Wife went in for x-rays and cleaning. They said she had a couple cavities but didnt make a follow up??? They were more concerned with getting a down payment for a wisdom tooth removal that may or may not actuallly need to be removed. I would be wary bout going here.

I broke my front tooth and the office booked me a same day appointment as a new patient. They communicated clearly and did a excellent job repairing my tooth. As a result, I decide to make Nuñez Dental my regular dentist. I highly recommend!

Receptionist was the sweetest I ever encountered in a medical office. All the staff and dentist were very professional and kind and they were flexible with scheduling and had very reasonable costs. Also bilingual for the Spanish speakers, but some staff didnt speak English.
I’ve been coming here for approximately two years and I think the service is great! The staff is super friendly and I love the reminders about my 6 month cleaning appointments because I often forget them. They are very efficient, organized and the cleanings that I have received are always done with care and gentleness. I’ve also taken my wisdom teeth out all four of them here and they were super fast and I didn’t feel a thing. This place reminds me of my child dentistry I use to go to when I lived in Colombia and I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to build trust in finding a dentist.

I have been going here for my regular cleanings and now for my Invisalign journey. So far it has always been good and the staff/ doctors are super friendly. The office is very clean and though you wait a little bit for your appointment they will honor the time of it , so arrive at least 15m early to fill the forms and you will be good. I considered very valuable to honor my appointment time and will continue coming here for my treatments and cleanings.

The staff is sweet, helpful and informative. I had no wait time and was seated for my cleaning swiftly. The hygienist was great and insured I was comfortable. Looks like the office is being very conscious and taking all measure to make sure they and their patients are safe during these times of COVID-19.
Excellent service! Everybody was extremely helpful and attentive - from reception to the dentists. I had a lot of dental work to get done including cleanings and a root canal. The team at Nuñez Dental made it a super easy and pleasant experience.
The front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. My dental hygienist was through and gentle with my sensitive tooth. I liked that she showed me the pictures before and after the cleaning. I don’t have dental insurance, but they were happy to take me for a very good rate. Great service and great value. I’m looking forward my next 6 month follow up appointment.

This place is great. During your cleaning they will consistently check on you do see if your feeling any discomfort and will go based off of your preference. My experience with my cleaning with them was a good one. I recommend.

Dr. Nunez and her team made me feel like I was the only patient in the office. They were attentive and sincerely concerned about my dental health. Importantly, the office is well equipped to keep people safe from COVID-19. As a bonus, the accountant in the office is so beautiful and nice and greets you as you walk to your appointment.
Very nice staff and very helpful. Got taken care of right away. They were also flexible with me going in and out to pay the meter in my car before my cleaning. Doctor did a good evaluation and cleaning.
I use to come to this place , they were really nice! Now I call , they put me hold every 5 min , I ask for Jorge and they always say he’s not there . I ask questions about teeth whitening and they laugh ask for my name and number and never call me back. I’m very disappointed! I thought of this place as very professional, now it seems as a joke, the person in the front desk just gives me the run around.

After a horrible experience with my past dentist, I stumbled on very great reviews for “Nunez Dental Services”, and I must say I am far from impressed. The efficiency, service, and friendliness of the staff was far from my expectations. Stephanie did an outstanding job at cleaning my teeth and took all the time and care throughout the entire process. Will definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in more than 10 years before coming to Nunez Dental. I am happy to say that I will now be coming to the dentist often after my visit. Every facet went smoothly during my appointment. From the reception, teeth X-ray, cleaning, dentist consultation and arranging my next appointment it was all perfect. Everyone that I interacted with was extremely attentive, and knowledgeable, and made me comfortable even though I was obviously nervous. If you need a go to dental office, this is a great one!
The girls in the front desk great. Anyone of them that does your clean-up or any other work they do a great job. Leah did my clean- up this time and she was the best very detail with each tooth. Every 6 month, I come to check and clean my teeth. The doctors, nurse, cleaning person, and the front desk people are all nice and professional!
Today I had my cleaning done, it was a wonderful experience. I usually have discomfort during the cleaning because I have sensitive teeth, but today the hygienist was very delicate, gentle and careful.All the personnel are friendly and courteous.I recommend this office 100%.
Awesome office and staff! When I had an emergency they were really there to ascertain, diagnose, and treat me whether I had insurance or not. I felt right at home with the receptionists and the dentists. They’re very helpful as well and accommodating. I highly recommend anyone to visit their office. If you’re afraid of the dentist, they will ensure that the fear subsides and restore your confidence.
Since starting my dental hygiene journey, everyone at Nunez Dental has been so wonderful. Very professional and informative. They are also very flexible when I need to move my appointments around because I work in the restaurant industry and I have to frequently change my appointments. And thankfully they always send a courtesy call to remind me of my appointments otherwise with my hectic schedule I would forget. I’m also doing Invisalign through them and they have affordable plans and they work closely with you on your journey to make sure everything is going according to plan. Overall this is the best place I could have chosen when it comes to dental hygiene and I know I’m in good hands.
The cleanings are great at this office, they do a thorough and deep clean unlike other places where they only do a brushing. Every time I come out of this office after my cleaning, my teeth feel gleaming and clean. I love the hygienist there especially Tatiana who does a great job.
By far best dental place I’ve been too. Doctor Bradford McLaughlin was great! I had to get a tooth removed. And had to get dental Bridge put in. I hated the temps. But he tried his best to make me comfortable and happy with them. Anytime they broke. They took me in immediately. And replaced. The doc did an awesome job the whole time. And the permanent bridge looks really good. I definitely recommend this place. I will be a frequent customer from now on. Thank you for the great service!
Nunez dentist is amazing. The people here are so caring and wonderful. The secretaries are very genuine, sweet and patience. Even when you miss your appointments or late like myself unfortunately ,they go out there way to call ,text and wait for you.The dentists and assistants as well are wonderful,They take the time to know their patients and make you feel at home. And they do fantastic work! I never felt pain or discomfort like other dentist offices. Also its open till late for those who work late and your honestly in and out . Im so glad I found this place.

If i could give 1 star i would without hesitation. This dental office puts on a good show and marketing presentation. i made a last minute emergency appointment. After doing some research in the Jackson heights area. i thought wow this place seems perfect considering my unfortunate dental emergency. When i called to make an appointment i asked what insurance they take and mentioned what insurance i had. They only take PRIVATE insurance which most people dont all have the privilege of having. I made the appointment anyway because of the discomfort and pain i was enduring. Once i arrived at the office i was told i had to pay 100$ just for a x-ray of the tooth that i was experiencing the pain. Dr. Nunez the dentist barely spoke more than 5 words to me and then sent another hygienist or representative to speak to me about the price of the procedure because i had already assumed a root canal would be quite costly and i insisted on just having an extraction. the cost for a an extraction of tooth #12 1st Bicuspid (first premolar) was $400. Mind you with the addition of the $100 cost of the x ray. A total of $500 for a visit that is unheard of. I would never recommend this dental practice ever. I was truly disappointed , considering the situation with COVID19 and many many people dealing with unemployment and financial constraints. Its sad i had to choose between getting my tooth treated or paying rent , bills etc. Its a shame a practice that presents themselves to be so dedicated to the well being of their patients to turn someone down because they couldnt afford the astronomical procedure prices.
Funny how every 5 star review has 1 or 2 reviews.... In my experience, they try to tell you problems that are non-existent and charge an extreme amount of money for it. If you think its too much, they suggest a credit card to pay in monthly installments. Really a shame they take advantage of an immigrant community. Even more a shame that were talking about a persons teeth here, not like a car or something disposable.
They are awesome!!! They always answer all my questions thoroughly and pay attention to detail which is lovely. I really recommend them because they make great efforts to do their best!! Im here for invisalign and the process for me was a bit frightening at first but with them it has been a smooth journey and I am grateful.
Reception desk- efficient and straight to the point.X-ray technician- allows you to assist during the process so you don’t have to have them force it into your mouth of gums.Hygienist- gentle but ensures getting the weeks of accumulated plaque off.Doctor- informative with results and doesn’t add any unnecessary diagnostics.*overall very satisfied although my insurance was not accepted.
I had my first appointment today for a cleaning at Núñez Dental and it went very well. Patient care was very swift and the procedure was quick and painless. The wait time wasn’t too long either. I highly recommend the office to those who need cleaning.

They have given me appointment at 8:30 am, and registered me right away. Took my payment too. Then at 9:50am I had to cancel because everyone who walked after me has been called but not me. Why was I given the appointment then? Its a spanish organization but didnt realize they serve patient by the face or race. Never returning nor recommending. The 2 front desk assistants were nice though.

Amazing staff once you come in you feel comfortable and very well greeted. I can say that I really enjoyed my experience here. From the minute I called to book an appointment, they are constantly trying to keep up with you to make sure you get your appointment handled. When I got in, I received nothing but good positivity vibes from everyone. Afterwards, when I got my teeth checked out, they take their time to thoroughly check out your teeth to make sure they are well. I would definitely recommend you to try it out if you’re looking for a spot to get your teeth checked out.

This is the best Dental experience, the staff is really friendly and honest as well as very hospitable. They make you feel at ease, coming to the dentist is no longer a drag or something I put off until the last minute. They helped me find a payment plan and payment loan service. I have been to Nunez Dental more than once. The staff is very congenial, attentive and conscientious of my needs and comfort. There is very little wait time which is a plus. Dr. Nunez is friendly, patient and considerate. The equipment is very up-to-date and the entire area is very clean.As with all dental services these days, services for whitening and straightening are explained by a consultant. These are services not covered by most insurance policies.

Ive been to numerous dental clinics and this one is by far the most welcoming. They do a very good job at explaining to you what exactly they are about to do and why. I have never experienced pain because the dentists working here make it a priority to assure patient comfort. Highly recomended.

I live in the Bronx and didnt mind traveling out to Queens. What struck me was how politely they treated me over the phone. The operator was warm, and was able to figure out what I needed to suggest accordingly. I have a fear of dental offices, but once I went to my first visit I felt super comfortable. Very attentive staff, you never feel like theyre rushing you out to see their next patients. My first visit was very informative something that I have missed when visiting other dental offices. Overall my experience at Nunez Dental has been AMAZING! I highly recommend it. If youre unsure/scared like I was, just put that aside and dont waste time. They are the best!

I am one of those people who HATE the dentist literally making every excuse not to visit one. That was until I found Nunez dental. My sister basically made me go after I had a problem I could no longer ignore. Super easy to set up an appointment, they called several times to confirm and the wait was better than at any medical office I had ever been to. My first experience, with Jessica Moran ( dental hygienist) was amazing! She was patient, reassuring every step of the way and one of the kindest people I have ever dealt with. This young lady was a gem. So knowledgeable and skillful I never felt a thing. She did my initial cleaning which was painless. Then I needed a deep cleaning done, from past experience super awful ! I was in tears just sitting in the chair. When she walked in I was immediately at ease. In her hands there was no need to worry and sure enough the procedure was pain free. This place is fantastic, it is where I send my family now. This place is a treasure!

I never thought I could feel comfortable coming to the dentist. Dental Nuñez has such great customer service and they do know what they are doing. They make you feel so welcomed and answer all your concerns. From the moment you come in, Carolina greets you with a pleasant smile and attitude and the other girls as well. The Doctors are so sweet as well and are constantly checking on you. I have done the cleaning with a couple of them, not necessarily one person specific and they all do an exceptional job. I just literally got my cleaning from Stephanie, she is amazing and so professional, this is the second time with her and she makes sure that you are comfortable throughout the entire process. I didnt feel a thing and am such a chicken when it comes to pain. 👌✔💯

I just completed one of the recommended treatments at Nunez Dental. It was a root canal and crown. Dr. Mac was wonderful. It took several visits because I was always short on time but the staff and dr were accommodating. The dr. and assistants were also very patient and listened to how I felt during the procedure. I recommend this Dental office. It has truly made a usual difficult dental visit experience into a more manageable one.
I was a lot of tooth pain on vacation and needed to find a dentist on a Saturday in Queens. Luckily, I found Dr. Nunez because she was amazing. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a dentist ever. Very clean office and friendly staff. The doctor who did my root canal was also very efficient and thorough. So glad I found a GOOD regular dentist near my apartment!

The staff and dentist really make you feel welcomed and explains every question you may have. My wisdom tooth procedure (3 of them) was a breeze and due to the excellent dental work It healed in less then a week. I would highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to Dr. Nunez for more than 7 years and this is one of the most professional and best dental facility in NY area. Dr.Nunez and her staff are highly trained, professional and courties. EventhEven few years ago I have moved to North Carolina but I still prefer to come to her facility to have my dental work done. Been to few other dental facilities but since far this is the cleanest and well equipped clinic i have even seen.Over the years I have recommended many of my friends and family to Dr. Nunez and everyone feels happy. Nunez dental has great service. The staff is very helpful and informative. They were essential in my choice to use Invisalign. The only problem with using the product is personal diligence. As long as you stick to the plan, you will see results.

I went to Dr. Nunez’s office the other day. It’s easy to make an appointment through ZocDoc. The wait time was about ten to twenty minutes, but most of that time was filled up by completing patient forms. The office has a large staff. I can tell Dr. Nunez is a knowledgeable physician because she answered all my questions while at the same time she gave me important advice about protecting my teeth. She is also a charismatic individual; she even introduced me to her son (who also works there). The hygienist, Jessica, was very efficient in her cleaning skills. I’m like most people - I don’t like going to the dentist; however, Jessica put me at ease. I can tell that the staff at this office are trained in providing the best customer care. FYI: if you refer a friend and they come in to the office based on your referral (and they spend $250 or more) you get a $25 credit on your account.

Fantastic dentist. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist and surgeon were extremely nice, fast and competent, and understanding. Dr. Nuñezs practice specifically stays open on weekends and late on weekdays to accommodate people. They set up an appointment with a dental surgeon in minutes on a Saturday to care care of some wisdom teeth. Throughout the process, everyone was very attentive and thoughtful, giving frequent updates and ensuring patients were well taken care of. This place is great.

Ive been coming to this office for several years now and Ive had pretty positive outcomes. The staff (esp. Stephanie and Francisco) and Dr. Nuñez are always super welcoming and knowledgeable. Always willing to answer my questions and give me recommendations. I am almost coming to an end with my Invisalign process (which I was very skeptical about at first) but what a surprise!!! I am super happy about how my treatment has turned out. Im extremely happy with the results! I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place.
The office is ran very smoothly and the dentists on staff put a lot of care into their work. Had a filling, a root canal, and crown put in and the cost was fairly reasonable in comparison to other dental offices in NYC and took four visits. Friendly staff.
What can I say ...I needed a tooth extracted and was in severe pain . They took me in the same day which I was happy about . By 1 pm I was taken in inside and X-rays were taken right away. Too my surprise they were ready to proceed with the extraction . I’m the biggest baby when it comes to dentist but I have to say say the staff is so friendly ... you almost feel like they are your family . Like an aunt is there holding your hand . The extraction was so quick that I literally laughed in joy . No question I will recommend this place to anyone , you will be very very pleased .

I have a filling fall out of a tooth and needed to be repaired. I decided to try Nunez Dental since it is close to work and i was not disappointed every staff that i interacted with was very helpful specially the Front desk. They have done root canals and crowns on me. all there work are outstanding i highly recommend their services
I feel terrible but I have to be honest and say they are not into helping patients primarily but meeting quotas. Employees are good people but it seems like they are forced to think more of the amount they make for the office vs the treatment the patients actually need and can afford. The doctor shows the lack of enthusiasm after you decline to pay them or after the credit line is declined as my cousin shared it with me after she was declined from their payment options. I hope this review can allow you guys to rethink of your strategies and approaches. My husband has been very dissatisfied for how he spent there over $10k and after all the dental work was bad and another dentist ended up removing their work and redoing it all. You can tell easily that since money is the key factor here you guys invest more on learning sales pitch than clinical skills. Once again, I apologize to their staff because I can tell they are just following protocols and office procedures and at the end of the day they have to survive but employers must take responsibility on this matter and change the entire culture they have created. Don’t pressure employees as much we are all able to see that. Instead pressure doctors to improve their skills. My husband saw dr Nunez.

9/25/2019Ive been coming here for over a year and a half and can say that I love the quality of their work and professionalism. I also love the convenience of the location. Its down the block from several train stations and busses. Ive had several treatments here. Ive had a root canal, filling of cavities and most recently Invisalign. Today I had my teeth cleaned and my hygienist was thorough and gentle which can be a difficult combination to find. All reasonably priced. As I said before, I would recommend them to all my friends and family!4/2018It was my first time to the dentist in years and I was treated with great professionalism and compassion. I had alot of work done and they, every step of the way, clearly explained the entire process. I will recommend them all my friends and family.

I DO NOT recommend going here. From start to finish it was a horrible experience. I called them in hopes of getting a consult on a wisdom tooth, the front desk said they’ll call me back to confirm whether or not my insurance would be accepted — never called me back. When I called them myself they said my insurance is fine. When I went in, they gave me a cleaning (which I never asked for), then told me I need a special cleaning which for them costs $1600!! Are you serious?! The dental hygienist that saw me was sweet but didn’t even clean the upper half of my mouth. About an hour later the dentist saw me but literally didn’t even say hi to me, didn’t speak to me, or tell me ANYTHING about my wisdom tooth, which is why I went there in the first place. He only spoke to the other hygienist then gives me a referral for oral surgery only AFTER I ask him for one. The whole interaction between the dentist & myself last only TWO minutes. Then some guy, who I don’t even know what he does there, takes me into an office and starts trying to sell me on Invisalign and why I need them. I never even asked! This place should stop trying to charge their customers an arm & a leg for simple services, which can be done much better & for much cheaper elsewere, and actually focus on the needs of their patients. I spent more time in the office with this random guy than the dentist. Save yourself the time, money, and headache. Go somewhere else.

Ive been visiting this place for ages now for all my dental work and Ive had amazing experience all these times. All staff are super friendly and they treat their patience as their own family members. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing dental work or even regular cleaning.
Despite asking them to stop sending marketing in mail and calling, they persist. How u annoy potential customers into staying away.Adding the following comment after response from business so its public... issue is both calls AND mailings. This business sends mailings to every address in our building (and I suspect this is across neighborhood) and on such days our mail waste basket is filled with their tacky ads. Its annoying and wasteful. We called requesting no marketing to be sent and they persisted. Lecture below from owner as response to my post citing marketing as reminders for health benefit deflects what my original post was about. More effective marketing would attract rather than annoy customers away.

I have been coming here with my wife for some time now. We have tried being as patient and nice about this, but now it has just gone overboard. One of our main issues is that every time we go for a checkup or simple cleaning we need to separate at least 5 hours of our day. If our appoint is at 2 we usually get there by 1:40 and we are finally seen by the dentist about 45 minutes later. Now I have been trying to get my Wisdom teeth removed for a long time now. I paid my fee and setup an Appoint for Friday at 5PM. I get there at 4:30 and I am not taken to the back until 5:30 1 hour later. They put the Anastasia on me and I waited for another hour. I had to tell the Assistants that the Anastasia wore off. They once again applied it and waited another 45 minutes and by the time the Doctor was ready it had worn off. I instead asked it to be rescheduled as I did not want to be injected a 3rd time. I rescheduled for 3 weeks later and was called 2 days before my appointment and told that the Dentist was on vacation and they would call me to reschedule, which they never did. I left it at that and about a week ago I was told I needed the extraction so I scheduled for tomorrow and yesterday was called for confirmation which I did. Today I get a call saying that for the extraction to happen I needed a special Xray that would cost me extra and was not covered by my insurance. The fact that the Dentist didnt tell me this and I was given less than a day to get this special Xray shows a complete lack of communication and regard for their patients. For anyone considering going here I would recommend to look else where.
My silver filling came off, so I just run into Nunez dental. Since I am international student, I don’t have dental insurance. However, they offered me discount check up plan which helps me a lot. They found out all of my oral problems, but didn’t force me to take treatment right away.Even though the filling is not from them, they tried to use original one instead of making new one. I feel they are very trastable.
Nunez Dental always take great care of me. I have been coming here for over three years for invisalign. The staff (especially Stephanie, Carolina and Gina). I was always apprehensive of going to the dentist but Dr. Nunez and her staff talks you through the processes and doesnt make you feel bad about not going to see a dentist in however long.I love coming here because I know my teeth are being taken care of but I also feel comfortable and happy seeing the staff/people.

Woke on saturday 6/6 with a bad infection on right side of my mouth, called Dr Nunez office to schedule emergency appointment, was prompltly answered / scheduled, by 2 pm i had tooth exctracted , infection treated and was medicated and on my way home. More important, painless and very well treated. I left the office a VERY happy camper. definitely recommend.

I went to Nuñez Dental for a tooth extraction and all I can say is that everybody in the office was welcoming, friendly and professional. After the procedure was done, I was prescribed with antibiotics and was amazed that had no pain or discomfort afterwards. I highly recommend this place if you need any dental service.

From the begining the staff was very helpful. Jessica was my hygienist today and she was very good and friendly. I was afraid it was going to be painful because my cleanings before here were always painful but jessica was so gently i didnt feel any pain. I feel like i am at home.

I originally came in for a teeth cleaning promotion, Dr.Nunez recommend I get invasalign to straighten an over bite issue which I didnt think much of. Fast forward a year later the treatment straighten my teeth beautiful however the customer service provided by the front desk was not efficient and at times rude. I had to keep calling for over 2 months following up on my final treatment which were my retainers, only to get a run around that I need to keep waiting. I paid a total of 5,300 and on top of that after I received my retainers to wear for the next 4 years (one per year), I would need to pay extra to continue this lifelong treatment to keep my teeth straighten in which they could not give me a price on saying it varies. This was never mentioned to me only after I signed the release form. Sure after my teeth look great and I spent so much money, I now have to worry about paying more to keep my teeth this straight for the rest of my life. Like I said, my teeth look great but the overall experience was not so pleasant. I will not bother coming back to them, I feel like they are money hungry trying to push this expensive treatment without fully explaining the lifelong commitment in detail.
First visit here was great! Hospitable and knowledgeable staff that got me in to see the dentist and complete all my necessary dental work during the same visit.

2022-05-10Three years ago I went for a teeth cleaning and an annual check up. Person cleaning my teeth did not know what they were doing at all and they were very nervous and kept apologizing. Then the dentist came in and did a very basic check up pretty quickly. The person who did my x-rays also did not know what they were doing and it took twice as long as at any other place I’ve been to. I spent most of the time sitting in an office where someone was trying to convince me to get Invisalign. I also found it highly suspicious that they give away raffle tickets for an expensive technology prize if you submitted a review on social media. They asked me several times while I was in their office to do so and wanted me to show them the review. I told them I did not want to participate in the raffle. I found this all pretty shocking and highly irregular especially since it was my first time there. I felt very uncomfortable and have definitely not returned. This was three years ago. Hopefully they are doing things in a better way and with better trained staff. Judging by the suspicious way a lot of their reviews sound similar and like they are written by the same person, I’m not optimistic. I wish the City would come and investigate this place. I feel like they are doing things that are unethical and feel they can get away with it in an immigrant community.

2022-05-13Love Nuñez Dental ♥️. Been a patient for so long and never had an issue. I’m starting my journey towards Invisalign because I know I could trust this office. All the assistants are professional and attentive. Love that staff is bilingual! Lots of open availability.

2022-01-22The staff are friendly and professional - definitely one of the best dental offices Ive visited in city. They give clear and detailed explanations of whats wrong/what needs to be done, which was super helpful. And the office is extremely clean... highly recommend visiting
