I came to Dr. Park because I was feeling tired most of the time and my mental clarity was somewhat diminished and not where I needed it to be to accomplish my goals. I was also looking for an alternative way to help in reducing my cholesterol levels since I am statin intolerant. First of all Dr. Park is very caring and friendly and works to get at the root cause of the problem and not just mask the symptoms. He takes a multifaceted approach that includes acupuncture, herbal medicine, Pulsecam and gives some dietary suggestions. I can honestly say after a few months of treatment I no longer feel lethargic during the day and my mental clarity has returned. My cholesterol levels have even come down! I could not be happier with Dr. Park and his comprehensive treatment and encourage all those looking for an alternative and natural approach to better health to seek out his treatment and care.
My experience at NY PAPA Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine has been a refreshing change. I went to NY PAPA frustrated and desperately seeking a viable alternative to western medicine for treatment of my right knee. The heel of my boot got caught in the pull of someones carpet as I was walking down their house stairs and it caused my knee to be extremely inflamed with difficulty in walking. I had received a very negative report from an orthopedic physician and he wasnt taking my recovery seriously at all. I know the body is designed to heal itself, and if I found someone who shared my views on this my knee would recover. NY PAPA has truly been a godsend. Since my first visit with NY PAPA on January 30, 2016, my knee has been on the road to full restoration and recovery. I have been to NY PAPA on three occasions thus far, and my knee is continuing to improve. I have 90% of movement in my knee and am looking forward to the day when I can kneel on my knees again. Real soon, real soon!NY PAPA also provides me with great understanding of the process of healing for my knee and the treatment being used. The office environment is clean and the staff makes you very comfortable. I highly recommend this place. I am praying a friend of mine will heed my advice and try NY PAPA for his diabetic condition.
Dr. Park is very professional, highly skilled, and attentive. He takes the time out to listen to my issues and tries to address them the best way possible. He is very knowledgable and well experienced in what he does. Highly recommend!
I have suffered with IBS my whole life. Dr. Park helped my IBS with acupuncture and his natural herbal medicine. Very nice people. Look no further.
Very upset and disappointed after being told by the front desk lady AFTER they finished my 2nd session that Im responsible for $200 deductible, while she had my insurance card before they start my 1st session and nothing was ever mentioned! I have no trust in this place after this incident, just another money hunger!!!
When I had shoulder pain .Dr .Papa Acupuncture treat ed my shoulder.I can move my shoulder without pain.

2021-03-05I was very happy to see how clean the office was and how thoughtful they were at being sure they sanitized as much as possible. Dr Park was polite, thorough, and explained his concerned for me. He was gentle asking me how I felt each time I flinched a bit on certain needle insertions. I was very relaxed and comfortable with him. It was My first visit and so far so good. I’ll update my review after I’ve gone a while.

2018-05-31Dr. Park and Michelle are amazing !!! I cant remember the last time that I was not in discomfort I have suffered for over 7 years with my back and my hips . Since Ive been seeing Dr Park I can actually say that I feel amazing!! I feel like they have given me my life back I cant thank you Dr Park and Michelle enough you are truly amazing!!! 2017-08-12I feel thankful for starting seeing Dr. Park at this difficult time of my life. I went through a family tragedy months ago and started seeing therapist but I felt the talking therapy cannot work fast enough. I have sleeping problems and the immune system has issues too. I was worried that my physical being would get worse before mentally I can get better. A friend who goes acupuncture regularly strongly suggested acupuncture to me and luckily I found NY PAPA. Dr. Park patiently listened to my story and analyzed my condition from both western and Chinese medicine perspectives. I was so impressed by his knowledge and also grateful for his explanation and guidance. Now after a few weeks treatment, my condition is much more stable. I feel more confident about future. Thanks Dr. Park and also Michelle. They made sure every treatment goes effectively!

2018-03-26I have nothing but best things to say about Dr Park and Michelle. They are both pleasant, personable and extremely professional. He is more up to date on newest research than any conventional docs I went to with my problem. I had numbness in my hand coming from cervical disc impingement and it’s all gone in very little time. Very grateful indeed. I keep recommending their services to anyone who will listen.

2016-07-06Dr. Park has a great blend of Eastern and Western medicine thats been extremely effective in my overcoming debilitating foot pain. As a Weight Loss Coach, Im on my feet all day, and have to often spot clients while theyre exercising, as well as demonstrate exercises to them. When I started with Dr. Park, I had debilitating nerve pain in my foot which wasnt enabling me to do my job. Just hours after Dr. Park performed his first session on me, the pain ceased! Since then, Ive been placed on a maintenance plan of coming in once a month, and have noticed that I have far fewer aches and pains; Not just in my foot, but everywhere! I highly recommend Dr. Parks services if youre suffering with nerve pain. You wont be disappointed.
