The team at Northside is fantastic. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful which ensures you have the best possible experience. The quality of work is remarkable, they took the dent out and ensured the paint was also done appropriately. Best experience Ive ever had with an auto body shop. My Tahoe was ready on time, the work was pristine and whoever detailed it made it look better than when I bought it. Jack who I believe is the owner, is on top of everything. There is no reason to go anywhere else for repair work.

Yesterday, Monday, June 28, 2021 at 5pm, I had a very pleasant experience at Northside Auto Body on Parker Avenue, Poughkeepsie New York. I changed car insurances and Progressive wanted me to go get my car photographed so they know if anything has happened to it prior to me being insured with them. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot someone said hello to me and helped me. Told me where to go inside and the moment I went inside someone immediately ask me if I need help. They offered me soda or coffee and tons of different snacks. They said all I need ed went was my keys in my insurance card and 10 minutes of my time. I sat down in a comfortable chair & watched TV. Ten minutes later I was done. They even gave me a promotional bag with promotional items in it. I know I wasnt there for expensive auto body work but it was still a a very pleasant experience and I didnt have to pay anything. They were very professional. The building is nice and clean on the inside. Outside the building and grounds were clean and upkept. See the photos for a cool thing they had as you enter the parking lot.
During the last snow storm my wife got into a accident and ended up running the side of my car down a guardrail lucky she was ok but the car needed a bunch of work. I had never been in a accident that required body work to my car before. I went to Northside on a referral from my neighbor. From the moment i walked in the door it was a friendly and professional environment. having them work on my car was the best choice I could have made. they negotiated with my insurance and made the repairs in no time, my car looks brand new. The team there really knows what they are doing and I highly recommend them to any one in need of any work.
I brought my Altima to Northside because I had to replace my entire bumper and they exceeded my expectations by so much! I was a little nervous at first because this was the first place I found but I am so happy I went here. I had to get this done by a certain date and they had my car ready a day before the deadline! They also gave me a free detail on top of it. They have outstanding service and I will DEFINITELY recommend anyone to bring their car here! My car literally looks like it just came out of the shop! Northside Auto Body is an all-around amazing repair shop. Our son had a run-in with a deer over spring break in NJ and since the vehicle was still operable we decided to schedule the repairs near his college in Poughkeepsie - and are incredibly glad that we did. In fact, should any of our cars need any accident-related body work in the future we will be traveling the 2.5 hours to Poughkeepsie in order to use Northside.Customer service, communication, insurance dealings, timeliness, and quality of work were done to the highest standards - all at zero cost and no hassle for us. Also, genuine Toyota parts were used for our CH-R and a lifetime guarantee was included.Our 2018 CH-R looked better than the day we drove it off the dealers lot. We highly recommend Northside Auto Body and are so very grateful for their impeccable services.
Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable in everything they did. I got a rental and after I received my car it looked just as good or better than when I first bought it. Jack and his team are the best and take it from the guy who works at greenhaven.

Went in for a quote on a Monday. Very reasonable price for non insurance work. Facility was very nice and well organized. Employees were all very helpful and accommodating. My tailgate had a small dent in it and I wanted to get it fixed and looking like new.That Tuesday I dropped of my tailgate and then on Friday I went to pick it up. I have done body work myself and I wanted a professional for this and North Side did an immaculate job. Highly recommend.
Came for insurance business and was treated quite well with a goody bag to take with us. Great snacks while you wait. Great integrity because I accidentally left my handicap placard and Dennis called us to let us know we left it.
I cant say enough good things about Northside. They make customer service their top priority and it shows. I got in a fender bender in December (say that three times fast) and unfortunately did not have collision insurance at the time. I called the local Mazda dealer to inquire where they recommended, as the paint on our CX-5 (Soul Red) is notoriously difficult to match properly. They told me they send all of their paint jobs to Northside. I then drove around to three different shops to get quotes. Not only did Northside have the best service, they also had the lowest quote by more than $500.There was a delay waiting for parts (not Northsides fault, just supply chain issues) and when they came in they set me up with a rental car for the weeklong repairs. The work was FLAWLESS. My husband was stunned, as he expected the paint to not match exactly based on what weve read online about this tricky paint color. It was a perfect match. The body work was like new, they even detailed the car AND THEY WAIVED THE RENTAL CAR FEE, for no reason, just because they could and they felt bad for me paying out of pocket. I didnt pay a nickel over the quote. I will go here again and again, and rave about them to anyone who needs their services. I promise you wont be disappointed. Save yourself the time and worry and make Northside your first and only stop.
A very satisfying experience which can be difficult after damaging your car! However I could not have had a better experience. Helpful, timely, reasonable. I could go on but you get the picture. They did a great job!

I was in an accident and had to get an estimate for my Kia Seltos, I called the dealership and since they don’t do the type of work my car needed they advised that they recommend all their customers to Northside Auto Body. I called and stated I was looking to get an estimate since I was in an accident and the first question Matt asked was am I ok and that made me feel like they cared without even knowing me. I was able to bring my car in immediately for an estimate which they got right down to business. I told them my insurance company name and the email address they can send the estimate to and it was sent the same day. Within a couple of days later my insurance company paid and they called me to scheduled drop off and also set me up in a rental which I didn’t have to fill out any paperwork. It was all handled in house. They prepared me for the time frame and kept me apprised of each step my repairs were at which put my mind at ease. I picked up my car today and even though it was brand new to begin with it somehow seemed newer if that is possible. Not to mention the goodies I received. I was impressed during the first phone conversation I had and each conversation afterwards. I had the pleasure of working with Matt, Dennis and Jack who were very professional and sorry if I missed anyone who I may have spoken to on the phone. Their operation is a well oiled machine, the right hand knows what the left is doing and no matter who I spoke to I mentioned my name not my car and they knew exactly who I was and gave me the report for my car without extra questions. It’s never easy being in an accident and having to contact this person and that person and having to do a lot of the leg work to get going but they handled EVERYTHING and all I had to do was show up. THANK YOU!!!
Amazing place to visit, service is prompt and every employee is nice willing to help you the best way possible. They offer snacks for the wait even if you are there for only just a bit they are here to make us feel comfy. High recommended with everything and they do their job well hands down. Been there a few times now and never has any issues to mention.

I cant begin to say how amazing Chris and the rest of the crew is here. I had an unfortunate and significant accident where a large portion of the back quarter of my car had to be repaired...mechanicals, electrical, and cosmetics. Very In-depth, and complicated repair process. Extremely impressed and satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and quality of work. They kept me informed of the process the entire time with top-notch customer service. Literally cannot tell that my car had an accident at all! Will not hesitate to recommend them to others. If you want a five star experience and you enjoy some of the best customer service you will ever receive, Northside auto body is the place to go!! I dropped my car off to them for a full respray including jams and had it back within three weeks. Not only did they do a phenomenal job but they provided one of the best experiences I’ve ever had working with a body shop! The car is flawless and it’s everything and more than I expected, I have a brand new car again!! I Can’t thank Jack, the owner, enough for everything he did for me. An the guy laying down the paint in the back needs a raise!! His painting skills can’t be matched in the area and possibly the entire east coast. I will never go anywhere else! Northside is 100% white glove service. Everyone says Northside treats you like family. They are wrong. You are treated BETTER than family. The entire process was streamline from insurance coverage to car rental. Northside had me covered. My car looks like it rolled off the sales floor at 4 years old. Believe me. It didnt look that way when it rolled into the shop. The inside was fifthly, and I scraped our stone wall from passenger side to rear end.. The shop is so clean you could probably eat off the floor, but dont try it. If you have to wait a little. there is a coffee bar for your enjoyment. Northside should be your first stop when you have to service your car. You will glad you did.
Quick, friendly, professional service. The office is amazing...free snacks/beverages.....and when I left I was given a bag with an air freshener and a mug!!!! Very friendly....and accommodating....I was extremely impressed!!!!
The only thing better than my service at Northside was my experience dealing with Jack, Anthony, and Steve. Their facility is amazing including a window into their service area so you can see how much care they take with each car. And as an added bonus, the waiting area is nicer than half of the coffee shops in the area!

If you need body work done on your car, do not go anywhere else. This place is gold glove all the way. From beginning to end they are 100% professional and treat you as if you are their first customer. I dealt with numerous associates at Northside, and everyone was amazing. I have a college degree in Business, and I can honestly say this auto repair shop, should be a case study in how to operate! I repeat, don’t consider another another place!

I recently went to Northside after needing major body repairs due to a collision with a deer. I was impressed with Northside the moment I walked thru the door---their customer service was exceptional, every single staff member that I came across whether in person or talked to over the phone was extremely helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. My car came back looking like brand new, and the added detailing of the car was a super bonus! I highly recommend Northside for your needs! Wow what a great experience! From dropping off the truck to picking up and all the communication in between. I dealt with Jack, but all the staff were attentive and helpful. They really exemplify how a a shop should be run and how working as team benefits everyone. I had 2021 Ram rebel fixed here and it came out great.
I had bumped into a guard rail a couple months ago that left a dent and scrap running all down the passenger side of my Jeep. Chose Northside because of 2 things, all the positive reviews and the raptor mascot. LolAll kidding aside. They handled everything with my insurance from start to finish. It was about 2 weeks with getting parts to receive my car back. They had rental cars on site and even half way thru the time when there was a issue with the rental car, got me in another rental right away.When I got my car back it looked immaculate. Cleaner inside and out then when I bought it.My passenger side looks like it never had any damage.I would recommend Northside to anyone needing body work.

They do awesome work on your car. Hands down probably one of the best in the area however I feel like they try to pressure you into renting a vehicle from them and something about the atmosphere made me feel unwelcome.
I was given a car detailing I’ll be honest my car was a mess. I set up my appointment and from the time I called till the time my car was done these guys were awesome. My car looks phenomenal I haven’t seen it this clean in a long time. I will be bringing it back when it needs another cleaning. I normally hate going to places like this cause I just feel uncomfortable but again these guys did small talk and made me feel comfortable.If you are looking for any type of work THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

Staff is so accommodating and really takes all the work and frustration of getting the car fixed from dealing with insurance, getting rental car and even details entire vehicle and gives you a gift bag. I would give this shop 10 stars if possible. I brought my Kia here after a crash with many problems. Smashed right mirror, broken front bumper, whole right side of my car was wrecked. Not only did I get the car back good as new, they kept me updated on what was wrong and every fix they made. The work they do is absolutely amazing and there communication is even better. I would recommend Northside Auto body to everyone who is having problems with there car, or need something fixed. This shop is best of the best.
On my way to work I was hit, an accident is never convenient especially around the holidays. Northside Auto Body made this whole accident quick and easy to take care of. I brought my SUV in to be repaired after a minor accident. Everyone I met was welcoming, helpful, and extremely accommodating. I was impressed with the quality of their work on my vehicle and the presentation as I got in to drive home. My car was not only clean and looking like new, but also smelled amazing and had goodies like a coffee cup and umbrella waiting for me inside. I cannot recommend Northside enough!
First I like to thank Greg for the wonderful job by helping me out with toweling my car from the Bronx on a Friday back to Poughkeepshie when my car got hit while parked. He was awesome ;) because i don’t know who would have driving that distance on a Friday afternoon. So if you need a towel “GREG” is your guy. Now on to the next ill like to thank Steve and his crew for an amazing body work to my car when I say it looks brand new as when I purchase the car. The work took about 3-4 weeks. When i arrived to pick up my car they also greeted me with gifts like a free car & detail for free and also an umbrella not sure if that’s because i had a umbrella so they replaced it regardless I don’t care about that just wanted to give. My whole experience. Oh they also gave me a cute flash light for my keys how adorable. Now with the car body work was completely fine. I did bring it to north side that my wheel bearing from driver side was not replaced and that’s where my car was hit. To make a long store short my car still not fix lol but thank you northside for everything you guys are great

I called Northside auto body and spoke with Anthony because I needed a photo inspection for my HR-V. He explained the process to me in details and provided the email address to send my ID card ahead since I don’t have a printer at home.I got there and the email hadn’t gotten to them because I wrote the email incorrectly. Anyway, the gentleman that greeted me assured me it’s no worries and that I should use their guest wifi to resend it which I did.The entire process took no more than 10-15 minutes and I was extremely impressed with their customer service. I took notice of every single thing and noticed how well dressed everyone was in their gray polo shirts and dark bottoms; as well as how polite all the employees were. I was offered several choices of a beverage of coffee, espresso or water and even snacks. Their snack station by the way was really cute!! and modern. Everything was nicely arranged and clean. Unfortunately I had just eaten and didn’t want anything at that time but I really appreciate their generosity.The office was being run like a well oiled machine! The walls are nicely decorated with plaques and automotive “things”. I also noticed the plants in the window and although they were artificial it was still a pleasant sight. The staff moved about quickly yet managed to keep their tone to a level that wouldn’t turn customers off.The gentleman that did my inspection was extremely polite(I wish I had taken his name down) as he addressed me BY MY NAME and not by the make of my car. At the end of my service I was presented with a “swag” bag with the company name, and inside was a red coffee mug also with their logo, and a car freshener. He also handed me a plastic jacket for my ID card and a copy of my inspection report and advised that a copy was sent to my insurance company. I also got a keychain with a lighter.I was so impressed with every aspect of my visit to Northside and will recommend them to anyone needing their services.And one last thing.. as I was walking out the door another employee was walking in and he stepped back outside and held the door open for me! A+customer service from start to finish. And all the employees were males!

To Everyone at Northside -From the day I moved to the Poughkeepsie area and needed insurance photos taken of my car, I knew I found my auto body shop. As a complete stranger and only in the shop for photos that dont make them much money, I was treated as a customer that they knew for decades! The shop is as clean and professional as it gets in the industry. So without hesitation when I was rear-ended a year later I sent my SUV to their shop. They actually remembered myself and my car from my photo visit a year earlier. I felt completely at home. They returned my 7 year old car to me cleaner than it was before the accident, and even went above and beyond the damages from the accident! Who does that today? Answer - Northside Auto Body. I felt so confident in my experiences there and recommended a friend of mine who lives in Queens, NY to travel to Poughkeepsie to get his trucks body damage repaired. They didnt let me down and my friend cant stop raving about his experience as well. By far the best Auto Body shop I have ever dealt with!! Not only are they friendly and courteous, but they have to be the cleanest shop I have ever been in!! The end of this past summer I was rear ended in a car accident that caused thousands of dollars of damage to my 1 yr old Chevy Equinox. I brought it to them and they were top notch. They took care of everything through the insurance, were on top of everything, got me a rental right then and there. My car was done in a little over a week. It looked like it rolled off the showroom floor the day I picked it up brand new! I recently had to go back to have a piece of molding put back on that came off when I caught a boulder on the side making a tight turn, and they took care of it 1-2-3 free of charge. Dennis who I dealt with both times was wonderful. I cant say enough good things about North Side Auto. Had an accident when I was visiting Dutchess County from NJ. Car was not driveable. Towing company company insisted that I go to Northside instead of the local Honda dealership that doesnt do their own bodywork.The guys at Northside were so kind and professional to me and my family. They handled the insurance, repairs, and rental car etc so it was really easy and effortless. Car looks and drives great. Their shop is really nice and inviting. They treat you with respect and make you feel secure and appreciated.I highly recommend them. I wish I lived closer.
This has the best customer service ever!! They take the stress out of having your car fixed. They are amazing from start to finish. My front end was damaged in a car accident, and my car looked like new when they were finished fixing it. They kept me updated while they were fixing my car. Chris and the team at Northside auto body shop made the process of me getting my car fixed with them after being involved in an accident super smooth. They handled all the extra work for me with the insurance and the inspector and ensured everything that needed to be fixed was fixed. I just picked up my car and I’ll tell you, it looks better then when i bought it off the lot at Mazda. The detailing they did to my car in and out was immaculate, my new front bumper shined bright from a far. Even the slightest dents and paint marks from other cars banging into my car doors in parking lots was buffed out. Thank you guys for such a wonderful job on my car !!! NORTH SIDE AUTO BODY SPA is the cleanest- covid safe auto body repair spa on earth. The staff is very knowledgeable and treats there costumers with respect. I thought I bought I new truck after I picked my Ram up. Jack is goes above and beyond to make sure his costumers are satisfied. I have nothing but good things to say about Northside Auto Body. I had damaged the left side of my bumper driving into a garage. Northside Auto Body gave me a estimate to fix it and that was exactly what it cost for the repair. It was also finished my car when they said it would be done by. They also went the extra mile. They cleaned and detailed my car. My car came back looking brand new again, and in better condition than it went in with. They cleaned the inside and outside of the car. Very friendly and helpful staff. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is right for you. Complimentary detailing and gift items tops off their high quality service.Having a rental agency included in their set up is also convenient. Once they start including regular service maintenance to their business there won’t be anything they can’t do.

Went there for the first time on July 1st 2021 found them on Google. Called and the person I spoke too was extremely friendly and thats what caused me to go to them their showroom is clean and well kept. Theyre waiting area had a lot of amenities the work they did on my vehicle was spectacular I highly recommend this place.

Went to Northside to get photos taken of my car for insurance. Place is super clean, guys are super nice. Welcoming atmosphere pleasantly surprised. Took my car to Northside for body work and boy am I happy I did. From my first arrival the guys in the front were welcoming and looked at my car quickly and let me know everything that needed to be done. No pressure and very easy to talk to. I will say the most amazing customer service I ever experienced. From Anthony putting me at ease from the first call/meeting to the quick completion of my car. I really cant remember the last time I had such a pleasant experience in such an unpleasant circumstance. I dealt with them mostly on the phone because I work in the city. This is the second time I have had Northside perform work on my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. All I can say is that they have me as a customer for life. I stopped in to get a price on repairing a dent in my quarter panel of my CRV. Jack took a look at it and told me he had a guy that could probably fix the dent later that day if I wanted to come back when he arrived. I went back, Jack pulled my vehicle in right away, and within a half hour my dent was repaired! This is the second time I have had the chance of working with the gentlemen of Northside. Jack is the most professional person I have had the honor of dealing with. Both times I have dealt with Northside have been an absolute pleasure. My car was sent to Northside Auto Body by Toyota for a paint recall. I have a white Toyota Rav4. When the job was done the paint was not the same factory white. It was a very nice pearl white, but it did not match the rest of the car.-Secondly, they took out my HID Head lights and installed standard bulbs. Why? I have no idea. When questioned about it, they bought the same HID head lights I had, but said they couldnt install them. Yes, they took out the head lights, but then could not re-install them.-Third, my gas tank door wouldnt open.-Fourth, someone forgot to put the Toyota emblems back on the car.-Fifth, my car radio no longer works properly.-Sixth, my key fob to lock and unlock the doors no longer works.-Seventh, my rear view camera is either disconnected, or the wires have be cut.I had to go back to them twice, and in doing so, only the gas tank door and emblems were fixed. I now have my HIDs in a box and have to find someone to install them.

Came for a CARCO - insurance inspection. From the moment stepped in, although not for a major service / repair, felt so appreciated by them, with kind greetings and prompt service, offered coffee and snacks, etc. Stated a 10 minutes process, but was completed promptly. 🏆🥇💎Service the best experience Ive had with a body shop ever. Two corporate Mini Cooper dealerships dropped the ball. One in Albany made the repair and left overspray on the window. Mini corporate sent me to a dealer in Westchester. They removed some of the overspray. Not wanting to make the hour drive, the DMV Inspector said pick a local shop. I keep seeing Northside Ads on Pluto TV, and decided to give them a shot.They removed the overspray in maybe 15 minutes, no charge, no hassle, very friendly! My mind was almost blown 🤯! Finding Northside Auto Body was like discovering a Unicorn while blindfolded in a sea of Pit Vipers.Beautiful quick work, I wouldnt choose another shop. I hit a deer with my 2016 Volkswagen, brought my car into Northside for an estimate not really knowing how the process went because I had never been in an accident or filed a car insurance claim before. They had me in a rental car (they have a hertz on site), the claim process started and me on my way in about 10 minutes. I was given updates throughout the process and when I picked up my car it looked like it did when it left the dealership brand new. Spotless inside and out. I would never bring a vehicle I owned anywhere else and would definitely recommend to friends and family without hesitation. 100% satisfied.

While I was stopped at a red light a driver who wasnt paying attention slammed into the rear of the car behind me, who in turn slammed into the rear of my car. This might have had a sad ending, if we hadnt taken our car to Northside Auto Body Repair. We already knew that they did excellent work and the quality is superb. However; its what happened after our car was finished; when we went in to pick it up, that separates them from their competitors, making them the preferred choice. They volunteered to pay our car rental fees that exceeded what the insurance company covered. Its this small attention to detail, not talking about the car, that sets them apart. Being in an accident is stressful enough, but Northside Auto Body Repair makes the process a little easier, with great customer service.

They made collision repair as easy as possible. Everything was done courteously and expeditiously with great communication as to the status of your vehicle. They alleviated the paperwork headache when dealing with insurance and rental companies. When your car is done its detailed and you get sent home with some nice parting gifts.

Earlier this week I went in to North Side Auto Repair with a scratch on my back bumper, they provided me with an estimate within minutes. I dropped the car off the next day and in less than 24 hours they called me to pick it up the next day. They did a wonderful job and even took care of a previous scratch free of charge. My boyfriend and I took his Chevy Camaro to Northside Autobody after he had been in an accident. After such a horrendous accident experience, we were so pleased and extremely relieved to meet with Chris and Anthony. They were knowledgeable, well spoken, efficient, and so kind to us. It is no question that they put their customers first. We had an estimate of damages and repairs within minutes and they explained it in full detail. In addition to such a pleasant experience, the Autobody shop is clean, and they offered us coffee and snacks multiple times. We were in a Hertz rental quickly. After updating him almost every day, we picked up the car today....a day earlier than originally expected. We met with the owner today and he made the check out process painfree. Not only was the damage fixed, the body work was impeccable. They did exactly what they said and more. They washed his car and it looked brand new. From a car rental for the entire time my car was being fixed to my car being detailed, they take the stress away from the entire process with some additional perks too. The customer experience was A++ from my initial interaction with the tow truck driver at the time of my accident until a few weeks later when I picked up my car (a week earlier than initially promised). The driver was courteous and actually took interest in the fact that all parties to the accident were in good health. On the ride from the site of the accident to the shop, he accurately summarized the remaining steps in the process – full transparency. When we arrived at Northside, once of the owners (Jack) personally called my insurance company to start the claim. I was on my way to work in a rental in less than 20 minutes, and he even offered a breakfast sandwich! I received multiple updates throughout the process and couldn’t believe when I was told the car was ready almost a full week earlier than expected. Upon pickup, the car was fully detailed and loaded with a Northside branded umbrella, coffee mug and tote bag (which contained all the loose change that was around the car when dropped off). There’s no reason to go anywhere but Northside. Amazing service from start to finish.

I never do reviews on anywhere I go. This actually might be my first one ever but I know I have to because these guys deserve it .I actually found this body shop because of the reviews it had. I have to say the people who left bad reviews probably were either just negative people who want to see the world burn or just really having a crappy day.So long story short my car was side swiped and my whole driver side was all messed up. No mirror, bent door, scratches, etc. These guys went above and beyond with repairing my vehicle .Brand new paint job all the scratches it had all over the car are gone now (their wasnt that many but still.) .The fully cleaned my headlights, did a complete detail of my car. My car is looking extremely Fine right now. It looks better than when I first got it off the lot at the dealership, I kid you not. They even helped me with getting a rental car. I literally did nothing they did all the work and hooked me up. I dont think Ill ever go to another body shop .keep it up guys!
Northside just made repairs to our car after we hit a raccoon. The customer service was top notch. They came immediately to pick up the car to bring to their shop. They started the claim process with our insurance company for us, gave us a rental car, kept in touch with us through the entire process. The repair work was done perfectly. My car was hit by someone near main street in Poughkeepsie. County Wide towing was driving by and stopped to see if they could help. I explained I had never been in an accident before so I wasnt sure if towing was covered or if I had to call AAA. Mike from County Wide explained in detail how it works and assured me they would bring my car to Northside and that Jack would take care of me. When I arrived at Northside, Jack the owner was waiting for me and made me feel so much better even though my car was sitting on a flat bed. He explained the process, called my insurance company for me, had the insurance adjustor out there the next morning, and provided a rental as well. The entire staff was so friendly and outgoing and welcoming. I had my car back in less than 2 weeks which is great considering the damage that was done. Its now back in one piece, and I couldnt be happier. Between the amazing service from everyone at County WideTowing and Northside Auto Body, and they way my car looks brand new again. Unfortunately I was involved in a accident where my 2017 Alfa Romeo was rear ended. But the tow company Redls and their friendly driver Greg luckily that got me recommended Northside. From the moment I pulled in the owner Jack came to greet me with open arms which in a frustrating time like this was very reasuring to say the least. I was greeted with coffee espresso and candy and welcome smiles. Jack went over the process with me and helped me understand my options with no pressure. I confidently left my car in their great hands. From the first day to the last which took long than orginally estimated (no faul of Northside at all) to the day I picked it up they have been amazing about communicating with me about my cars progress. My car came back fully detailed which looks amazing and I received gifts from them which is always a plus. Great place! I’ve never needed a body shop before and didn’t know what to expect but they made it so easy . Dropped off my car and left in a rental. Whole process took less then 30 mins. Very impressed. I highly recommend.
I had a great experience with North Side. They repaired extensive damage to my wifes SUV. The work was immaculate and the SUV was returned to us in pristine condition. Totally happy with the great service and treatment we received from North Side. I highly recommend them for any of your auto body repair needs.

I needed a dent removed from the side of my car, from the moment I set foot into northside the service was incredible. The staff was very good at weighing my options with me to solve the issue. The level of service for the insanely affordable price truly blew me away.

My wife and I had the pleasure of renting a car through this body shop from Hertz. I wholeheartedly recommend renting a car from this place if you need one while in Poughkeepsie. We needed to get to the train station within ten minutes of dropping our car off. We called and asked if they could shuttle us to the train station when we arrived. They said yes. When we arrived, they had an employee (Steve) waiting outside, ready to jump in our rental car and take us to the train station. They didn’t even know we were in a hurry but they were ready to go the extra mile just to help us out. I wish I lived in the area because I would bring my car to these people for body work in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

Ok soo Im sorta late with this review but I honestly sorta just walked in off the street with a problem that needed to be fixed. I spoke with Luis I think his name is maybe Lewis anyway he took down my information gave me a quote told me it would take about 2 days time I really didnt have so he cut the job down to 1 day for me which i thought was awesome. They were extremely friendly and helpful when it was time to pay I was surprised I was surprised I was saving more money. Long story short I highly recommend this place I really felt like they cared about my needs and nott just what they could get from me

Quick, helpful, responsive. This review has been a long time coming. I messed up the rear passenger side of my Wrangler. Brother in law recommended these guys. Took time for Kemprer to get going but when they did I believe it was a week. Looks brand new, no issues and if there were I was told it would have been taken care of there.Will be going again if anything happens.

Will never recommend anyone to this shop after the wrost experience i ever have in my life with any business . They wanted me to say yes on everything they said even it didnt go on my favor . So selfish. Think about the owner that involve in an accident and in so much pain too . Never want to step my foot in that shop again and will never recommend it to anyone

Great service! Took me right away and fixed my wipers when I was in a pinch. Heavy snow broke them, Northside fixed them. Always reliable. Trustworthy and reasonable.

2022-03-01I went to Northside Auto Body for a visual inspection of my car for insurance purposes, which went well and smoothly (about 10-15 min). However, I didnt expect great service in the best looking and cleanest body shop waiting area Ive ever seen. Also, who gives a goody bag at a body shop? They do! Add to it, they have the best snacks and beverages that you can enjoy while you wait for your car. Impressed!

2021-12-29I highly recommend Northside Auto Body! They did the most wonderful and amazing job on my Jeep. After a deer ran into the left (drivers) side of my brand new Jeep, I was devastated. I brought it to another body shop and they made me feel like I was wasting their time. After leaving there in tears, I brought it to Northside. They handled everything so professionally from day one. From following up with insurance, answering all my questions, calling me with updates, etc. I couldnt be happier. I specifically worked with Dennis who was wonderful and professional. They even left some goodies in my car and offered to put my registration sticker on for me. For anyone reading this, youve picked the right body shop!

2022-01-05I CANNOT begin to say enough about the professionalism of the entire staff at Northside auto body. I had never used their services, however, after an accident I followed a recommendation from a friend that led me here. From start to finish they were communicative and even helped me through the nightmare of dealing with my insurance company. They spared no energy in doing everything they possibly could to make this experience the best it could be.On top of that, the repairs to the body of my vehicle were top notch and they even DETAILED MY CAR INSIDE to boot. (Disclaimer: it was an absolute mess when I brought it to them)I never expected to jump in my car and find a new umbrella, coffee cup, keychain flashlight and other parting gifts.It put the biggest smile on my face.I cannot stress enough, there shouldn’t be ANY QUESTION who you call the next time you need any repairs, or maintenance to your vehicle…It better be these guys.They seriously made my entire month. 2022-01-19I absolutely love how this place took care of me and my husband when we went to get a photo inspection for his Tacoma, that I had to go back there and make the hour long trip to fix the damaged that was done to my 9 month old car, this was the first accident I’ve been in where I had to deal with insurance, rental and just the overall hassle, I went in for an estimate and decided to leave my car in their hands, drove home in a beautiful rental and all I literally had to do was sign! And must I really say that I love my car even more than the first day I got it!???? My car was detailed clean, and I they gave me some goodies to take home,btw I love their snack bar! Thank you Dennis for making the process so smooth and thank you all for the exceptional service! Highly recommend💓

2022-01-20Chris, Jack and the entire gang at Northside Auto Body took amazing care of us when my wifes car had a fender bender 2 weeks before she delivered our baby. They got my wife’s car in the shop the very next day and helped us get a rental very quickly. We got timely updates and even asked how everything was going with the baby. 2022-05-02Chris went above and beyond my expectations. He guided me through the claim process and made everything super simple and kept me updated through the process. The car it self looks brand new! They also gave me a few goodies when I picked my car up, which I thought was so thoughtful. And they detailed my car!! It was much needed and a great surprise! I am super happy I chose north side to do the work and If I ever need something in the future I will be coming to them and will recommend them to friends!

2022-02-20I was truly blown away by Northside Auto Body. From the minute I walked in the shop I was impressed with the cleanliness and presentation of it as well as the friendly and attentive staff. I took my car for body work due to an accident and even the insurance adjuster, who has seen many shops, said he was impressed just after walking in. My car was not only finished early but the work came out beautifully with the custom touch of a detail and a few complimentary items from Northside Auto Body which really displayed the extra effort, customer care and personal feel that your car had been in good hands. To tie up the experience, I even received a follow up call a week or so after my car had left the shop just checking that everything was okay. Finding a reliable shop that you can trust with a wonderful experience is hard to come by and I wont hesitate to take my car here in the future as they would be the only recommendation to friends and family that I would stand by 👌🏻

2022-01-21Jack and Chris at Northside Auto Body helped me get my Mercedes Benz E300 put back together after being taken out on the road in VA coming home after Christmas. My car looks AMAZING!! They are professional, proficient and most definitely a place I would recommend to my family, friends and anyone needing their services! 2022-06-21The first time I went to Northside Auto was for an insurance inspection. I was very impressed with the customer service that I was shown that day. I later got into an accident and needed a repair shop and both me and my finance could only think of one place to go and that was Northside Auto. I would like to thank all the guys that assisted me from start to finish, you all are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Ive never encountered this in a repair shop and to top it all off they even had snacks for the customers. I would recommend Northside Auto to everyone that wants first class service.

2022-02-22I’m not usually one to leave reviews for places but I had such a positive experience with Northside that I had to share. The staff were friendly and helpful, and worked hard to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. They coordinated with my insurance and were upfront with pricing and timing estimates. I got my car back in sparkling condition, not to mention that it seemed as if the accident never happened.
