I wanted to try this place out because I tried out their service at a street festival a few weeks ago. When I got there for my 1pm appointment, no one helped me or asked what I was there for after filling out the form. I waited for half an hour until asking someone for help. They only led me into a room only after I asked someone, and rushed asking what I was there for. They had me lie down and I waited another 20 minutes with no one helping me. I gave up by that point and just left and told them I had been waiting for almost an hour at this point. This is terrible service. The front desk woman kept apologizing that they were busy but that is not how you should treat customers especially if you tell them a specific time for their appointment + paying $120. Will be trying somewhere else.

Very good experience! This is a traditional Chinese medicine clinic. There is a Chinese medicine doctor who takes the pulse and asks a doctor. You don’t have to go home to cook the traditional Chinese medicine yourself. The clinic will help you suffer, which is very convenient. It also cooperates with acupuncture and moxibustion according to different diseases. Moxibustion has only been experienced here in New York. It feels very effective and very relaxing. There is also a very unique way of massage doctors. The treatment method is comprehensive and the curative effect is remarkable. The front desk and the doctor are very good, attentive and professional, it is worth recommending!
