I was a student of this school in the summer/Fall of 2017. David runs the school and is extremely knowledgeable. He is very easy going but teaches each class great attention to detail. He gives real world examples of each lesson and makes it very easy to follow. Matt was my primary instructor in Long Island. He is great instructor and provides the class with great examples of each topic. The practical classroom inspections are very valuable. Matt walked us through each inspection just like he would for a home inspection. He has a back ground in electrical and is a wealth of information. The class prepared me well for the state test. I passed the test the first time I took it and I contribute that to this school. Another aspect I highly respect of both David and Matt is that once I graduated, they were always there to help with advice on my first few home inspections. I called them with questions and they took the time to answer them fully and were happy to help. I highly recommend this school for anyone looking at becoming a licensed home inspector.

When I retired from the Police Department I was looking for something new to get into when a friend of mine suggested I try Home Inspections. I looked around for a school and decided on NY Home Inspector School. Matt the instructor was very friendly and made you feel comfortable from the start. Besides being very knowledgeable he shared a lot of his own experiences and even some trade secrets that would be of great help for those of us starting out in the business. He was always available for any questions and supplied us with the proper tools to pass the State test, ( which I passed the first time out), As long as your willing to do the work the school supplies you with the tools needed to get you started in the Home Inspection Industry. I would recommend this school to anyone interested in being a Home Inspector.

I highly recommend NY Home Inspector School. Dave, Anthony and Matt were very professional. Not only did they teach us what we needed to know to pass the test, they went out of their way to answer any questions, and relay personal experiences. They were very patient at the mock inspections, and were always willing to review and critique my reports. Since school has ended, i continue to ask questions both technical and business related, and there is never any hesitation to help me out. Excellent school, greats guys...

If youre thinking of getting into the home inspection fieild dont even bother searching elsewhere. Ive learned so much from Dave and Matt. Not only are they excellent teachers but the school and the program is exceptional. Its a one stop shop to start a new career with endless potential.
