that Dr Keiles has given me a reason to smile again because of the beautiful work he has done.

First I need to say I am petrified of dentist, I have to take xanax, and sometimes thats not enough. Just the thought of the drill and needle, OMG=-- I am telling you I am in my 60s - I have never laughed during a root canal- Dr. Debbie Gortler was so efficient and she understood my fear and she was funny, fun - there I was getting ROOT CANAL and I was freaking laughing- Root canals are painful- but her patient manner made it soooo bearable- Thank you Dr, Gortler-- This was an emergency visit just this week so the staff was minimal - burt everyone was kind.
Emergency! In so much pain.. My regular dentist didnt call back , I was in so much pain I called anyone in the area and the Keiles at Northern Westchester dental called me back - they met me over thanksgiving weekend to help. I could not be more grateful to the entire staff and Dr. Dana was fantastic!!

2022-01-26Northern Westchester Dental care is the best practice to go to for any dental needs! They are by far the most professional, informative, caring staff! Form the moment you walk in up until you leave you are treated with respect and friendliness from entire staff. I am made to feel comfortable while receiving the most up to date technology and techniques the dental industry has to offer from the best docs and staff! I am so grateful and always look forward to going! . On arrival a few years back I had a lot of work to be done. Throughout the entire process I left happy, amazed and always knowing my treatment plan and what to expect. It was done in a timely fashion. Always a pleasant experience! They are very consistent. I am back to functioning fully and always smiling thanks to them!!! I am confident to recommend anyone to there. Practice! Who knew you could be excited to go to the dentist! Where I used to have major anxiety from bad experiences. I’m glad I got to them when I did! I weaved time, cost and most importantly my teeth.Thanks Dr. Dana and Dr. Seth and entire staff! Also must not forget Doctor Gortler for root canals. Anytime you hear root canal, naturally it’s not something u look forward too. I had the pleasure of seeing her on a few occasions and each time there was absolutely zero pain during and after procedure. Her personality is a plus as well she somehow has the gift of making the experience comfortable and fun. I left smiling each time! 😁

2022-04-27As a new patient in 2020, I felt comfortable in the office for myself, my 2 children, and husband. The cleanings are easy and on schedule. We have visited multiple times and are happy with the dentist and hygienist, even the office staff are nice and friendly. They care about your comfort and well being!

You shared the same thing other dental places have told me, but they actually explained what that means and why it was important. And the person I was with, Mary, was gloriously amazing. 2022-06-30Finally, I found a dentist and a group of folks who actually make going to the dentist a pleasant experience! Dr Keile’s (ya they are married) and their amazing staff of professionals are considerate, friendly, caring, understanding, and sociable. They take the time to make you understand what your treatment plan is and go the extra steps to make you feel important. Aside from being amazing dentist’s; this group goes above and beyond and spend time with you - unlike other doctors where you feel like you are at the mechanics and once you are fixed you are out the door. For example: Dr Seth Keiles once stayed past hours to work on me rather than dismiss me to another appointment. Also, Mary the hygienist is the best I’ve ever had. She knows so much, has so much experience, and makes each cleaning something you want (and need - as she routinely finds and reports any problems she encounters to the doctors.). They are also extremely accommodating. I’ve needed to cancel once or twice due to obligations or sickness, and rather than being nasty or forbidding like other doctors staff, they are cheery and helpful in rescheduling you as soon as you feel comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

2022-02-19I have had nothing but good experiences. If you have dentist anxiety there are so many good people working there that understand and help to make you feel more comfortable. I usually see Dr Ehrmann who is fantastic. I saw a new hygienist Irene who I will be keeping going forward. She was the BEST!

2022-04-11I highly recommend this dental practice. I called for an emergency on Saturday and they took me right in. The office is spotlessly clean and the entire staff is very competent caring and professional. The dentist, Dr. Dana, was truly compassionate and acknowledging of the severe pain I was in. Definitely deserve five stars
