We worked with Imtiaz who is incredible! NY Space Finders is a great agency that can be trusted. Our realtor Imtiaz made a very stressful process become seamless. We signed a lease with him for a new apartment! He’s incredibly responsive 7 days a week at all times, which put our minds at ease. His decade of experience in the Queens area shows—he really knows what he’s doing. Worst experience with a real estate broker Ive ever had. Be sure you finalize EVERYTHING before you pay the broker fee!I had the misfortune to work with an agent who, after I paid the fee, became nasty, rude, and unprofessional to the point of being abusive and threatening. Highly doubtful he would have treated me the same had I been a man.
