I had THE BEST experience with NYC Rejuvenation Clinic! I had some nerves when I first went in, really wondering how dermal filler would look on me. I showed her a photo and asked tons of questions. She was knowledgeable, down to Earth and answered all of my questions honestly.My lips look AMAZING and Ill never go anywhere else! Thank you all of the staff at NYC, for being so attentive, informative and really making my experience one to remember!
Wish I had seen the yelp reviews prior to coming here as those are far more accurate. Worst and most expensive botox experience of my life. I was effectively hustled and reached out repeatedly hoping they would address my concerns (as I would think any respectable clinic would), but I was only ignored. I resulted to disputing part of the charge with my credit card (this was me being nice as I should have disputed it all), which is when I found out that this clinic also likes to completely violate their patients’ HIPAA rights, as they sent my entire chart to the bank. Funny how they couldn’t be bothered to respond to me, but found the audacity to send my entire chart to a third-party without my permission.
Just had a Botox procedure with NYC Rejuvenation Clinic today. The doctor is beyond awesome!!! Professional, kind, caring, thorough, and meticulous. She knows her stuff & delivers with the technique/artistry of a master. I wouldnt go to anyone else & would trust her with any procedure she offers!
Came here today for a lip flip and a Botox brow lift. They charge $100 fee for a lip flip- why??Also the nurse was trying to tell me that in order to do a Botox brow lift you need to put two units in the frontalis muscle- the frontalis is the muscle in your forehead that lifts the eyebrow- paralyzing it with Botox would do literally do the opposite of lifting the brow. Why would you paralyze the brow lifting muscle in order to lift the brow??? You need to put Botox in the orbicularis oculi muscle surrounding the eye to lift the brow up. Luckily I’m an NP and know this so she couldn’t sell me Botox that would do the literal opposite of what I wanted. I only went here because my normal nurse was out of town and I was desperate. Also the receptionist was rude. And when they were checking me out I heard the nurse tell the receptionist she was “educating me” in the room. Yes you were trying to upsell me on pointless units that wouldn’t have given me a brow lift at all. Beware people, do your research cuz this nurse certainly isn’t!!!!!
Five stars for the NYC Rejuvenation Clinic. Ive had Botox treatments there and have always been pleased with the outcomes. I recently had my lips done by her, and I couldnt be happier! She is accurate, honest, and always has a smile on her face. These ladies are princesses, and they always make me feel beautiful. Thank you for always giving excellent service and maintaining such a clean and pleasant environment.

Quite impressed by her ability to bring me this close to quitting after staying a loyal customer for 7 years. The owner and (many of) the aestheticians are very professional, on the other hand.
I am a frequent visitor to the NYC Rejuvenation Clinic. The doctors in this town are fantastic! They are really professional and make you feel at ease the moment you step through the door. The atmosphere and surroundings are really clean, soothing, and inviting. This is my beauty Disneyland! Services that are above and beyond are offered.This is a wonderful spot to stay if you want to be attractive and gorgeous.

I have been a client for a couple years now and have never had a problem until now. Andrea at the front desk was extremely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She had messed up my appointment date which impacted my schedule, then continued to speak to me with the worst attitude. I scheduled the appointment to come in and use my Remaining units from my “Botox Bank”.Then, Andrea wrote the wrong number of remaining units on the sheet for the person administering and when I went to pay, told me that (because of her error in writing the wrong number of remaining units) I owed them $500+ on top of what I had already paid for the Botox bank. Although and unexpected expense that I wasn’t prepared for, I wouldn’t have minded at all if she had admitted her error, and apologized for the inconvenience, but instead continued with a nasty attitude. While trying to gain an understanding of the additional amount owed, she said, “I’ll just send the amount to collections.” I have never been so insulted.The only redeeming quality from this experience was Jennifer, the injector. She was so pleasant and very professional - she did a great job.It’s disappointing to see that they would have someone so incompetent and unprofessional working at the front desk as the face of the company. Great way to lose business.
I’m very happy with the job NYC rejuvenation did during my first Botox appointment last week. The results are quite good. The office is clean and relaxing and the team really knows what they are doing. I plan to return for my next round of injections in a few months.
Very poor experience with this place. First, the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. Secondly, I suggested what I wanted but the injector did not work with me to understand what I really needed, and she ended up over injecting. I now have to have the fillers dissolved. Luckily I have found another provider that has been very helpful and worked with me to answer all of my questions. Unlike this provider, which only cares about getting your money, and getting you in and out as fast as they can. I do not recommend this place.
The Dr is friendly and professional and gave great recommendations for Botox and seemed very knowledgeable. He took a lot of time with me and answered all of my worries without making me feel rushed. NYC Rejuvenation Clinic is the place to be. Ill bring my sister for Botox treatments next week.
I am having an issue with the Botox I received and I cant get anyone to speak to me. The un-helpful receptionist told me to send an email and someone will get back to me. Not exactly what you want to hear when youre having an issue with facial injections. I sent the email and 2nd email - no response. Ive left several voicemails - no response.Absolutely unprofessional. Will be reporting them to the BBB.
I went for botox injection in the forehead. My experience was bad from start to end. This is my first time writing a review ever. Just to give a context to how disappointed I am to be motivated enough to write a review.On my appointment day, the botox technician was wearing a bandana as covid19 protective gears. Instead of a surgical mask.When I brought it up to the secretary, hoping she would make the tech wear a surgical mask, her response was: would you like to cancel your appointment?.I left. Called the owner. He tried to justify. I said I dont know why this is a conversation. She should wear a surgical mask. Period. He said you are right and asked me to come back in an hour. I agreed. Bad mistake.During the appointment, I told the tech to inject me in a way that doesnt make my outer brows raise too much. She did it anyway. So I have the frozen look now where my face looks like I am constantly judging people. She put the product differently than my doctor had done before in another town. And right then, I knew it was not going to be good. But I wasnt sure because Im not a trained aesthetic technician.I have to go to another clinic now. Because unlike other clinic, the RCNYC doesnt offer 2 weeks follow up, which is standard at every other botox clinic I have been to before. Besides, I dont trust the technician and she is the only one working there.I called the clinic again today to talk to the owner and or manager, but they werent in. And I spoke with the same secretary again. Unfriendly and dry. With a slight inflection of impatience in her voice, like the first time we interacted. She told me I would get a call back.That was it for me! I am booked somewhere else now to fix my expression. And the staff there at a different clinic already was super friendly on the phone.The rejuvenation NYC clinic has poor service from start to end. They may be fine for an older clientele on which a gross hand will yield improvements anyway because of age, but for the already pretty and young, a concise manual expertise and understanding of facial anatomy in movement is necessary for satisfactory results. Which arent part of the NYC rejuvenation clinic skills set.Edit: the owner called me and I tried to discuss the matter again but it reached to the point because of his unprofessional and inappropriate responses, where I told him I was writing a review on Google: by that point, I was annoyed with his condescending demeanor. If you’re looking for a professional and affordable spa to get Botox treatments this is the place. A friend from my apartment building recommended them and I was very impressed with how everything was handled. I love the results and plan to visit them again in a few months for my next round of treatment.
First, I decided on coming here after looking at several places and their websites. I mention this because if you take a look at NYC Rejuvenation Clinics website, youll see a special offer for Botox, which is exactly what I did earlier this month.Okay, so the place is extremely nice with the most helpful and attentive staff that you could ask for. Since this was my first time, I had a conversation about what I wanted and what was recommended as far as Botox treatments went. I followed the advice of the great people here and am extremely pleased with the results still.I must say that I was very nervous, but the wonderful staff - everyone from the front desk personnel to the injector (who did an excellent job, by the way, with minimal units of Botox) were pleasant and calming. They made me feel as though I were being treated by friends!Highly recommend them, and they have many locations and deals that seem to be ongoing.My face thanks you, NYC Rejuvenation Clinic!
I never review businesses, but I cant let this slide. I received 40 units, more than I have ever gotten, of botox on 11/10/2020. I bruised around my eye and at my 11s which , in fairness, I have had MINOR bruising (pinpoint) before, but never all the way around my eye and never at my 11s. The bruising was noticeable and lasted a little over a week. I sent pictures and emailed back and forth with a man who said next time I need to tell the nurse not to get so close to my eye because my crows feet are so fine. He gave me a $40 credit for next time saying he was sorry for the inconvenience (with quotes).It is now 6.5 weeks later after having more botox than I have ever had and I have almost full movement in my brow and forehead. I have been getting botox for 11 years, lasting less than two months is an absolute rip off. Pay a little more and go somewhere else. Youll spend more money here going more often.

My friend has been going here for years for her Botox treatments so I decided I needed a touch-up and gave them a try. I’m very happy with the results and the cost was quite reasonable. I plan to see them again in a few months.

Dr Isis did a beautiful natural looking facelift on me. She explained before the surgery what I could expect to feel like and look like after the procedure was finished and she was right on target. I would recommend and have recommended her to many friends. It has given me a whole new outlook on my personal life, I have lost a substantial amount of weight, that I needed to lose and I take much better care of my face and body because I just feel so much better mentally.

Very polite and friendly staff. Came here for my fillers appointment and they were ready for me. The doctor made sure I understood everything and I liked how smooth the process was. Well, they deserve my 5 star rating because they are good at what they do.
I went here and got my face totally botched. They would not fix it for me, they wanted me to pay them to dissolve the horrible placement of filler. I looked like a complete disaster. The person doing the botox and fillers is not a dr at all. I ended up going elsewhere and had the filler dissolved and put in properly.
Its probably a good idea to read the Yelp reviews from 2021 before going to either location. Service and quality, and staff, are not the same as pre-pandemic.

Heed the warning of the negative Yelp reviews. The staff have the customer service skill and personalities of dirty wet mops. (Especially the girl at front desk) This place is notorious for a bait and switch. Its like dealing with dreaded used car salesman. What they advertise is not what you get when going into their off. Avoid at all cost.

I visited this NYC clinic for the first time and the treatment was very good and the nurse explained to me the treatment I needed and I am very grateful, it was very professional.
I am in no way ever going to any other clinic for my Juvederm procedures except for this place because they give me the desired results that I am looking for, as simple as that and the office in extremely clean.

2022-05-25I have gotten Botox a few times and I know how much I need. Something changed here recently because I used to come here but this time they tried to upsell me 20 units more than I’ve ever gotten. Not to mention the doctor nicked a vein in my face! That has never happened to me before. I won’t be coming back, felt very unprofessional

The surgery itself was quick, which was ideal given that I had to return to work later that day. Ive been going to NYC for Botox treatments in my forehead for a few years now, and Ive always enjoyed working with their staff. At this time, I believe they have a good understanding of my skin care requirements. Strongly suggested.

2022-06-03I went in for the followup to my first round of Botox late last year. The staff suggested I wait for several months for my next round of treatments and I really appreciated the advice to get the treatments at a moderate pace.The cost was within my budget and I’m happy with the results again as I was with the first round.It’s always a good experience when I visit the team here.
