I went in for a 1:30pm saved spot. The front desk was helpful and friendly. I was quickly given a room and saw a medical assistant who took vitals and did a rapid Covid test. I saw a Physicians Assistant who examined me and diagnosed me. He was attentive and personable. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and I’m surprised at the low ratings I see here. I think it was great since I was unable to see my doctor that day.

Today Thursday March 10, 1pm i was here. First, the receptionists at the front desk and the nurse had a serious non welcoming demeanor, rude and look like they hate their jobs. The nurse too. I give two stars for the wonderful PA who took good care of me. FIRE, AND HIRE NEW FRINT DESK PEOPLE!!!!

The girl at the front desk was very nice and I was taken right into my appointment which was nice and limited exposure to other people since I had covid.

This place is run super well, the staff is friendly and helpful and they saw me right away and gave great care. It could not have gone smoother. Definitely recommended.

Terrible place. They were rude to me when I went there specifically sent by my foreign insurance provider. They didn’t offer help nor understanding even if contacted before by my insurance and accepted to visit me prior my arrival. I had to live without seeing a doctor. The manger was nice on the phone but the two receptionists were RUDE AND CARELESS. Not the right attitude when someone is in pain and is not at fault. They made me feel uncomfortable the whole time and didn’t help when my insurance asked to talk to them, they refused and one receptionist said “I just started working here” so? You should do better.

Plain and simple this place works at a very slow pace! Theyre insufficient and take too long to do a 20 minute or less job. My appointment was at 4:45pm and didnt leave until 6:10pm. I did a rapid test, which takes 2hrs to obtain the results. I got my results 2 days later! Never going back here. Lesson learned. Cure Urgent Care was better and much faster than what this place is now.

It was a pleasure to be seen in the Urgent Care. The staff was nice. Dr Prettypaul was kind and knowledgeable. What more could I ask. Thank you.All tests were done. No Flu, No COV just the usual Cold.I was given the same SATISFACTION a year Prior with Dr Jarrett Kelly. I’ll NEVER FORGET he’s Top of the Line, Cream of the Crop. This Urgent Care ONLY has the BEST.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR COVID TESTING! All their covid testing comes with a $575 office visit. My insurance only paid for the covid tests, so now I am paying thousands of dollars out of pocket. Please, please, please do not make the same mistake I did and get your covid testing where it is actually free. Customer service told me that there is nothing they can do, so the best I can do is warn others out there.

Every time I walk by this place, I always see a lot of people. At first I was afraid that it would be no different than a hospital visit, so I scheduled an appointment, it was for 9am. I ended up arriving half an hour early, and I was seen immediately! My wait time was about 6 minutes, I went in for a TB test, the needle was super small compared to hospital needles, so I felt nothing. So in total my appointment was about 12-15minutes, I ended up being dismissed right before my scheduled appointment. 2days later, I had a follow up appointment, and I missed my scheduled appointment which was for 11am, I got to Urgent Care about 12:15pm, my waiting time was about 4 minutes, and my appointment was done in about 5 minutes. This is place is super fast, I love the reminders, and every one was really nice. I would definitely recommend this place!
