Ice hockey 🏒 year round! Nuff said...However if you want details:Several rinks of various sizes (Olympic rink nice sheet of ice!), including a roller hockey rink (never played on or looked at to be honest).Overall good quality Ice but varies between rinks. Each rink is fairly consistent and well maintained.Decent sized locker rooms are clean on arrival..., most can comfortably fit 16. Showers in each locker, but shower heads are AWFUL. Wish the NTC would fix/ upgrade 🚿. Almost makes me want to subtract a star from rating, but rest of facility saves it.Large central corridor between rinks. Pro shop if you play early enough. Never sat in the stands but they look nice from the goalie crease.A top WNY facility!
Beautiful facility but every single time we are here the people working here are absolutely ridiculous! Snarky, ignorant rude people !!! Let alone the restrictions at this point are a joke the only rink around with these type of restrictions still ... just infuriating at the treatment
Is a great place for a kids birthday party. They set up mats and things to climb on for the kids. There is also a bunch of little bikes and cars for the kids to ride on inside. There is a kitchen with a stove fridge and sink that you can use also. Weve been there 2 yrs in a row now and really like it
What can I say? my only complaint would be this place is too far away for us to go super frequently. Kids are currently taking a clinic there and theres 4 rinks, lots of space, great locker rooms, amazing pro shop, and they actually have WiFi that works and is reliable (unlike Leisure rink & Holiday rink). Well maintained and kept clean. Southtowns rinks, take notes!
I volunteer for a special ed ice skating program and every year we have our show here. I went from being a star myself to volunteering for people who have ieps like me or more of a disability. Every year is different but am amazing in the same way. Like I remember when the name was the Pepsi center. But thanks to this place and the people we get to do our show here every year which doesn’t only mean a lot to me. But the the parents and kids who get to make great memories and where amazing costumes.
I love going here and it’s cheaper than the outdoor ice rink. The cost is very reasonable to rent ice skates (hockey skates only) and admission. Staff will race over and help you if you fall. How ever the one thing that kept this away from 5 stars is the fact that it opens at 11:30 am and closes at 2:00 pm so you have barely any time to skate especially since there are a couple intermissions where they clean the ice for about 15+ minutes. Also food, drinks, sportswear (skates, clothes, and padding) and lessons are expensive.
This place needs advertising. Nobody I know knew about this place before I showed them. The place is in the process of remodeling, so right now its both functionally beautiful and dirty ugly. The place mostly needs love and attention. It is a cool place to hang out. Just dont let the grumpy security guards rain on your party.
4 pad ice rink. Rinks 1 and 2 are the coldest with the feature and Olympic rinks being comfortable for the spectators. Small bar/restaurant with a view of the action on the feature rink. Snack bar unfortunately has some of the worst coffee I have ever had, only drink it is absolutely necessary. Proshop offers skate sharpening and has all your hockey needs covered.
]plenty to do at the rinks. Learn to ice skate. Play hockey anyone at any age. General skate for people of all ages. Figure skating? They have that to. There is a family center with a playground. baseball diamonds and a football field. They built a skate park and are in the process of building a hotel on the property. They have a concession stand and a restraurant that overlooks the main rink.
Great facility, its nice to be at an ice rink where everything isnt shoehorned in too tightly. The seating for on-ice events is excellent. Cant speak to the quality of the ice, but the zamboni driver seemed to be taking his time with it and doing a good job (rather than speeding thru it). Only ding against this place is the restaurant... the selection seemed pretty limited, especially for kids. We ended up going elsewhere to eat.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! My friend and I bought our tickets and skate rentals, went over to skate rentals and were told they were out of her size. Told to go back to the ticket counter for a refund. Explained the situation to the clerk, and she said they dont do refunds!!! No voucher or anything, THEY FLAT OUT STOLE MY MONEY. Im a very forgiving person, but I will never set foot in there again, THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

2022-02-02Beautiful place, clean and well kept. Locker rooms can be bigger. Nice to have a snack bar and restaurant both on site. For a rink the stands are warmer than other places...ie. light jacket

2022-01-23The complex had a good first impression. The interior was spacious. Due to there being close to 20 locker rooms for ice hockey, finding my teams locker room took 5-10 minutes. When I got on the ice, I noticed a big puddle on the ice. It was a big divot. It was about 3 foot wide and 5 foot long. The locker rooms were very big and nice. Overall, I would rate this a 4 stars just because some bad spots on the ice.

2022-04-05A great 4- rink ice hockey facility! It has a snack stand, an upstairs restaurant overlooking Feature Rink, and vending machines for when you are waiting for practice or after the game.

2020-01-04Nice facility, four rinks, one of which is Olympic. Restaurant and bar on the second floor and snack bar on the first floor. Ample parking. Only criticism is lack of seating on two of the rinks.

2022-06-26A good town run rink. They do need better updates on the boards with what team is playing where, but thats a minor inconvenience.
