The Furniture my Mother Ordered came to our home damaged it took them over 30 days to make there first attempt of replacing the damaged furniture what they did was sent the part that was needed which looked worst than the one that was there allready. The owner told us that He was no longer going to try and fix the problem and that we need to leave Him alone. Never again and we are telling anyone and everyone to stay away from this Furniture store.

I purchased two couches for $1,200 I was told I can pay monthly payments within 3 months with a company that they work with and if I did not they will charge me. I figured its ok I dont mind the small fees assuming it wasnt much. I was paying about $270 every month. I calculated about how much I will be paying and about when I will be done. I notice they kept charging me. I thought I was being over charged because I had calculated that I paid $400 extra. I called the company and it turns out It was a leasing company. I was told that the couches were not actually mine. So the whole time Ive been giving away money as if it grows out of the tree. I was told if I wanted it to be mine I had to pay an additional $400. Communication is key when it comes to business. If youre not honest with your clients believe me they will not come back.

Bought a chest drawer. Came already assembled and thought it looked good, as time went by I realized they did not properly put the drawers together because the piece on the side that allows the drawers to slide in and out had absolutely no screws what so ever. So I had to to buy screws and fix it myself what a waste of money and time. The whole reason for purchasing it was so I didnt have to put it together. What a mistake that was. Never again.

Good Customer service only when your buying. after you pay for your funiture they Dont care. if you get your stuff Or not. they sent me the wrong mattres twice. they even sent me a display mattress and I had to return it. once they get paid they dont care. now i have to deal with a bunch of b.s for them to return the money. its like now no one is resonsible. oh and forget about the return fee 😤 but im not going to get into that.....!!!!!!!! Waste of time and money 😭😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😠

I been purchasing from them about 6years now and im really happy with my purchases. Their prices are so affordable for good quality stuff. The workers are so friendly and the service was great as well. I would highly recommend this store!👍🏻

Worst business ever!!! Do not buy anything from there. Their customer service is trash!!! We bought a sofa bed and it came damage that was over a month and its still not repaired! The crazy thing was that someone recommended this place but wow I regret ever coming to that store. The employees are very rude. They told me over 3 times that they ordered the piece but they never did. Dont believe anything they say. I hope they shut down that store.

Poor customer service.The salesman who I believe his name was Hernandez or Fernandez was so rude. From making the order to waiting for delivery he took no accountability for the mistakes they made and the times that were agreed upon were not met.Unless you absolutely have to dont waste your time and if you do have to speak to Phil he is somewhat decent.

Horrible experience, prices are too high for the low quality am things they sell. Also their mattresses are used.
