I guess manager and staff changed since those bad reviews...so now have good staff and no problem parking here. Like all parking lot, when it is rush hours, it takes time to get your car, but be patient about it and smile to others.

They are the worst. They decided to randomly close on a Sunday and we had to wait for hours in the rain and the management was very disorganized and rude. Do not use this garage

We drove 5 hours to get to NYC and these rude employees from Ipark was the first ones to ruin our trip. Very bad customer service that my family have experienced. I will never recommend this parking place to anyone. Go look for something else to park. They overcharged fees and treat anyone with no respect.

I paid for 10hours but they charged me 125% extra even though I used just 9 hours. The reason they said me is I passed 12AM (midnight). I was 5 mins late, but I used 9 hrs parking time. They charged me 45$. I called the manager and he is such a rude guy that I never met in my life. Thanks to them for the wonderful experience which I don’t want to use your parking for the next time

I live in the building above this location and have used the garage a few times before tonight with various cars from personal vehicles to Zip cars as well as those cars of friends and family who visit me. Service was never something to praise but the job was done. Tonight I had brought a company car down there and was told by the attendant that I could not park there because the car is too expensive and they feel that if it is damaged it will cost the same as a Ferrari. The car is expensive but was not as much as a Ferrari, not even close. In the past when parking at other garages with a luxury car you may have to pay an additional fee, but that comes with the territory. It is another story if the attendants feel like they cannot park a luxury car without damaging it. I would definitely not trust them with ANY vehicle going forward. Be sure to check for scratches after your car is back..I am very wary now and will most likely never use their service again. It is very bad for business to turn away a paying customer, especially luxury cars in this neighborhood!

Parking attendants are pleasant and very prompt. Wait time to have attendant bring car to the exit is minimal. Price to park is on the expensive side but that is to be expected because the parking garage is located approximately 2 blocks away from the financial district.
