VERY clean, GREAT staff, everyone is SO nice and helpful, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I have Rob as my PT to work on my ankle, and he is helping me gain strength, decrease pain, and improve range of motion. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone coming here.

I tore my ACL and knew nothing about the recovery or what PT was like. NY PT at Bohemia helped me get full mobility and my strength back in 3 months. They always answered my questions in detail and were helpful in making sure I knew what exercises to do at home.Highly recommend to anybody considering a PT.
My daughter really enjoys coming here. Everyone is so friendly, and knowledgeable. They all help out one another and your never sitting waiting for assistance.This will always be our physical therapy place for future problems that may come up.

I have been attending New York physical therapy and wellness for many weeks. Dr. Rob is wonderful, caring, empathetic and talented! Mehreen is a student with strong Angellic hands. She has helped me tremendously and she will make an incredible therapist one day. I will miss her very much but I am delighted that I was her patient!I am still going to NY Physical Therapy. Kim and her staff came highly recommended to me by 2 different doctors. Kim and her team are extremely knowledgeable and personable. Although this time has been painful physically, they have brought a smile to my face every time i go and have helped me tremendously. I researched this location for rehabilitation for a bicep injury and visited for an evaluation. I was greeted with stellar customer service and attentive staff. The therapists and staff are very professional and extremely knowledgeable about injuries and their rehab care plans are effective. If Kim, Troy and Caroline are working with you please believe you will receive nothing but the best service.
I treated here for about six months. Kim was my primary PT. She was knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I was in an accident and was in tremendous pain when I first came. I left there feeling 100%. The office is clean and appointments were never an issue and very flexible. The hours were great also! I would highly recommend this office.

I have been going here for a few weeks, and I always feel better when I leave my physical therapy session. Dr. Kim, Michael F. and all of the staff there are personable and friendly, and make you feel so comfortable. When I come in right after work, they are always ready to go right away without a wait. I really appreciate that. I like how during the session, they explain what is going on with your body. I have learned new exercises, and never realized how simple movements can help so much. The massage at the end is definitely my favorite part, and I always leave feeling great. The Bohemia office has been very accommodating to my schedule when I need to change appointments. Ive never been to physical therapy before and I am having a very pleasant experience!
Excellent experience. When I arrived I had to turn my entire upper body to look over my shoulder when driving. After only a few therapy sessions and exercises that I continued at home I was back to full unencumbered movement. Kim and Mike delivered top-notch professional care with a concerned personal interest. They are great at explaining and demonstrating proper body posture to get you feeling and maintaining physical flexibility and well being. This has been the best physical therapy experience I have ever had. I recommend them very highly.
Kim is the BEST therapist I have had. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. Love when I walk in and everyone always has a big smile. Brendan is great always making me and my boys laugh. Leanna is new and fits right in with the staff ( happy and always friendly). Definitely recommend 🤗🤗
My experience at NY Pt was positive .I attended the Bohemia center following my rotator cuff repair. I found the entire staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. My pt Kim was professional and thorough. She explained the treatment plan and answered all of my many questions .Kim encouraged me while she performed the painful passive range of motion stretches and corrected my mistakes when I followed the exercise plan .The facility is small but pretty well organized and clean. The smooth flow of clients was enhanced by the efficient assistants Brendan and Nick,.There is plenty of parking. I would highly recommend this facility.
Ive gone to physical therapy at two other rehab facilities in the past so I feel I have some experience to compare different rehabilitation centers.I presently go to NY Physical Therapy & Wellness in Bohemia. The difference in care has really been significant.Every person on their staff is very friendly, caring, knowledgeable and on top of my treatment. Each session they analyze my routine and have often modified my training. They also moniter you carefully to make sure youre doing the exercises correctly.My recovery (knee replacement) is going very well and I know this is in a large part due to their efforts.When I was thinking of what to write for this review, I thought to myself that I would really doing someone a big favor if I persuaded them to go to NY Physical Therapy for rehabilitation.
An excellent experience, great people very helpful .Everyone there wants to help , Ive never sat on a table unattended or felt out in left field . Some of the faces have changed along my journey, however the personalities have always been cheerful and truly want to see the patient make gains towards the process of healing ! Very personable ,Ive enjoyed hearing the stories of Kims new baby and have watched Caroline grow through her own healing process. I have been attending this physical therapy group for a while, and feel the whole staff is very knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. Everyone is very accommodating and professional. Its like visiting friends every week whos goals are to make you feel better. I would never go anywhere else. A special thanks to Kim for making me feel better after every visit.
I have been coming to NY Physical Therapy and Wellness for a few years on and off after surgeries. I was very happy with the old staff, and was a little hesitant when I found out it was a new staff for this round of physical therapy. Terri Ann has been there for a while (in the front office) and when I asked her about the new staff, she said I would be very happy with Kim and Mike. I trust Terri Ann, and decided to give the new staff a shot. I was not disappointed. The first thing I noticed was how detail oriented Kim is. She explains what is needed, and why it is needed. I had been through a similar surgery on my other shoulder, so I had a reasonable comparison to previous staff, and also another physical therapy company (that I wasnt very happy with, and will remain nameless). Each week as I progressed through therapy, Kim would add new exercises that were appropriate for my length of recovery, and would be very careful to pace me accordingly. I got most of my range back, but I was still feeling more pain than I had hoped for. I thought that was where I would end up. That is when Kim changed my therapy to address the pain, and what a difference it made. Mike and Kim worked together to take me to a place in recovery I did not think I would return to. Im glad I stuck around to see this happen. The last couple of things are more of an overall observation. Sometimes when a physical therapy office backs up with patients, the paper work heavily slows down the individual treatment of patients. However, Kim and Mike(and the rest of the staff) work tirelessly to make sure no one has to wait too long. I dont think you will find that in many places. Finally, they are nice people. You will enjoy being around them.One side note: Dont use the pink weight, it is embarrassing!
I am very happy with the professionalism and skill given to me at the Bohemia office. Kim, Mike, Brendon and all others are excellent at delivering both good care and compassion. I have been a patient here through 2 neck surgeries and lower back injuries over the past 5 years. I would never go anywhere else. When given the opportunity to recommend to friends and family I do this with confidence. I give them an A+....

I have been a patient here for 2 months now. I have been to other places but I find that Kim is extremely knowledgeable at what she does. I love when Mike is there because he too knows exactly what hes doing and he makes me laugh. Troy just brings on his hard work and smiles all the time. And now Alex has come on board too with his knowledge. What a great team! The atmosphere is more comfortable than a larger facility which I find impersonal; and very loud. I would sometimes sit for over 10 minutes at other places waiting for someone to tell me what is next or get the equipment for me....but not here. Add an incredible waiting room staff and always appts to fit my schedule and youve got 5 stars right there. If you want personal attention with expert knowledge, this is the place to go!!

Been coming here for 3-4 weeks now, and have been to a bunch of physical therapy places over the last 7 years - none have come close to how well they treat you here. The whole staff is extremely nice, caring, and knowledgeable. Have had significant improvement after each appointment and feel great whenever I leave. If you need any type of physical therapy, this is the best place for ya.
Every time I receive treatment it is personalized. Attention and care is give to my specific need at the time. Kim-Mike- and Troy are well informed and great at their jobs. Teri Ann is always helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this establishment to all who need Therapy. Thank you!

The physical therapists, Kim and Alex, was well as the staff of Mike, Troy and Carry Ann, are all very caring individuals who you can tell truly want to make each person better. They are friendly but take their jobs seriously and I am very grateful that they were there to help me attain my goals!
My mom suffered a fall last year and she has stage 5 Alzheimers so its not easy working with her but the staff here has gone out of their way to always make my mom comfortable.Shes Healthier and able to do a lot of activities now. Every therapist is friendly and organized. Your therapy plan really feels individualized. It’s a clean environment. They use an awesome app to track homework goals and to communicate concerns.
The people here at the Bohemia location have been nothing short of wonderful for my entire healing experience and have been a huge factor in my recovery. Kim and her staff are professional in their approach to therapies, while being accommodating, attentive and friendly. The treatment for vertigo is not pleasant, but working with this group of caring individuals was. My symptons were less with each session and gone by the 4th day of treatment. Would return without reservation should the need arise.
My two boys (age 5 for toe walking and 6 months for flat head) have gone here twice a week for 4 months.ALL OF THE STAFF are friendly and patient. They worked well with the children and made the exercises challenging and fun. They both have made significant progress in their goals.I would highly recommend this facility to anyone for anything.
This place is awesome they have rehabilitated both of my shoulders on multiple occasions. I have been coming here for nine years since they were in their previous location. Kim and Caroline do an excellent job as well as the rest of the employees. I would highly reccomend them to anybody who has had suregery or as an option of avoiding it.

Ive been going to NY Physical Therapy and Wellness in Bohemia since my unfortunate car accident 4 months ago. The staff is not only hands on physically trained but also educated in the areas of your body and how they effect each other. Kim is fantastic, in addition to knowledgeable , professional, supportive and magical for my woes and pains. Michael is also amazing as he picks up wherever Kim needs him to and works out lots of my inflammation. They both can sense exactly where my flare ups are and go right to the source. If youre in need of some pain relief or strengthening, this is the way to go. Theyre super flexible with their schedule to accommodate their clientele and will go above and beyond to encourage you! NYPT pushes you towards recovery, efficiently, according to the motions that work best with your body. For any overly painful exercise they will find you an alternative, targeting the same muscles. Each staff member is highly knowledgeable. They will happily explain how each workout affects your muscles in legible terminology. This practice has brought me strength and pain reduction to my shoulder tendonitis that I previously considered unachievable.

Exceptional above my expectations!!! If you are suffering from pain do yourself the best choice and make an appointment. Let me begin by saying Ive suffered from severe pain and stiffness for four decades. After seeking care from numerous chiropractors and pain management Doctors I experienced only minimal relief for short periods. I suffered from anterior pelvic tilt and with pelvic rotation and a high hip. My left hip was also very painful. I now felt I had exhausted all possibilities and would never feel comfortable and have quality of life ever. To add to my above condition I recently developed a very painful sciatica on my left side. I knew what my problems were but was unable to find a health practitioner who possessed the knowledge and skill to correct the imbalance of my muscoskeletal and skeletal systems. Enter Kimberly McDonnell MY SAVIOR finally after explaining my condition Kim examined me and implemented a Tx. Plan of specific excercises to strengthen certain muscles and loosening constricted muscles through direct manipulation. I knew I was in the RIGHT HANDS!!! After my first session. Mike who is Kimberlys assistant treated me twice by direct muscle massage and manipulation along with correct stretching. Using his strength and knowledge aggressively corrected my condition!! Im 250lbs and stand 6ft 1 in. After only four treatments I felt the transformation. I had recently scheduled A left hip replacement and now happily must cancel my surgery. Im PAIN FREE!!! And now have been given QUALITY OF LIFE!!!! The entire staff is very Professional including BRENDAN. God Bless You All. Thank You From My Heart..Ray
Kim is the only woman in my life who listens to me. After a very bad back injury, when medicine didnt work. Kim listen to what and where my pain was and was able to get me off the floor and walking around. I am now pain free until I lift something heavy again.Thanks a lot Kim. I can now do yard work again.

I started to come here for pain in my shoulder and they have done wonders to eliminate that pain. The polite staff makes you feel like they care about you as much as you do. I would highly recommend them to anyone in pain.

Ive been coming to this location of NYPTW for appx 3 months for a back injury. I had visited two locations in the past but Bohemia is by far my favorite. Each and every member of the staff is kind friendly attentive and knowledgeable. HIGHLY reccomend bohemia NYPTW!!

2022-01-27My family and I have been coming here for a little over a year now for a car accident. From day one the staff has made us feel so comfortable and confident in our recovery. Rob takes the time out to explain his technique as well as other ways to relieve the pain. We feel they really understand you here and care about you getting better. I highly recommend NY Physical Therapy and Wellness for all your pt needs!

2022-02-25Ny Physical Therapy of WELLNESS OF BOHEMIA is a great place. I never have to wait for service. The staff are professional, friendly and caring.My PT Robert goes above and beyond, He’s very knowledgeable,compassionate, and caring. When I come in with pain he always makes sure I leave satisfied and feeling better.And same to his other patients. May the Lord strengthen him as he continues to provide care to others.

2022-06-09I am going to the Babylon location and Jess & her crew are the best! Their logo says friendly, professional, dedicated and that says it all. If you live in the Babylon area and you need physical therapy go see Jess - I highly recommend her and her team.

2022-02-03I’ve been to a few physical therapy locations over the years for sports injuries, and Ny Physical Therapy & Wellness located on Veterans Memorial Hwy is the best physical therapy office I’ve been to by far. The entire staff, Andrew, Kimberly, Rob, and Tariann are all amazing. Every staff member is super kind and you can tell they truly care about their patient’s needs. This is the only physical therapy place I’ve laughed and actually enjoyed myself at while getting done what we need to get done. I highly recommend Ny Physical Therapy & Wellness located on vets hwy to everyone!

2021-12-15NYPT was a very good choice. Everyone there is very pleasant and professional. They started rehabbing me five days after surgery and everything is coming along great. They really know what theyre doing. Rob does a great job!

2021-10-11I highly recommend NY Physical Therapy and Wellness, Bohemia. Kim McDonnell is a great therapist; knowledgeable, attentive and caring. She always answered my questions and addressed my concerns. The office is clean, staff is friendly and helpful and I’ve always felt comfortable during all my visits. I can’t say enough good things about this office!!

2021-12-02I love going to PT! Everyone in this office is so knowledgeable and so professional. They go above and beyond with explanations and are enthusiastic about what they do. They have an incredible rapport and make everyone feel comfortable. I recommend this facility whole-heartedly!
