Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care in other cities:
Rude front desk, disorganized and unprofessional. I saw my results online and didn’t get a call to go over protocol for a positive Covid result. At this point in the pandemic, there should be a better system to ensure all patients are seen quickly and that the staff isn’t overwhelmed so that their able to do their jobs efficiently. I will never go back to this location again
The first time I used Cure Urgent they were terrific--efficient, informed, offered a test I wanted. Today, not so good. Just as I arrived, 15 minutes before my scheduled time, they called and moved my appointment 35 minutes later. I had scheduled days ago; I was at the door talking to them on my cell; the woman was immovable. So, if timing matters to you, you cant be secure they will honor your appointment time.
I came to this urgent care yesterday evening. The facility was empty and very clean. The receptionist was nice. My low rating is related to the actual procedure of the doctor. To avoid revealing my information I will just be general. I informed the doctor of my symptoms I was experiencing which could be 1 of 2 things possibly. Instead of the doctor performing the procedure needed to identify what is wrong with me, the doctor just prescribed me two separate medications. Each medication is a treatment for the1 of 2 things that could be possibly wrong. The issue here is, there is no proof I have either of the 2 possible issues but yet the doctor was quick to prescribe two medications without proper diagnosis. For clarity, since they did not do the test to determine what I have, I am not even awaiting results. The recommendation is just to take the medication and hope for the best - which is medically irresponsible. I am disappointed in the laziness of the doctors especially considering I was the only patient in the facility. With time and money wasted, I still need to go to a competing urgent care center to receive a diagnosis and treatment.
Very clean. Staff is courteous, but also extremly inefficient. Even though you are en existing patient, you still have to reregister every single time. I was the only patient in this morning when I walked in; it took me 25 minutes to go to an exam room and then another 20 minutes to be seen.
I took an antibody test and it took a week to get the result which was a set of letters. There was no explanation on the results of what those letters meant. There were no ranges in numbers and no negative or positive I called them twice. The first time I couldnt get them to tell me what the letters meant. They said someone would get back to me and no one did. I called again and I coul.d not get an answer and the person on the phone said they were busy. It would have taken a minute to ask someone what the letters meant but no one would give this person an answer. A lot of empty apologies about how busy they were. I am never going back there again. Terrible customer service.
8 days and counting for PCR results in my patient portal. I have called for 3 days in a row and each time the answering service takes my information, tells me someone will call me back in a few hours but I never get a call back. Then I come to find out on my 4th call to the customer service number that there was a problem with my sample and that I need to go back and test AGAIN. 8 days later. And no one form Cure called to tell me this and there was no notation anywhere in my portal or in the message section of the portal that there was an issue with the sample. The portal support rep finally transfers me directly to the Cure location at 2689 Broadway where I am sent to messaging system and the voicemail is FULL and I am disconnected. Very, very frustrating and disappointing experience.
Had to write a review because my aunt was seen at this urgent care and I absolutely loved how they treated her. The place was so clean and the staff was very welcoming and quick. Jessica really did go above and beyond for her, by helping with her paper work since she doesn’t speak English very well. The second we walked in she was already in a room waiting to be seen by a doctor. Highly recommend this urgent care. Amazing experience. Thank you so much to the whole staff for being caring during these uncertain times. Thank you Jessica.
Terrible, illogical backwards practice. my 70 year old father who was showing multiple Covid symptoms had an appointment for a test on NYE. They made him wait 45 minutes so they could test younger people who had plans to go out that night. What kind of backwards logic is that? On top of that they spelled his name wrong on the insurance so made him wait another 30 minutes before they realized that.A few days later, my mom had an appointment for a Covid test, she got a PCR and they called her 2 days later to inform her they “lost” her results and she would have to come back in and do it over. An absolute joke of a practice
My overall experience at Cure was excellent. The facility is attractive, welcoming, and immaculate. Doctors and staff are professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with their time. Most important was my experience as someone with severe hearing loss. Staff made every effort to communicate effectively with me, showed great interest in the voice to text app I used to access conversation and made note to use it with other patients. I felt very comfortable and engaged in all discussions. Best urgent care experience by far.
I showed up at 7:30pm to a empty office and was pretty much brushed away by every staff member there. From the front desk receptionist to the scribe to the doctor. Was told I couldn’t get a covid test because it was late and they were about to close. When the front desk receptionist spoke to the scribe the scribe just threw her hands in the air walked away and said she was going to the bathroom. Then the front desk receptionist asked the doctor if they wanted to see me and the doctor said for me to come back tomorrow. This was was extremely unprofessional from the staff to just disregard a patient because they were closing in 30 minutes. It’s a lack of humanity and compassion that this office showed especially in times like this.
Note to prospective patients: this is no longer Cure, and is not providing the same quality of service. I waited around 3 hours for a PCR test (staff skipped/ignored me several times). Staff stopped taking walk-ins at around 6:00 PM. Indoor mask wearing was not enforced, which was frustrating (and dangerous) in the midst of a waiting room of potentially exposed and coughing people.
Me and my husband visited The place a week ago and as soon as we walked in we were helped from the front desk. We didn’t wait a long time Monica was very helpful and took as to a room 10 min after our arrived. She informed us what we were going to do on our visit and stayed with us until the doctor came. Dr. Jarret and the nurse came five minutes later which I did appreciate that I didn’t have to wait long, do to the fact that I have a new born. he was very fast very helpful and very informative. Also the place is very very clean and every person we encounter was very nice.
Very clean office and efficient operations. I was seen quickly. Dr. Rejali was warm, caring and thorough. He took time to explain possible diagnosis and recommend methods to treat my symptoms at home. The front desk staff are rude, (one of them screamed at patients if she had to repeat herself) but the clinical care was excellent so I will return if I ever need urgent care again.
Overall excellent experience. The 4 stars is because of the outside wait without any notification of what the process was like. I waited for about an hour. BUT The staff was very helpful once I was inside and Dr. Rimawi was very helpful and helped my immediate and long-term needs for my injury. I also heard someone tell me that the wait isnt normally like this so I would say most definitely give it a try.
My husband and I live two blocks from Cure and we have had excellent experiences there. We were always able to see a professional in a short time, and always felt very well taken care of. The facility is spotless, the waiting area is well spaced out and all the staff is trained to make your visit an easy one. For us, it’s a gift to have Cure in the neighborhood!
Went in for a COVID rapid test. I was a new patient, so including filling out “paper work” (which was all electronic on my phone using a QR code given) it was very quick and easy. Was in and out in about 20 minutes or less. I was able to check my results on the patient portal you had to create — the results were available within an hour.
Had a very strange and ultimately bad experience here. I had been here twice before when it was called Cure and had no problems. The last time (several weeks ago) I came for a covid test and a flu shot, the staff forgot I had asked for a flu shot (so I had to remind them), they didn’t tell me to stay on site for my rapid covid test results (I had never gotten one before so I didn’t know the protocol), and my test results were never posted on my patient portal. I even reached out via email to see if the results could be posted and have received no response. I don’t think I will be coming here anymore.
Went in yesterday for a covid test and the staff was amazing!!!. As a former employee and now a forever patient Im so proud to see Cure urgent care running the way it is. Amazing staff. The front desk was polite , fast and very efficient and the doctors and scribes were nice as well. Taking care of everything and everyone. Im so genuinely proud of how this place is running.
I usually like going to this location I get seen fast and everyone is usually friendly but today it was different for starters the front desk lady (one with some crazy looking lashes) was just rude and has an attitude problem didn’t get her name but there’s no need to be rude in the way you respond to someone I got confused in where I needed to pick up a letter and instead of directing me to the correct place she wants to respond rudely and not help really needs to work on her manners
On the recommendation of a friend who knows I can be a nervous patient I scheduled an appointment at Cure Urgent Care for a Medical Consult The courteous and competent greeting from the Front Desk calmed me , and then sitting down to wait I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness that runs through the office .Finally the professionalism of Viv, Vlad and Sam really affirmed that Cure Urgent Care was a great choice , it is an excellent medical practice and will make you feel like you are the absolute top priority throughout your visit and afterwards . I would strongly recommend Cure Urgent Care and even though wait time is minimal , glance around at the Art Work , its exceptional !
Normally this place is good, but the new front desk staff is useless. I used their QR system to check in and for some reason it didnt work, even though Ive never had a problem before. The front desk never once looked over at us and mentioned that we werent checked in properly (place was not busy). I noticed that people who came in after us were getting called for rooms and went up to the front desk and she first shrugged her shoulders that we werent checked in (even though we had spoken to her and been sitting in front of her for 20 minutes), then she slowly checked us in but put us behind other people who were coming in. This has been my go-to urgent care place for years, but honestly, my interactions with her left a bad taste in my mouth. I cant imagine we are the first people shes left to cool their heels in the waiting room and Im not sure why she hasnt been trained to look up into the waiting room and look for patients who arent getting seen.
First-rate medical care with relief for my anxiety about what the MD and I both realized was a new skin cancer lesion. She was calm and supportive. She was reassuring that I could wait 2.5 weeks to see my dermatologist for what we both suspected would be skin surgery to remove the lesion. A job well done by Dr. Diane Sixsmith. The staff was terrific - very professional, like Dr. Sixsmith. Well earned Gold Stars to Cure Urgent Care!
This was my first time visiting Cure Urgent Care, I had flu like symptoms and feeling under the weather. The staff was amazing! They quickly took care of me and I was in and out in no time. Facilities are clean and spacious and everyone is so delightful. Highly recommend!
To be fair, there are tons of people trying to get tests right now before the holidays. The staff must be so over it at this point. However, when waiting for a test, there was a young girl coughing and sneezing without a mask and her mother and another person waiting had their masks pulled down. The mother later told the nurse that her daughter’s classmate has COVID and the daughter has a cough, congestion, and FEVER. NO MASK!The front desk people didn’t make eye contact with me, misgendered me and didn’t apologize, and didn’t tell me that they would only do either a rapid test or a PCR test. The person who did the first swab wrote my information on a post-it note and also didn’t tell me about needing to choose rapid or PCR. The NP came in with the rapid test results and I said I have to have a PCR to return to work. She explained they do one or the other. Finally someone else came in and did the PCR test and I was able to ask questions about exposure. Before Northwell recently took over this location I had only good things to say. The staff seem unhappy where as there was a sense of them at least liking each other before this shift.
As a healthcare professional, I can’t say enough about Cure Urgent Care on the upper west side. Their portal was super simple, check-in process was a breeze and lost importantly, I felt safe in the facility. They strictly enforce social distancing guidelines and swiftly get each patient into a private room. While having to be seen during a pandemic is stressful, Cure Urgent Care made me feel totally safe!
This is the best Urgent Care location. Never a long wait, everyone is super helpful, and the place is very clean. This is the best place to get Covid test. Results came back within 24 hours, even though they give you a 48-hour window to be on the safe side. (They now have rapid test too.) We have tried multiple urgent care places on UWS. This is the best. And, don’t bother to try the Northwell Urgent Care. It’s the worst!
Who would believe that I have a favorite neighborhood COVID -19 testing location? The joys of 2020 ... but Cure Urgent Care is it. The reception staff is organized and kind. My waits have been brief. The medical staff is professional and efficient. And, the turnaround time is usually faster than represented. They run a good operation.
We waited in the line outside for an hour! People went out and still we needed to wait outside! Even though fist they said it will take 20-30 min! The manager was horrible and not helpful, he told me another price for the x rays! And then charged me 100 $ more!! He literally was not polite and very angry saying “you can just go if you don’t like something here” It’s an AWEFUL clinic and i will never recommended it to anyone! Just around the corner another clinic, with the same prices, BUT without any line and with normal staff.
We are so thankful to have Cure Urgent Care 2 blocks away. The whole family has used this service for several years. No appointments and never a long or any wait, even on weekends. The staff is courteous and efficient and the doctors are first rate. I have been there for everything from a cold, ear infection and fractured finger. They have always helped and even followed up to make sure you were getting better. It is a great comfort to find such a fine service.
Great service. I took my daughter for a physical since we in between doctors and they were fabulous. I was unorganized and even forgot one of the forms I needed filled out and they kindly looked it up online and printed it for me. I even managed to forget my daughters immunization record and they were patient and waited for me to find a file I had in my emails that I could send so they could print that as well. There wasn’t a long wait and the doctor and nurse seemed pretty thorough with the exam. Would definitely recommend. My son and husband have also been seen there in the past for emergency needs and we have always had a great experience.
Best Urgent Care Center in NYC!Front desk staff is Lovely, especially Matt who is there to answer any questions or concerns I have! The atmosphere is relaxing with a toy section for kids and comfy seats. The best part was actually seeing Dr. Jason Deutsch who provided me with the utmost care!I highly recommend them!
Concerned about covid-like symptoms, I looked for a place nearby where I could get a COVID test. I was easily able to make an appointment on a Sunday morning. The staff were all friendly, professional and I was able to get the test done within 5 minutes of getting there. Highly recommend.
Saw Kate the nurse practitioner after my 3 year old cut his chin at school. She was excellent and glued the area which looks great now. She was very good with kids and very professional and reassuring. The facility was sparkling clean and the staff was efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.
My visit to Cure urgent care this morning was a pleasant efficient experience. From the first greeting with Natalie, the receptionist to the Doctors assistant Chellandra and Natalie Q everyone was helpful and most respectful. The Dr. Sam Patel was thorough, understanding and kind as he was assessing my situation. I highly recommend this office to my friends and family. It is an exceptional place to turn for health care.
I went to Cure Urgent Care for the first time a few days ago because I am not from the city and couldn’t see my primary care doctor anytime soon. It was the quickest appointment I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve spent more time in waiting rooms in the past than my entire visit time at Cure. I saw a PA named Sam and he made me feel like he wasn’t in a rush but also was very efficient with explaining things to me and answering all of my questions. I will definitely be returning with future medical needs.
I have used this branch of Cure urgent care several times over the past few years. I’ve always found the front of house staff knowledgeable and helpful. And I’ve always had excellent care from the nurses and the doctors. The follow up on tests was always prompt and thorough. This facility is a valuable asset to our neighborhood here on the UWS.Bill Hopkins
Ive used Cure Urgent Care on a number of occasions when a trip to my personal Dr. wasnt really feasible.Ive had only excellent results from the care provided here at the Cure Urgent Care on the Upper West Side.Just this past Sunday I had to visit there due to a very sore throat that developed. Dr. Li checked me out very thoroughly and prescribed for me medicines that gave me some immediate relief. And Chellandra, Dr. Lis assistant, was so attentive and caring. They both made me feel better just by visiting with them.Overall from the time I walk in the front door of the clinic to the time I leave Ive always felt that in great hands. From reception to discharge everyone involved is totally supportive friendly, compassionate and professional.I just cant go wrong using the Care Urgent Care by me.Thanks to all of you there
Went to Cure Urgent care on 103rd at 9am on a Saturday morning. I normally never get sick, and in the past if was sick, I usually ride it out and wait. I just started a training program at which being absent is not an option so I broke down and went to Cure for help. Thank God I did. I was expecting the worst and got the best. Nathalie at the front desk was awesome, courteous and very warm. I was taken to the back almost immediately and shortly after the Doctor (s) came in. They took their time with me. I was in and out with a solution within 30-45min. Thanks to them I made it to my training bright and early on Monday and almost 100% better.
Office is very clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and their professionalism is top notch. The doctors in this practice are extremely knowledgeable and their bedside manners are excellent. I highly recommend both locations Eastside and Westside Office they give quality service. Five years and Im satisfied with every visit.
Good doctors but they work as they please. The operation hours are until 8 pm and they simply close at the time they would like to. I got at the door today and a sign on it says that it closed at 5 pm. People that come here knowing they close at 8 pm. If you look them up on google it will say 8 pm. But apparently they just go by their own schedule.Edited: have been at the door for 19 minutes and 6 people (one with a kid) have showed up and all of them seem to be confused why it is closedResponse to cure comment: your patients can not be affected because of the the high demand your staff has now. It is not right to check online to see if you are open, or call earlier to see until what time you work (which front desk informed me 8 pm) and then when people get at the door at 6pm you are simply closed at 5. Either hire more people or give the right information/change the working hours on google. What can not happen is miss information and different working hours every day of the week.
I go here for everything and have never been disappointed. I got the flu last year - a really bad case. I could barely make it the 3 blocks from my house to Cure. When I got there, the person, at the desk (a lovely man who I know is often there since between my active daughter and me and our close proximity, we are there often) took one look at me and said sit - Ill bring the paperwork to you. They got me in a room right away. The doctor was terrific. It ended up being a pretty bad case that required chest x-rays and follow up and they were there every step of the way, calling to check on me, knowing who I was and why I was there for follow ups- I felt like they were my personal physicians. Staff and doctors are all caring and efficient but not rushed. I am so glad I live nearby - I only go to my primary care for a physical now; otherwise I go here.
Had a great experience at Cure Urgent Care UWS the other day! Natalie V at the front desk was exceptional and the medical team was friendly and informative, addressed all my concerns. The facility is very clean and I was in and out in under 30 minutes! Highly recommended!
I could not recommend Cure Urgent Care more highly. Dr Deutsch is a great doctor and found an immediate solution to the medical problems I have had several times since COVID-19 began. He is responsive, kind, funny and smart. Most importantly, he will help you. His office is run by Matt Savoia who is even more kind and funny and efficient. They run their office like a tight ship but its also has a heart. I love going there....its spotless, so organized and you would never wait or be treated like you would at another Urgent Care. Five stars.
I’ve been coming here since 2015 and I couldn’t say enough good things about Cure Urgent Care. They are clean, have complimentary coffee and water, kind, helpful, and just a great place to settle your fears when you’re feeling ill.More than willing to answer any questions you may have, they always try to accommodate you as best as they possibly can.I definitely recommend this medical healthcare facility to anyone.
We used to come here but there really is no point anymore if you have a real injury or illness. All of their capacity is being taken up with prophylactic covid tests. Only choice is to wait forever, go to the emergency room or just forgo treatment. I appreciate that covid is a big moneymaker for the clinic but perhaps leave some capacity for serious illness and injury as opposed to just being a covid clinic.
I dont really enjoy going to doctor offices but this one was fantastic. The entire facility was nice to all their patients and kept their work space clean and organized. One of the desk workers I had helping me was named natalie v, she was an absolute sweetheart. Offered me free coffee while I wait for my daughter to be seen and was absolutely helpful. I highly recommend urgent care to anyone looking for a nice clean friendly and helpful environment.
I would like to commend your front line staff (Elizabeth Graham) in particular; she was quite pleasant, helpful, and showed good customer service skills, as did the few staff members I encountered. The wait wasnt long to see the doctor. What could be improved on is the wait for your meds, which may not be totally on you but the pharmacy. My biggest concern was my diagnosis, I dont think the doctor had an open mind as to what may have been wrong but kept sort of a tunnel vision approach to what she saw. Im sure if she thinks outside of the box, especially dealing with medical diagnosis and the different physical and chemical make-up of her patients/clients that many things are possible. Thank you for your service.
I have made 2 visits to Cure, for different reasons. Both times, I found the staff friendly and professional, the wait short and the price reasonable (actually my insurance fully covered both visits). My regular doctor is in California but I am in Manhattan quite frequently. Its a relief to know I now have somewhere to go for assistance with minor medical issues.
I’m not sure how this place could get a bad review. The women at check in were so nice and helpful and were very sweet about answering my insurance co pay questions. The doctor was quick to see me and actually let me talk to him about what was going on and offered some great advice in addition to antibiotics to help relieve symptoms. They also let me know about their infusion center (which will be cost efficient and closer for me)Oh and they have complimentary coffee and tea!I wish this could be my main doctors office to be honest.
My husband and I are visiting NYC and we were afraid that his cough had morphed into pneumonipa. We went to Cure Urgent Care near us at Broadway and 103rd Street and had an excellent experience. The receptionist Nicole was friendly, helpful and efficient, and Dr. Mark Sinclair was knowledgeable, easy to understand and expeditious. He ordered an x-ray, quickly got the results and interpretation back from the radiologist, and clearly explained to us what it meant and our alternative courses of action. We were greatly impressed by him and the general atmosphere in the clinic, which was clean and well-lit. There was very little wait time. We highly recommend this clinic.
I just went today to urgent care because my 4 years old daughter bumped her head on the playground and she needs to get some stitches.Best place ever! Very well organized, we didn’t wait a second, they took care of her right away, stuff is amazing and very professional.I’m glad I live just few blocks away.Highly recommended.
Ive been 4 times over the last few years for a variety of issues. Ive been impressed every time. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The doctors and nurses are all top-notch, and take the time to listen. Front desk personnel are always friendly and welcoming. Would give six stars if they let me.
Completely thankful for cure urgent care. I was in need of a medical clearance/work physical that was constantly getting turned down by other urgent cares (6 in total). 1 phone call , and 2 emails letter and I’m walking in 20 min later knowing that my physical was going to be done!Staff is great and willing to help. Comfortable and clean environment. Thank you Cure!
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff. They were very helpful and paper work was so easy to fill out( i did it before my appointment online). I was seen as soon as I finished with the front desk. The exam rooms are beautiful and clean. I was seen by there PA Karen S. I was very impressed with her medical knowledge(being in the field myself) and her bed side manner. I would highly recommend seeing her and will be going back for my medical needs.
I unexpectedly felt sick at work with a sharp pain in my stomach on the upper right side . I called and quickly went to Cure Urgent Care . I was seen immediately by Dr.Deutsch and NP Kate. The team was incredibly professional and my condition was assessed with precision and care. Luckily they also take my insurance. I was diagnosed and feel so much now! They even helped schedule a sonogram at a nearby facility . Thankful they saved me a trip to the ER. The facilities are also beautiful , welcoming and easy to get to. I strongly recommend this practice!!! Thank you for your care Dr.Deutsch and Kate!
As far as urgent care walk in clinics go, this is the best one in the neighborhood. The staff at this Facility professional and the quality of the doctors here are better than the other urgent cares I have went to. The receptionist Natalie V. Was really helpful and got me in to see the doctor really quickly. Dr sixsmith was pleasant and answered all my question. I am very pleased

2022-03-05Thank you for the quick attention and helping me. The front desk clerk (nurse) was so nice and welcoming and the Doctor understood my issue and addressed it immediately and efficiently. Im grateful…. TRULY!! The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the facilities and how everyone was wearing a mask. The doctor washed her hands as soon as entering the room and then applied gloves( YES I PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS) they were very caring and made me feel comfortable even in the midst of pain. I was addressed by my name after being asked what my preference was to being called. I think the staff there is wonderful and I will be referring them to others.

2022-06-16Absolutely horrible- I went to see this provider in a Saturday to refill medication I have been taking for years to function after an assault. I was the last appointment of the day and the provider and receptionist at the day of the appointment were amazing. They confirmed which pharmacy I needed the 3 prescriptions sent to and when I went to go to the pharmacy they sent only 2 prescriptions to a pharmacy that does NOT take my insurance. I tried calling to get the provider to resend the prescriptions and had no answer. On my next day available I went back and the treatment I received from the receptionist made me cry-she was so rude and cold and I tried to explain that I needed this medication to function. She was so cold and told me I was out of luck and to go to cityMD and try them unless I can wait until the doctor calls me the next day. This has been so upsetting Im seeking legal council to discuss what happened at this location and have the medical staff understand what happened which lead to me needing treatment from an emergency room.Absolutely appealing treatment from a medical care facility please do not go here I beg you.

2022-07-20We went there on June 24th with our baby daughter of 8 months and we had a terrible experience. In this center they dont know how to treat babies. The person who look at her didnt know how to do a proper physical diagnose and they told us that her vital signs were critical and that we needed to go to an ER. This information was absolutely wrong. 30 minutes later when we arrive to a pediatric center we were told that the information we received was completely inaccurate for a baby like us.Please dont take your babies to this Urgent Care, its terrible and you will waste your time and money.

2022-06-12The GO Health Urgent Care on 103/Broadway was a quiet oasis of healthcare efficiency. We are from Cincinnati, in town for a family event, and needed their services. They were great. Benjamin was so kind and helpful Thank you. Highly recommend them.

2021-01-24Great experience! Professional staff. Physician on site.I had gone in to get covid tested + blood samples taken. I waited about 15 minutes before being seen (no appointment, just walk in). Nurse was very talented with swabbing my nose.Highly recommend this place!

2022-07-28Above and beyond with exception service ..came late and Dr was heading out the door in high stride I might add...but heard of my qualms that I was relaying to the receptionist and turned around and decided to see me. Thats says a lot about ones character.Respectfully submitted , Kai Broomes

2021-10-24This place is great. Went for Covid and strep tests and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The staff members are diligent, kind, and super helpful (even despite being short-staffed that day). I came here mostly because the ability to save your spot in line/make an appointment is a game-changer. Woke up at 5 AM not feeling great and reserved my spot for 11:30 that morning. So much better than going to a crowded urgent care when you feel terrible, only to be told that the wait is going to be over half an hour.

2021-12-02This is no longer CURE, and they seem to have way less capacity than before. Wait times are much slower than when there was a CURE here. Additionally, even having an appointment has wait times longer than what they were for a CURE walk-in. It does appear like the employees are trying to make do with what they have, so Im not blaming them. But I just saw a patient come out of a room confused, because they switched rooms on her without fully informing her as to what was going on. So she had to come out to the front desk to get answers. So I am not confident that you are gonna get the level of care you would have gotten if it still were under the former CURE management. Can you tell I miss my former urgent care provider? Its not like I came often, but it was nice to have timely, high quality service when needed.
