It was a pleasure doing business with Kiera and Mitch!! Awesome experience at first 💜 But now dealing with a situation due to the trade in!! It has yet to been paid off on the car I traded in now I’m being harassed by the other bank. How do they expect me to still make payments on a car I no longer have while also making my payments on the car I just got 🤦🏾♀️ The price of everything went up and citizens are struggling to keep a float!! I’ve been calling off lease and nobody seems to have any answers besides we will call back with no call back!! This will affect my credit and I am very disappointed
Went to this place for a vehicle I was really interested in. Put a deposit down for the vehicle to return the next day and run the financing. I get a call not even 24 hours later telling me they sold the vehicle even though I left a deposit. Not only did I waste time going there the one day but I took off a day of work to go there and fill out the financing paperwork the next day. Which wasted my time and money. I should of known something was shady after they told me their internet price is 4000 less then what the price really is. They also told me that I cant get my own financing and I have to get financing through them. Shady fly by night business practices. Avoid if you can.
Do not go here. They sent me home with a bumper all banged up and told me they wouldn’t fix it. Then the passenger door handle has DUCT tape around it. Then the light on the left side is missing. I’m getting a bunch of notifications in my car like oil, engine etc. they did NOTHING. You send someone out like that and expect good compliments. The OWNER/BOSS was so rude to my mom as she’s trying to make sure I didn’t get a car I shouldn’t. He said she was a big headache. Why? Cause she asked things you couldn’t answer cause you knew you were selling me a car that was in an accident and they won’t even fix it. And to send me on the road when a lights out? Yeah suing this place. DO NOT GO HERE.
My wife and I decided to change vehicles... we looked at cargurus and there we found something that we liked... from one day to the next we went... they treated us very well and quickly. They offered me another more recent vehicle… which I did not expect… but they understood us that we had liked it and the one we had previously chosen… they took care of everything… in less than 2 hours I was going back home with lonquw I wanted for myself family. Thank you ..! Richie…🇵🇷…and Jessica..🇺🇸 and the team in general…..have vehicles in good condition…. I hope to return in the future… to ny off lease..!👍🏻
I was speaking to mary about getting a loan , i live 40 minutes away , first of all she sent me the wrong address to the place , i get to the place she had sent me too & blamed me for being at the place when she sent me the address through a link !!!!! second of all i go to tell her she had misspelled ‘copiague’ & she just wouldnt listen , very stubborn & unprofessional -nathan

Been looking for months to find a car. I live in PA and not 1 dealership had anything, not even to test drive. A friend recommended i try NY Off Lease and Im so glad I did. Worst dealership ever they rip me off and lie to. They sold me car with a bunch and f problems they couldn’t even do a maintenance on the car oil was black the break and rotors squeaking loud the air filters was really black and dirty the alignment was off smh look at that filter and they don’t want to fix the problem karma will get them back
Do not buy a car from this place. They tried to sell me a car with a broken taillight and seatbelt. When I didn’t go through with it, the managers talk terribly to me. They stole my deposit and never refunded me. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I’m still calling for my money every single day.
Biggest scammer dealership in ny don’t go to this place if you shopping for a car. A car will list for 10k on there website when you go there to buy the car it will go up to 20k bunch of scammers sold me a car with a lot of problems couldn’t even change my filter or my oil or break
Purchased/Financed my first car from these guys, 2016 HONDA HR-V. I felt welcomed upon arriving with my wife I enjoy how they responded well to getting down to business, because simply I wanted to also.Test driving was fine, no issues.Buying experience, I think this was a straight forward process and I felt comfortable with the purchase I was making. I felt odd about the fact that the owner of the dealership tried too hard to essentially say the vehicle was good and no need to take it for inspection but I could take it to a nearby mechanic anyway if I wanted to. Just a small tip, dont over due it, because I almost did not buy anything if my wife hadnt spoken to me about his words and how they were actually true and not trying to create doubt in my mind.Carlos was an excellent salesman and the staff was confident in their lineup. I purchased the vehicle as advertised on CARFAX for $14,990. I do not count the fees because I consider those to be usual. There was no try to upsell the vehicle with extra accessories. I just purchased an extra warranty for my piece of mind. I had their mechanic inspect and my own family mechanic inspect and the car is practically still new and I enjoy every minute of it. I just did not like the high mileage, but that explains the price point. Disclosure: Mileage was just as advertised on CARFAX: 49,800~ish( cant remember because I purchased this on August 1st, and driving a lot since then).Overall, as straightforward as can be and definitely recommend. Kemi (sales person via phone)was the only reason I walked in because she was confident and humble yet straightforward that I didnt feel was trying to hide anything like many other dealerships.If i had to change anything, I understand the reason to not disclose that it used to be a rental car but just be straight about that, because it would explain the high mileage. Other than that its all good. Will be coming back for my family car in a number of years.

Scam dealer BE CAREFUL DO NOT BUY I have filled a complaint from NY General attorney will take him to the court and I hope they will close this place and take off his license to sell people bad cars with unreported accidents , THEY add additional fees after you pay the down payment I bought a car and many codes showed in the dashboard next day it stops SCAM SCAM
They are big time scammers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP....They had a car listed for $24300 and asked me to come see the car. Car was supposed to be in goos condition, right before i was leaving tk go see the car i noticed that they increased the price of the car by $11,000 to $35,300. Which does not make since. I spoke with Jim and he said that there was a suspension issue in the car and apparently they fixed it in 10 mins of our phone call and increased the price of the car. Mileage in the car they advertised was also incoreect. They are scammers i would stay anway from making Ny purchases from then.
This place is by far the biggest scam I’ve ever dealt with! Nothing you see on their site is true. They show you flashy cars with unbelievable prices online but in person they tell you the car just got sold out while it’s still being advertised online with a lower price. I fell for this scam. Drove two hours and was told the car is gone but they were willing to sell other cars for higher prices. Waste of my time. I checked for the car online and it’s still there waiting to trap another clueless buyer.
Had an excellent experience. First I spoke to Tiffany sweet girl did not haunt me just checked in here and there. When I finally got there I had Stephen and Darryl waiting for me to help me with what I needed and the price range I needed to be in. I had to come back a few days later and they were both out due to family matters so Anthony took over. Amazing guys from the phones to the finance dept. Susan was awesome, she worked the numbers for me to make this perfect. Fast easy and amazing experience all around highly recommend! Just one issue so far my drivers seat heater doesn’t work so we will see how they take care of me. I would have never had this experience with a big dealer like ford itself as I tried. Job well done guys!!
Everyone was nice and the process was quick. I like to do everything upfront over the phone and online so that helped make things move faster. The prices you see online are not what you’ll pay but that’s to be expected. Given my current finical situation the monthly payments matched what I found from other dealers for the car I wanted. It was actually cheaper which is why I went with them. If your looking for good customer service this is the spot :) That made the experience totally worth my time..oh yeah and car is great 👍🏿.

So needed to get a car wasn’t necessarily in a hurry but figured I would start the process. Came across NYOffLease in my search. First off spoke to Tiffany who was very knowledgeable and that led me to take a look. Got there and was greeted by Anthony who is the most pleasant person I’ve come across in a while. Saw a car that I wanted even knowing it wasn’t a wise choice. Then came Sue, the finance goddess. She was straightforward, not pushy and most of all asked what I needed. Who does that?? I just had to take the time to state how pleased I am with the service my partner and I received at New York Off-Lease. Let me state that this is our second time using this location- The first go around last year was okay but not the best. We dealt with a former employee who I am thankful is no longer with the company. We received amazing, detailed information and attention from Patrick. I wish he was there the first time around. His patience and ability to help solve someone else issue was amazing to see. Most people wouldn’t take the time to fix where someone else left off. I can’t begin to Explain my experience!! I’m overwhelmed by the compassion and professionalism I received!! Sue!! In Finance!! The General Manager!! Anthony the sales rep!!!! His Mom!!!!!! And the whole staff!! Unbelievably beyond great people!! I got the car I wanted!! Straight off a showroom floor is what it looked like. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS “dealership”!! Long story short, they sold me a 2019 Chevy Impala that had previously been in an unreported accident so of course, the buyer doesn’t have an idea, needed a bunch of work done to it (new battery, tires, starter, the car didn’t even have a windshield reservoir). Super unprofessional and scammers to get a little change.
First time here gettin my first car . I had a great experience with the car salesman there Patrick. Patrick was very honest and also did the best he could to keep me happy and getting me what I wanted. Patrick and his colleagues are very nice down to earth and realistic type of people with a lot of patience. I left very satisfied and with big smiles. I will definitely get my next car from them.

This place advertise cars they dont have and cars with features that arent actually on the car and show you false prices and make you drive hrs. to waste your time, and then the worst customer service of all,, quire literally cursing you. Don t do business with them, i did and Im regretting it! trying to return the car as we speak!
From the beginning when communicating with Kemi whos customer service and follow up skill should be commended, to Michael John and Jeremy on the sales team, right down to their finance manager, I had the best experience. I bought a used car for my daughter who goes to school in South Carolina. They were honest and non pushy. They understood my concern as a parent and getting the best car for my daughter. They brought the car to my mechanic, no questions asked, just said when and where! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NY Off Lease. Their team made me feel comfortable and right at home!

Started off not so good, got told a different price then what it was actually going to be. Worked something out & ended up with a newer car for cheaper! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This place should not be considered a car dealership. The people who work there are so unprofessional, they should be embarrassed. I called to make sure I did not waste my time driving over there (an hour + drive for me), to ensure that the car I was interested in was a certain price “out the door”. I got there, test drove the car, and when I was finally sitting with the sales representative I was told the car “out the door” was a few THOUSAND more than ensured to me over the phone. I’m glad I didn’t waste my money with this “dealership”, but I’m real sorry I wasted my time.
I thought I had the best experience at ny off lease everyone was great and Stepan went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I was driving off their lot but they scammed me and I didn’t know until a month later. I was asked to write my review while on the premises and now I see why. I wasn’t given a contract on the day of just shown on the computer what it was going to be and told I would receive everything from the financing company later but the cost of the car is almost double what I agreed on and my down payment didn’t go to the finance company they kept it I have reached out for the last 2 months with someone stating I would given a call back ASAP with nothing. Don’t let the act fool you these people are con artist at their finest

Anyway I had to come back to NY Off Lease today and I spoke to Patrick, he had nothing to do with my purchase of a new vehicle a few months ago but he took the time out to explain everything to me WHAT, WHY & HOW... after my conversation with Patrick I felt like I made a great decision buying my car from there. If you need a car please go to NY Off Lease and make sure you deal with Patrick.

Took about 7 hours to get the deal done, but I’m in my dream car. Appreciate every last one of the employees I talked to. Places like this thrive on people that fall in love with a car and have bad credit so that they can over charge them. People with good credit do not need places like this. Theyre trying to make $10K on every car, not $1K as it should be. Lets face it. Theyre there to make money. Theyll get a customer with a low credit score, approve him but make him pay through the nose. What does the low credit score customer care? Hes lucky hes getting the car. If he doesnt pay, the car gets repossessed. $2,000 certification fee is total BS. If they were honest, they would advertise the actual price and add ONE fee. No surprises. Everyone would post raving reviews. But instead, they get tons of negative reviews and theyre OK with that because the money is being made.
I’m extremely excited about my BMW car purchase, from beginning to the end I felt like my hands were held. I worked with Tiffany online to get me to the door. While onsite I worked Darryl and Anthony who both turned the project of buying a car into an enjoyable experience. I can honestly say i enjoyed the entire office personal the entire time while eating lunch they provided me. They provided the Hampton White Glove experience. Thank you all for your time and efforts. People be aware that this is the worst place to buy a vehicle, Very bad customer service and the people who work there are very unprofessional. Be carefully before buying any cars there , read their reviews first. On May 02, 2019 I went to NYoff Lease to buy a BMW X3 it was advertised in their website for $21,607 and they added me a second car guaranteed from NYoff lease for a cost of 2,500 that was never explained to me by Patrick , he told me it was a six months guaranteed with NY off lease and besides that Sue brief sold me and put on my contract another guaranteed from Ally bank for an extra cost of , 3179 with a very expensive deductible of $200 dollars that was never explained to me. They sold me two guaranteed that I didn’t need. Patrick , the sales person and Ms. Sue the lady who did the contract are very unprofessional and irresponsable.After all of these nonsense experiencie and long waiting I had with them, Sue also sent me a letter saying that a Lien will be place on my vehicle if I don”t pay $129 dollars for no reason without any explanation. They also added me extra fees of 212 on my contract for registration and documents fees that they already had deducted. I was frustrated with Patrick the sales man and Sue Brief . Also, Sue lied to me telling me that i was approved for an interest rate of 4% and the bank gave me was a 6.24% when I have an excellent credit scores and added a guaranteed with Ally on my contract so I ended up with a balance of 28,500 even though I paid 2000 of down payment to lower my balance. Sue brief never showed me a contract before signing because it was an electronic signature and it was because she knew that the bank approved me with a different interest rate of what she had told me. I tried to call them and make an agreement for some refund but they were playing with me and they end up not picking up my phone calls . Finally, I took them to court on 08/22/19 for the amount of 2,902 the guaranteed with NY lease they sold me for no reason because I already had Ally guaranteed and the other fees extra they added me in my contract. I won the first trial with the arbitrator for the total amount and they never paid me and decided take me back to court. Please people don’t buy cars from them and be aware of that 2,500 dollars extra fee of dealer installed equipment and service, don’t sign the agreement they give you if you see this fee. They are making extra money with this fee and advertise a car for a price and you end paying a lot more.
Don’t be wooed by the low online advertised price. Check every component of the car you see online and make sure EVERYTHING you discuss with sales is included in the written up in the contract or they will NOT honor it. They add a $2,990 certification fee to ALL CARS that supposedly extends lemon law coverage from 30 days to 6 months, though they never put anything in writing in the contract stating as such.They advertised a Corolla XLE but sold me an LE with a dent on the rear bumper that they promised to fix but never did, without floor mats even though I specifically mentioned that it must be included, broken hub caps, missing air pressure covers, mismatched tires, and a broken wiper that literally flew off of my car while driving the day after I bought the car.I have called there 4 separate times and left a message with both Darryl and the GM/finance person and I personally spoke to Ashley and Tiffany and Anthony. Everyone I speak to on the phone is polite but they always say only Darrell or the GM can help me. I am NOT ok with how they have avoided my calls and messages for 3 days in a row.While talking with the sales person and the sales manager, I was taken aback by the certification fee because it was way above and beyond any “fees” mentioned by other dealerships. I stated this outright so the manager proceeded to show me a cargurus search on the pricing of Corolla XLE’s in a 500 mile radius. He showed me that his car was priced the cheapest by a large margin. What I did NOT know at the time was that the car wasn’t even an XLE!!!! It is an LE and Kelley blue book lists the fair market price $2K below the XLE trim so it was a total bait and switch!I was struggling with these surprise fees so I asked the manager Darrell to write out what I thought was the final cost of the car including taxes, fees, DMV, and interest. He did not write up taxes on the purchase price of the car (he based it on the cost after the down payment which ended up being $500 off) and then he calculated the interest on the loan as a flat percentage instead of calculating the true APR, which ends up being an additional $3,000 that I will pay over the life of the loan, once the GM/finance actually typed up the contract.Don’t shop here. I went thinking I was getting a great deal on a simple, sensible car but I left with an extremely bitter taste in my mouth from the whole experience.I will be exploring all possible options of recourse as I believe I was intentionally misled throughout the whole sale and I want to warn anyone else thinking of going here.
I bought a 2017 Dodge Journey from Patrick over the weekend and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! It was the first time I bought a car on my own and he didn’t make me feel like i didn’t know what I was doing or pressure me into a deal. Although I did not buy a car they came at me with honest numbers regarding the price of the car. The car was well below the market value that I found from KellyBlueBook and I was glad to not feel cheated or scammed as I had at other dealerships. Wonderful experience through and through.

Went down to Off Lease and wanted to purchase a BMW 5 series that was on they’re website and still listed for sale, as I arrive I am greeted by Anthony, an amazing sales person. I awarded him of the BMW in which he came back from the back room where I’m assuming the manager hides and never comes out nor have a I ever saw him once in the 2 times I was there.. the car according to them couldn’t be sold because of mechanical problems, Take it off the website instead of keeping it up to ply people to come down. I was then told they had an Audi A6 and I was okay with checking it out! Car was clean, everything seemed okay with it, they said I couldn’t take it home that day because the “mechanic” who is a two bay shop with people who don’t even look like they’re certified to work on vehicles.. so I was understanding like hey okay they want to make sure the vehicle is up to standards before selling it. Not a big deal. So Anthony brings me inside and says let me get a price from my manager since it’s not listed yet... Anthony comes out and gives me a price of around 11k and some change and says they’ll offer me this price which was “really less then what we wanted to sell it as because we like you and want the business” meanwhile KBB was around 8k for the car. Whatever! I’ll take it...a week later, did not end up purchasing the car and the price listed is what Anthony offered me lol so there was never any discount for me anyways it was all a lie. After sitting in the dealer for around 2+ hours I finally meet with Sue the finance manager who was very sweet and got an approval anyways I told sue I wanted to work with west lake financial in which she came back and said well I don’t want you to work with them because I don’t want to pay them a 3k finance fee. Well I’m sorry so if they gave me an approval and I wanted to use them I all the sudden can’t because you’re dealer “doesn’t want to pay them a fee”? DONT use them as an offering bank then! Sue got me an approval from a different bank which was okay. She told me I needed 1500$ down which I had on me.. but! Plot twist. They didn’t have the title yet! I have to wait till after the weekend, (it was I believe Thursday or Friday) again not a big deal. They wanted me to leave the whole down payment i said yeah no I’ll leave you a 500$ deposit in which i did... I get there again for my 2nd apt and now all the sudden they need more documentation from me and it’s gonna take a few more days but sue said I can sign all my documents and leave the remaining 1000$ so I did just that. Keep in mind Sue told me that the down payment NEVER goes to the bank it always stays with the dealer because the down payment covers the remaining balance the bank doesn’t approve you with. According to Sue. Okay so NY off lease now has my down payment. After I had sent over my documents Sue had advised to to NOT CALL THE BANK hmm weird.. . They will call you so after a few days i said okay well I’m calling them I need my car. I call them and they told me talk to the dealer. Talk to the dealer. The loan ended up Not going through because I’m under investigation because I “gave them a fraudulent credit number” LOL . Meanwhile when I did my whole credit file came up WITH MY NAME. MY ADDRESS. EVERYTHING related to me. And they said well your name comes up with other numbers and birthdays etc... I am a Jr my dad has the same name, address. Etc so YEAH ofc the same info comes up BUT I’m myself and my dad is him the only thing that’s different is the SS and birthday. So now “ I’m under investigation” and I can’t get my money back, we’re going on 2 weeks now. Still nothing. No one reaches out to me. I call them and they say they don’t have any answers for me. Long story short. Great sales rep, great finance manager BAD BAD BAD owner/manager trying to scam people. Just go elsewhere. According to sue she can make up to 400k at a big name dealer but she doesn’t because she “doesn’t wanna scam people and likes being honest with her customers here at off lease” HER words exactly. I just want my down payment back.
Great experience. I spoke to Carlos on the phone and ended going to see the car I was interested in. I got there, test drove it and the car drove amazing. I didnt have intentions of taking the car that same day. Before leaving out I was driving that same car home. Carlos is the best, he made it happen along with his team. Will definitely do business again.
I came all the way from East Hartford Connecticut and I have to say my experience here was more than satisfying. My wife and I are going home in a 2014 BMW X6 M package. Patrick was amazing. Sunday salesman was nice. Until I found out to walk away with the car would cost me an additional $5k than we had negotiated after all of the fees and the hidden $2k down payment. Also the financier will push for the longest loan possible. Do your research and learn about interest rates because he recieves incentives from the banks to push longer term loans at a higher rate which he accidentally revealed to me. Be cautious, do your research and dont buy day of giving yourself some time to think it through
If there was 0 star, I would love to give that. I spoke to two different person about a vehicles availability, and both claimed it is available for sale. About an hr before reaching their location, I recieved call from dealer to make sure I am coming to look at the car and I said yes. Drove 40 miles and once I got there, they said the vehicle is sold already and we can choose a different one from their inventory, I honestly felt like cussing but I walked off. DONT GO TO THIS DEALER.
This place is the horror story you read about.. been in contact with Ashley the internet manager for 2 days. Tell her what car i want- Go through with the credit application in advance, Spoke multiple times on the phone in regards to what day i was coming in and time....I get there this morning, car inst washed, no plates- nice rusty screwdriver on the leather seats- no prep whatsoever. Than come to realize they rope you in the door with fake internet price. Still fine... talk to another sales manager work out a price- finally they start to prep the car for a test drive only for the same sales manager to come out and tell me his boss wouldnt do the deal and wanted another $400 on top of the already agreed upon price...really??? WOW! Shady used cars dealer.. Sales manager even used profanity - what a joke. I bought the same car at another dealership with less miles today.. Thanks guys!
Came here with my fiance looking to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left everything ran completely smooth. Very knowledgeable staff in every area, with the car itself all the way down to finance options. Personally I dealt with Jeremy but everyone at the dealership was extremely respectful and very nice, even when I started asking a million and one questions they answered every one to the T. I will definitely return for another veichle when the time comes and will refer anyone looking to purchase or lease a car.
Typical used car lot with typical old school tactics like bait and switch. This place is the reason that car salesman is rated one of the least trusted professions vying for the no. 1 spot with politicians. I called ahead to verify the car I wanted was on the lot. Yes, it is, I was told by Russel. Russel refused to give me any details, without seeing this great car first. He knew I had a 40 minute drive. Of course when I arrived 45 min later, Russel informed me, unfortunately it was just sold by the other team. Of course they had a few other similar options of older cars with more mileage. Wow give me more credit than that! I am not an idiot.
My first experience at Ny off lease was longer than expected, but well worth the time spent. Let me first start off by saying, the whole staff was very professional, starting Daryl he got the ball rolling. Patrick is very professional with me. Let me end it by saying Jay the GM did a great job in getting the deal done.
My wife and I spent weeks looking for an SUV. Every dealer we visited (and there were many) played all kinds of tricks with us, and often flat-out lied to us, to jack their prices up. It was beyond frustrating.Carlos and Patrick at NY Off Lease were the only guys who were straight up with us from start to finish. We knew exactly what we were getting into. No surprises and no pressure. The whole experience was very pleasant and we drove off with a car that day. Cant recommend this place highly enough.
I actually bought a car here but here’s why I’m giving 2 stars. First off, the salesmen are all men and constantly use the word hun or babe. It’s beyond creepy and unsettling in my opinion. Secondly, the place isn’t pretty. It’s looks shady and at a used dealership shady isn’t the word you want coming to mind. I bought my car here a few days ago and literally as I’m signing they mention other things that they aren’t responsible for or what’s wrong with the car. But wait it gets better - I am in the car about to drive off and they leave gas tank on E ( like I actually had the gas light come on as soon as I left their lot). Did I mention that one of the pedal covers came off like before I signed and they told me after when I was about to leave. They said , and I quote “ Just put some glue on it “. Now from the time I put down a deposit and being that it was also last time I was in the vehicle (it was at a half tank and the pedal cover was still attached) - what happened? Who the hell was in “my” car? All in all I’d say my experience was spot on with a shady dealership. Even as I’m leaving the manager I guess was like you’ll rate 5 stars and let’s get a drink, touching my arm. It was just very unsettling and really made me uncomfortable. If I had another option; I would not have bought my car here and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. Ladies; don’t come here.
I cam all the way from the bronx to get a vehicle and I must say hands down Patrick is the guy to come see. Hes very professional and hes honest. I got what I was looking for and the price was in my budget. Im very happy with the staff, it was like being with family. I would definitely recommend them to famy and friends.
Carlos, John, Mohamed, and Arthur all took very good care of my wife and me on our first vehicle purchase. We came all the way from Manhattan because they had the most honest online listing and because Carlos was really up front with me when I called him on the phone. When we decided to buy the truck, they detailed it (twice!) and made sure we had what we wanted (new tires and brakes) before we drove away with a beautiful, comfortable, low-mileage truck and saved a couple thousand off the blue book value even after we opted to purchase the extended warranty. If you hit it off with these guys, youre treated like family. When the truck suffered a hit and run on the street only five days after we got it, Mohamed set us up with his personal body shop and helped us save enough on the repair costs to cover the insurance deductible so we didnt have to pay a dime for the truck to come back looking better than before. I picked up a 2017 Dodge Grand caravan yesterday. I saw the vehicle online and was the exact color year and version I wanted the (GT). When i came in to see the car it was clean and was in very good condition and was priced aggressively (i did my research). Very happy with my purchase so far. I dealt with Mohammed (sales manager) Kemi over the phone and John in sales everyone was on point and accommodating. Great experience overall. i would purchase a pre owned car from them again in the future.
We were in the business for a car for almost 3 weeks, we were starting to think that we were going to not buy a car. Everywhere we went it was a horror story, oh yes we have the car and as soon as we walk in “oh let us check” and no car to be found. When we walked into NY LEASE we were prepared to be disappointed but it was a whole OTHER story. John was our sale rep and he came over and showed the car. They had actually closed but he still willingly took us on a test drive. Muhammad the GM came out to help with the deal and was so helpful, knowledgeable and FUNNY! Two days later we came to pick up the car and Kimmie the receptionist received us to close the deal (as John had an emergency and couldn’t be here) she was super sweet and answered all the questions we had and left us with no doubts! She asked if we were going to buy warranty but wasn’t pushy when we were hesitant. Arthur sealed the deal and was very helpful. Please don’t hesitate in coming to this dealer- they are a pot of GOLD!!
Very disappointed to have to edit my original review as I thought my first experience was pretty good and honest. I went in to test drive and purchase a Ford Fusion and as I went through the process, too many red flags came up that ultimately made me walk away.First red flag - I put a $200 deposit to hold it until I could get back the next weekend. Two days later I get a call that my deposit is going to be refunded unless I could get there the next night as they don’t hold cars for a week, only 72-hours. After multiple phone calls with the salesperson and manager, they honored holding the car for the week. All-in-all that obstacle turned out fine, but was the first of many that rubbed me the wrong way.Second red flag - I go back to finalize the purchase and they tell me the $8999 car comes to $268/month for a 72 month loan (which actually calculates out to approximately $19K)... obviously the math doesn’t add up. After questioning it, they explained that Ally Bank requires them to certify their cars before they can sell them and that certification process costs an additional $3K (but that’s not the same for all cars, price of certification depends on the car??), and that price does not include an additional warranty, which adds another who-knows-how-much per month. Still didn’t add up, but I apprehensively continued on with the process.Third red flag - I was notified by someone at the dealership that there was an issue with the DMV having a duplicate title with a discrepancy in the amount of miles the car had. When I asked for proof of the duplicate title, they told me, “no we don’t have that, that’s on the DMV side.” This concerned me and I hesitated to continue the buying process. As I’m about to walk away without purchasing, they offer for me to take the car with dealer plates for a week and come back once the title is sorted out to discuss finalizing the purchase. I agree and take the car.Fourth, and final, red flag - That night my boyfriend’s brother notices a bubble in each of the driver’s-side tires, something the expensive certification should have already found and corrected. When I notified them of this they offered to pick up the car, put new tires on, and return it to me, but it was too little too late. A $3K “required certification” missing something as detrimental and potentially dangerous as bubbles in the tires just did not sit right with me. The validity of the deal and my trust in the salespeople and the statements they were making was completely gone and I decided to walk away.If you decide to deal with this business, do your research, bring a calculator, and if you feel apprehensive or have any intuition that they are being untrue then don’t be afraid to walk away. And remember that if a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.TL;DR - Seemingly accommodating salespeople who appear trustworthy but only offer bait-and-switch pricing, an expensive “required” certification (which, upon further research into Ally Bank, is actually not required), and unclear explanations of what you’re paying for.
My experience has been straight disrespectful. The sales manager and the finance director has lied to me about the amount of money I would need to put down for the Mercedes Benz GLE. I know my credit wasn’t the best but they had several different numbers for me before they said I need to put it $12,500.
Karlos and Mo went above and beyond the call of duty. They helped us get the loan we needed to get our daughter her first car. They were fantastic. Stay away from this place!!! I had seen a car which i was interested on, i called the day of going there and waited on a phone line 40 minutes to confirm whether the car was available or not, after a 40 minutes wait i was told that the car was indeed available. I informed them that i would be traveling 2 hours one way to go to their dealershop, a total of 4 hours drive and that i had a baby with me so to please make sure that i wouldnt make the trip there for no reason. Of course the lady reasured me that the car was available and would be waiting for me to take a look at it when i arrive at the dealershop. Upon my arrival i was informed that the car had been sold 2 days ago and i was given an “oh sorrry well we have other cars for you so your trip wasnt a waste”. I asked if they had me drive all the way to their dealershop knowing that the car wasn’t available just to sell me something else, because that was absolutely unacceptable. I knew what i wanted and what i asked for, and all i got was “we have many cars at this dealership im sure you can find another one”. Im absolutely baffled, disgusted by how unprofessionally they acted from the moment i called them to the moment i left. I know i will definitely not be returning here nor will i ever recomend this dealershop to anyone. If you dont wanna experience this type of disappointment stay away!!!
Went to NY Off Lease today after talking to Kemi on and off for about a month. She was so helpful and kind to me. I went in and Mohammad listened to my situation and made it so I could drive home in my new car after only a few hours! Every other car experience I had took a day or two to finish! In just three short hours I had my car, paperwork signed, plates on with a temp registration!! Arthur and John were welcoming and got everything done so quickly! After traveling a long way to get to this car dealer, for what seemed to be a to good to be true price , it turned out to be just that. The car was advertised at 22k online and after all their additional fees which are non-negotiable the price was 26k. So after hours of negotiations I managed to work out a deal i would trade my current car in for 19,568 (I owe 17k)and we got to 22,100. The manager agreed to this price but then when he went into the finance office he came back out and said that the numbers were wrong and that they were off due to a mistake on their end by a grand and change so then I was at 23k and change. So we were back at it he would not budge. Then the GM shows up and here we go now Im told that they offered to much for my trade and had to take back their offer and only offered 18k. After that I walked away I left frustrated and unsatisfied with my visit DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Its like that Seinfeld bit; You know how to take the reservation, but just dont know how to hold the reservation. I was interest in a car they had advertised and was really pleased cuz it was meeting my budget. Called in and made an appointment and even confirmed that the car was still there. Made my way there and got so many different answers from the employees, that I didnt know who to believe. One said the car was sold a while ago, while other stated it was sold that morning itself, to a third fellow who was totally oblivious of whether the car was ever there. All this while trying to get me interested in another car. Never again!
I went there after being told many times that they can get me into what I was looking for within what I can afford monthly. After seeing two really nice explorers, doing the paperwork and being told that they will do what they can... Sue brings me into the office and tells me that my payments were going to be $538 a month!!! And for the Nissian Rogue $498 a month.. Now I know my credit isnt the greatest but really thats way more then the $300 I was able to afford a month..I liked the staff but they werent really trying to help
The only good thing is they had the car I wanted.The bad, they overcharged me for plates and reg, I had to pick up myself anyway because they screwed up and wouldnt tell me. they charged me for things I didnt get and when I asked to resolve it the just blew me off .Customer service after they sell the car is nonexistent.I just wanted my money back for services not rendered, and they thought it was a joke.NEVER BUY A CAR HERE . RIP OFF.
Called and expressed interest in a vehicle they advertised. I also mentioned I was traveling a good distance to make this purchase. Sure enough the car didnt exist and I wasted 2 hours traveling. Youre better off pretending this place doesnt exist. From one human to another, please dont waste your time coming here.
I called the manager prior to driving an hour and a half to NY Off Lease, and specifically asked, do you charge a $3,000 fee for your cars? The manager said, no. My wife and I drove an hour and a half there, test drove the car, then went through the whole process to buy it...to find out there is a $3,000 fee on top of the advertised cost of the car. The cost of the car was still below market value with the fee; but the blatant lie was like a gut punch, so we left.
Refuses to work with you if one of yours credit accounts are frozen. Their finance representative Mary Konhya threatens you if you hang the phone up on her. She promises you a full approval of 34K. When you go to the dealership, nothing is even done. It’s just a ruse to get you to waste your time and come into the dealership. I won’t be going here for my future car. I’ll be going elsewhere.
Using the tag line, The Price you see is the Price you pay on your online adverts is a great way to get people interested in a vehicle, but then adding an additional $1700 on top for useless fees when they call and ask about it is ridiculous, especially on a vehicle listed for 6 grand. Thats 28% additional hidden costs, not even including taxes and registration. If you had just posted the ACTUAL price of the vehicle, I wouldnt have been interested, or motivated to write this review.A shady business practice to say the least, and a huge turn off from ever looking at your inventory again. Its places like this that make buying a used car kind of a PIA. Alas, the search continues. At least they returned my phone call.
SCAM SCAM SCAM! I received a call by a woman named Mary. She told me that I was approved for 33k meanwhile I dont see any inquiries In my credit report. So then I called to ger more details about the loan and she wouldnt tell me the rate and term and so I asked who is the bank and she said cars direct and so i was a little iffy about it and then she called me an ignorant for wasting an approval and then hung up the phone. Very unprofessional. Mary dont be mad because I dont trust you, you are supposed to make me trust you, SELL ME! make me come to the dealership thats your job!
AVOID. This place is the definition of sleazy car salesman!!!! One star is far too generous.I wasnt going to write a review, but now I feel compelled to. When we first sat down with the salesman, the first thing we said is that we had been pre-approved for a 2.99% loan through our bank. He said, OK, so we continued. We tried to negotiate on the price and were told it was firm and they couldnt go any lower. We were ok with that since the sticker price was comparable to other dealers. After spending over 5 hours there ironing out the details it was time to see the finance guy. I said to the salesman, were doing this with our 2.99% loan, right? He said, I have no idea, Im not the finance guy.So, to no ones surprise we sit down and he tells us that he got us a great rate at 5.99% We said, no way. We already have a 2.99% ready to go. He says that the price were paying for the car is based on going through their financing. I told him this is unacceptable. He had the audacity to tell me its not that much of a difference, anyway. We had already signed the deal and were in a time constraint with a current lease, so we reluctantly had to take it.Sticker price was about $17,500. After putting down $5,000 the remainder on the loan was still somehow $17,500. Thats how much you can expect in additional fees from these guys,As we were going over it once more before driving off the lot, we noticed the door panel was popping off at the top. The owner said, its still under manufacturers warranty, take it to the dealer.So today I take it to the Dodge dealer today and the service tech is looking up the vehicles history. He says to me, Oh, so you got the car from Enterprise! I said no we didnt. He showed me the cars history and it was an Enterprise rent-a-car. The salesman told us it was an executive rental. I asked what that was. He said the vehicle was leased out to a single company for use for one of their executives. Liars!!!We never would have purchased this car if we were told the truth about it being a rent a car.Unless you want an unpleasant experience and dont mind being lied to and getting ripped off, then I suggest you go elsewhere for your vehicle.On the bright side, I transferred the loan to my bank at 2.99% before the first payment was due so the sleazy finance guy will no longer get any commission from his unethical tactics.
Not sure if this place is the same owners as Long Island auto find its definitely the same location if it is it was the worst experience of my life I actually wound up in the lemon law court with Long Island auto find and learned my lesson only by new dont ever buy used again. And if you buy used always buy the extended warranty it might run you $2500 but its well worth it. My motor went in my jeep 500miles after I bought it and it was almost $5000 at least it was covered but thats what they sold me when it was Long Island auto find.
Have to say that overall sales process took too long and was not good... the sales person wanted us to sign the paperwork to buy the car before taking any test drive! Customer service since sale non existent...slow to no returned calls and a mess getting the car registered.
This place is HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THEM!! I bought a car from them less then 1 year ago and it was a big mistake. I normally do not write reviews on places but I decided to make people aware that this is not a good place to buy a car from. I am 22 years old and a female. I was taking a trip up to my aunts house upstate and the car I purchase only 9 months ago brook down on me. I brook down on the side of the parkway going threw the bronx in not a great area. I was stranded on the side of the road at 11 at night in a horrible neighborhood by my self. I had to get a tow truck due to where I was located the only tow truck that was allowed to take me off that road was a highway tow truck, which only takes you off the highway. From there I was again still in a bad neighborhood in the bronx with a broken down car that again was only purchases 9 months ago. I had to call for another tow truck to tow me the rest of the way because the first tow only takes you off the highway. I paided over 400 dollars just in tow trucks and this company will not work with me at all to reimburse me or even get me rental car or anything to help me. The Dealship I took it to says it is the transmission and I will be needing a new one. I wont have a car for a week while they order parts and replace the transmission. I called and spoke to Mohammed at this dealership who says he is the manager to see if there was anything they could do to reimburse me or help me in anyway and he was useless and didnt want to help me at all. His response to me was the Dealship did nothing illegal so it is not their problem. So now I am stuck with a car they sold me that I havent had for even a year and a messed up transmission. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IF IT IS FOR YOUR DAUGHTER you wouldnt want her also getting a messed up car and them refusing to help you with the car they sold you, only 9 months ago!

I visited 3 used car dealers before I came across NY off lease.. Every dealer added $2,500, to $3,000 in fees on top of the advertised price, and try to hide it as long as they can, (a huge turn off).. John told me up front there is a fee of $1,700..(I respect that !!!) So i bought a car..The whole staff Kim, Muhammad, Carlos, Artie, and John who was my sales man were all very nice and easy to deal with, raising my comfort level.. I couldnt be happier with my new car, Thank you guys..PS. Had an electronic issue with the A/C, heat, radio and blue tooth,. One phone call, problem solved.I highly recommend NY Off LeaseAl Campisi
I went to check out a car which they posted online for $23k. I drove a while to get to the dealership only to find out that there is a $4000 “inspection” fee added on top of that price.This place tacks on unreasonable dealer fees to the purchase price and acts like every other dealer does that. Every other dealer does that but does not add freakin $4k of fees. Not to mention other fees they wanted to add on.
Lots of hidden fees. Bait and switch on internet price. Theres about $2,000 in b.s. fees so if you see a price online, start by adding $2,000. Agreed on a price with salesman and found that the manager, Mohammed, had slipped in $275 on final sale. Loans have $383 in fees just to apply which is added to the price of the car so you pay tax on this as well. For me, thats a whole years interest. I ended up with a good price on the car, just not what is advertised and dont care for deceit. Listed $12,275, $1,200 down, loan amount $14,900. Know when you go in there and do your homework on the year, make, model and mileage to make sure your FINAL COST is acceptable. Hertz sales had price listed including everything except tax and DMV. Wind have been happy instead of angry.
I dont like the fact that they want to run your credit first before you even test drive a car. Also they tell you they only use one bank to check your credit but instead they use 7 different banks. So get ready for that hard hit on your credit. They were nice, but dont play the BS game.
Buyer Beware:Since buying my car here a year and a half ago Ive had multiple mechanics that have worked on my car tell me it was probably underwater at some point for an extended period of time. The amount of corrosion and damage to the underbody is apparently hard to mistake.
Best place in long Island to be scammed! Mohammed the manager is a pig 🐽 to the employees. He made a contract and changed the price after!! On a better note; one of the employees I met was Patrick, was an awesome guy.... I walked away from the scammer Mohammed and didnt take the car... BBB was notified.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!They don’t stand behind their promises or their warranty!I purchased a BMW 528i from NY Offlease a few months ago. NYOfflease sold me the vehicle that had LOOSE chassis bolts and with NO run flats tires. The vehicle by design is not equipped with a spare tire and thus rendering the car “UNSAFE TO DRIVE” All information was verified by BMW of Mt. Kisco, NY. It also took TWO months for me to get my registration!Not Worth your time!!!!
This place knows nothing about the cars theyre selling you, you might as well go to a private seller and avoid the extra fees because buying from here is the same thing. I had a white honda element from here inspected and it got a grade of D, multiple mechanical issues, the thing was in horrible condition despite the fact that it looked perfect online.
Do not say you were not warned! These guys are scammers. I’m trying to find the right phrase and adjective to describe the fraud going on there. I had to call the police at the spot. Police told me the ownership has changed five times because of too many reports and mismanagement and fraud going on there. So please avoid this place by every means!!!

Got there less than an hour later and was told it was being serviced, asked for a manager who tried to say it was MY FAULT somehow. Wasted 2+ hours of my precious day off. Jeremy, Troy, April and Donte were great! They worked as a team to get me approved and in and out of there without spending the entire day. NYOFFLEASE is ran by a group of professionals. I had a great time at Nyofflease not only did they get me into the car I wanted they even helped me with insurance, they do have a certification that’s on top of the price of the car but it is so worth it, even with the certification it was still the cheapest car in the 500 mile radious, I loved the experience here and I recommend his place for your new car
These people are frauds. Internet price is wrong. They will tell you a different price once you get there and have you pay more to get a loan. I bought a car from there and after 1 week it had the check engine light on. Worst experience of my life dont waste your time
Despite unsubscribing from communication online via email, I still received multiple text messages. She said I had a “full approval” and when I asked for a copy of the approval she refused to provide one. Then I asked to unsubscribe from her annoying text messages by saying “unsubscribe,” and “stop” and she responded with: “Christopher, Are you telling me that you would like me to put all of your information back out to the Internet.”I can only assume this means my information is not secure. The name of the rude sales rep is Mary.
I thought it was a good experience when I bought the car,but the finance guy seemed to enter what he wanted on the sales contract and also gave me a higher deductible on the warranty I bought.Thought that was straightened out with someone else until monthes later you need the warranty and when you call them its yet again a different story from the day you purchesed

2022-02-25Dealership sold me a car that had a cracked tail light, cracked mirror light, paint damage on door and fender, a non working right headlight and non working fog light, as well as a broken sonar sensor. All damage was made aware before signing contract and dealership stated it was being taken care of but parts were taking a while to come in due to “how things are right now” and to bring it back in for everything to be fixed. They are now refusing to honor their word and signed contract and I have to bring them to small claims court to get my work situated. Stay far away from this dealership.

2022-03-31Do Not Go Here. I read the comments but I still decided to go thinking they might be different. I was trying to get a Vehicle listed at 17k. Could make it the same day so I left a deposit for about $1000. Went to see it and they showed me the mark up before even showing me the car. Plus added was about 10k for who knows what. They were just lying their a$$ off to make some money. Guys just stay away.

2022-01-31We drove by the lot and saw a car we liked with price we needed as ours recently broke down. We called from the road and talked with Evann who was very smart about the car and new it in and out. A couple hours later we visited and dealt with Megan and we were very happy. we didnt get a run around like other and they were short and sweet no nonsense and haggling.
