Four Sanitation employees at the site with not much to do apparently, but efficient and friendly. However it took an hour on the phone with 311 and Web trolling to find an exact address and asking around at the multi-block Sanitation facility to find the drop-off point--absolutely no signage for the public.

The proper way to get rid of tires, tvs and tech. Be prepared to wait on line for a few minutes (in your car) but its a great feeling cleaning out your place the correct way! Workers are friendly and helpful. You need nyc id!

Really appreciate the DSNY Team at College Point. I was confused about how bulk pickup works; the team helped me understand the nuances. They were helpful & accessible; told me when to call back, and yes, they picked up our couches. Getting rid of furniture without having to shell out $400+. Thanks!!!

Super easy paint drop-off! I drove up and handed off the paint to a Sanitation Employee, and I immediately drove off. Saturday’s from 10am-5pm.
