I cannot thank Anthony (Mgr.) and Lazaros enough for taking the time to sort our a mess that they didnt even create! These guys are true professional(s) and they will leave you confidently knowing that you are in good hands and can forget about anyone else.These are my guys from now on and I highly recommend anyone using Steinways Verizon location or the 30th Avenue location that you check out this location because Ive been to them numerous times and Anthony/Lazaros run circles around them.I dont usually write reviews, but it would be a crime not to in this situation. Best Verizon in Queens, no 2nd place!!

The staff, Anthony and Maribel, were extremely helpful and patient. They were also incredibly knowledgeable about the products they carry (and even those they dont) and really helped me pick the phone that was best for me.
Switched from a company iPhone to a personal iPhone in January of this year. They took care of the transfer without a hitch.When I had technical backup issues, Verizon supported me through resolution in partnership with Apple!!Im a grateful, satisfied customer.

This place is awesome. I came here for many of my cellphone needs and recently transitioned from an iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge and these guys were so knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions. Will continue to come back here!

2019-08-05I had a great experience here! I was dealing with a stolen iPhone and they helped me sort everything out seamlessly. I had previously talked on the phone with the Apple and the service provider for about 3 hours total and had felt like I was running in circles. The two men working here knew exactly what to do with no fuss! Ill certainly be back.

2019-03-18Highly recommended! I went in to transfer Verizon service to a new phone (after I tried to do it on my own for a few hours...). The representative was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly (!!!) and fixed it for me, at no cost, in about 5 minutes! They are very professional and reliable.

2018-05-31The team of this office is amazing. I went in with a transfer and upgrade request. Marty had me set up in less than an hour. There was an issue with their landline system and Marty’s coworker was calling every single number that had failed to get in touch. That is what I call dedication to the customer! Super impressed.

2019-06-22This spot is my #1 go-to for any phone related needs. Ive been going there way back from the iPhone 5 through to the XS Max and these guys have always taken care of me.Theyre knowledgeable, resourceful, and seem very interested in making sure I get the best deal. I like when a local spot has a vested interest in making me a happy customer. They even saved me from overpaying when Verizon tried to get me to up my data plan.Thanks to these dudes, I have absolutely zero interest in going anywhere else.Customer service is 11/10.

2019-06-30Ive come in here a few times to deal with certain issues with my Verizon account in the past year, and every time I have stopped in, the people who work here are incredibly knowledge, helpful and friendly. In the day and age when corporate retail can be mind numbing and impersonal, the staff here go the extra mile to make you feel welcome.

2020-07-015 star service from NYCOM Verizon. I walked in asking if it was a corporate store, they said they were not but asked what I needed help with. After explaining to them the issue I was having with my phone he said he could see why I needed a corporate store and said dont worry about it, Ill take care of it. Within 10 minutes my problem was taken care of. Staff is very friendly and willing to help the customers.
