I do not owe a debt to this company. I do not owe debts anywhere. Repeated calls from these bozos to my BUSINESS, very early in the morning. Apparently they dont understand the concept of time zones. I will not accept their abusive nasty calls, I will not pass along messages to anyone. Their tactics are unprofessional and borderline illegal, and I have reported them accordingly. I have a referee whistle on my desk for the next time they call.
They call me every day leaving a voicemail about a debt I have to pay… they have said the debt is for someone named Amanda which clearly I am not… I don’t know why they have my number associated with this person but it just seems shady to me.
This company is a scam, will contact Better Business and report them in obtaining my information
First of all, I don’t owe anyone anything. Second of all, they call nonstop and just hang up. RoboKiller has them blocked. Lastly, the positive reviews here are more than likely employees. Because NOBODY gives collection agencies positive reviews.
This business is a scam. I receive multiple calls from them and when I answer they hang up right away. The few times an automated machine states I owe them money. You have been blocked and reported. Do not trust this business at all they clearly have bots running their telephones attempting to scam!
Cant say my name when you call, wont get me to stay on the line for more than 5 seconds nor a call back. Scam artists have more sense 🤣
I dont enjoy the idea of paying a debt collector, however I incurred the debt. My experience has been pleasantly easy. I set up a manageable auto payment thats taken monthly. No problems. I dont recommend paying any debt collector. I recommend you pay your bills so you wont end up paying a debt collector.
I owe a debt to this place. With the experience Im having I will never do business with them again. Will get my statements from them and they will just stop. Just recently I tried calling them about and the lady told me it not her problem. They mailed them and maybe I should check the post office for them. Have not received a statement from them in three months. I will never ever do business with them again.
Im giving them 2 stars for persistence. They call my house a few times a week, but have the number blocked. The one time I did listen to their robot, was looking for someone named Wilson I never heard of.
Not easy to speak with. The only respectable person that helped me on the phone his name is Joe Haley. My experience with the ladies are not good ones. I know I owe this debt and I am paying. Its nobodys fault but mine. Im not going to let this happen ever again.
I got 2 calls from this company so I called back. transferred 3 times even tho I had the name and ext # of person who called me, then found they are looking for a diff person with same last name. couldnt tell me how my number got assoc to acct and who they were collecting for. seemed very odd that they couldnt or wouldnt provide this info.
So... how can do you owe for an account thats not in your name or shown as a delinquency on your credit report? *SCAM&SPAM*
I was reckless with my credit cards when I was in my 20s which is the reason Im working with Northstar today. For a debt collector I must say that they are super easy to work with and always polite. Each time I make a payment i see my credit score go up because of it. Thanks for being helpful.
Worked for this place and told them i was pregnant after I got hired and the next week they found a reason to fire me AND my husband!! Not to mention they were very nasty when i told them i was pregnant. Never EVER work for this place!!!

2022-04-11This company is amazing. If you owe a debt w/them, call them and talk to someone. Dont be afraid. They are not a scam, theyre just bill collectors doing what theyre paid to do. Not to mention that theyre there to HELP YOU.

2022-05-13You think maybe yall could NOT call 7 times a day every day of the week and leave a voicemail every time too? I have told multiple people who have called me from this company that I am NOT the person they are trying to contact, but yet they are relentless. I dont even owe a debt and these people are trying to get money from me. Debt collectors of all kinds deserve to rot.

2022-08-25I do have debts I owe, but I’ve already talked to all the collection agencies. Also when the other collection offices have tried to get ahold of me, they don’t leave voicemails! I feel like this place is a scam by the reviews. Also, Alan Richards did not state my name in the voicemail. I live in Michigan, not NY.

2022-05-17Relentless. Leaving voicemails everytime they call, Ive blocked their number and still, the voicemails get through. I called back today finally because its driving me insane and found out they are debt collectors?! I dont owe any debt! Ridiculous.

That is because they are legitimate.They are fully licensed,have had a long term relationship with many clients, and their representatives are happy to help.This is a great place to work and it has many great benefits that far exceed the competition. I have worked here for over six years nowThey participate in many community organizations and fundraising campaigns constantly. It has a convenient locations with a ton of parking.This is a family owned company with family based values.

2021-10-26Not gonna say I will miss the dreaded phone call but I had a debt and paid on it. They let me call the shots (within reason) and encouraged me on the payments. They were fair, never rude or pushy and we both worked to get the money I owed completed.If you have a legit debt, do the work, pay what you can and dont be afraid to answer the phone for these guys/gals. They just want to do their job and help resolve your dilemma.Overall very happy with their efforts!

2021-12-09First of all, the employee who called me to settle the amount the for 400 back in September didnt sent me an email so why would they think I just ignored it? And as per their client, why would I pay the machine if I knew it would cost me 800? Your client reap me off like that and asking money against me??really?
