I was traveling to New York with my family over the Thanksgiving holiday last month and booked the parking lot at 310 East 46th Street in the SpotHero app, and went into the parking lot at 320 East 46th Street right next to it.  I showed the spothero app to the parking attendant to park the car, and the employee parked my car.  As I left the parking lot, I checked the parking lot again, but it was different from the picture on the Spot Hero app.  When I said that I would go to the parking lot I reserved, the employee charged a total of $20 for a nighttime special charge of $10 and an oversize charge of $10.I protested that it was unreasonable to charge the full night rate and oversize fee, but the employee did not admit his mistake, and the employee asked me to canceled the reservation in the Spothero app and explained that I could park in his own parking lot, so I gave my cell phone and asked him to cancel the reservation in the app, but the staff did not know how to cancel the reservation.  And the employee asked me to pay $20 to bring the car, so I paid $20 late at night and parked in the nearby parking lot at 320 46th Street. The parking lot building at 320 46th Street was under repair, so pedestrian safety facilities were installed and the parking lot sign was obscured, so it was difficult for me to find and confused the two parking lots.Like the parking lot receipt, I was there for 25 minutes at night, but it is unreasonable for the parking lot 310 staff to charge all of the night and oversize charges without acknowledging his fault, and the above parking lot must be expelled from Spot Hero. I suggest that parking lot staff must check more SpotHero reservations before he park car.

NO NO NO NO NO NO - Youre better off having your car towed than parking here. Especially if you use a broker Like SpotHero who refuses to help get back our stolen money. Heres their scam: you use your phone to reserve and pay for a space. You park your car, then go to pick it up at the end (or before of) the reservation. They refuse to give you your car unless you pay them all over again - SpotHeros charge: $51.00; NYC Parking 310s charge: an ADDITIONAL $80.00= $131.00 total. Conveniently, neither their attendants nor their managers speak English, so they refuse to do anything without your credit card - again. Thank heaven American Express takes extortion seriously.

So let me just say that I saw a few bad reviews and I was a little skeptical myself in getting ripped off. Well, perhaps they have switched management or something since then, but iPark at this facility was great. When I dropped off my car I showed them my pass I booked with ParkWhiz and he informed me that my car was oversized (it is a crossover) and I would need to pay $10 at the end of the night on top of the ParkWhiz charge I already paid. So all in all, it was $30 to park from 1400hrs-2300hrs. Both the drop off attendant and the pickup attendant were VERY friendly. I will try another garage that is $5 cheaper per visit next time, but I would recommend this place. Especially if you are pre-booking your spot, it was great for me.

This place has bad customer service. After seeing what parking lot had the best prices on my fordpass app, this place had the best price, at a rate of 9 bucks (which I always find a parking lot in the range of 9-16 bucksbucks on a weekend special.) I went to the parking lot and confirmed the pricing with the attendant, he told me the price I was seeing was correct. I then left my car only to come back to a 40 dollar bill! I explained to them what happened, they then called the attendant who serviced me and he completely lied about the situation, saying that he never confirmed the price of 9.00 with me, which he did, (look out for the guy named Wender.) Turns out he lied just to get my car into the lot and take my money. Never again!

Really expensive, better off taking the train if you plan on spending over 3hours in the city.
