I was treated promptly and officially. I they sent me up to Phelps or I had a sonogram and it was decided I had a small clock and I should stay overnight. It was very good service and I wish them well look forward to hopefully not visiting again. Lawrence Johnson

This location (specifically Julie Rubin, PA) performs frivolous and unnecessary testing in order to bill your insurance company, and is more interested in arguing with customers about gohealth’s prescription writing policies than helping you feel better. The company has terrible customer service - the only way to get a call back from a manager apparently is to write a google review. This location also did not have an actual Medical Doctor on site on the day I visited 3/20/22, and apparently they don’t need one there! these guys charge the same amount if you see a MD or just an assistant, get your moneys worth and go see a real doc somewhere else
For the last year, these guys have sent me hundreds of dollars in bills because someone forgot to write down my insurance after I went for just 2 COVID tests. Since then I have called and given them my insurance information, and they charge me thru my insurance. Instead of keeping a record of my insurance after my calls, they keep sending me bills!I took these COVID tests a year ago and I am still getting bills, still have to make calls, and still have to stress about whether or not I am on the hook for hundreds of dollars.Never ever using these guysEDIT: update! Ended up getting charged for my COVID test despite being assured at the office that this would be covered by my insurance! Never ever using these guys!
This place is a joke I will never walk into this place again . The person at the front desk was very rude. I walked in with my son cause he fell and his knee was swollen, they asked if I had an appointment like it’s a doctors office and I said no but I have an urgent matter the guy at the front said well he’ll have to wait 3 hours to be seen and he might not even be seen cause closing time is at 8pm and people with scheduled appointments are to be seen first. Seriously the lady that walked in behind me said I have a scheduled appointment for a PCR test for travel didn’t seem urgent to me but they turned away my minor child that was in pain. Like I said this place is a joke. At the Dobbs Ferry location.
Upon arrival manny greeted me with professionalism and friendly welcoming me and my wife. Then he helped us with our phones to register. And we we’re taking of within half hour.The safe was caring and the (PA )answer all of our concerns. Thank you guys so very much I’m so proud of you guys.Regards Angel
I just moved down to lower Westchester County, I can not thank Dr. Nabegh enough.I am not one who posts experience online however in this case I felt I had to. Was in and out with a diagnosis in under 45 minutes.The facility was clean and the staff were friendly and engaging. If I had to, I would go back.
I was seen quickly, the staff was kind, and the doctor I saw was professional and took good care of me. I would go definitely go back there when I need to see a doctor.

I came in for a Covid test. Great communication throughout the whole process. Easy to book an appointment and fill out the paperwork online before going in. Helpful text reminders. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It was easy to go online and get the results.
I got on the line at nine in the week to register was not very long which was great. Everyone there was very nice and accommodating in the car I got there it was very good. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone. It’s pretty much the best urgent care I’ve been to.
Everyone was pleasant and respectful despite the COVID insanity before Christmas which was very much appreciated during such a stressful time (for everyone)! I went to other urgent cares including another GoHealth location and the staff in Dobbs Ferry were the by far the nicest and made the whole process bearable. Kudos to them for keeping their cool in hectic times.

Everytime I go here Im greeted and treated by such nice, kind hearted people. I feel like I can talk to them about whatever is going on without second thoughts. I hope people treat them with the same respect and kindness in return 🙏
Staff is terrific. They paid attention to my concerns. Wait time was pretty much what youd expect, although way shorter than going to the ER. Was given a detailed explanation of what they found, and even got a follow-up call the next day. This is an excellent go-to place for non-emergencies.
Wonderful! The staff is professional, warm and friendly A+! The facility is beautiful, modern and spotless. They set the standard for how every urgent care office should be run.
I wasn’t able to get an apportionment right way for my son but I got lucky when I showed up in person and there had been a cancellation and the medical assistant and nurse were terrific!!! Super friendly, attentive, just so nice! Made my kid feel safe and very comfortable! Thank you for such great service!!!
I am incredibly impressed with this Urgent Care. From start to finish, I experienced exceptional care from all staff involved. They were friendly, professional and highly organized. Check-in process was a breeze and I got lucky with no one there so I saw the Doctor in about 10-15 minutes! And he diagnosed me in 3 seconds! He is brilliant and compassionate! He took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed like many docs do. He was thorough and knowledgable. I would definitely go there again. A million thanks for your care, and for saving me hours of wait time in an ER.
Easy to schedule appointment, new patient registration, all online, and no wait. This was much better experience than other similar urgent care centers in the region who required in-person registration, told us we had to wait 2-3 hours and could not guarantee our spot if we stepped out. The NP who saw us was thoughtful, polite and advised only based on medical need. Overall highly recommend using this place for your urgent care needs.
The girl working the desk last night turned me away and gave me wrong information. I came back today and the same girl is working but being quiet while the other girl at the desk gives me completely different information and still turns me away. Get your facts straight and please provide better service to those who are sick and trying to do the right thing. I understand you dont want to work, but thats not my fault.

Everyone seems to need a covid test these days. It was necessary to stand in line at 8am to get an 11 am appointment for a test, but everyone was professional and courteous. I appreciated being checked out by a doctor. I had symptoms, but luckily the PCR test was negative.
We went for what turn out to be nothing with my 5 year old son and we knew it before leaving, but even still the doctor called the next day to follow up and check in. Also we were seen in a timely manner and kept informed of when we would be seen. Years back we went for something that happened to me and we also had a great experience with a very professional staff. Were lucky to have this practice in Dobbs!
Great staff! Dealing with a lot of COVID testing.It would be great to see more equipment on site for more diagnostic testing that would alleviate the need for an ER visit.
Came in to be seen after being sick for about 10 days. The nurse that roomed me asked if I was here for a Covid test and I said yes if that’s what they thought was necessary but I also wanted to be evaluated. She did the test and when the doctor came in he continued to discuss Covid. I explained that what really brought me in was the inability to sleep because of my cough. Once my Covid test came back negative he could have cared less about helping me. In fact he prescribed 2 medications with barely listening to my lungs. He placed his stethoscope on my chest in a singular spot and never moved it. I explained that I was breastfeeding and asked if these medications were compatible. I was told to call the pediatrician and find out. He walked out of the room before I could even ask what he prescribed. Of course the pediatrician office was closed for the day so I went another night without relief only to find out that he prescribed medications I could not take. I understand the pandemic life we are living in but there are other illness and viruses that need attention as well and I did not appreciate being dismissed and wasting my time for no relief. Definitely would not recommend coming here if you want any sort of help or assessments that aren’t Covid related.
Made an appointment for pre op covid test, which is different than a rapid test. I had a prescription. First, nobody could give me directions on how to get to Dobbs Ferry facility. All of the regular driving instruction sites listed address unknown. My own GPS said address unknown. The reps at central had the same problem. They called Dobbs Ferry, but they didnt pick up their phone. Finally a friend was able to give me directions. I went to my appointment. I gave the tech, who did not tell me who they were, the prescription. She did the test. I asked if my surgeon would get the results, yes. Even though I handed the prescription over to the tech,I was given the wrong test. It almost cost me the surgical appointment.In addition, the results of the wrong test could only be seen through a portal that would not open. Assistance from central could not get it open. Finally, after three very angry calls, central was able to send the results to my surgeon. The nightmare was finally over. However, never again will I use Northwell Health, ever, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
Deceitful billing - This is the second time I have gone for a covid test and they tried to bill as a doctors visit, even after I took the specific measures they told me to last time so that it wouldnt happen again. If I could, I would leave 0 stars. Takes a couple hours each time to get them to bill it like it is, a covid test. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A COVID TEST, THEY WILL TRY AND CHARGE YOU FOR A DOCTORS VISIT.

Location is good. If you get an appt at lease you don’t wait a while. They did make me pay for a Rapid PCR $75 promising me results within the hour. That didn’t happen. I kept calling but it goes straight to a call center not the local facility. That call center kept saying to check the portal in 20 minutes and it would be uploaded. No dice. 48 hours later I had to drive back in person to get the results. I paid $75 because I need results asap and in the end I could’ve done a free PCR and gotten it back in the same timeframe. Pathetic how bad it was especially because I had to call a call center four times and they couldn’t even connect me directly. Definitely not going back.
They should not be calling themselves an “Urgent Care”. I went there yesterday with a 102 fever and was turned away. I was told I would need to book days in advance (not urgent care) or get there at 8am the next morning for a walkin. Got there at 7:50am waited outside freazing for 2 hrs and turned away again. I am now at West Med in Ridge Hill being seen.
Was having flu like symptoms I visited Northwell Health- GoHealth urgent Care and was treated immediately. Staff and docotos were absolutely caring and so professional. The place is spotless and theyre taking all kinds of precaution which made me feel very comfortable and safe.
This is a very well managed “urgent care” facility. The staff, the receptionist, the nurses and the doctors, are all courteous, well mannered, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with this team, especially considering the stressful time we are faced with because of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Thank you all for your good work!
The true rating is zero stars.I went there at 3:45 as a walk-in and they wouldnt see me even though they were closing at 5:00.the receptionist showed no sensitivity and care.The place is an Urgent Care facility that is not so.Shame on this facility and its employees, clerk, doctors, and management.
I do not u detests do why I was charged $560 for no service at all. Only went in for a Rapid Covid test. This is criminal and highway robbery.
This urgent care is great. The staff was professional and kind. They quickly got me through and the NP spent a significant amount of time with me. Cannot recommend this place enough especially for covid testing!

This is truly an extraordinary find right off the Saw Mill River Parkway. Everyone, from the person that greets you at the door to the doctors & nursing staff are attentive, empathetic as well as clearly qualified. I cant say enough good things about GoHealth Urgent Care.

Waste of time! Stomach spasm all morning, tried to get some stomach meds to ease the pain. PA said there is nothing they would do, except for me to drinks lots of water and gaterate?! Waited an hour to get that.
I’ve been visiting this urgent care facility since I moved to Dobbs Ferry because it was near by. The place is always clean. The website may say long wait time for walk-in’s, but it never is. Scheduling appointments is very easy as well. And the most important thing is that the medical staff is caring and professional.

Friendly reception and relatable Nurse Practitioner. But there’s a lack of patient confidentiality. Others can hear what you are there for. When you walk in, the receptionist’s job is to ask what you’d like to be seen for. However, other patients can hear what medical problem you’re experiencing. The screens/walls are so paper thin others can also hear the doctor’s conversation with you. Other than confidentiality, it’s a nice place. I was taken cared of fast and efficiently.

I was able to quickly get a walk-in appointment for a rapid COVID test. The doctors and staff were excellent, the place is clean, results were fast. Northwell Health /Go Health is very professional and easy - I’ll Definitely return.

All Staff were supportive, pleasant and listened to my concerns. Also helped me remain calm and took BP later, which ended up being much lower later on as they encouraged me not to get concerned unnecessarily.

The staff was exceptional! The guy (I think his name was David) at the front desk could not be more kind and helpful! And the doctor, J. Schwartz was amazing and took the time to be thorough and go through everything with me. She went above and beyond!
Could they be any nicer here? From the desk staff, to the nurses, nurse practitioner, to the doctors - they are all so lovely and helpful. The facility is SO clean and new, which is an extra bonus. Ive also found their pricing to be extremely reasonable, more so than other urgent care offices Ive been to. Pro tip: you can check in online to save yourself time and if you enter your insurance info, it also gives you a copay estimate. Very happy with the facility, which is so convenient!

Staffs are helpful and friendly. The process of taking the covid test is hustle free. We registered online before the test. The online registration could be easier but it all worked out eventually.
Ive successfully been able to quickly schedule and receive a COVID-19 test numerous times this past year. The staff is the friendliest and most reassuring I have ever encountered at an Urgent Care.

The times that I or my family have gone to this Urgent care the attention has been excellent and we have always felt well taken care of. The doctors have been so responsive to our questions and helpful in their care. The place is very clean and modern; the assistants are also very nice and efficient.Fully recommend this place
Really nice! I cut my finger reaching in a drawer for something where I unfortunately encountered my husbands razor :-( Visiting the Dobbs Ferry location was such a nice experience - even with COVID-19. It was a little hard to get an appointment quickly (same day), but the wait was worth it. It was so much better than most of my recent medical experiences elsewhere. I made the appointment online entered my insurance information by uploading a photo of my insurance card BEFOREHAND. Once I got there, there was absolutely NO wait/No check-in. I arrived on-time, with my mask on, called to say I was there, walked in immediately and was seen immediately. The space was immaculate and modern and all of the staff were exceptionally professional, efficient and just plain nice. I was also reassured that the rooms all get sprayed down between patients on the phone. So, that was terrific to know too. Sanitizer was widely available. Overall, so appreciated them and their processes! Thank you! Calmed my frazzled nerves.Edited above on 9/16/2020: Went there today due to an issue with my primary care physician deciding to leave her practice (different medical group). They again were really spectacularly great, thorough and gave me great advice. AND EVERYONE washed their hands - really appreciated that!
First time ever going to an urgent care center. Thought I had the flu and decided to go to Urgent Care instead of waiting a week to see my primary care physician. Shocked at how great of an experience it was. Greeting was warm and quick, process was simple, facility was new and clean, everyone was so nice and supportive. No hoping I need urgent care again but if I do, I will be back.

My husband and I were both horribly sick and had a great experience at this facility. It was SUPER clean and the staff was very friendly. We waited only 5 min. to be seen, and the doctor was very knowledgable and patient. She even called a few days after our appointment to see how we were feeling. I am so glad we have such a great urgent care so nearby!
Came in for a SARS-CoV-2 PCR test on Tuesday and everything was easy. The staff are friendly and we were the only ones in the clinic. We got our results back the next day. I’d easily recommend.
My son injured himself, and we didn’t want to go to the ER. I called and checked to see if they would be able to do an X-ray. No problem. Follow up instructions were clear, and consulted another imaging specialist to make sure what they saw was correct. The nurse followed up later in the day, and gave kind words regarding my sons recovery.We also went there to take Covid and antibodies tests done back in May.
I’d really like to thank this place for NOTHING. I came to this location because other urgent cares require an appointment. First the nurse who took my vital was beyond rude, I tried to explain my symptoms and she stopped me before I even finished my sentence. Then the doc seemed a little friendlier. Oh boy, wasn’t I wrong? He wanted me to go Phelp to get a CT scan, told me it’d be quick cuz he’d send his note and I could just go in and get it done... when I got to the hospital, they checked me in and no one could tell me how long the wait is. Finally the nurse told me it could be at least 3 hours cuz the hospital is really full... I have a baby at home so I had to ask to go without the CT scan, but there is a $100 copay!! I wouldn’t have come here if the doc didn’t say it’d been quick. Not to mention the risk of being exposed to covid. So thank you!
I came here for a bad headache on Sunday. Wow you can make an appointment on line! This place is fabulous. Clean, I mean spotless, beautiful inside. A young man was very professional, and kind. He had me sign in and I was seen immediately. I went to the one in Dobbs Ferry. The Physician Assistant was very nice, and helpful. He was also curteous and caring. This place is Awesome! You deserve 5 stars indeed! No stress for an appointment, beautiful clean place, and caring People! 😊
I’m so grateful we have this urgent care here in Dobbs! Oftentimes we have not been able to get an appointment in a timely manner with our primary care MD or we need to see someone on a weekend so it has been convenient. More importantly though, the quality in both care and service are exceptional every time! I work in healthcare and would recommend this location and their team highly!
Both the nurses and the doctor were extremely helpful and nice. I went in doubting they could help me with my cramps, but left feeling happy and understood. Not to mention how much easier it was than the emergency room; I was only waiting for about 5 minutes— granted I was the only one waiting.Will definitely go back if I need to.
My daughter needed to have a covid test because her college campus had a lot of cases. We were immediately taken into a room and seen by the doctor. The test was administered and we were done within 15 minutes. Always pleasant when we go there and quick.
I went here for an ear ache. They were great. I filled out the necessary forms they checked me out and sent in an RX to my pharmacy. All in all it took about 35 minutes. They even called me 2 days later to see how I was feeling. I hope to not get sick again but would go back to them. The facility is clean and the staff is supper nice.
I have used this Urgent care a few times and every experience was excellent. Super fast , courteous and professional service by all there. Clean comfortable environment.
The staff was warm and most helpful to my daughter. Her eye was bothering her and the professional staff listened to her, determined the cause and suggested ways to follow up. The doctor even called later that evening to see how she was feeling. I highly reccomend this urgent care.
Theres literally no way to talk to a live person when you call. The place is completely empty and they still dont pick up the phone. I limp in with my broken foot, only to find out the X-Ray tech isnt there. Would I like to make an appointment? Gee, if only Id have thought to call first...
The staff was very helpful and and very friendly. The place is very clean. They have hand sanitizer everywhere. I went there to get tested for covi-19 and everything was done in about 5 minutes. Good job guy. God bless you

This is the best urgent care I’ve been to. They’re fast and really friendly - and they’re very good with children! Love how you can make appointments online and provide all your info before arriving to speed up the check in process. Definitely recommend!
Horrible experience every one there I also got hung up on they changed my medicine without telling me… Sent it to the wrong pharmacy And I don’t think anybody there knows what they’re Doing and then they tell me that the pills I got today that are big and green are the same as the ones I got last week which were small and white I don’t know why anybody would trust the medical profession
Friendly, attentive and quick. Helpful and compassionate. As with most doctors nowadays, you have to make a case for them to dispense antibiotics. Otherwise you’ll stay sick for a week or longer with what they say is a “virus”.Their office is clean and registration was easy!Thank you Northwell Health!
The facility wasn’t crowded, yet the wait time was excessive. We were there for a little over two hours. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, as they didn’t have a physician on site. I was required to get a chest X-ray. Very Poor bedside manners - While I was in the room facing the wall waiting for the nurse to get the x-Ray taken, he left the room to speak to other patients and left me standing for a little over 10 minutes. After he came back to the room, I decided to say something, he then realized his mistake and apologized by stating “I don’t know what I was thinking...”. Completely unsatisfactory!I will not go back to this facility. I do not recommend this facility to others.
The doctor and staff were so helpful. I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes coming after work last Friday. They saw me immediately and were very kind and knowledgeable.

This was my first time at this urgent care center and it was great: very organized, clean, the whole ‘form-filling’ process is done on your phone, and I was seen (by very competent clinicians, I might add) within 30 minutes.
The first time for me there I did PCR The men did great and friendly, It’s an great place easy check in good reception they are friendly ppl and nice transaction with me definitely I would go there again.
My 9 yr. old was running a fever and sore throat. The staff was very nice and i didn’t have a wait time... My kid was seen within 10 minutes... the place is new and spacious... the nurse had a great bedside manner and answered all my questions. So glad to have them nearby! I hope that w time the place won’t beco e crowded.
I went with my 10 year old for abdominal pain. They were kind, courteous and efficient. They explained everything to my daughter before they did anything. Rivertowns Square Northwell Health Urgent Care is also immaculate and care about their patients.

Theyve only been open for five weeks so Im going to attribute the lack of wait times to that. Apart from that, the staff is fantastic and extremely friendly. Excellent service, quick in and out. I was feeling horrible with strep throat and full body aches, fever for 2 days. I came and was diagnosed after a few test, picked up the medicine @ Walgreens and back home all in 40 minutes. I had a follow up call from the doctor 2 days after. Thank you !!!

My visit to NORTHWELL Urgent Care in Dobbs Ferry on 11/2/2019 was easy, and effective. Easy because parking was easy and the wait was short. It was effective because the examination was quick (but not hurried) and to the point, including a test for the flu. John, the nurse-practioner, seemed very knowledgeable and professional.
I was very happy with my visit to this location. The staff were very kind and efficient. I was feeling so miserable and they got me in and out quickly. I would highly recommend this care facility.

I entered Urgent Care with an advanced case of Pink Eyes and could not wait to see my Opthomologist 3 days later. The nurse practitioner saw me after a short wait time and prescribed medication soon thereafter. Within the next 3 days, my eyes were greatly recovering.

Nurses loudly gossiping about another nurse that wasn’t present. Nurse took my blood pressure and said oh that’s wrong. “I’ll probably have to take again”. Doctor came in and said I’m not sure what’s wrong and referred me to a dermatologist. It took 3 minutes. Billed my insurance company who gave them $103 and they billed me balance of $272. NEVER again
I visited an urgent care location last Sunday which was close to my employer. I was diagnosed with an eye stye and prescribed eye drops. I asked for an oral medication and the physician suggested I didnt need one. The following day my eye was so swollen that I couldnt apply the eye drops. I called that morning and asked for an oral antibiotic again and was prescribed a cream instead. The cream was no help either. On christmas day my eye was swollen shut. WORST CHRISTMAS EVER! I visited an optometrist and was prescribed an oral antibiotic. This eye doctor suggested if urgent care had prescribed me an oral antibiotic my eye would have healed much quicker and saved my Chrismas. The #northwellhealth system is more concerned about profits by ensuring follow up visit are required then provide services which can remedy routine ailments easily treated with oral antibiotics.
Beware: This office issued a $250 invoice for a simple flu shot last year and I just received a $95 invoice (after “discounts”) for this year’s flu shot! Unethical billing practices!

The tech was excellent walk in was fine the doctor didn’t check anything but the Text notes as well as my flu test did not check yours did not check throat did not check anything else the real problem I have with you is I was told I’d have my Covid test back in 2 to 5 days it’s now been over a week and I don’t have it back and that’s not acceptable

2021-12-31I was a walk in patient. The ladies were very pleasant when I signed in. I called after a few hrs to see how long the wait would be. The nice gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very courteous and ask that I be patient. After running errands a few hrs I came back. My timing was perfect as I was 2 of the next persons to be seen. The young man taking patients info for the afternoon was pleasant with a great sense of humor.Although Patience is the key, having courteous and kind people in urgent care is great. Thank you for making this a stress free visit during the times of a pandemic:)

2021-12-27Such a great experience at this facility. We were in NY for Christmas with the family and had a Covid exposure at a party. Called in the morning and the three of us got appointments for testing in the afternoon at different times. We all arrived at the first scheduled appointment hoping the next two could be moved up. We were all taken together and tested negative! The staff was so friendly and efficient and answered all our questions. Could not have had better service! Thank you ❤️

2022-06-29I was a walk in with a hand infection. I have never been here before. I cannot express how welcoming professional efficient the entire experience was. From the time I walked in the door to a little over an hour later I couldnt have been treated better. Its more consideration professionalism or efficiency. I will seriously recommend this place to anyone in my area who needs any urgent Care. Its my first experience at any urgent Care yet up here in New york. And it was better than even at my primary Ive been at patient since the 80s.

2022-01-09The staff, from front desk to physician, were just lovely. Difficult jobs and at difficult time, yet even on a dreary Sunday morning I was met with kind smiles and reassurance. There was a lengthy wait for covid testing, which was expected, but they do a great job keeping it all moving smoothly. I am very grateful for your professionalism and compassion!

2022-01-12I had an appointment on Sunday to be tested for COVID. I had a positive experience and test result (lol). Everyone was friendly- especially the man at the front desk- and this facility was super clean. Obviously no one likes going to the doctor, but this was a nice environment. I thank the staff for making me comfortable.

2022-06-16I walked in for a PCR test. I was asked to wait in my car until a staff member could see me, while I waited I was asked to fill out some paper work. I was contacted very shortly after and seen right away. The staff was very professional and very kind. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care for their professionalism and immediate care. 2022-05-18Last minute appt I needed for very bad sinus’. It was so easy to make the appt online, they were on time and the treatment they told me to do worked wonders! Office was very clean, modern and everyone was so nice! Whole process was smooth. If I ever need to go to and urgent care again I would 100% go back here.

2022-03-31We took our 12 year old son there and the nurse practitioner didn’t take his temperature nor did they listen to his chest. We only went because we were able to get a quicker appointment than him seeing his pediatrician. Do NOT go here if your child is sick.

2022-06-30I highly recommend Northwell Health Urgent Care! Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. I went on a Sunday and the process was quick. I saw my PC the next day who agreed with everything they did, and prescribed.
