Get there before 11am. Get that $25 special. Good service and in walking distance of the Chinatown south of Canal.
The attendants are great. Convenient place close to the courthouses. Your car is inside away from the weather.
The workers rob things from your car and no way to claim because theres no evidence of it being there in the first place . Dont go .

2021-09-19The manager himself is unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers. I recommend that you don’t park your car hear. If they can’t treat the customer appropriately, just imagine what they can do with your car!

2019-02-09Dropped my car off, when I came back after one hour parking, my car had a hit on my right side, looked for augusto Torres alias Gus who I gave the car to before leaving, he said that the hit happened before coming into the building and he is not responsible for it, even though His coworker admitted in spanish thinking I didnt speak it. Be mindful They wont provide you a supervisor, and when you call the Ipark company with the number provided on the receipt they will waste your time. Workers are rude and once you have pay, they will be pushy and yelling for you to get out.

2018-08-05ALERT: SCAM ARTISTS! Get a receipt IMMEDIATELY after payment. We were told $20 for 2 hours, longer than that $40 and we agreed by giving the attendant $20. Two hours later, we were told the $20 we paid was put into their tip jar and we owed $40. We were parked 2 hours at minimum and I was livid. I refused to pay $60 for 2 hours parking in the corner they directed my husband to park into. No valet, no receipts, no effort in communication among their employees makes me think they are scamming tips instead of actually working.

2020-02-29Booked and paid on Spot Hero and had the receipt. The garage tells us we owe another $50 and refuses to give us the car. We had to get Spot Hero on the phone and even they were not able to convince the garage that we paid in full. Eventually Spot Hero refunded us the $50 just to help us get out of there. Staggering incompetence and poor service.

2018-12-21We pre-booked parking via Spothero. First we needed to wait 20 min, then they sent us away saying they are full. If you advertise and sell your spaces on third party apps, then also have the spaces available :(

2020-05-13Complete and unadulterated incompetence. Takes 20 minutes to retrieve a car if youre lucky. When they say one moment, it suggests half an hour.

2017-06-05The parking was very secure. They park your vehicle in a covered area behind garage doors. The works were very polite. And I was never worried about my car!
