I wanted to give this place an updated review.I’ve been parking here ever since we came back to work in the city for a hybrid model. And I must say, they are doing their job, that is to park the cars and retrieve them when it’s time. Their job is straight to the point, clearly what they expect day in and day out. I think as customers, maybe we should also learn to throw some ice breakers their way. A little hi, or hello will come a long way. After all, they are the ones who has to stay in the basement to watch for coming customers. A friendly face coming from the surface would make such a difference. And who knows, later on maybe they would take extra care on that accelerator or brake system.I have no complaints. I still choose to park here even if that means walking 20 blocks down (both ways) to come to work.

The daytime attendant (parked on 9/13) treats the cars very roughly and floors the accelerator and drives at dangerous speeds within the tight confines of the garage. He was very rude and unprofessional, and didnt care at all about the safety of the cars or the people waiting with the way he would speed with very sudden acceleration and braking even when there was just a few inches clearance between cars in the garage. I am honestly relieved that my car was not damaged, but I will never park here again.

The only reason I give two stars is cause the guy that gave my car back to me was super nice, friendly besides that let me tell you . I went to drop off my car around 10 pm . Keep in mind this parking only has one entrance/exit . If you go down the ramp and a car is coming out YOU HAVE to back up . The guy there didn’t even talk to us it was just hand signs , I spoke to him in both languages. (He clearly was Hispanic like me ) He didn’t even bother to answer me . He gave me a ticket walked away never say anything. I saw him driving other cars let me tell you he drove like he didn’t care about your vehicle . Speeding in such a small parking place. You could tell he isn’t happy and hates what he does.

We went today and waited 30 mins to pay and another 45 minutes to get our car back. There werent enough staff to cope with the lines of people. Also given only one lane in cars got stuck entering and exciting and the staff were distracted from retrieving cars by having to deal with blockages. They need to have at least 3 or more people to cope and only had 2 people.

It is expensive, they over charge if you are late by even a minute. They also get mad if you try to check out early. There is one dude in there that was actually really nice. Hope he can find success in his life outside of this shoddy business.

Avoid this place if you can!! Made a 2pm reservation on SpotHero. As we drove up several cars were waiting to pull in. I waited for 10 minutes or so then decided to ask the attendant whats the hold up. Rude guy says were full. As several people whipped out their 2pm reservations, he said not my problem, were full.

I guess the other gentlemen who gave a review stated the plummet in management so my experience made sense. The laziness of it all. I thought valet meant valet. Well the worker who worked the overnight I’m assuming. I arrived at 11:40pm 12/11 and left at 12/12 1:50. Upon leaving he took my ticket scanned my reservation and politely gave me my key and said “your car is over there”. So I guess this isn’t a VALET GARAGE. IF I WAS WHITE I GUESS I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN VALET. HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER RETURNING.

Long time client of this garage (10+), whos seen the quality of management plummet this past year. In the past few months, have seen our car damaged twice; complaints and claims have been met with rudeness and questionable ethics. On the plus side, the location is good.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. per the paperwork stapled our in the open at the desk the garage can LEGALLY fit 24 vehicles. there were well over 32. while trying to get our car we watched him hit another car into the column and brush it off. Not to mention his attitude in general. I recognize that it may not be completely HIS fault but tha was the experience I had. Save your money and you’ll save a few years of your life too.

This should be your LAST resort. Seriously understaffed, only one entrance and exit (and it’s not even big enough to fit two cars so those entering and exit have to wait). Seriously horrible
