John helped me with a huge move halfway across the country. I have a 7ft Yamaha grand with a rich depth of sound that is priceless to me. It’s my complete home gym (and weighs maybe double that). In January I relocated to the midwest for on-site training for a remote job, but by March it was clear I wouldn’t be returning to NYC. I was in a huge financial bind paying rent in NYC for the piano rehearsal space, and I only had a six week window both for weather temperature and also until I’d be firmly in the red on rent payments. John not only stepped up and got the job done perfectly well, without my asking he rearranged his schedule and ended up saving me an entire month’s NYC rent. Bravo, John! The piano sounds and feels completely unchanged, true to form—I am so filled with gratitude for John’s planning, comprehensive experience, commitment, and precise care for a move this personal. I would 100% recommend him for equally big jobs.
