Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care in other cities:
This urgent care used to be such a good alternate choice from ED or your primary doctor. Now they are so unorganized. The ability to make an appt is ridiculous. You should be able to wake up not feeling well and come in that day. Thats what an urgent care is. Now its three days or 3 hour wait. And the computer system is so glitch.I was waiting an hour until they realized I wasnt in the system. Then when I asked how many ppl were in front of me instead of telling me the front desk woman proceeds to show me the list of names and says here. Why would I want to see other peoples information. That was rude, unprofessional and maybe even a HiPPA violation. Please get more organized and find a better process.
This place is awfully run and inefficient. I was told a 1 hour wait for a PCR test and still heard nothing. The front desk is extremely rude and the woman wearing light blue scrubs wearing a stethoscope from afar (I’m guessing the PA) says “will the next unhappy customer step up you’re the next contestant”. How is that a way to talk around patients who are feeling ill? This “professional” should not be involved in patient care if she’s going to have such negative things to say to people who are there to be taken care of.
It was like a well oiled machine. The amount of people was overwhelming but the line moved quick and everyone was pleasant. I checked in once,, they had my name, my next appointment was set and gave me my vaccination card without asking. I felt it was run very efficiently. They do not track your 15 minute wait after the injection but if you leave and have side effects its on you.
First, understand that you’re going to see a PA and not a doctor. Second, they don’t want to prescribe anything unless they have no choice. I came in there with a very obvious cough and the PA refused to prescribe even a simple cough syrup to help. He told me to take over-the-counter stuff despite my telling him that stuff wasn’t helping. Extremely disappointed and a waste of my money even going here. I will not be going back again ever. Only reason they get two stars is because the office was clean and the staff was friendly. But of course that means nothing if they won’t treat you properly.
I have visited the Go Heslth Urgent care center on Queens Blvd, the Medical staff there are always so personable, extremely informative, thoughtful & go above & beyond to be so helpful. As a retired nurse now as a patient, I find the start to be extremely caring to their clients.
My husband and I were walk in patients without an appt and were taken in promptly. Caring individuals and health care workers were excellent. Our PA Ryan Byrns was very thorough with ourExams amd discussing what was to follow. He shared his knowledge , opinion and his advice.Felt very care for. Thank you so much.Michelle and David Russin
I took my sister-in-law here to get her covid test so that she could fly. We waited an hour and she ended up testing positive when she hasnt been anywhere but there. They gave the results before she could even put her coat back on and every past test I have had takes 20-30min. We did two more tests elsewhere and they were both negative. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Very streamlined system. Before & after Covid19 I was never kept waiting more than 5 minutes- even when walking in without an appointment or online registration. This staff is excellent. They LITERALLY saved my life a few years ago. The Pulmonary Specialist that met me at the hospital, (where the Northwell Go Health staff had me transported) and treated me then (and still does) told me that their quick thinking and the actions taken were the reason I was still breathing and could expect to make a full recovery. I tell everyone who asks or whenever the subject of quality emergency care arises that the Northwell Go Health clinic is the ONLY place I would want to be if I were ill, or hurt in the future.
10 plus!!! The staff..the assistants..the doctors are all unbelievably empathetic..professional...efficient..welcoming...thorough and have many more positive attributes. Not only did they care for me, but they also helped me remain calm and I am certain my stress level went down. I am a forever patient to Urgent Care. I trust them. Thank you. Please give all of your staff a raise if you can afford it...they definitely deserve it.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a professional and friendly manner. I wasn’t feeling well at all and the staff made sure they took care of me right away. The Medical Assistant who took my vital signs was super sweet. The PA who took care of me was kind, empathetic and listened to me attentively. He prescribed what I needed and I am feeling much better. The staff has followed up with me since to make sure I am doing well. I value this level of professionalism and care. I hope all patients can be so lucky in every health care organization. Thank you Northwell Health for providing such excellent care!
I’ll give one star for always getting amazing service at the actual urgent care itself. They really are great. However the billing department is the worst there is. You have to pay your copay each time yet we always get a bill saying we owe a copay. We have been coming here since it opened, had the same insurance for 3 years. Suddenly this year we keep getting bills saying insurance information incorrect and when I debunked that theory now they say I gave them the wrong name. This happened to 3 people in my household. When contacting billing they are incompetent. I was a biller for years and I know my stuff. Here I am wasting my time calling all over so THEY can get a bill paid from their own untimely billing. I’ll be going back to city MD where I haven’t had a single billing issue!
Worse experience ever, starting by the front desk. They are very rude and disrespectful, they ask you on front of everyone else seating on that waiting room what is your your problem, why you here for. They what you to tell them your privet health when other are listening. DO they know about HIPPA LAW??? then when is time to see the doctor they do not even want to hear, they make you feel like you are bothering them. I was telling the doctor how i was feeling or to the PA, she walked out as i was talking, replying ok, ok, ok. WHAT IS THAT???/I sent the information a week ago, with the name of the PA, address of the clinic, and no one has contact me so far. Please review your emails.
Yes we had a problem with our password and the lady from the front desk was busy she tried there and couldnt not help! However she called me yesterday with the password and user name correct and she fixed the problem. She went above and beyond she doesnt have to call me and she did and I really appreciate that. Thanks you ! I hope she call me again with the other information. She was so nice and Polite ! Thanks you
This establishment will never receive business from my family again, because they fail to communicate simple and essential policy.Total waste of time. The check in nurse was so proud of herself for busting my bubble.Well...SorryThis business lacks the consistent customer service skills needed to create customer retention.Never again.I still have to tell 13 people, personally, about my bad experience. And this is after being rescheduled earlier in the day by them.Oyve.Good Luck.
Today I was seen by the PA by the name of G. Bergner Carey and it was by far the best experience I’ve had in any facility including hospitals. She was so amazing! Listened to my concerns, was extra sweet, was full of positive energy and was extremely knowledgeable! I would definitely come back and I would absolutely recommend her
I went in on a Sunday morning about 10:30 am. I was greeted by the front desk girl who was very nice. She took my information and there was no paperwork to fill out which was fantastic. I was seen within minutes by the nurse practitioner who took my vitals. About 5 minutes later the Dr. Comes in asks a few more questions and then examines me sends me on my way with 2 scripts and out the door. She was very thorough and answered any questions I had. I was very satisfied with the service and the Doctor.
I went to this site for some pre-surgical testing, just like I did at another site nearby two weeks prior. I made an appointment online, showed up on time, and was promptly taken inside by an extremely nice employee, (I wish I remembered her name.) Everything was explained well, and I was out in 5 minutes. Urgent care indeed. I had the exact opposite experience 2 weeks ago at another Northwell Urgent Care center. Despite my appointment waited for over an hour to be taken care of, so much confusion about what they couldn’t do or couldn’t do, no one confirmed important information with me and then when I tried to obtain results, they couldn’t find them. I’m so glad I came to this site instead, and will only use this site going forward for services like pre-surg testing.
This place is horrible. If you want to blow $120 for no help at all please be my guest. I went in to find out what was wrong with my foot/ankle and the doctor immediately said it was gout without running any tests! She prescribed me some medication but no medication for inflammation. The doctor also said it would clear up in a couple of days but thats the problem its been a couple of days and I think its worse. I call them and tell them my situation and some no care attitude receptionist gets on the phone and answers me with a condescending tone. She was no help and she said thats all they could have done so go see your primary provider. I dont have a primary provider which I told them the day I went to the urgent care thats why I paid cash but thats besides the point. If Im paying money for services and they dont provide none shouldnt i get reimbursed? Im appalled by the lack of service and place of concern and care for patients! Im sure Im not the only one. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!
The urgent Care was clean. The medical receptionist was very nice and informative. The one thing I love about this place is that you can make appt and sign in on line. Saves allot of time. The PAs, nurses and doctor were very nice. Its very important to me that people introduce them selves clearly. My experience was very pleasurable because we all know how we are when we dont feel well.
Went for a routine Covid-19 test (RT-PCR), which was required in order to take a flight. Billed an extra $550 in urgent care visit. Go at your own risk.PS -- I received a second invoice of this bill. They seem to be unable to send it to my insurance company, so expect incompetence as well. As for the $550 charge, its still in the bill (even though I requested it to be corrected). Unfortunately, I will have to report this as a case of fraud to NYSs Board for Professional Medical Conduct.
The best walk in center ever been to. Never would go to anyone else. The whole staff and the provider who took care of me were excellent I work in the health field and I would highly recommend North well urgent centre it was very clean And very professional outstanding everyone!!!!
I believe the doctors name was Gayle Carey. She was WONDERFUL! Made the whole experience a pleasure. It is not often that you find a great doctor in some of these urgent cares...thankfully northwell health hires the best! I’ve been back multiple times for my wife and I. And thankfully every time we got the same wonderful smiley helpful doctor!
Always end up having an issue every time we go to this location. Today, they refused to administer a covid test that we had an appointment to get. They took an hour to call us in, just to refuse to do the test. Last time, they couldn’t find my appointment in the system. Never coming back to this location. Don’t waste your time.
10 😊 My experience at Northwell Health Go Urgent Care was next to perfect! Please ask receptionist to give eye contact, speak clearer and express compassion, even if it is a smile. It really makes a world of difference as the first person you meet. Thank you to the technician who was pleasant and welcoming. Thank you Gayle NP for your professionalism, kindness and knowledge!! 😊
The place was clean and overall staff was nice. I had paid upfront for a routine STD screening however once I met with the PA he discouraged testing because I had no physical symptoms. I felt I was convincing him that getting tested regularly is good health practice which made me feel awkward. I did get the tests after I insisted and he kind of shrugged okay
Had to bring my 2 year old daughter in because her PCP was closed not only did they not make me wait but my little girl is usually so shy. The doctors and nurse staff made her feel so safe she was so happy that now she wants to go to the doctor all the time. From the bottom of my heart and as a single mother I want to thank the staff from Northwell urgent care. You are the heroes!
I went to the urgicenter for antiobiotics for UTI(urinary urgency, pain, frequency). PA Allison Mead kept insisting I go to the ER and refused to give me antibiotics. 4 days later I am passing huge blood clots in my urine from full blown UTI/bladder infection, and I am sitting in ER getting IV antibiotics and IV toradol for pain. Not to mention I am a Registered Nurse. I had to take a day off from work and waste time sitting in an ER. ALL OF THIS COULD’VE BEEN PREVENTED!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
This was the second tome I went to this location. I am from out of state and at this time I was recommended to another facility, not Northwell, I went only as it was pediatric. However, I was not happy with the less than welcoming experience just at the front desk so I left and took my daughter to you. I am glad I went and will use Northwell any time I need when Im visiting NY. Thanks for the great care
Levittown Northwell- GoHealth Urgent care is amazing!!! The staff and the physical space is so cheerful, welcoming and pleasant. I always come to this location even if its out of the way because the people are down to earth and treat me like a friend. Jennie at the front desk is so kind, accommodating and patient. Tamra and Tameka the medical assistants are so gentle and really take the time to listen. Allison, PA and Dr. Patel are brilliant, caring and make sure I understand what they are doing and why. Kudos to the staff at Levittown!!! You guys rock!!!
Fast and quick service.. I originally was treated by Dr. Phen who was absolutely AMAZING. Just if you call on the phone and get Jenny or Dr. Steele HANG UP!! Those are 2 of the rudest people I have ever encountered in health care ever. Their definitely not a character fit for what Northwell represents. THEY RUIN THE REPUTATION !!
This place is very clean and the staff was very nice, I was just dissappointed by the quality of care I received. The PA examined my wound visually only and sat down across from told the MA what prescriptions to send to my pharmacy which were not accurate when I got to the pharmacy by the way and then left. In total my visit was 3 minutes long. They were not busy they actually had no patients. So why rush? Was it my insurance? Turns out I had to spend 5 days in the hospital because the medication she prescribed was inaccurate and the Drs here at the hospital were just shocked and ashamed.
I was IN & OUT of NORTHWELL GO HEALH URGENT CARE IN LEVITTOWN.. in LESS than 1 HOUR!! Without sacrificing my safety, & medical care! The entire staff was professional and friendly.... AND going above and beyond with instructions. I gave #northwellgohealthurgentcare 5 stars but would give them 100 stars if they allowed me to- #covidtest #covidtesturgentcare#GOHEALTHISTHEPLACETOGO
I did not want to write this, but I am unable to get anyone on the phone and no one is yet to return my call about my concerns about the level of care at this facility. I went to this facility for care this week with symptoms of a dry cough with pain, earache, congested sinuses and body aches. After a rather fast exam the PA told me it was all viral and there was nothing he could do for me. Said my lungs were clear and there was no redness present in my throat or ears. He gave me meds to alleviate my discomfort and Azithromycin just in case I needed it but didnt think I would. I further told him I would be traveling by air within the week and had concerns about that. The very next day, the pain in my chest worsened, I had fever & chills and I followed up with my own doctor who had office hours. He was SHOCKED that they did not see the extreme redness in my ears and he told me my ear would have surely popped on the flight I would be taking . Furthermore, I had bronchitis. He prescribed a much stronger antibiotic and told me to NEVER step foot here again. As an added note, my husband went to this same facility over the summer and was sent home being told he had the flu. After following up with his own doctor when his condition worsened, he had PNEUMONIA. This place is horrible and I will NEVER go here again.
I have been there a few times and they are great there ! I dont understand the negativity. The place is clean , they take you right away and they only charge a co pay if your insurance has a co pay . The staff is great and the doctors are outstanding !Dr . Gayle Carey is the best !
I visited this location a little over a week ago. Its very clean, the staff was nice but Im not sure how knowledgeable or competent they are. I went in with a rather extensive list of complaints. The doctor said it was just allergies. I looked at her like she was crazy bc Ive suffered with allergies for at least 15 yrs and what I was feeling was way more than allergies. So, of course I questioned her diagnosis and she stood firm on it just being allergies. All she prescribed was a nasal spray despite my horrible sore throat, coughing, wheezing, swollen glands, ear aches, etc. Ohhh and they never sent the prescription to the pharmacy!!!! That was Friday. First thing Monday morning I go to an actual doctors office and turns out that I have an ear and sinus infection with fluid in my ears along with bronchitis... So no it wasnt just allergies!!!!
I use to go here and it was great, and honestly I have no problem with the medical staff. I have a problem with their new system of 1. Basically making you the patient do all of your registration yourself. Like now they send u a link and even if your an existing patient u need to enter ALL your info again plus your insurance information? Isnt the front receptionist for that Job? I am sick, you really think I wanna take the time to register myself?! 2. They ask for your credit card and this front desk person told me it was for identification purposes so a sluggish me gave it to her. Only to find out later that I have registered myself for an automatic payment option. The front desk NEVER notified me of this and I called Northwell and they said I signed a consent form but didnt tell me what it was for but thats my fault because I didnt read the LONG form they always have you sign so from now on watch what you sign apparently.
I have been to this office quite a few times in the past few years and it is always hit or miss. For the most part, I am always extremely disappointed upon leaving but I never felt the need to complain until now. My husband went in on a wednesday because he woke up with a sore throat and just felt out of it. When he saw the MD, they took a rapid strep test that was negative and he had a low grade fever 99.7 and told him he is probably just getting over a URI or something and to go home and treat with aspirin and gargling. Nothing prescribed. He woke up the next day and his whole throat was closed and his tongue was enlarged and he had the chills. He called back the urgent care to find out if he needs to come back in, he was concerned of infection or flu. He said a doctor got on the phone and was very nice and understanding and explained that he should wait till aspirin wears off in a few hours and see if his fever goes down. If it is higher than 99.7 then she would have him come back in. My husband waited and fever went 101.7. He called back and the doctor had left. The secretary told him they could swab him for the flu but he is over the time frame of when he could get tamiflu so there is nothing they would really be able to do. He called me upset, aggravated, and just not feeling well. This is not something that people want to deal with when they are feverish and cant talk because everything is swollen. So I called. The front desk asst or whoever it was grabbed his chart and said that in his chart it indicates he had symptoms for 3 days which my husband did not say and did not have. I dont know what they wrote down in their chart but it was incorrect. Besides the fact that they initially thought he may have had a URI and did not issue any type of antibiotics. I was telling her my husband did not have symptoms for 3 days they started yesterday when he first went in and she still kept saying she can swab him but they wont give tamiflu. I am telling you he did not have symptoms and that the chart is incorrect but she just kept repeating herself to me. I said fine we will go elsewhere and I will just write a review. So we ended up going to another doctor and paying another co-payment. The doctor there swabbed for the flu luckily it was not the flu. We are still waiting on the results of the culture which by the way we havent heard back the official strep results from the other facility yet. He was given an antibiotic and sent home. It is my own fault for having such faith in the northwell system that I would keep going there even though half the times I have been there myself I have either had to return the next day or had to go somewhere else due to misdiagnosis. I understand not wanting to over prescribe antibiotics but If a person clearly could have some type of infection, you should be prescribing something. My father had a URI that went untreated and ended up in the hospital for 3 months with menangitis. Infection is not to be taken lightly. And when you have a person that obviously does not come to your facility every other week looking to be medicated then I really do not understand what the problem is. Some other people that have written reviews on here have said that this place is a money making scam and I couldnt agree more. Thank goodness after taking the antibiotic my husbands fever has gone down since taking it last night. His throat is still swollen but hopefully he gets better soon no thanks to this facility. I gave two stars only because of their timeliness, convenience and because of the lovely doctor who got on the phone with husband yesterday and was trying to be helpful.
I had such a great experience here. I had to have a small out patient procedure and was nervous but Gayle the Physician at the time made me feel so welcomed and explained everything so detailed. I highly recommend this facility. This is how seeing the doctor should be.
I had stopped on levittown location on Saturday afternoon after my mom felt sudden pain in her chest. Everyone was extremely helful but PA peoved to be an angel for us as she found a heart failue in my mothers EKG and routed us to the hospital asap via ambulance. It turned out to be life saving decision for my mom as time was of the essence. Unfortunately she is diagnosed with 3 valves being blocked and in very critical condition. She is set to have bypass surgery in next 48 hours. It is indeed a devastating time for my family as we had no clue that my mom has heart problem. I would like to thank entire crew personally specially the PA not sure what her name is? You guys were amazing. Feel free to contact me with their names i would appreciate it.
I had a Christmas Day emergency. I was in and out in about 1/2 hour, was greeted by a friendly, professional, and personable staff, and was able to pick up my kids prescription at the only available pharmacy that day. I would recommend this spot...also $20 copay v. $70 copay at hospital.
I thought this would be a great urgent care facility being so new and with modern equipments. After 2 visit, waiting 40 minutes after someone took vitals for a 5 minute evaluation and a script that was never sent over Im completely appalled at the service here. I think Northwell should reevaluate the staffing at this location.
Yes! I work for northwell and have met many people that work here but I will never forget how amazing Gayle bergner Carey was. Her personality made me so comfortable. Also I was greeted by joselyn who was so efficient and put me right at ease! Thank them both for me please
Last week I visited this facility due to Bronchitis. My care was impressive. I received a follow up phone call on my throat culture and was informed if still not feeling well by end of week to return. One week later after finishing antibiotic, steroids and cough suppressant, I still was not feeling well . I returned to experience a disgraceful , horrific experience with Aldo Alleva, MD. ( Whom I do not believe is even deserving of the title Dr.) Mr. Alleva was more concerned as to why I should not be there then the reason why I was. Upon entering the room his first question was , Have you followed up with your doctor? His attitude was non concerning and extremely condescending. I told him I felt like I may have pneumonia. His reply was that I was given antibiotics for pneumonia already. At that time I informed him of my profession and that sometimes Zithromax does not work on severe respiratory infections. He then replied, what do YOU suggest I prescribe for you than? The exam became a battle of the wits, which I was in no mood for. If he told me once he said it several times about seeing my primary doctor. Even at discharge his primary instruction was I have a list of primary doctors in the area.Mr. Alleva, it is the payment from insurance companies and copayments from patients that will keep this facility opened. Therefore, without patients you have no job! Perhaps you were absent the day your class was taught bed side manner , empathy and tact. You are way too young and early in your profession to be this bitter. The rest of the staff were professional and despite my horrible experience with Mr. Alleva, I would visit this facility again due to convenience if nothing else.
I can not describe how horribly I was treated when I had to call to tell them that my medicine was NEVER sent to the pharmacy. They treated me like it wasnt that big of a deal. Mind you, I had an upper respiratory that ended up giving me an ear infection which I suffered with throughout the night. On top of it they tried to prescribe me a Z pack which is known to cause heart attacks and cause permanent damange to patients even without a heart condition. I said my primary doctor always prescribes Biaxin for me, which they continued to rebuttle me and push the Z pack on to me anyway. When I got upset and said I was going to call my insurance to make sure they didnt get paid for services not rendered to me thats when they switched their story up and said they did send the biaxin, which she did not. She said for me to go to my primary doctor then, when I explained that he always prescribed biaxin to me, which I felt was very sarcastic.GO TO CITY MD!!! They are definitely more professional and efficient than Northwell wannabe urgent cares. You can tell all they want is for you to be in and out so they can get their money out of you. Theyre nice when youre there but treat you as if its not a big deal for their negligence.
Went in with me and my son Tuesday from being sick from Sunday high fever aches coughing. Took “flu test”. Negative. Which actually means 60% inaccurate So it may or may not be flu It’s flu like syndrome Ok. Got chest X-ray negative and looked ok. Got Albuterol Stayed sick coughing fever Son high fever 103 for days. Staff nice offered for me to come back on Friday to check me out for free. Dr Corey. Very niceWent back Friday. Still miserable. Coughing worse me and my son spiked more fever night before. Went in on Friday and saw pa (sounds like q or z something) lady. Just looks and hears the complaints and explains its DEF the flu and wants to give me another inhaler and feel better and suffer another few days.I subsequently told her of the exact same illness cycle from my other some 3 weeks prior and got z pack and he cleared up in 24 hours (after being sick for 12 days). She then chastised me saying I should have gotten the flu shot. Which I did not. My younger son did 20 days prior to him getting sick with this “virus” yes yes could be a dif strain blah blah I know thisI had to ask for zpack she wouldn’t initially prescribe Smugly, She then said I will gladly send in a scrip for z pack and if u get better tomorrow I want u to call me !I understand that antibiotics don’t work on viruses but what if there is concomittant bacterial component here. No one Did blood work to find outWell I got better after 24 hours of taking the zpak fever broke and coughing less. Normal viral cycle or did the antibiotic work? My sick son waited to take the antibiotic and he woke up with 103 fever. So I just gave him his z packI called and left message for the pa that my fever is gone and coughing better just like she asked I spoke to Lauren and through No fault Of hers heard my frustration that I felt that the staff has diff diagnoses per each person doing the exam (which No one Here has any scientific clinical data to rely on! Other than presenting symptoms) to make a diagnosis and ignore the bacterial aspectLogically I say this. Just because it is flu season and someone walks in with flu like symptoms does it necessarily mean it’s flu. The drs know the flu test is inconclusive yet they still say it is viral. A patient comes in2 times and someone still says No No its Flu without further exploring bloodwork to find out if it’s bacterial just makes me wonder of this pa is to concerned about her being right instead of doing what’s right for the patient and finding the cure. That’s medicine. That’s science
I went there and was really sick, the person sitting on the front desk was very rude when I told her she was overcharging me on my copay . Her words were “Apparently you know it all”. Then another person came and told me I can call cooperative billing department to get a refund. It’s been 2 months I still haven’t received a refund. I called so many times and every time the representative tells me 2-3 days u will get it . They are very rude. Don’t go there .
Stay away !!! My son went there for a sinus infection. Was seen for 10 mins. Charged $32 for strep test which is fine. Other fee charged was $495 for what they call New Pt Detailed Visit. Some detail! no blood work, no chest x-ray ,no brain surgery. That works out to be 49.50 MINUTE! I am all for paying for sevices renderd but lets be fair and reasonable. $200 plus strep fee are within reason. 495$ for 10 mins is outrageous and outright thievery!!! I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to step foot into your facility!! Next time hopefully he wontbe ill on a Fri night can we can see our PMD and not be ripped off.
I have been to Northwell Health (Levittown) a few times. Each time I was very happy with the professional, friendly and accommodating staff! They dont rush you, answer all questions you may have and have always made me feel better!I would HIGHLY recommend Northwell Health to everyone!
RUN....AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE!! Went here for ankle injury they wouldnt xray. Turned out to be broken. Gave me a diagnosis of a sinus infection that turned out to be a blood clot in my lungs and yesterday my son went there sick they gave him an inhaler and cough meds with no antibiotics and that turned out to be walking phenmonia.
If there was a negative 10 I would give this office a -10 they give no medication 10 days later still sick theyre rude they didnt like what I had to say so they dont answer their phone and they put you into the abyss when youre sick youre much off going to the emergency room its cheaper and more pleasant end they will take care of your illness
I WILL BE SPEAKING TO ADMINISTRATORS ABOUT A P.A. NAMED ALLISON WHO INSISTED i TAKE WHAT SHE SAID WAS THE ONLY MEDS SHE COULD GIVE ME..I TOLD HER I DONT ALWAYS REACT WELL TO MEDS BUT SHE SCARE ME AND SAID I HAD NO CHOICE,,,I DIDNT EVEN HAVE A SALIVARY GLAND INFECTION...I GOT THRUSH FROM THE MEDS SHE GAVE ME HAVE BEEN SICK EVER SINCE AND THEN THE OTHER DAY SHE MISDIAGNOSED ME WITH SHINGLES AND I LEFT AND WOULD NOT PICK UP THE MEDS SHE PRESCRIBED AND I WENT TO MY DOCTOR AND HE SAID DEFINITELY NOT SHINGLES,, I AM GOING TO SEE THAT SHE IS REMOVED FROM WORKING THERE SHE IS DANGEROUS TO PATIENTS

2022-06-03Very professional and caring staff. I was checked-in right away with hardly a wait. The PA, Gayle was wonderful. She was thorough, listened to my concerns and offered very helpful advice. I highly recommend this facility for your immediate, urgent care needs.

2022-03-07Alison, the PA is amazing. She helped my daughter, spoke to our neurologist and took my call later When I had questions about the medicine. Never did we feel rushed or like a number. Everyone there treated my daughter well and really tried to help make her feel better And connect with her as a person. No wait time either. Kudos to great healthcare workers

2022-04-25I had fallen and put a gash in my upper lip.Nurse Practitioner took care of me. I think her name was Geralin. She was very pleasant and professional. She cleaned me up, put stitches in my lip and arranged for X-rays of my hand and wrist which was beginning to ache. All other staff members were very nice. I was fortunate in that I was able to be seen right away as there was no one else waiting ahead of me at the time.

2022-02-27Horrible experience. Clueless staff. No organization. My father was in distress, so I brought him here for what was eventually diagnosed as pink eye. I made an appointment online and arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time. There were 2 people ahead of me on line. After 10 minutes I made it to the front desk. The staff saw me there and ignored me for the next 10 minutes. I eventually had to grab someone walking by and explain I have an appointment. They told me to have a seat. For the next hour we sat there patiently, until I noticed that they were taking other patients in that arrived well after us. I had to complain 2 more times before they finally asked my name for the 1st time. They of course never checked us in. No apologies. They finally took us to an exam room and the doctor ordered some antibiotics for my dad at CVS. He asked which pharmacy. I told him the address and even picked it out on his computer screen. By now the pharmacy had just closed, so we had to wait the next morning to get his meds. Of course, next day, when we got to the pharmacy, there was no record of his prescription at any CVS. So we had to call GoHealth and spend 15 minutes on the phone to fix this. But I would need to come back to the pharmacy in 30 minutes while they reissue a prescription. I am currently still waiting for his medication and writing this review. BTW I work for Northwell, and this would never happen in my facility. It’s embarrassing.

2022-03-18I came in there with an injury to my foot. They x-rayed it and said there wasnt a fracture , taped up the cut and sent me home. The next day the radiologist final report showed a clear fracture. The orthopedist couldnt believe that they missed it. The staff was nice and courteous but they need to do better.

2022-04-19Billing scam! They charged my insurance $600 for an 8 minute visit. They looked in my ear and sent a script. This exact visit Only cost $150 a year ago without insurance!

2022-05-01Probably the worst urgent care you can go to if you need medical help or care. Been fighting body aches, body rash, high fever for last 3 days. Literally got no care or help for the pain or anything. The medical assistant was googling everything while telling me Google has all the “ answers. I would have just self diagnosed myself if that’s the case. Very disappointed.

2021-12-10If you had asked me a week ago, I’d rave about this urgent care! And personally I’ve never felt the need to write a review until this moment. This was unacceptable. The service and particularly Gail! She is incredible. As of this evening, I encountered the rudest and snottiest women of my life. Never have I ever come across someone with such attitude for no reason. I came in for an appointment that was made, for this women in blue scrubs with raunchy hair to look up and down at my family shrug and proceed to shake her head as she said “ugh” . I would love to know what for and why. I work with customers as well and no matter the situation I’ve never been as rude as this women for no particular reason. If you chose this profession and your about helping others and saving lives girl or guy go you! My mother works in the medical field and it’s tough! And I have more respect for doctors now more than ever. However I’ve never encountered someone SO RUDE IN MY LIFE. Would love to know her name so i could file a complaint and have her removed. I will definitely never be back. And from the reviews I’m not the first to encounter her. Highly suggest somebody does something about this women spreading her rude negativity.
