I wish I would have an option for zero star. Horrible, unacceptable and unprofessional costumer service!!!The guy working there this morning was literally yelling at me, PAY. PAY. PAY FIRST. I have been coming to this place for almost two years now. Same car. Same time. Each time I pay $20. they charged me $30 this morning. I asked them why I had to pay extra this time. They told me to wait for the manager. Of course the manager never showed up. Then one of the guys came out from the office and started yelling at me. It was really out of nowhere. Totally ruined my day. They lost their loyal costumer today. Never come back.
Worse garage I have parked everyday in NYC for the past 25 years. They only care about how much money they can make from the monthly parking customers. I waited more than 30 min to get my car. No system at all or the system is only for monthly parking customers. We waited until more than ten people came before us and another ten people came after us got their car before we asked the attendant. The monthly Parkers just came in, showed their face and the attendant brought their cars out like magic while we daily parkers waited on the street, this time 30 min for me. Attendent name JUAN was rude and tell us not to park there again while we asked him why we waited for this long and meanwhile other people after us left. Not one single word of apologies. This was not the first time. And JUAN was right, I will never park there again and will let all my associates know who work in the area.
We reserved our spot through SpotHero, and when we arrived the valet driver said that the garage was full and we have to call spothero to figure it out ourselves. I saw available spaces but the valet had the audacity to say “I have to save these for people that pay $600 monthly”. We are not getting this parking for free, we are paying customers just like everyone else. Also, a Maserati pulled up behind us, and a parking spot suddenly became available.
I take care of my car very well, and always parked in my garage. The body of my car is in perfect condition without any scratches or dents. Today I parked my car in 106 Mott St garage with my wife. When we picked up the car, my wife immediately realized several big scratches on the driver side of the car. I confronted the parking attendant about the scratches. He denied he caused the scratches. Both my wife and I are very certain that the scratches were happened in this garage.
The review below me, Jamie, had a very similar experience. I purchased parking through an app, and even though I had showed it to the attendant, he still charged me full price. Very unprofessional and rude, and even though this is the closest parking lot to me, Ill park at Edison ParkFast instead.
I was the victim of homophobic abuse today by the old man that runs this garage. When I told him I was unhappy with their treatment & was going to leave a poor review I was told “go ahead, we’ll be fine, we don’t want your kind here”I started using this garage because they have an EV charger but the abuse is not worth it! Go elsewhere!
Used this parking lot since its closest to my office. My engagement ring and Apple Watch were stolen right out of my car by the employees here. If youre going to use their parking service, lock your things up! Please take your house keys with you also! If theyre capable of blatant theft you dont know what else theyre willing to do.
Parked here to visit the San Genarro Feast, paid $50 for a small car for a couple of hours. Then to top it off noticed the next day that I had a dent in the drivers side door and the paint was chipped. Tried calling all day and no one answers the phone here. Avoid this place if possible.
Chaos... If there was one word to describe the atmosphere, its chaos. The relatively small staging area is used to load and unload cars in to an elevator used by the attendants, and this is what causes problems. Dropping off and picking up cars is hindered by the small staging area, the car elevator and lack of enough staff. What compounds the problem is small yet busy Mott Street that makes entering and leaving the structure a hassle and a hindrance. This parking lot suffers from locale and logistics and not management or service.

AS YOU CAN SEE, ONLY ONE BAD REVIEW DOESNT MEAN ANYTHING...YOU SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS AND NOT TRY TO ACCUSED OTHERS.
This NYC Parking has been in operation for about 40 years. The service is general, close to the police station, safe, but facing the street, and the street is too embarrassing, making it difficult for vehicles to enter and exit. Pedestrians pass through the parking lot and walk. It is also very inconvenient.

2022-06-26Well parked here for work at 12:30 pm. I told them I would be back between 4:30 and 6am. At 5:10 am I am here and no one is coming when I hit the ring for attendant. No one is picking up when I call the number and I hear ringing.

2022-07-21We got here around 1115am (we were talking about the time before we arrived so I know it was after 11am.) And our ticket said 1048am. We made note of the time when we left because we didnt want to pay for more than an hour. We didnt realize it until we got back to pick up our car. My fiance told them the time was wrong but the employee was extremely rude and basically held the car hostage until we paid. They absolutely ripped us off for an extra hour. Do not go here if you can help it.

2020-10-28You know when you’re having a crazy day and someone just absolutely makes your day and you know people are good at heart?! The attendant who checked me in yesterday (bald super sweet Spanish man but I didn’t get his name sadly) was so wonderful in honoring the 11 AM special given I had waited in line for about 20 minutes to enter the garage and finally made it at around 1102. It made me smile amongst the chaos in the world and Chinatown midday!! :) thank you to that man.I didn’t give it five stars because it is very very chaotic and jams up traffic at that time given so many people are trying to get in at the same time. Also it took about 30 minutes to get my car around 3pm as well. Thank god I wasn’t in too much of a rush.

2020-02-20We reserved a spot with spothero. When we arrived, cars were parked in a line and even left on the sidewalk. After not seeing a single person for 5 minutes, I got out of the car to find a worker. The worker was in a car, HONKED obnoxiously at me, ZOOMED up toward me (almost hitting me), and yelled at me to get back in my car. For the rest of the exchanges that we had, he was yelling at us and giving us an attitude. Never EVER returning back here. Worst service I’ve ever received from anywhere.

2019-03-17Can pre-purchase discounted rate on parking app (cant recall which at the moment). $20 rather than the $46 on site. The staff is definitely not friendly and did try to charge me the full price when I picked up my car, but I of course had my receipt on my phone and they corrected it. I have an electric car and they fully charged it while they had it which was fantastic.

2019-07-282 stars only for location convenience. The man I encountered that worked there was so rude. I showed him the discount on an app I wanted to use but I wasn’t sure how to use it. He had already printed out a ticket for me, so when I said I wanted the discount price from the app he literally ripped the ticket out of my hand in a really nasty way and was sooo rude to me. When we got back to get the car, they tried to charge me the normal rate even though I already paid the discount rate! Took forever to get my car. Not enough staff. Never again.

2019-04-08It was a great stay overall. The cars were handled pretty fast, the staff is okay. I did not receive any damage to my car but Im sure minor mistakes will happen from time to time. The thing I did not like is that I dont like how they did not post their prices anywhere. The only way was to find out online or ask them after you enter. I looked online.

2019-09-29I would give 0 stars if possible. Very disorganized on a busy Sunday afternoon. One attendant radios ticket numbers via walkie talkie not in any particular order and someone else loads the car into the elevator, also randomly. Saw 5 customers who came after me get their cars before getting mine, even those who didn’t have a claim ticket. Waited for 30 mins before I started complaining and then the attendant threatened to not get my car or make me wait even longer.

2018-07-09I used this garage for over a year and a half and until the last few months was pretty pleased with the service as a monthly parker. Rates were fair and the location was ok (it can take 45 mins plus to get to the garage during the summer when traffic gets really bad in that area when Hester & Mulberry get shut down).My experience with the garage took a turn for the worse this summer though when my car was magically returned with damage on two separate occasions. Im used to parking in the city & have built a habit of doing walk arounds so I noticed immediately both times & reported to the garage. Only after the second time however did the manager disclose that they will not honor damage claims unless you either:1. Require the drop off attendant to do a walk around (not standard procedure for them).2. Can prove that the car was un damaged when you dropped it off.Filed claims both times only to have them denied, no reason was given the first time & the second they stated that there was no proof the car was un damaged. Needless to say I have a new garage now.

2018-12-10These people are criminals. Seriously, go somewhere else. I was charged twice. They refused to correct the problem. While trying to work with them they were hostile and rude. Their customer support phone number is voicemail that is never returned. I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company to avoid paying twice.
