This complex is horrible! The kids here are horrible, constantly fighting, throwing rocks at other tenants Windows. Its so disgusting.. Nothing is done about anything, kids or their parents get spoken too. If you can avoid renting from here then avoid it. I would not live here if it was my last choice on earth.

Literally the worst type of place you could live. Make this your last option. From the in experienced ex retail worker manager of the complex to the 3 maintenance men that use the garage as a smoking shed and brag that they love going in most apartments because they get free light ups in exchange for work. This place has went down hill extremely fast after home leasing took over, they have no heart for any tenant and are only out to get there money. They will issue you lease violation after lease violation and when asked what they are for they will say they cant tell you. From the office being closed 1-2 times per week or closing earlier then there 3:30 time or them not doing emergency maintenance work, i.e black mold in showers or rodents in the basements. They say they have a chain of command for issues, but when trying to get ahold of Sara, thats impossible and getting ahold of Josh is pointless, he will tell you it is what it is. The place has turned into a huge drug activity apartment complex with unruly neighbors. If you dont fit in good with the manager of the complex, you will be out faster than you got in. They dont give you a stage to defend yourself and they dont give one cent who or what they rent to. If the head of the office doesnt like you, she will find/make up ways to get you out. Literally the worst type of people to rent from, they have no business in subsidy living and should have never been allowed to purchase a place with subsidy. They will jump your rent from one price to the next each month and allow maintenance to literally get away with anything, I.e have animals against the lease, doing drugs during work and literally allowed to threaten/intimidate people they dont like while on the premises of oak creek or while they are representing home leasing. They are the furthest away from family friendly housing.

Because its nice and friendly neighborhood and neighbors are decent most of them are ok with me and my boyfriend I have been here in the apartment complex for like 6 years now once in a different apartment Im in now then ythe one Im in now its nice here was in both of our apartment decided to downgrade to a 1 bedroom instead of a 2 bedroom but both were great and I love being were everythings on one floor ac pt the basement which is downstairs in your apartment if any one else decided to come Live here later on in life or now Im not sure if they are taking applications for apartment opening or not please call them and see it its real nice also we have a nice playground for the kids near the main office and we have a small one where the lower level of the complex where I live at but the kids around her most of them are little anyways dont seem to mind it plus some of the kids from upper levels of the complex come down here to play so that the kids dont have deal with the older kids at the other playground and also some trouble maker kids yes we arent a perfect neighborhood there are some not alot but some very few of them trust me management keeps a eye on thats what nice about living here because you have a great management team and I will vouch for that myself

Oak Creek is not good, flooded basements, stink bugs very bad, 4 washers BUT ONLY ONE WORKS for 26 bldgs, plumbing aweful, neighbors disrespectful
