I have been here since 11am for pick up , its 5pm and nothing is happening. Bad Place for you truck drivers, today is friday I wanted to make it to chicago but now its only a dream. Zero star mada fakaz
Check in half hour before appointment,loading time 1 hour,overnight parking. Perfect
By far the worst warehouse I have ever gone to I been here picking up a load and 8hrs later am still waiting for them to start. Am a company driver and of I ever have to come here again I ll quit.

2022-04-29First time picking up here. Had 0830 appt. Was on time and put right in building they washed out my tanker then had me move a few doors over and started loading me right away! The receivers were super helpful friendly and proffesional! Nice people at this location. Look forward to picking up or delivering back here. Thanks for all your help guys. God bless.

2022-04-18Hopefully I NEVER have to come pick up here again !!!! Late for my appointment ( guess they never heard of traffic construction or the fact truckers have other stops !!! ) they made me wait 6 hours to load 4 pallets of milk products !!!!! Good luck

2022-01-12No adequate signs for check in. Follow the signs for the scale. Dont park at the first dock. You have to use a side road to get here. There are good signs on the main road.1st/2nd shift was rude. Waited over 7 hours for a load. This place is way too busy with way too many dropped trailers. They cannot support this level of business. I will not be back.

2021-12-16Ive been coming here fairly regularly for almost 7 years. Yes, there have been times of a loooong wait. Other times, Im in and out very quick. I think a lot of it is staffing issues. Other times, Ive been told my product Im picking up wasnt available; probably a miscommunication somewhere. Everyone has bad days, but overall, people are nice here. Just like anywhere, it can be hit or miss.The only part that keeps me from a 5 star review is parking. There are soooo many dropped trailers here. When drivers come in, its getting to the point where they have to make their own parking space. I wish they would build a new parking lot for dropped trailers only.

2021-06-07After reading the reviews, I didnt know what to expect however I received outstanding service.TRUCK ENTRANCE: W AG PARK DR🌟🌟🌟FOLLOW THE SIGNS🌟🌟🌟Im not sure why so many say the woman at the check in window is rude. Well, based on my interaction with her, she didnt appear to have an attitude and came off as direct and to the point and that wasnt a problem for me.Arrived around 8:35am for 9:00am appointment, checked in and was assigned a door. I was leaving with paperwork in hand around 10:50am.It was a little congested with all the trucks but wasnt a problem for me.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Great job🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I always appreciate when I can get in and out in a timely manner.

2021-11-19Do not deliver pallets here. They will tell you there is no appointment time and will make you wait absurd hours. You’ve been warned.

2021-12-08Was scheduled for a night delivery as the products Im delivering cannot be offloaded before milk and creme trucks. Waited 40 minutes for receiving to open bay then was told they had to pull in another truck. Seems they could have done it a long before I arrived but waited till last minute.
