Purchased a reserved parking spot for my Brother-in-law through Spothero for a 6PM Reservation. He arrived at 5:56 PM and was told that they were all filled up, and he would have to go to another garage. Unfortunately, he needs crutches to walk and he told them that he could not walk 3 or 4 blocks. They ultimately allowed him to park, but when he went to pick up car they told him that his reservation was cancelled. That was impossible since the reservation as in my name and I wasnt even present when he arrived. Ultimately, I learned from spothero that the garage cancelled his reservation. The original charge was $50 for 5 hours, but since they claimed it was cancelled that charged him $81.Other people that attended the affair also had the same experience that my Brother-in-law encountered. Although, they had prepaid reservations the garage told them it was full. I had a similar experience with my own car when I left, and had to pay $31 extra to get my car out.It is clear this is a problem were the garage accepts reservations, but prefers car that just drive up and pay a higher fee. I highly suggest you find another garage in this area.

I booked a reservation at this garage through SpotHero the morning before my arrival to the garage. I entered all the necessary information including the make & model of my vehicle. I was charged an oversize fee of $15. that I was perfectly acceptable of however upon checking out the garage charged ne another oversized fee of $20. When I showed the attendant my SpotHero reservation showing the oversized vehicle fee he told me to take it up with SpotHero. Driver beware of this parking garage. I guess since this business has only 15 parking spots they must advert to overcharging their customers. Madison Ave scam business

I made a prepaid reservation. When I arrived, the attendant told me the lot was full. I told him I had a prepaid reservation and he repeated the lot was full. I was blocking traffic on E 60 St so I drove away and parked elsewhere. Im still trying to get my refund. Will never use this garage again.

On September 22, me and my husband parked our brand new BMW in this expensive parking garage! We returned two hours later from the Apple Store to find our car damaged by the parking attendant working that evening! We filled out an accident report on site and we were expecting to hear from someone from their Claims Department Headquarters! It has been 7 business days and no one has attempted to contact us about the damages on our brand new car! We have called the number listed on the accident report and no one answers! We have left messages and neither do they return any calls back to customers!! It’s ridiculous! Please do not park here! Save yourself the headache!To update viewers after this review was posted my husband finally spoke to someone in the claims department. The Claims Representative requested 2 body shop estimates of what it would cost to fix our brand new BMW!! My husband informed the representative that our car had to go to a BMW Body Shop being that it’s a Lease! The representative still insisted he needed 2 estimates because we didn’t reside in Manhattan! On Oct.8 and Oct. 10 we submitted to the claims department two different estimates but prior to this my husband already explained how we had to proceed in getting the car fixed to the Claims Representative. On October 30, 2018, we received a check from the Claims Department that was a lesser amount than it would cost for BMW’s body shop to fix the car! I called the Claims Representative to rectify the mistake that was made and he informed me that they went with the Cheaper Body Shop estimate instead! We now have to pay the remaining balance that the check doesn’t cover from our own pocket!! We shouldn’t have to pay any expenses out of our pockets for the damage that was caused by the parking garage attendant! The company didn’t care how they handled this situation and neither do they care about their customers!! Please do not park here to save yourself any trouble!!

I would gave negative stars if available. Parked for less than 5 mins and still get charged for full price. The car was still at the spot I pull in and the attendant needs to backup to the street. Due to Covid-19 all mskcc patients’ appointment were redirected to the new building at 530 Wast 74th street. They are taking the advantage of mskcc patents right next door.

So we parked at this place for four hours. And they charged us 55$!! We calculated if they had done this on per Hour basis. No! Upto ten hours was way less and upto 24 hours was also 45. And the charges they had applied before tax was more than that. We clearly remember not saying it was overnight or 24 hours. The worst part was the cashier wouldnt bother explaining how it was 55. On asking, he just said well its 55! Ridiculous. Had to write a review.

I parked my Car in MANY garages in Manhattan. My Prada sunglasses and perfume has always been in the car’s cabinet. Until I parked my car in this garage ! They stole it!
