Ive been going to NYC Natural Facefit for 3 years now. The Doctor is spectacular. She is not only super knowledgeable on products and services, but she also has all the patience in the world to thoroughly explain them and offer the service. She leaves no questions unanswered, giving honest and appropriate recommendations. I am always happy with the results and superior level of customer service that I receive at this place.
Ive had fillers / Botox since my 20s at various places all over the US and beyond . Not only did I have a personal appointment with her, she was so easy to talk to and work with . No upselling just straight talk and I am going back in two weeks for someupgrades that I decided to do myself . Clean comfortable office w easy parking and the office staff was super nice . Highly recommend !
I get Botox regularly every two months for two years as I prefer no movement. When I asked how much I want I got what I always ask for- except the nurse said I should purchase an additional 20. I have never in two years needed more and I have never had movement. Weeks later only half my forehead is done. I don’t know what they use or where Alena learned placement but I will never go back. When I Emailed then for a touch up as other places do she called me back and said I needed to pay for it. Why would I go back to her when she did it wrong the first time?! Maybe she was trying to pad her pocket but the company lost me as a client.
I came here twice. Once in July for a laser treatment to even out my skin tone, sort of like fraxel. And again, a few days ago, in November , to see Lori for Botox around the eyes. I am so appreciative of that. What a caring practice!
She did a great job adding more volume to my lips. I think she offers a great value for the level of expertise and attention to detail you get. I told her the results I was interested in achieving (subtle but fuller) and she delivered it
Ive been seeing her for Botox for nearly a year now and I absolutely love the results! She is very aware and careful not to over do it, which I greatly appreciate. Shes super professional, knowledgeable and transparent about any procedure youre interested in. I also feel very comfortable visiting the office during the COVID-19 outbreak. All prevention procedures/sanitization are clearly being executed at the office.
I have had the opportunity to visit this office three times now. Each visit has been a very positive experience. The staff is courteous, professional, and efficient. The Dr. is knowledgeable and timely. In each case the issue has been resolved first time and follow up has been prompt. I do highly recommend NYC for Botox services.
She is the only person I trust for filler and botox. Shes takes the time to listen to your needs and is very meticulous with her work. The results come out very natural looking. I highly highly recommend NYC Natural Facelift.
I had my first round of botox here with and decided to get lip fillers as well. She was fabulous, kind and my face looks completely natural! Going back next week to get more.
I absolutely love this Skin care clinic! The Dr. and his staff are very efficient. This has been my spot for all my minimally invasive treatments which include; injectables (Lip fillers ,Botox), laser treatment and facials.
More than an aesthetician. They have qualified medical professional. Conservative approach to treatment, and takes the time to discuss options, and realistic outcomes. Very pleasant to work with, and follows up to check on post-treatment recovery. Trust her judgment completely. Very happy with results.
The receptionist has terrible people skills, is lazy and condescending. I went there yesterday for Botox and was a first time patient. I had my hair tied in a scrunchie that a friend that passed away had given me and set it on top of my coats I had taken off then went in a back room to get my procedure. About 10 minutes after I left, I noticed I forgot to grab it and called asking if she could look around to see if it had fallen on the floor. She wouldn’t event look and was like “you’re calling for a scrunchie?!?! No one has turned it in” of course no one would “turn in it” I was the ONLY customer there the entire time and I JUST left. She would need to get out of her chair and actually look and go in the room I got Botox and look there. She wouldn’t even take my number in case it showed up. It was close to the end of the day and figured they’d be closing up soon so I’d call again the next day in hopes of getting someone else. I called in the morning the next day and it was the same person! She said no one has turned it in. Again, there were no people other than her, the aesthetician, and myself. Again when I asked her to look she said the office is closed and she’s not there. So then why even say no one’s turned it in when the office is closed?!?! Is it SO hard to stand up and walk a few feet? Her entire attitude, tone, and demeanor were horrendous the entire time. I even had to ask if I could leave gratuity for the aesthetician because she just closed out the transaction without asking and had to run my card again. Never going here again. Why would a business put someone with such terrible people skills at the reception desk?
NYC Natural Facelift are eccentric characters. If you want someone dull with a fancy store, dont come here. If you want someone who is an artist with Juvederm and Botox, seek them! Just trust her - she knows whats what. Roland is her office manager. Hes super nice and very accommodating.
Love getting skincare here!! Sunny, the boss lady, is super nice and tailors your facials to your needs. They always offer packages that can save you a lot of money.I customized a treatment plan for me based on the previous facials as well as current skin condition. Cher also gives the best massages. Strong hands. Ive gotten a facial with another lady, forget her name but she was great as well.Tried the gold facial, which is supposed to remove impurities and detoxes your skin, along with a little LED therapy and extractions. Left feeling super relaxed and rejuvenated.
I dont know how to say thank you to this clinic but I hope this 5 star will reflect my gratitude. Gave be a discount and I am glad they did. The procedure was a BIG success and I feel so beautiful right now, thanks to the doctor.

I had a wonderful visit at NYC Natural Facefit yesterday with receiving botox. Everyone couldnt being nicer. My wait was very short and the results are wonderful. I highly recommend their clinic.
This is my second time going back here to finish the work they started. The journey started with addressing my eye troughs back in May 2021 and this time, I went in to address my sunken cheek, laugh lines, forehead lines, crows feet, and lips. This journey has been awesome.
I loved my microneedling experience with NYC Natural Facefit. It was my first time and I will definitely book another session in the future. It left my skin glowing, soft and my acne scars are gone.
I have always had a great experience with any and all Botox and filler treatments. They offer most anything and will take the time to sit and explain everything to you.
Am so disappointed and upset with the result on my face. I got the Botox here and it totally ruined my face line. I told the doc to be careful of it cuz I have a bad experience with Botox before.She didnt seem to care even much, but already injected it super fast.Tbh, I felt like I wasnt in a clinic with a doctor but being in some factory that ppl give injections to ppl fast and efficiently. Never going back.
Fraud Alert. Their Botox does not work and could possibly be ! I never write reviews but after reading customer reviews on Groupon it looks like many others have had the same terrible experience. They be using watered down Botox, saline or expired product because I saw NO results from 40 units. I went 3 times 2- 3 weeks apart between August and October of 2020. They even had me pay more money for touch-ups and suggested that I am probably immune to Botox. (Ive had it before but not nearly enough for that too possible). The nurse seemed quiet and even nervous when I questioned the efficacy. The owner was downright rude and took no responsibility. Buyer Beware!
I had a great experience. I saw RN Kameela Lall for preventative Botox. I had a lot of questions and she made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything, drew on my face to show me where she would be injecting. The results look great. At rest I look the same, did not alter my expressions at all, and when I lift my eyebrows she strategically placed the botox so I don’t have any horizontal lines when I make expressions. I highly recommend.
Stay away from this place. If you buy groupon, they limit to one area only... Unprofessional communication, very rude. Especially the dark-haired woman at the desk that acts like she just came out of jail. They chasing only short-term gains, absolutely don’t care about customer experience. This makes the quality of overall procedures and the products they use questionable...

Buyer beware! Got a package through groupon. Wanted botox in my jaw. They dont do that area without a 200 dollar upcharge. Ruined my day and in serious pain.

2021-12-09I went to NYC Natural Facelift for my first botox injections, and the doctor who saw me was incredible. She was really knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything she did and why she did it. I was apprehensive because I am allergic to needles, yet she made me feel completely at ease. The spa was immaculate, and the entire staff was quite nice and welcoming. I really advise you to visit!!

2021-12-10The spa is adorable and modern. The surrounding region is spotless. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I had a lip flip done by a doctor who knew everything there was to know about injectables. She went over everything that would happen before, during, and after the injections with me. I was completely at ease the entire time. I cant wait to return and try the filler!

2021-12-10This was my first time at a Medical Spa, not just here, but anywhere, and let me tell you, these guys are incredible! They are extremely friendly and make you feel at ease. 2021-12-09I had my first lip fillers here a few weeks ago, and the treatment was fantastic. The doctor made the entire procedure quite comfortable for me and reassured me throughout. I can see the genuine effects now that my lips are mostly healed, and theyre amazing. I will most certainly return in the future.

2021-12-06I did my Botox treatment last week and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! I have had Botox treatments in the past but Ive never been as pleased with the results. The Dr. is very gentle and I didnt bruise at all. The results are very natural. She is a great shooter! The facilities are very clean and it was a totally good experience. I will definitely return.

He walked me through several filler options without pressuring me at all, and then delivered incredible results. I will definitely go back. 2021-12-05I had my third Botox treatment with NYC Natural Facelift and I am so pleased with the results. She knows just where to inject for a natural look. I also had Voluma and Juvaderm and I love the results! She is very gentle and a true professional. Great location and clean office. I very highly recommend.

2021-10-03This place is a haven, I dont know how I lived without it. She did my fillers and Botox, and she did an incredible job-- the best injector Ive had in my 7 years of getting cosmetic procedures. The pricing and packages are insanely fair and very creative. I love this spot!
