Sat for few minute my leg needs a operation walked my bike up the hill sat on grass for about five minutes on my way to 3 faces tobacco.
Nice little park. Nothing excing, but met the needs of my four year old. Slide, swings, teeter totter. He had fun.
Beautiful park. Even better in the summer because of the music plays and because I love feeding the squirrels.
Nice place for the kids
One of Oleans historic parks...great place to walk the dog,sit and relax and feed the squirrels.The park also has play equipment for children,very peaceful.
USed to live next to the place. Great place to sled, play tennis or clear your head. I do remember two of the trees there were growing over cement gravestones. That was 15 years ago I dont know if you can still see them lol.
Center of Olean, lots of large trees, squirrels. The playground is alright. Its always a stopping point for family walks to the library, or up town.
Always a nice shady place to take the kids to play or have lunch especially since the new stairs were put in reminiscent of the early days of the park.
Oak Hill Park is beautiful in the fall. Great for a quick walk with the squirrels running around.
Very boring besides BasketBall for the teenage genre but for children yes there is a playground.
Nice and shady so its not too warm, good for a picnic.

Would.be a.5 star but they took out my favorite spinny thing and the tetar totter!
Now that they cleaned it up and put more things for my grandsons to play on we go there

2021-08-31One of the nicest small city parks around. Great big oak trees shade most of it, a few sugar maples fill in the gaps. Used to be a cemetery but they excavated all the bodies to make it a park.

2021-06-22Having lived in Olean most of my life Oak Hill Park is still one of my favorites. The trees and the squirrels make the park. It is a beautiful place to walk my dogs or just sit and relax.

2019-05-30I grew up across the street from this park, so Im slightly biased and nostalgic...but I think this is a great park! So the playground isnt huge but it has enough to occupy younger children for a bit. But this park offers much more than just a playground. There are two tennis courts, as well as a basketball hoop. Its also a great place to picnic and there are several picnic tables available. It has beautiful scenery with the many oak trees and lots of squirrels, pigeons, Chipmunks and other various birds running and flying around. I believe that during the summer there are Rec employees that come and do activities and play games with any children that want to attend. I believe they even do field trips to the pool at War Veterans Park. There are so many reasons to go to this park. Ive visited for thirty some years...from playing there as a child to bringing my own children. Oh, and just to show how beautiful I think this park is...I also got married there!!

2018-01-07This is my favorite park in Olean. It offer excellent views of the cathedral and surround foothills. The mature oak trees provide cooling shade in the summer, beautiful fall foliage and an aesthetic backdrop even in the winter. The nearby historic homes add a further visual appeal. The paved pathways throughout the park make it accessible throughout the seasons.

2017-09-27Gently rolling hilltop park with paths, tennis courts basketball courts, paths, and steps. Great leafy trees offer plenty of shade over benches and grills. Good for couples and kids.
