I have been using this company for years now with 0 problems. today they sent a man unannounced demanding $. shaking the invoice, wouldnt let us read it, and YELLING at us. I asked for the price which had DOUBLED I understandably asked hey why is the price so different. He said Im not an accountant, You call them and ask. I call the company in front of him and he watches me do so. they dont pick up 3 times. He gets frustrated and says he didnt pay the meter and to call to reschedule a meeting and that were taking too long and storms out. Never ever had any issues with this business but that was just so unprofessional.I have security footage of him shaking an invoice at me. Just unacceptable behavior. I dont need someone yelling and demanding for business.

Sorry for the bad experience that previous people had . I am surprised it happened that way. However my personal experience with them was quite happy and satisfied . Maybe the owner read the previous review and trying their best to improve the service. So they did show their professionalism and patience while I was there. All I wanna say is, 2020 is a tough year and covid-19 changed a lot of things, this is a time to unite with each other and stand together. Your bad review with your anger won’t cost not even your 1 penny, but influence a lot to the small business owner. I would give this store another chance to try it out next time. Hope they keep the service quality as what they show me.

The display of professionalism offered by NY Firetech Inc. was impeccable in so many levels. Their excellent verbal skills made it so easy to understand as they explained how to use and maintain the equipment. If your looking for very good customer service and equipment for your location then look no further! I would highly recommend them so anyone I know!

Before I opened a new restaurant, I asked the NY Fire company to help me apply and install the fire system.What surprised me was that their installation was so fast and their drawings were quickly approved by the fire department.And the fire system was passed the final inspection by FDNY very smoothly.

I received the ticket and handed it to the NY Firetech company for processing. They quickly fixed my fire system and contacted the fire department for me to dismissed the violation. And there is no penalty. The company’s emergency service helped me solve the big problem. Thank you!

The staff is very professional and responsible. In particular during current pandemic, they called us to remind us that inspection service is due.This detail makes me believe that their service is the best！

This has to be the worst company ever. They should pull their license. Can you imagine they are inspecting fire equipment!!!!! They come in, throw a tag on your equipment without doing any testing. The girl is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. Stay away!!!!!!

I write this review on behalf of Mr. Wang, a restaurant owner in Elmhurst, Queens, who does not write and speak English. Mr. Wang witnesses that NY Firetech staff members working so hard to help the restaurant owners to fix their fire violations with patience and diligence. Their technicians are well trained and professional. They even teach and direct Mr. Wangs employees in thorough cleaning of the kitchen greases and explain in Chinese language the usage of extinguishers and new devices installed by NY Fietech. Mr. Wang said he would rather refer NY Firetech to other restaurant owners for fire protection services.

Horrible I have been trying to make an appt for over a month. and they never came, had 4 diff appts made and no one ever showed up, now when we called them to make sure that they are coming, they told me I told them I have another company ruined my whole insurance, and this is all done by the management, they are rude, disrespectful, and careless time to call the better business bureau!!!!
