Great guy to do business with. He gave me an awesome deal on an earls fairy wrasse. Great communication the whole time. The Fish was packed and shipped with care.

First off I ordered a $150 fish and also payed $50 for shipping. normal. The fish came early then expected. Half of the water leaked out of the 2 bags the fish had been packaged in. There was also no oxygen left in the bag. The fish came dead after being in transit for less then 12 hours. this all started back in September of 2021 after trying to get a replacement species sent out for 6 months while speaking directly with the owner Nick, he has stopped responding to me and I am out $200. I am not satisfied at all with my experience with this company and I take this 200 as a loss and spread the word about this company. Nick is also affiliated with frag farm coral. I will never do business with nyc fish and corals or Frag farm corals in my life and I hope they go out of business. Ps. 0 stars

I was referred to this store from a friend of mine. I’ve tried different online websites and retail stores and never really found a place that I was really happy with. The pieces of coral and fish I’ve gotten from NYC Fish and Corals have been amazing. Everything has arrived alive and healthy and has thrived in my 200 gallon reef tank. Nick, the owner is helpful in resolving issues you may be having with your tank as well. They also stand behind what they sell. I had an instance where I lost a fish a week after acclimating into my tank and they worked with me on replacing it! Great customer service and an awesome selection of livestock. If you like larger pieces of coral like me you definitely want to check this place out!

There service and selection is outstanding. I bought torches realized I had the same one. Was able to message qnd get it straighten out before shipping.... I WOULD recommend NYC to everyone serious about reefing. I look forward to my next purchase.....

I bought a fish from here on 8-9-21. The fish was a more difficult fish to get and keep alive. It came in happy and healthy. Would purchase livestock from here again.
