NY Puppy club is the best groomer ever. I take my 3 Maltese there every month. You can literally go with any groomer and your dog will look amazing! All of the groomers are great and the staff is so helpful. I drive from Astoria every month & they even call me 30 min before my dogs are done so that they don’t have to sit in the crate! ❤️❤️❤️
I absolutely LOVE NY Puppy Club! I’ve taken my shiba, Nova here plenty of times for doggy day care, boarding and spa days! She always comes out looking so neat, clean & beautiful! Sue always does such an amazing job! I recommend taking your furry friends here, they always have a great assortment of treats, toys & essentials. You won’t be disappointed :)
We love Puppy Club! The staff are always helpful and super friendly and they’re great with the dogs! We shops for food, treats, toys and clothes there and never had an issue or problem. Lastly, we take our dog there for grooming and they do an awesome job and take great care of her while she’s there. We highly recommend puppy club for all your dog needs🐾

Ive boarded my puppy here after finding them online. I was happy with the care my puppy received, me leaving for a week I was hesitant, but the care taker Janet took pictures and videos of Ellie and I felt even more comfortable knowing I could see my puppy on camera as they have a Live video camera in the playroom. Since then Ive groomed my puppy at this location twice and Im very pleased with the care they took of my pup! I will definitely return and recommend them! 👌
Ive been bringing my dog here for grooming, and my dog always comes home looking perfect. The groomers are all extremely professional and kind, and the prices for the variety of services and products they offer in store is well within reasonable range. PetCo and similar big name pet stores might offer cheaper grooming services, but they never do it as well as NY Puppy Club.
First time coming here w my 1 yr old shihtzu and no complaints here on all aspects. Jenny was super attentive and understanding when it came to how difficult my pup might when grooming. Olive came out looking like a new pup! Affordable and high quality ☺️
NY Puppy Club is very professional and takes really good care of my dogs. They are patient and explain to me how the grooming went very nicely. My dog is somewhat feisty, but they do the best they can to make sure they get the job done. I appreciate their hard work and effort. I recommend NY Puppy Club for any pet necessities :)
Very great service. They groomed my puppy the exact way I wanted them too. I didn’t bring my puppies vaccine records and i thought i would have to reschedule but they were more then happy to help me contact my vet to send my puppies vaccine records. All in all an amazing service.
I’ve been taking my pups to NY PUPPY CLUB for grooming for YEARS!I love the care and attention to detail they receive.The retail store is fully stocked with an excellent variety of food, treats and toys, and they have the most amazing treat bar in the middle of the store.I would also like to add that they are a small local business who goes above and beyond to support a small local rescue, Camp Happy Tails NYC.I am grateful and have and will continue to highly recommend NY Puppy Club. 🙏🐾🐶
The groomer did a good job. We used to go to a different groomer but they can not clean my dog’s paws and nails. NY puppy club was able to do it. The groomer must be very friendly.. I could tell that my dog liked her even if it was their first meeting.
Love NY Puppy Club! have been taking my maltipoo Bella for the last 3 years she is treated with so much care and respect. Everyone is very friendly, professional and they take the time to answer my questions. Their prices are very reasonable and we get excellent service. I am so pleased with the puppy Club ,💗the groomer sue is amazing!! My 5pd Maltese was very matted and most groomers make it easy for them self and shave it all off, she didnt!💯💥 She shaved what had to be and cut.. what she can , and my boy was so well behaved that I took him for a puppuccino❤️I would attach a picture but I dont know how

I’ve been bringing my dog Snoopy here for years now! Since he was a puppy! We both love it there! Snoopy gets groomed by Ji Young and she takes such great care of him! Janet takes care of him while he’s in daycare and always keeps me updated! We keep him there whenever we are overseas and never have to worry! The owner is great and everyone is really friendly! Huge selection of food, treats and supplies! Puppy club is my kind of club!
I am extremely protective of my dog, I found this place on google and I am so happy I found a place where I really feel comfortable and confident to leave my dog in their hands. The staff are nice and professional, and reasonable priced. I had Jenny groom my morkie, she did exactly what I wanted. My dog was happy and not “shaky” so I feel she was treated very well.my lil baby girl looks and smells great. I will 100% take her back here.
Groomer Daniel is great! My dog is quite a biter and he was still able to get everything done and turned out very cute. Tysm :)
NY Puppy Club is such a wonderful facility! I’ve utilized both the doggy daycare and boarding services and my pup is always treated like family! The staff is extremely accommodating and will do whatever is necessary to keep your puppy safe and happy! I highly recommend NYC Puppy Club!

We love bringing our Javanese here. She always comes back smelling great. The grooming is done exactly as we want and there is never any problems. Even accommodate same day appointments. This is our go to place for grooming. Friendly and professional staff too. Highly recommend.
NY Puppy Club never fails when it comes to treating my little Nala like a princess and pampering her. She always comes out happy, clean and looking absolutely adorable with the sweetest accessories. Lydia (groomer) is fantastic and extremely sweet. I highly recommend putting your trust in her with your fur baby to make them look and feel amazing. My Nala is very whiny and fussy but Lydia has the magic touch to be able to cut Nalas hair and even brush her teeth. NY puppy club also provides the pet parents with a detailed report upon pick up of the fur baby which was very helpful when I brought Nala to the very with concerns with her teeth which Lydia had noted. NY Puppy Club is a welcoming atmosphere for not only pets but their parents as well.
I recently boarded my dog for a night for the first time here. They are put into large crate like nooks (I saw them; they looked decent) for the night. However, little did I know that they are in there from 7PM till 9:30/10AM. 15 hours, at least! Needless to say my dog and his sleep mat came out REEKING of urine. And there is no attendant for those hours. This seems dangerous, borderline abusive to me.
NY Puppy Club does the absolute best job grooming our dog. The groomers are all so caring and kind and do such a great job. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable place to get your dog groomed you will not be disappointed. Our dog gets so excited when we bring him. Thanks NYPC!

It was our Yorkipoos first time getting groomed so I researched a lot when I finally found NY puppy club which is so close to where I live I would always see it and did a lot of research on them I found their Instagram read reviews and I thought this is the place I will take my pup the reviews and everything just seemed like the groomers really did care about the all the pups that they were taking care of. I was so happy with the experience, the service, the groomer and just everything exceeded my expectations. Extremely clean, friendly and just all of the above not only did they make sure my pup was comfortable but made sure I was comfortable. I’m so happy I found my pups forever groomer! The staff is friendly. They hv a large variety of dog food n treats. I get my dogs nails trimmed there and they do a really great job. Its a little extra yo hv them filed after cutting but no place Ive gone to before hand did as good a job on my 60 lb dog.
First time going was scared about the bad reviews but I saw most wer a year old.nothing be good reviews after. Took my 4 month old teddy bear and Carla was amazing with him will definitely request her again.
My dog is a rescue dog…he comes with some issues. His groomer, Daniel has been great when it comes to grooming my dog Niko. Truly appreciate his work! Daniel does an awesome job every time!
My dog loves NY Puppy Club and her groomer Sori! She normally hates bath time at home, but is always happy and excited to go to NYPC and we’ve been coming here for years. No protesting, no whining. It’s like a social visit for her! Everyone there is super nice and they always know who my dog and I are as soon as we walk in. I always get the Full Service with Tooth Brushing. Sori is sweet, very professional and does a great job with my dog.My dog has also attended doggy daycare here. It’s a great service and you can even peek in occasionally on their Live Cam. It’s nice to see that they have an attendant in the room playing with and cleaning up after the dogs. They also have what I call the time-out pods that they can put the dogs in if they’re getting too feisty with each other or just need a break. I would definitely recommend NY Puppy Club to any pet parent looking for grooming and/ or day care. My dog hasn’t tried the overnight boarding, but I would assume they would take the same care with her as they do with everything else.
Went for just nail trimming for a 10 lb mini schnauzer. Walked in with vaccination info they requested. Took less than 10 minutes and was around $10+tax (I think the price change depending on the breed and weight of the dog)! She came out happy and shorter-nailed 👏👏👏👏👏.Used to get her groomed pre-COVID in Bayside, but the store closed during COVID. Tried trimming at home with dog grooming stands, hammock, dremel(?), etc... but nope. I only got left with teeth scratch marks and scratches almost every time (Yes, Ive used desensitization methods). She did not like the another groomer I tried, and was going to take her to a vet to get it done (as her nails were getting out of hand) but I saw this place and wanted to try it as last resort. Im so glad I did. I will be returning ❤️

My first time at this NY puppy club. I used to be an avid customer for the older location, until I had an incident with a groomer and felt she was rude so I stopped going.However this place I got nothing but a welcome feeling. There is a guy that works the front desk. Fluent in korean and English. He is extremely helpful and friendly. I forgot my pups vaccination papers. My pet hospital faxed it over and he went out of his way to make me copies. While it isnt a big deal. It was a kind gesture.Grooming:I went here to get my pup groomed. First time grooming here. Howver the groomer weve had experience with. Gromer miss Ha Mi is very experienced and talented. She is always able to make my dogs face very round shaped. She gets all the hair in his ears and around his nose. Very happy with her grooming abilities.Price for grooming was $65 with tax and $10 for tip to the groomer.8lb yorkieThey accept credit cards and cash.The store is very organized and easy to find products. The day I went the place was clean. They have a hand sanitizer before you open the door. All employees had masks on.Before and after with my dog.
This place is great. I took my 7 mth old pup for his 1st grooming session. He was pretty matted because hes not a big fan of the grooming experience lol but they did an awesome job. I will be using them from now on.
Been taking my dogs her for years. Stopped going because its out of the way and glad I came back. I was taking my dogs to various PetSmarts and the difference is like night and day. They know how to cut hair really well. Can they be called hairstylists? Hahaha
My dog spotty has been going here for 3 yrs now. Her groomer jiang is amazing. I feel soo comfortable to leave my dog there for grooming. Very clean and excellent service. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I bring my puppy to the spot about once a week for a blowout, and they do an amazing job with her every time. The staff is super friendly and kind to my dog, and they also do a great job with the grooming as well. The store has a very wide selection of different dog food and dog treats, which makes it an amazing experience for my dog every time she comes here before her groom.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE FOR SIMPLE GROOMING CARE. ESPECIALLY IF YOUR DOG IS VERY SENSITIVE AND SCARED. THIS PLACE ACT AS IF THEY HAVE PROFESSIONALS BUT THEY USE UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS FOR SIMPLE NAIL TRIMMING, EAR CLEANSING, TEETH ETC. MY DOG WHEN TO GET NAIL TRIMMED BUT HE GOT KICKED OUT AND APPARENTLY THEY HAVE VERY POOR CONDITION FOR CHEAPER SERVICES LIKE THEY WOULD CHAIN YOUR DOG WITH UNSAFE METAL CHAINS ON THE NECK AND HANG ON THE TABLE. AFTER MY DOG GOT KICKED OUT HE GOT A SEVERE BLOODSHOT ON HIS BOTH EYES AND WENT TO VET AND THEY SAID THIS PLACE SHOULDN’T TREAT A DOG LIKE THAT. VERY CRUEL NO MERCY ON DOGS BUT THEY ACT THEY DO FOR EXPENSIVE SERVICES ONLY. DON’T EVER GO PLEASE DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Okay, so I did A LOT of searching to find a good place to take my long-haired cat to get groomed for the first time ever. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like a commonly done thing and most of the reviews are about pups! SO FOR ALL YOU CAT OWNERS, HERE’S A KITTY GROOMING REVIEW!The groomer was absolutely lovely and seemed like she genuinely loved cats! She took the time to let me pick the length of my cat’s fur as I’ve never had her groomed before and was unaware of styles etc. She was honest and told me that she would try her best to leave it on the longer side but would aim to even out her fur (as I had cut out some mats and may have left some bald spots... oopsie). She did an amazing job and my cat came back looking adorable! Of course, as we all know with cats, she came back a little shaken from a day out from home but was not scared or showing any distressed signs (she came home, ate and drank). That tells me she was treated well. No nicks in her skin and her nails were trimmed not too short so her nerves weren’t clipped. I also had her teeth brushed and they look much better than before. This place is great and staff both on the phone and in person were very nice! Thank you for giving my Yuki a pleasant experience! I will definitely bring my cat back if she ever needs a trim again! :)(Have included before and after photos, don’t mind her RBF lol she’s a happy cat)
Ive been taking my year old dog Cocopuff to NY puppy for his grooming . He loves all his groomers here ! Before I took him to Petco for grooming he got bad experience with those groomers their and start having anxiety . I found out those groomers in Petco are aggressive.They love to yell and scream even when Im on the phone with them . Thumbs up for NY puppy club !
Customer service is an issue here. Told to come in at a certain time for doggy daycare assessment. Upon arrival, I’m told they’re too busy. No apologies either. Would not recommend.

After grooming (june 15 2020, 1pm to 4pm), our doggy cannot run. Now , our doggy is in hospital. Veterinarians recommends using four wheels Wheelchairs.Our doggy dont have any running problem before grooming. We complained our doggy condition to ny puppy club president but he said to us I am sorry , but Im not responsible for your doggy accident. Our whole family are so upset now and hate this store.

After Grooming at NY PUPPY CLUB, My doggy was injured and paralyzed on right side leg ( june 15 2020 1 pm to 4 pm ). My doggy was hospitalized on june 23 and discharged from the Animal hospital on june 30 2020. Now my doggy is being on medication & acupuncture. After medical treatment, our whole family longs for my dogs being healed completely.Finally, I bitterly regret what I visited NY PUPPY CLUB....
My 5 year old pup has only had 1 groomer her whole pup life- Haemi Unnie is very professional and you can tell she does really care about animals.
I wouldnt go any where else, a very professional service and a wonderful staff. They take great care of every animal with their safety always first as offering their expertise on grooming, food, and wonderful toys. They have a very nice area for puppy day care where the dogs can socialize and play as well as safe overnight boarding. 😀
My 2 boy Dogs have been going for years to puppy Club for grooming, they do an amazing job, the dogs come home happy, The treats they sale are very good I highly recommend them.Appointments for grooming are always to you availability and daycare it was a great experience with the puppy club , daycare you can always see thru camera what is your dog doing as much as you like, Most dogs are very friendly and love to mingle , Your dog will thank you if you take him to the Puppy Club.
My Grandpup goes to the daycare and sometimes he gets bored if we need to got to an event. You can watch them on live cam too. My grandpup comes home so tired from playing with the other dogs. He loves it there.They are the nicest people, I highly recommend NY Puppy Club.

The staffs are very friendly there !My Coco puff didnt complaint a bit. I used to them him to Petco . OMG ! He got anxiety from those people because they love yelling and screaming . Here he feels calm although hes a hyper ! Now we come here every 2 months to get my Coco puff pamper !
My dog was great and I was informed to be there at 3 for pick up and I wasnt allowed to pick up until 4 oclock due to overbooking possibly

I highly recommend Ji Young. Very professional efficient and patient with us. Hazel got his first haircut 2 weeks ago. We really didnt know what should be done. She took her time, explained everything, answered all our questions, made recommendations and our puppy looks great. She seems to be very experienced and caring. All the staff are friendly and helpful but Ji Young was extraordinary. We will go back for sure.

I would not recommend this place to anyone for grooming. I brought my 1 year old Morkie and asked the groomer to give my dog a nice cute haircut, but the result was of little effort. He is a long fluffy haired dog and all they did was shave him down and his ears were left minimally touched which also looked uneven on either sides.To be completely honest, when I saw him I could not recognize him, not in a good way. To make matters worse, after getting him back his ears were heavily inflamed, red and has a foul odor. It looks like he is going to develop an ear infection. After coming home my dog was not acting like himself and was very distanced. My dog continued to nip all around his body and mostly on an area in which they shaved too deeply near his genital area which led to a big hot spot. I came to this place with high expectations but I was left feeling disappointed and robbed.Again, I highly do not recommend this place. My poor baby does not deserve this. Choose at your discretion.

My angel baby loves it the staff is friendly to pet parents and the pets . She loves puppy play time she has so much fun with the women who run the daycare play time and she comes home exhausted and it gives me a peace of mind knowing that my dog is in such good hands.

This was my first time leaving my dog in boarding and I couldnt be happier that I left my puppy with NY Puppy Club. What really sets them apart is the live camera that I obsessed over while I was gone. However, even with the camera they still sent me personal photos and videos of my dog giving me more reason to relax. Every single staff member was super helpful and considerate. The only real issue is that the dogs are just expected to pee inside which kind of hurts house training but for an extra $8 you can schedule 2 walks. I would never wanna leave my puppy behind for another trip but if I had to I would leave him with them.
I always bring my dogs there to boarding, I like this place because have such space to my dogs play , and very nice rooms for them , the petsitting ladies really are pet lovers. I can recognize when some body loves the animals because Im also work in pet business. Thank you for care my boys Milo & Taquito.

Have no words how happy i am with the service NY PUPPY CLUB provided my dog.My dog had gotten groomed, by a unprofessional groomer prior to visiting NY PUPPY CLUB. I love NY puppy club they are very profesional to do the job ,even sometimes the customer service are very rude and impolite, cuplé of times they have argument over the counter, which is no nice we pay good money for the service but I hope the customer service can be better.
I took my dog twice. We will go again. Be specific about what you want. They cut the hair on the bridge of the dogs nose. I didnt like that. I know for next time.
They are extremely helpful and the customer service is excellent. I just got my puppy and I have come in to return and exchange coats and they have never given me an issue as long as I have my receipt. Employees are helpful and provide me guidance to make any and all purchases for my puppy.
They are the first groomers (took to Unleashed, Petco) not to complain trimming my pugs nails. Maybe hes more senior now and doesnt struggle. The basic bath which includes nails is less than the price of a self-wash and a nail trim by a vet. I also had a chance lately to see what dog food they carry and its pretty good price-wise. I will be coming here for my dog food and grooming! The only drawback is unlike the vet where you go back with the dog or the Petco where there are glass windows, you cant see what happens and your dog cant say anything but Paddy my pug doesnt seem out of breath or panting whenever I pick him up or wait for his nail trim!

I love the attention my dog gets. Janet takes care of her when i take Jewel for boading I just wish Janet would work at NY puppy club more days..Jewel is very nervous how ever Janet seems to make Jewel feel at home ..everyone is very nice groomers are nice and friendly the entire staff is.. the store is well equipped with pet food ,toys,treats and tons of pet accessories. Im happy with the service my puppy received from NY Puppy Club. The groomer is always patient with Marley . Shes always happy when I pick her up.
Recently, I brought my little Yorkie terrier pup for her first grooming at NYPuppy Club on Northern Blvd and 191 St. Her groomer , Chris, did an amazing job- in 2 hours, my little Nessie looked amazing, trimmed and bathed, exactly as I asked ! I can’t say enough about her grooming as I have been to many other groomers with my prior pet and was never as pleased . Thank you Chris from Nessie and her mommy - we will be back in a few months.
Daycare was very great until many vet billsThey probably need a holiday surcharge and be more strict on health requirements. During the holidays, there’s many dogs. These are not regulars.My puppy got sick twice in a row (parasite, and followed by kennel cough). Each time taking pup back, symptom shows up when I take her home. I don’t take pup to dog park or anywhere. So most likely got it here. I believe there’s a parasite going on in that daycare. I heard owners not knowing why their pup has diarrhea and I also saw on the cam, another dog had massive diarrhea while spinning in circle. We have all our shots updated. In fact, the Bordetella should be every 6 months but they didn’t ask for it, even though we had ours (still got sick!)They also leave poop around because the handler steps out for awhile. They shouldn’t leave dogs unattended and should clean up immediately.

I took my dog for grooming last Friday, noticed he left with a couple rashes On his back, and by Monday I noticed he was scratching severely his ear and we had to take him to the vet. And he had an ear infection. We called puppy club and all we got from them was explanations not even an apology.
I tried this place out for the first time staff is so nice and easy to speak with, my dog King was happy and I was satisfied with the grooming. I will return

Very surprising. A lot more going on inside than youd expect from the outside. This place is clean, friendly and very busy. Grooming, boarding and decent prices. Dont be afraid to stop in instead of going to the big box pet store.
I took my puppies here for the first time and they loved it, they were so tired after playing they just feel asleep on the ride home. usually, they are nervous and get sick with anxiety. But here was like there second home.. We will always use them when in NYC..... Thanks for taking great care of my babies..
This location was previously at 162nd, they are now even bigger and finally offer a lot more products. their daycare and boarding has been upgraded to fair beyond my expectations! bigger rooms for the dogs and even a bigger daycare room! i recommend everyone to go to the new location and check it out!!! they also offer grooming as well.
Super sweet and attentive staff. I love their store mascots (doggies) that greet you behind the counter :) great prices and item selection!

I took my dog to get her nails cut and I heard her yelling very loudly (customers are not allowed to enter the area where they groom/cut nails.) After she was done, she couldn’t stop shaking. These workers seemed like they were not trained to do this. When I came home, I found out that she was bleeding from THREE of her nails. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Do not bring your pets here.
They leave dogs unattended during daycare but the handler are usually nice and interactive with all the dogs.Your dog’s bed is shared so no point of bringing your items or things to relieve the dog from stress. Your dog will be stressed. I’ve also found some other kind of food in my dog’s bed for boarding. That means if your dog is allergic to something then be careful.

They shaved my both dogs after specifically mentioned not to. I can do that myself, why would i pay $200 for someone to do it. Uneven cut too. Ugh, what a mess. Never going back there.
I highly recommend NY Puppy Club for their wide selection of quality pet food and products. The variety of treats is great and my dog food brand is always in stock. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My dog was really agitated when I picked him up which was abnormal when he gets groomed. He keeps picking at his skin because it is short and uneven. Didn’t smell good, he is really scared which is not like him at all. He kept rubbing his skin. Won’t bring him back.
I just went to return doggie food with fungus. I purchased it 3days ago. The female staff in the register said we need to contact the company directly. But I am running retail business in NJ, so I understand store policy. However, I am regular customer over there and this is F O O D for lovely pets. I am so upset. And I would like to tell local neighbors not to go there any more. This is really sucks. She didnt call store manager or owner even though I requested to talk to them because I know them. She just pretend not to listen to me. D I s g u t I n g.
This is the closest pet store near my house. Ive been coming here after noticing that they have quite a selection of items that I regularly purchase for my cat, including the INABA Churu and Feline Greenies (cat nip flavor). They have cookies and jerky for pets as well as other pet supplies that you need. If you also found out that they didnt have the item you want to buy, you can always call ahead to put in an order and pick it up when its available. Dont forget to register your phone number so you can earn points that you can use toward your purchase!

Awesome experience, they had a clearance of items set up outside the store, plenty of beds $10-20, wee wee mats 100 for $24, 200 for $40, blankets for $5 and toys for $1.99. Staff was also super nice and helpful.

I took my 9 year old Frenchie for grooming when I picked him up His eyes were super irritated and water when on his ear causing me to give him medicine for an ear infection when I called to let the manager know I didn’t even get a sorry he Try to say my vet of 9 years didn’t know what he was saying I will never step foot in this place again neither should u.

2022-01-22Since 2019 Ive been a monthly customer. As a dog owner theres nothing like knowing your pup is in good hands. The staff is friendly and professional. The store is always clean and neatly stocked with goodies and accessories. Sue is a great groomer and always takes good care of my Milo. And hes always a happy pup when I pick him up. And thats priceless.

2022-05-13We really love NY Puppy Club. It’s very far from our home but it’s worth the trip every time. Our dog loves Sue, and he doesn’t like anyone, he can be very anxious around people but Sue makes him feel calm. His hair appointments exceed our expectations every time. 2022-06-11Our go-to for grooming and specialty treats. Su, our groomer, is always so sweet, patient, and thorough with my pup and I. I couldn’t be happier with the cut and my pups mood when I pick her up. She is calm and happy (and usually an anxious dog when I Leave her somewhere). We travel from Brooklyn to come here because I know my pup will be in good hands.I always pick up some treats while I wait with the help of the girls in the store- their selection of treats, toys, pet birthday items, and all things pets can’t be topped. They have adorable and healthy bakery items (donuts, cupcakes, cookies, little pies!) for pups, and really cute toys I haven’t seen elsewhere. Thank you Su and NYPC!

2022-02-23We have been having our Silky Yorkie Max groomed at NY Puppy Club for the past three years (2019) we are very happy with his cuts. At first he was a little frightened, but as he got to know his groomer, he has gained trust in her. Sori is excellent and has always given him a nice cut, paying attention to detail which complements his breed.

2022-02-10I love this place both for grooming and shopping for my dog’s needs. The Grooming is great! I know that all the groomers are very good and I am very picky about my dog’s haircuts. I’ve changed groomers 3+ times before finding NY Puppy Club. They always have appointments because they have multiple groomers who are all good at what they do. I personally always go to Jenny because my dog is nervous and he seems to like her. I like him to see the same person every time, plus she was so sweet and gave him a Christmas treat bag during the holiday season when I brought him for a grooming in December. For food and other things I love that they carry really high quality brands like bones & co. They are one of the very few places that carry such a great dog food brand as well as the goat milk. The people who work there are nice and have a good attitude which is honestly the number one reason I’ll keep going back to a business is a pleasant experience. Bonus is that you’re supporting small local business! Which I love doing. Oh! and for grooming you can’t tip on the card so always make sure you bring cash to tip your groomer.

Jenny was my groomer she was very careful, professional, and considerate about my puppy options and style cut. 2022-05-17Your fur baby will be in great hands at Puppy Club. Its a great place to drop off your dog when you know you wont be home for a period of time and you dont want your pup(s) to be left home all alone. My dog goes to daycare at least once a week if not more. He really enjoys daycare and sleeps like a baby when he gets home from using all his energy versus him being home all day laying around. I love that I can watch my dog at daycare while Im at home or work and theres a staff member who is in the room watching/playing with the dogs. Lastly, the staff is wonderful!
