Novelli Wellness Center is next level. Equipment is state of the art. Facility is clean, the staff is friendly, the doctors are knowledgeable. Awesome place.
I highly recommend the clinic, the doctors are totally professional and very prepared, 5 months ago I fell 5 meters, hurt my hip and had a sprained knee so I had pain when walking, my therapy with Dr. Brian Burns was excellent , in conjunction with laser, chiropractic and the decompression table, helped me incredibly. I was nervous walking into the Novelli wellness center, not knowing what to expect. I’ve been to countless doctors; none of which could help me. After almost losing hope, I was lucky enough to find this group.There are no words in the English dictionary to describe how every physician here made me feel, but I will try my best. For starters, Dr. Stephen is one of the best. Not only is he an active listener but he was able to accommodate all my needs and always made sure to put my feelings first. This group ensures that every patient is receiving the most holistic and client-centered treatment plan required for healing. I’m only 5 weeks in and every day I can feel myself getting stronger!A most special thank you to Dr. Dan, who is also one of the best. There were areas which I thought were never going to heal from the car accident, but surprisingly, they are. One day at a time. With spinal decompression and muscle release therapy I’m able to sleep better which has helped me during my healing journey and given me a tremendous amount of comfort. I’m eternally grateful for your help Dr. Dan!Not only are the doctors wonderful, but so is everyone at Novelli center! The energy in this office is amazing. Everyone here is so positive, it’s refreshing. I will give one tip if you consider joining this group but are still unsure. I found that meditation helped a lot. First calming the mind helps calm the nerves and allowed me to place my entire trust in the hands of these fantastic doctors to give me the healing I deserve. From the moment you walk in to the Novelli Wellness Center your welcomed with uplifting smiles and positive greetings. After checking in, you get to relax in the massage chair while getting the defusing tranquil mindset with the luxury of staring off into the clouds above! Not only is this the cleanest and greenest of doctors offices, but the optimal performance of the many chiropractors on hand with one goal to make your experience beneficial. I personally have more progress then i imagined possible. Through communication, planning and executing various therapys i truly can testify to being more comfortable and definitely improved my quality of life. I highly reccomend at the least coming into the Wellness Center and getting a feel for the crew, if not becoming a testimonial yourself.
I had a great preliminary visit with Dr. Novelli.He was able to shed light on some issues, and was able to put together an affordable and effective treatment plan with state of the art equipment. The plan was catered to my needs and my issues-and I’m really looking forward to working with him and his staff very soon. Highly recommend you take the time to set up an appointment!

I have had a nagging neck and shoulder issue for the last few months which inhibited me from turning my head all the way to the right. After some minor adjustments with Dr Conrad, I have full range of motion, no more nagging, soreness/stiffness and could not be happier. This is now “my place” and will return for ongoing maintenance care. AND, those massage chairs are the bomb. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was very happy with my first visit to the Center. Dr. Novelli was behind me and saw my difficulty walking, got a wheelchair and took me inside himself and right back to the treatment area. Never had a doc more attentive. He went through all the testing, diagnosis, treatment plan as well as started treatment today. I will ongoing treatment there and it’s worth the 1.5 hour drive to do so.
The treatment was fantastic! With state of the art equipment and very friendly staff. The doctor is willing to work with you on payment so you can get the treatment you need. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs it. During my first treatment there, I was able to feel the pressure taken off my spine almost immediately. Im very excited to have found such a wonderful place like this one. I have been dealing with back pain for such a long time, but I am confident in time I will have a better quality of life.
The customer service is great. The health care is top notch. The laser service is great. I’m glad that I came to check it out. I was on my way to getting back surgery with no guarantee. They saved me.
I had my initial appointment at Dr. Novelli’s office and was thoroughly impressed. Everyone at the office was extremely friendly. Dr. Novelli was very nice and explained my issue more than any chiropractor or therapist ever has. I am looking forward to continue my treatment plan.

I absolutely love this place!! Everyone gets to know you very quickly and they are always always on top of everything for you, like approvals from your insurance to getting doctors notes that they or the insurance companies may need. So many nice people work here. Mary & Ari at reception are so kind and will help you however they can, then there is Korey, a physical therapist who I cant rave about enough. She is gentle, kind, caring and most importantly she knows what she is doing. Please dont pass this place by when your scrolling and looking for a great chiropractic office and physical therapy staff. I promise youll fall in love with this place just like I did!
Dr Brian Burns and the entire staff are so friendly, helpful and professional. Had my initial exam and first knee decompression. Had immediate results/relief of (bone on bone) knee pain. Looking forward to my long term goals of total relief. Thank you all at Novelli!
I had my first appointment today and what a fantastic experience! As a new patient I was able to obtain an appointment in one week from when I had initially called in. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The doctors are amazing and really take the time so give a great overall patient experience. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Dr. NOVELLI finally gave me some relief in one month from my back pain that I suffered with for over a year and over 6 months with another chiropractor. He then recommended physical therapy which has got me even more relief. I highly recommend Novelli Wellness.

They are very kind they are very hospitable when youre uncomfortable to go to places that youve never been in a little scared there is no reason for you to be soon as you walk in the door that goes away for me that was a big deal. Besides the fact that my pain would be on a scale of 1 to 10 would be like a 20 no joke, it is so therapeutic it feels amazing I can only say I wish I would have went more in the past but now Im going all the time and Im not stopping because this is definitely helping me from having surgery no disrespect in any way to anyone else. But thats exactly what its about the people are kind and they are on the ball good luck I would recommend it thumbs up!!!

I love it here, it really helped relieve my neck pain and reduced my neck spasms. I really like that they give you plenty of things to do at home to help . The massage chairs are amazing and really work knots that are hard to get to. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and everyone is so nice and you can really tell they care about you. Doctors actually listen and want you to explain how you feel and base their adjustments accordingly. Already have recommended to several people!
I write reviews... hardly ¡EVER! but when my 14 years of spinal struggle has relief, its a must❗ Damage to 8 disc bulging and/or herniated: 1 cervical repair surgery, 1 lumbar repair surgery using screws in both instances. According to surgeon, amount of damage remaining makes me eligible for additional cervical and lumbar repair. Since the top and bottom of spine is damaged, it was only a matter of time until the middle (thorasic) discs responded negatively from improper alignment. Joining the party: fibromyalgia, spasms, sciatica, radiating pain/spasms, neuropathy & all the other adjoining not so fun nuisance ailments.■After 1 massage/decompression appointment:- radiating spasms ⬇️- after 2: all spasms ⬇️- after 3: [pain scale 1-10] my max of 20 ⬇️ to 10Now Im venturing to water exercise class to simultaneously lengthen, tighten and strengthen muscles/ range of motion. ■Renewed hope, less meds, increased quality of life and decrease of what ails all made possible by Dr. Novelli and his kind staff.😃 I might even put on a shoe without assessing therapeutic support someday!

I came here with a lower back injury that turned out to be a herniated disc. Through extensive PT with Dr. Brian and Dr. Korey I was able to go from barely moving with lots of pain to going back to work without surgery. My quality of life has almost returned to pre injury status. Thank you for your dedication and encouragement to help me get through this injury. Great and friendly staff. Everyone I ran into or dealt with was so friendly. Highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs.
I have known Dr. Steven Novelli for a number of years. He has always been a miracle worker and i trust his judgement for treatment. My first encounter was over 10 years ago when I was told I would never walk without a walker after back surgery. He assured me I would be walking out of his office that day, without a walker. As afraid as I was to get up without a walker, he was right and walked me out to my car. He has grown his staff but still finds time to be very. Personal and sypathetic.
I started last April in the start of the Pandemic so my specialist care was put on hold. Dr Novelli & team took me on and gave me back a less painful life without medication. I’ve been suffering with FOOT pain for over 28 years. Yes they treat foot pain. Every team member is extremely pleasant and greets & treats everyone equally.
Ive never met a group of therapists that have so much knowledge, compassion and positive results. I go to Novelli wellness on a regular basis to keep my spine strong and healthy. And they do the job well. Their entire staff is efficient and friendly and each person feels a personal connection with all of them. Dr. Novellis office got me for an emergency appointment the very next day after I called. I have always had issues with my back but must have done something to cause excruciating pain in my upper back. I went in for a free consultation and free first treatment; it was wonderful. The office smells incredible and immediately puts you at ease. The staff was so welcoming and made the whole process a breeze. Dr. Novelli went through everything with me step by step. He was very knowledgable, patient and understanding. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I started with a 10 minute massage in their state of the art massage chair followed by a very thorough adjustment. My pain has decreased by more than 1/2 and I finally feel like I can breath. My overall health and posture has definitely improved. I will be back in a few days to continue treatment and feel confident I will be pain free in no time! They will get you in to see the doctor the same day and never say no. They really care about their patients. After a lengthy search for a massage therapist willing to work with my Workers Comp Insurance, I was greatly relieved to find the specialists at the Novelli Wellness Center. They wasted no time getting to work on recovering from my back injury, introducing a variety of treatments to address post surgical pain and spinal decompression. The staff is friendly in a way that makes me feel that they take a personal interest in my care and well being. They take the time to talk with me - and most importantly, they LISTEN! The massage chairs offer a welcome alternative to the waiting room and provide an incentive to come early just for the opportunity to enjoy a great massage while waiting. (I STRONGLY encourage patients to try them out!) Patients also enjoy private suites for treatments, eliminating the self-consciousness that comes with other facilities where everyone is in a big room with a number of others also in therapy. Dr. Novelli’s personal videos addressing patient needs have been helpful and greatly appreciated when sent directly to my inbox. My experience with the Novelli Wellness Center has been one of patient centered care and I recommend them to everyone I know who mentions their back pain (and many who just ask how I’m doing)! I was fortunate to find a shining jewel in a forest of specialists that have been helping me on the road to recovery.

I had been suffering from a sinus infection for close to a week when a friend suggested that an adjustment would help. I immediately called the Novelli Wellness Center! Ive been to just about every Chiropractor and Physical Therapist in Buffalo. I would rate Novelli Wellness Center hands down the best. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed and at home. The treatment from the staff and from Dr. Novelli and Dr. Burns was fantastic. If there was a higher score than 5 stars I would vote that.
Novelli Wellness is amazing. Dr. Novelli saves me from having to have back surgery when I injured my back. Dr. Novelli, Dr. Mike and Dr. Josh are truly professionals and really listen to you and care about helping you. I will absolutely not go anywhere else for my chiropractic needs. And bonus, they have a wonderful physical therapist there as well. Both myself and my husband come here and love it. They are a godsend for us.
I cant say enough about Novelli Wellness. Everything was positive for me. The staff was wonderful , very accommodating and professional . The atmosphere was very clean and relaxing. Dr. Novelli was so kind and knowledgable. I had been treated for a shoulder injury for at least two years prior to coming to Novelli Wellness. I had been going to PT and had improved but not fully. When I went to Novelli Wellness they brought my shoulder back to 100%!
From the time I walked into the office Dr.Novelli and his staff treated me like family. The office treated me for pain and injuries I suffered after being in an accident. The staff listened to my concerns and discussed my injuries and treatment plan with me. Dr.Novelli was outstanding in completing the mound of paperwork required for no fault. Dr. Stephen Novelli saved me from great pain while the several other chiropractors that I was seeing couldn’t. Dr. Novelli and his staff are genuinely caring, they focus on your issue and treat it gently. I’ve been going to the Novelli Wellness Center for close to ten years, my original issue that I first went there for has never reoccurred. My bi-weekly maintenance visits keep me tuned up to participate in the sports I love, mountain biking, skiing, running etc. I can’t recommend Novelli Wellness enough.
After I have my treatment with dr. Novelli which is awesome I then sit in this chair and it massages my entire body and makes the soreness go away. The whole staff is awesome and very caring. Dr. Novelli is there to make you well and he really really cares. I would recommend him to anybody that has any type of injuries or issues he will take very good care of you
Novelli Wellness is a place of healing. My whole family has been seeing Dr. Steve for about 9 years to keep our necks, spine and whole body aligned. As a runner, I appreciate my regular chiropractic sessions with Dr. Steve, Dr. Mike and Dr. Josh. The entire staff here is warm, super friendly, caring and knowledgeable. No two visits are the same. I work in a profession where I am on my feet for long hours and I was starting to experience back and hip pain. Two days before I went to see Dr. Novelli I decided to go for a run and was only able to run half of my normal mileage before the pain caused me to stop. I never considered going to see a chiropractor before but I was willing to give it a shot. Upon entering the center I noticed that the mood was relaxing and peaceful. The staff was friendly, professional, and confident. Dr. Novelli explained his treatment plan and guided me through every step of the procedure so I knew what to expect. He also taught me ways to improve my posture while at work. It turns out that I was completely out of alignment. I immediately felt better after my appointment and was able to run five miles the next day without any pain. I was so impressed that I continue to make maintenance appointments and now take advantage of their massage services before my appointment with Dr. Novelli. As a healthcare professional myself I have seen what is out there and the Novelli Wellness Center gets an A+ in my book.

Dr. Novelli is a fantastic holistic chiropractor and his staff is kind, polite and efficient. Short wait times! Dr. Novelli gives you exercises so you can take care of yourself and minimize recurrence and he does not overdo the number of treatments needed. I decided to visit the Novelli Wellness Center for treatment of a pinched nerve in my foot. Both Dr. Stephen Novelli & Dr. Josh have performed therapy on this nerve and I can’t thank them enough for the positive results. I found them both to be truly caring and knowledgeable professionals who thoroughly explained the proposed treatment while also taking time to answer questions and listen to concerns...they are genuinely on a mission to alleviate pain! Life changing services. Not your typical chiropractor that cracks and pops you and then sends you on your way. They do a lot of muscle work with my condition. They take the time to listen to you every time you come in and work with what is bothering you. In my experience, Dr. Novelli listened to my problems and nailed spot on what was going on with me before my doctors at DENT and the hospital even diagnosed me! He sent me for imaging after my initial consultation and before taking a hands on approach. When my results came back he took the time to go over and show me them. After my other doctors seen this imaging, they completely agreed with what Dr. Novelli said! This showed me the knowledge that this place holds and gave me every reason to believe in them. Dr.Novelli and his team are great. They are very knowledgeable on the latest techniques and pay attention to your individual needs. Just because something works great for one person doesnt mean it will for the next. They get this. The staff is very friendly and they are flexible with appointment rescheduling.They are great about giving referrals when they find something will help speed your recovery along.They also have an incredible massage chair you csn use after your appointment. I woke up one morning with my neck totally locked up. Trying to turn my head at all was incredibly painful. Very scary situation. Id never been to a chiropractor before, but Dr. Novelli came highly recommended so it was an easy decision to call him given the seriousness of my situation.Boy am I glad I did. After just one short visit, I am back to normal (if not better than I had been before the issue cropped up)!Dr. Novelli is a true professional and his bedside manner is exceptional. Rather than try to push some cookie-cutter approach, he started by asking a variety of detailed questions to identify my specific condition. Once he had it pinpointed, he took the time to explain what was wrong and what he proposed to do to treat it before beginning any of the work. I started going to the Novelli wellness center almost two years ago after getting into a car accident. Prior to seeing Dr.Novelli, I saw a different chiropractor that was recommended by my insurance. I was going three times a week for a month. I stopped seeing that chiropractor because my pain was getting worse, not better. I was unable to take pain medication due to my work and school schedule and ibuprofen was not touching the pain I was experiencing, daily. My primary care doctor recommended The Novelli Wellness Center and still to this day I thank her for that. My overall experience for EVERY visit is always a 5/5 star rating. The staff that works up front (reception) are always kind, compassionate, and sincere whenever calling to make an appointment, checking in and out. The facility is beautiful, always clean, and smells like essential oils (which is very relaxing). They have massage chairs in the waiting room which is nice to use while waiting to be seen. When youre brought back to an exam room you are offered ice or heat for your injury which helps reduce the pain when being adjusted/worked on. Ive been treated by three different chiropractors and they ALL are amazing at what they do. When most people hear the word ”chiropractor” they initially think all they do is ”crack” or ”adjust” you. Which at some facilities that may be all that they do. But not at the Novelli Wellness Center. Ive had very little adjusting done and mostly Cupping, Graston, Massage Theoropy, and Spinal Decompression. When I first met with Dr. Novelli he did the most thorough exam. Measuring my range of motion, grip strength, and even did a nerve conduction test. Before doing any treatment Dr. Novelli personally read my CT scan to check each vertebra and the spacing to make sure the radiologist didnt miss anything. He wrote out a derailed treatment plan (which he also gave me a copy of) that was suppose to take 6 weeks to complete. But I was feeling completely pain free four weeks after starting. So now I go as needed and when I do experience pain they get me in right away. I am so grateful for this facility because they really did help me in my recovery. Im a very physically active person and for a few months I was scared that I was going to have to ”live with the pain” and not work out and play sports as often as I’d like. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to decrease their pain and improve their quality of life!
I went to Dr. Novelli after countless attempts to heal my ankle. I had several injections, soft cast, physical therapies, two surgeries, full cast, more therapy, more injections and still no relief. I had difficulty sleeping, having anything encasing my foot and I really did not have any hope but one doctor insisted that I did not give up and that I should try the Graston Technique with Dr. Novelli. I cannot tell you the difference it has made in my life. Dr. Novelli spent quite some time with me initially talking about my history and it was obvious he was paying close attention and asking what I hoped to accomplish from being in his care. He was positive that he could help me. I was not. I had heard this many times before, but I felt that this was really my one last chance to heal my ankle. After the first visit I had some hope, after the second visit I knew that things were looking up, after the third visit I was amazed at how quick things were improving, after the fourth visit I wished I had known about Dr. Novelli and this technique 12/13 years ago. The amount of time he suggested that I invest in therapy was spot on. The exercises he gave me were very easy and not nearly as time consuming as all the other exercises that I have done over the years. Dr. Novelli is very enthusiastic about healing people and continuing his education to be in the cutting edge with new techniques, nutrition and well being. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The facility is very clean and appointments run on time. The yoga class on Sundays is excellent and very enjoyable.Obviously I highly recommend Dr. Stephen Novelli especially for surgeries that never healed 100%.
Very great atmosphere. When I came in for my first appointment, they found a injury that my doctor hasnt previously found. Over all highly skilled, professional environment that in the future Ill continue my treatment here. Office staff is very nice, organized and make everything as easy as can be for me whatever it be sending imformation to my doctors,insurance to making sure I understand my treatment plan clearly. Dr. Novelli and the team at Novelli Wellness Center are beyond incredible. From the moment you walk in to be greeted by the delightful Mary, until the end of your session with one of the Doctors, you will be in heaven. Every single person on the staff is intelligent, skilled, kind, and healing. I’ve had the pleasure to be treated by all of the doctors and not one disappoints. I had a torn bicep tendon on my dominant arm and was going to a physical therapist three times a week for over a year. I feel that they rushed my treatment and didn’t take enough care to my pain level or my expression of worry about the treatment. I reinjured twice while in care of the physical therapist. Then I found Dr. Novelli. He listened, he communicated, and he tried therapies with me that were not only cutting edge, but extremely affective!!! He took me from the worst pain I’d ever experienced to being able to function and continue to live my life happily and pain free in just a few short months! I have full use of my arm now and hope for a pain free future. I have been diagnosed with some pretty major back issues & after months of treatment elsewhere I was told that I was most likely facing surgery to stop the constant pain.Thats when my primary doctor recommended that I try Dr. Novelli. This review is long over due. My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Novelli for over a year now. She has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and because of this, has frequent dislocations, and pain. Dr. Novelli has helped to improve her posture, as well as avoid surgeries and manage pain. Today when I went in with her for her regular appointment, my wrist had been out of place for a few days, and I avoided getting it looked at because I feared a lot of unnecessary tests that I have seen my daughter go through with conventional doctors. I asked Dr. Novelli to look at my wrist, and he did so happily, as he always just wants to help people. He was able to fix my wrist in about 30 seconds, saving me a lot of hassle. I have been a patient of the Novelli Wellness Center for several years. Dr. Stephen Novelli, Jeremy Childs and Dr. Brian Burns have given me the best of care. I have problems with my back, and Dr. Novelli did a few adjustments and I walked out of the office walking normally. During that time Jeremy Childs gave me back messages which helped to stimulate healing. Recently, I have been suffering from an old injury on my left shoulder and bicep muscle. Dr. Burns has been treating me for that and helped me with exercise for proper healing for my back. All three gentleman and the entire staff of doctors and staff are consummate professionals. Theyre treatments were gently performed. They also instruct and encourage at home exercise to continue the healing. I highly recommend them. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

For many years I have know about some of the benefits of Chiropractic adjustments. Although I have never been in a traumatic accident, I have not properly cared for my posture my entire life. At the Novelli Wellness center they provided a comprehensive education of the services they provide. There was a lot I learned about Chiropractic care and bodywork that has never been explained to me before.The treatment staff produced an individual program to address the areas I needed to be treated and generated goals for the treatment plans. I had a very good increase in my range of motion and a reduction in pain after a few sessions. I feel like I have more energy and sleep better after several months of care.

Until I went to Dr. Novelli, I didnt know I had a physiological reason why my back was in so much pain. I now understand that my hips get out of alignment easily, and adjustment eases the discomfort. In fact, Dr. Novelli and his staff have taught me stretches and exercises, given me advice on things such as the chair I sit in at the computer, and I now rarely have any back pain. Before the adjustment, the staff helps you to stretch and warm-up a little. Massage is available, and there are free yoga classes on Sundays. I now go to Novelli Wellness Center every few weeks for an adjustment, and feel 100% better. This has truly changed my life! I highly recommend Dr. Novelli and his team.

I was injured 15 yrs ago. After exhausting several physical therapists and chiropractors, I called Dr Novelli’s office In 2014. I can honestly say, he made a huge difference in recovery. He has various techniques, some of which no one had mentioned to me before. Now, in 2018, I’m having issues and, again, Dr Novelli has been my go-to. He was able to relieve 50% of my pain during the first visit.And his office staff are all so kind and friendly. They can usually get you an appt within 24 hours if needed.

Dr. Novelli is wonderful. I have had back problems for decades and just a few visits to his office has helped immeasurably. My hips have been in alignment for at least a month now and after years of walking funny, I can now stand up straight and for the most part be pain free. I also credit his knowledgeable staff for the information they have given me. I have walked in with a complaint and his staff knows exactly how to fix it and how I can work it at home. When I got in an accident recently, I had suffered upper shoulder/ neck and lower back pain which caused me to bein pain all the time and I was unable to sit down for long periods of time .Since going to Dr .Novelli wellness center I receive much relief from upper shoulder/neck and lower back pain.My pain level has gone down. I am not in pain all the time like I was before coming to Dr. Novelli. His staff members are wonderful and they are very friendly. They are always ready to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. , I walked in injured, using a cane, after three days of pain so bad I couldn’t stand up straight. I spent 30 minutes on Dr Novelli’s table and it felt better. Then I stood up and he said turn your hips like this and I did and whatever was out of alignment popped into place and it was incredible! Ive been going to chiropractors on and off my entire adult life. I jumped from one chiropractor to another. They all seemed like cookie cutter chiropractors that treated all symptoms the same. About four years ago I went to Dr Novellis office as a walk-in with some lower back pain. I also had a pulled hamstring muscle that I was treating myself and not getting any relief from. After a few treatments not only did my back feel so much better but my hamstring muscle felt better then it had in months!! After that I was hooked! I no longer jump from doctor to doctor. I walked in to Dr. Novellis office barely being able to move! I have 5 herniated discs in my lower back from a work related injury years ago. I must have turned or moved the wrong way and the pain became unbearable. Within about 5-6 visits, I was able to get dressed and the my shoelaces WITHOUT crying from the pain. If I wasnt referred to Dr Novellis office by my friend, I really dont know where I would be today. So, for that, I thank you! I also thank you for genuinely caring, and being so pleasant. I was told in the spring of 2014 that I needed back surgery by several very reputable doctors. It was a very difficult time for me, as I am a very active person and my slipped disc rendered me nearly immobile. I couldnt walk even short distances without severe sciatica and complete numbness in my left foot. It was devastating emotionally, and the pain was very intense. However, I was not ready to get surgery. I was determined to get better with less invasive measures (though two different physical therapist had not been able to help much, and in fact the pain had become worse with the PT). I was nearly ready to give in and have the surgery, when I was told by a friend about Dr. Novelli. My first meeting with Dr. Novelli gave me a lot of hope. He told me he thought he could help me improve by 50- 70%, and that I would feel the difference very quickly (this turned out to be a humble statement, as I am now 95%). At first, I saw Dr. Novelli a few times a week for decompression, estim, and adjustments. I instantly felt a dramatic difference. I was also given yoga instruction, and I still do the yoga a few times a week at home. After a month, I was walking without pain. In three months, I was only going a few times a month, and was able to jog again. In six months time, I was running again! I have nearly no pain or numbness, and feel the best I have felt in years. I now see Dr. Novelli once a month. The staff is very friendly and works hard to accommodate my busy schedule. I am so grateful to Dr. Novelli and the wonderful crew at the wellness center.
After a motorcycle accident in August of 2011 I had pain in my mid back that would not go away. I saw my Chiropractor once a month or more to try to get relief. After treatment I would feel better but the pain wound come back in a day or two. I was refered to Dr. Novelli to have graston treatments. After 6 treatments the pain has not returned. I went for a 7th visit and got an overall adjustment. I havent felt this good in years. Even my lower back problems seem to be better. I will continue to see Dr. Novelli once a month for maintenance.Great place with great people.
I lift a lot of weights, and sometimes get really stiff, mostly in the back. I got to use the equipment in the Novelli Wellness Center to stretch out the problem areas, which are not things you find in your typical gym. After the muscles were loose, Dr. Novelli gave me an awesome spinal adjustment that totally revived my whole body. I had better posture, higher energy levels, and even better moods!! For years I had a near constant pain in my lower back that ran up thru my neck. It would ebb and flow in intensity for no discernible reason and I just learned to accept it. The Novelli Wellness center has been great to me. I was injured at work in October of 2011 and have never fully recovered until now. I suffered for over 18 months with headaches and neck and upper back pain that would radiate into my chest, and I can say right now that my pain is minimal, I am enjoying my life again and able to work and be active. My name is Julia...I am using my husband Jasons Google account haha. When I first started seeing Dr. Novelli, I had no idea what to expect from chiropractic care. He explained his treatment plan to me in a way that was easy to understand and realistic for me to stick to.The adjustments are gentle and I think its great that I get massage each time I go at no extra charge to me. I have gotten good results during my pregnancy when I had back pain and sciatica. He used a special spinal decompression technique for my sciatica that worked gently while I was laying on my side. I was very comfortable and so was my baby. I would encourage anyone with back pain, neck pain or headaches to see Dr. Novelli for relief...hes super easy going too and made me feel comfortable when I was a bit nervous about seeing a chiropractor for the first time. I bring my two daughters to see him, they are 3 years old and 1 year old and they love being adjusted! He is great with kids and they are more healthy and energetic than ever before. He even has them drinking green smoothies (banana, ice, spinach and water) in order to give them vitamins. He really cares about his patients being healthy. Go see him!

After my car accident I had mutiple injections in my hips, 2 yrs. of physical therapy and several other procedures to no avail. The staff is extremely friendly and the environment is clean and relaxing. The Dr has elevated pain I had no idea was even associated with my back. And the techniques he uses are state of the art. Not to mention, they find a way to work with demanding schedules and fit you in.
After less than stellar results with two other chiropractors, I was referred to Dr. Novelli by my physician. At the time, I had constant pain in my neck and upper back and could literally make my right arm go numb just by turning my head. Dr. Novelli ordered xrays and together we reviewed the treatment plan. Starting with an aggressive plan of three times per week, the pain slowly started to diminish. As we worked through the plan (2xs per week, once a week, down to monthly) I got better. I have been pain free for almost two years now and I continue to do the exercises Dr. Novelli taught me how to do. I would not put my name to this if I wasnt sure that Dr. Novelli represents the best option to relieve your pain.
I’ve been going to Dr. Novelli for four years now and absolutely love him. He fixed my neck four years ago. His office staff awesome. The atmosphere in there is very calming.
In 2012 I had surgery on my shoulder for a torn labrum. I spent 7 months in PT after surgery, but never felt right after that.In 2013 I thought I had re-injured the shoulder after a work accident, however the tests showed my shoulder and anchors still sound.I was referred to a neurologist that ordered MRI of my neck, CT of brain and EMG. He thought I had a braxial plexus injury and ordered me to rest. After 8 months of rest, my symptoms had become much worse. I was suffering from fasciculations, pins and needles, complete numbness in my triceps, my right foot pain, burning in my shoulders, extreme fatigue, muscle adhesions and I had been posturing at night( where my arms and hands would tuck in on themselves). I had the neurologist stumped and he also diagnosed me with benign fasciculations syndrome.I requested massage therapy because I was so sore and found myself in Dr Novellis office.He did an exam, listened to the long history of injury and symptoms I had and didnt believe I had been diagnosed correctly. He spent over an hour during that first appointment, just discussing things with me. He also requested to see the MRI images. At my next appointment we went over it together, and Dr Novelli showed me some serious issues in my neck and suggested I get a second opinion. There were large disc herniations that were deforming my spinal cord and other deformity in my spi e because of them. Something the neurologist never told me. I was stunned and beyond confused. Dr Novelli disagreed that the fasciculations(muscle twitching) were benign and thought they were from the cord compression.Dr Novelli continued to treat me in a very conservative, helpful, way and helped keep me functioning while waiting to see different Drs. We did Graston therapy to help keep the spacticity at bay, along with deep tissue therapy and gentle stretching and alignment. He wouldnt adjust my neck because of the injury. He didnt try to keep me under his care with false promises. He was very honest and cautious with me. He was the reason I stayed sane through that nightmare. He was the only one that had looked at the big picture.Once I received a second opinion from a spine orthopedic Dr, I was referred to urgent neurosurgery to remove the compression of my spinal cord. Yes urgent! Both the spi e Dr and my surgeon couldnt understand why the neurologist hadnt referred me immediately due to the nature of the injury. Unfortunately I was suffering from myelopathy that was progressive. I was misdiagnosed for a year by a neurologist and the spinal cord was being damaged. A large rupture had indented the cord and I had signal changes because of the length of time.It is now 4 months after my 3/4 level acdf surgery. I have finally been cleared to receive massage and PT again. I have been feeling awful. They stabalized my spine and removed calcified ligaments, discs and forced my lordosis back into place. Spine surgery is no joke and surgeons arent exactly sympathetic. Long term care from a surgeon is non existent. PT has been slow and painful. My body hasnt moved right in over a year and I have a lot of work ahead of me.I have had 3 treatments with Dr Novelli so far. I already feel 1000x better. In 3 treatments!! Dr Novelli has the magic touch. :) My neck and shoulders are one big knot, but Doc is working on it and I know with his help, I will be able to recover faster, with less pain and no drugs. I abhore the nerve medications they have had me on. I am ultra sensitive to pharmaceuticals and Dr Novelli encourages natural healing.Dr Novelli probably saved me from serious injury. He was honest, up front and not afraid to contradict a reputable neurologist. I owe him and his staff a ton of gratitude. Thank goodness for honest Doctors that actually listen to their patients instead of quoting out of a text book. Doc certainly tops my list.Dr Novelli is truly the best. Let him help you... You wont regret it...

I have been coming to Dr. Novelli for about 6 months. Prior to chiropractic treatment my neck and shoulders were painful and tight. I was quite uncomfortable. The special chiropractic table he uses allows him to gently traction my neck, giving it a great stretch. I hardly ever have to deal with migraine headaches anymore and it helps my tense muscles. Thank you!

I went to Dr. Novelli with severe back problems. We reviewed X-Rays and discussed treatment options. They have good equipment and effective care in a clean facility with friendly staff. I can reccomend checking them out.

I love love love it here at novelli wellness center. Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming. They make you feel like family here. I would refer them to anyone and everyone (as I already do). They do so much more then just a quick crack and send you on your way. They really pay attention to the detail and your needs. Decompression, realignment, yoga, massage...and the list goes on and on.

I started seeing Dr. Novelli after a car accident and undergoing 6 months of physical therapy. PT did nothing to alleviate my back and neck pain. After just 6 weeks treatment by Dr. Novelli I felt like a new person. I would strongly recommend him to anyone with unmanageable pain.

Dr. Stephen Novelli is a chiropractor unlike any other. He is unfailingly positive, ever encouraging, and continually helpful. After sizing up the medical situation, he prescribes a coordinated effort of care that works incredibly well. He works well with insurance companies, as well as with workplace demands.I was rear ended by a drunk driver (who also pushed a second car into me- both of them going incrediby fast) about 11 months ago. In the beginning, I was barely able to walk. I went from physical therapy to chiropractor, and never felt that I was making the great continued progress that would bring me back to work, and a pain free environment. With Dr. Novellis: heat packs, massage therapy, exercises, spinal decompression,home massage unit, home tens unit, Graston technique, and yoga on Saturdays (specific to each persons needs), I feel that I have made tremendous progress. I am able to walk up concrete steps. I can lift a grocery basket. I can take my laundry to the washer and back. These simple things I could not do months ago. Although I cannot wear any shoes but sneakers without tremendous pain, I look forward to the time when continued progress means I can wear shoes again. Even though I wear a back and neck brace daily, and heat packs as well, and I sleep with heat packs, I know that eventually I will be well- that all accidents take time to heal. In the meantime, I have good people, in Dr. Novelli, and his very capable staff, all of whom get kudos from me for their professionalism and high level of care.- Diane M. Weston

2022-03-03Seriously like this place. Alot further than I wanted to travel and wouldnt want to be anywhere else. The staff is great, the place is very clean. Amazing massage chairs in the waiting area and the P/T area. Bathrooms have feminine needs, who does this!? Novelli does. They want you to feel comfortable and really care about you as an individual not as just another patient. Great place.

They are very professional, very knowledgeable and very dedicated on helping you feel better. The place is very clean, and the location was perfect for me. He is a very caring person and told me I can contact him anytime I might have a question or concern. He is committed to getting my life back to normal. 2022-05-04Today 5/3/22 was my 1st treatment & I am amazed at how much better I felt after! I woke up hurting all over, could barely bend down to put my shoes on. After my treatment I had bounce in my step, which I havent had in a long time. I am so happy that I decided to go through with this high tech type of treatment and I highly recommend if you are suffering from pain this is the place to go! They have a very caring and friendly staff and state of the art technology. Dr Novelli is committed to helping his patients understand that the treatments he is providing will possibly prevent surgery and lead you to a better life. I am looking forward to finally being pain free, I was at the point that I thought I would have to live with pain the rest of my life and was not happy about it since I just retired😊

2022-04-22Received a warm welcome checking in for the first time, very cheerful a nice atmosphere. Dr Jordan Conrad examined me and took time to listen and explain to me on a level that I could understand. I look forward to my appointments knowing I will receive the best possible care.It is going on the 4th week now, and I can definitely see an improvement in my walking,sitting and sleeping. Dr Conrad has workedvery hard to help me with sciatica with horrible nerve pain. I have been receivingspinal decompression, plus have restored movement in my spine with spinal manipulations. Very happy I chose NovelliWellness Center.

They sit with you and explain everything and answer any questions. For the first time in 3 years i have very high hopes of getting better. I cant wait for my next appt.
