Love this Açaí, tastes just like the ones in Brazil! They have a wide selection of toppings as well :)
Soo yummy and authentic Brazilian açaí! Unlimited toppings too!! I recommend getting them layered on (not just in top). The staff were incredibly friendly and sweet.
The açaí was authentic, delicious, fresh and organic. I chose a bowl with granula and mixed fruits, which was worth the price. The staff was friendly and I am looking forward to visit them again soon.
First time having açaí. It tastes very much like a blueberry sorbet. A perfect guilt free dessert or breakfast :)
This place is one of my favorites! The açai and fruits are super fresh, and I love the granola, peanut butter, and nuts they use. And they take care to assemble it in such a way that the toppings are spaced throughout (unlike some that just put all the toppings on top and then theres nothing to go with the açai at the bottom!) which I really appreciate. My only comment is that they serve them in cups instead of bowls which makes it a bit harder to eat, but I love it too much to let that stop me from coming here.

I’m so happy that my favorite acai place in Brazil is now here in nyc!!! It’s delicious and beautifully presented every time. I noticed them cutting the fruit fresh right there on the spot and you can definitely taste the difference. The toppings are endless, so I always try something different each time. So far my favorite is the strawberry and cacao nibs.
Ive been there a few times, the smoothies are great but the açai bowls are one of the best Ive ever had. The place, the toppings and the always friendly staff (especially Juliana) 10/10
Acai is very tasty. its much better than playa bowls but they dont have as much variety, its just acai. Two stars because b/c service has gone a little downhill. The people who work there have always been super nice to me but earlier today the cashier was VERY rude to me. She was tall with a scarf on her head. I asked a question to the lady about toppings and she rolled her eyes and responded very passive aggressively. As I was leaving, she was smoking outside, stared at me, and rolled her eyes.
My first açaí bowl, and it was fantastic! Very simple — strawberry, banana, and peanut butter crumb toppings. Excellent and friendly service, as well.
I ordered the 24 oz acai bowl with blueberries, strawberries, almonds, cashews, and GF granola. the granola had so much added sugar, it was disgusting and ruined the whole bowl. the acai quality itself seemed fine but it was also difficult to eat (don’t advertise a “bowl” if you’re going to give a cup). and they had the terrible paper straws that shrivel up after 15 seconds of use. i really wanted to like it and was so excited about a good acai spot near wash sq park (the other reviews are so shockingly good). but i was so utterly disappointed with the worst acai bowl ive had in nyc (which rang in at over $20).
Probably the worst açaí smoothie i’ve ever had. It had the consistency, look and basically the taste of chocolate milk with how sweet it was. I don’t usually care enough to make reviews of a place but god was i disappointed.
I ordered the Oak 24 oz smoothie on a blisteringly hot day. The smoothie hit the spot, cooling and hydrating us. They offer unlimited toppings, including traditional and unconventional options, and service with a smile.
Love their high quality açai and friendly service - its one of my favorite places.Only dislike is when I dont get there before closing, also would maybe invest in better spoons without plastic wrapping around each individual one.
One of the best acai bowls I’ve had in NYC. The staff are very attentive and helpful walking through their ordering process and the result is a beautiful and equally delicious acai bowl. The unlimited toppings doesn’t hurt either. Would highly recommend for anyone who loved acai bowls as much as I do!

Been a fan of açaí bowls now for quite a while considering I serve them at my store in Rhode Island. I was more than impressed, most açaí bowl places have a little açaí in the base and more toppings but here you get your money’s worth. The whole cup is full of pure açaí and not watered down with any liquid. 10/10 would suggest come support these guys as they are bringing a new concept to nyc you will not regret it.
YUM!!! Look how generous they are with their toppings! The fruits were fresh and the acai was refreshing. Like eating dessert for breakfast except this dessert is good for you.
The staff are super friendly. I was not wearing a face mask and was waiting outside for my friend to place an order but the owner gave me a free one and was super accommodating during the entire time. Needless to say, the bowls tasted lovely also. Definitely will come back for more!

My 17-year-old daughter is quite the connaisseur when it comes to acaí bowls. We were in NY for the weekend and looking for a mid-afternoon snack. Found this place online. Wow! We absolutely loved it! Our friend got the classic acaí smoothie with toppings, my daughter got an acaí bowl with fabulous toppings, and I had the best coffee outside of Europe (La Colombe!!). Bonus point: one of the managers is French! Come and practice your French with him!
Love going to this place. The Açaí is beautiful end tastes as good as it looks. The staff are nothing short of excellent. Well worth the price especially if you get that student discount.

Awesome place to get great quality açaí. Can’t recommend visiting yhis restaurant enough. Staff was extremely friendly and patient. They walked me though all of their offerings and explained everything so well. A few tables to sit and eat at and meet with a small group. It’s also a really great on the go meal or midday snack by offering various sizes. Super refreshing and light and allowed me to have a great productive day afterwords. Also in a Great neighborhood, authentic NY street. Definitely recommended!

Been craving their bowls constantly since I tried them! The texture is phenomenal (many other acai bowls seem icy or watery), and I love how they add a layer of topping midway through the cup. I ordered with cacao nibs, chia seeds, blueberries, and strawberries!
I loved this place, it has a really fresh and modern decor and the acai bowls are so tasty and delicious. they also have great variety of hight quality teas and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to get premium products!

Amazing 🤩I’ve visited about 3 other ‘top rated’ açaí bowl places the city, and was starting to think I didn’t like açaí (I usually visit because I like to get a smoothie bowl type of food, not particularly for the açaí)The bowl here is extremely fresh, and so tasty. The fruits were perfectly ripe (a common complaint I have with most spots where the fruits have been sitting out for a while), and unlimited toppings!Owner is also very friendly! Went to oakberry for the first time on Sunday! Ordered a classic bowl with my choice of toppings! The açaí bowl was sooo good, everything was delicious and very fresh and organic! It’s a cute little spot in the west village! Recommend everyone to give this place a try !
There’s a reason it’s rated 5.0. Great great great açaí! I’ve had my fair share of this magical berry, but the way Oakberry prepares it elevated the experience even further. No almond/peanut butter or frozen banana. Just pure açaí. Silky and smooth. OMG so good! And very kind staff!

I’ve been in the US for 10 years and had never found the real açaí we have in Brazil, until when I went to Oakberry.I’m sure you can find a couple of places in Miami or CA?!, but in NY, this is the only one I am aware of (and I have tried at a lot of different places).This is the real one, besides for having an excellent and welcoming staff!All the other places I had been to before, they mix it with some type of concentrate an other stuff, so it’s not the same at all.I also heard their coffee is really good but I haven’t tried yet.Well done guys!

I liked how the base of the bowl strictly acai which is great because other acai spots I go to blend in bananas with the acai which takes away from the pure acai flavor. But overall great pure acai taste and super creamy which I loved! Would have rated 5 stars but I am a bit confused about why the bowls come in a smoothie cup? If thats the case then whats the difference between a smoothie and a bowl?Price: Decent, acai is a rich superfood which is not as easily accessible as other fruits which explains why I paid almost $20 for an acai bowl but it is fair and I love how they have cute little stamp cards to rank up points and be able to get a free bowl after the 10th purchase.
The best acai bowl ever. Real açaí from Brazil. 100 percent organic, no added coconut water, no powder. Very clean and minimalistic space. They also serve premium tea . No other place compares in my opinion.
Even in the winter this place is worth a visit! One of the best Açaí Bowls I’ve had! My husband and I shared a large bowl topped with granola, almond butter and mixed fruits. Our 8 month old was a huge fan as well. The owner happened to be working and he is the friendliest; classic Irish hospitality! We will definitely make the trek back (from Queens) again. Likely in warmer months though.Edit***On the warmest day of the year so far, we arrived at 3:03 (closed at 3pm) and we were turned away... after already walking inside!Be sure to check the hours!! Lesson learned and sadly disappointed. We didn’t think twice about it being closed considering it’s a Friday and like a summer day.

Best açaí bowl place I have tried so far. Staff is very friendly and nice. Very simple menu with toppings to choose from (I think most of the fruit toppings were unlimited). Liked the simplicity of the menu as I think it makes choices easier. Everything seemed very fresh! Got açaí bowl with bananas, goji berries (which added a great crunch), sliced almonds, nuts, granola and drizzle of Nutella on top.The final product was incredible. I will be visiting at least once a month till the end of eternity.

Absolutely delicious Açaí Bowls. The Fruit tasted great without been too tart and overly sweet. The toppings Berries, Granola and Coconut were a perfect mix and made for a great lunch. Cool neighborhood store with very friendly staff. Definitely be back.
This seemed like good açaí, I’m just not sure I really like açaí. The taste was nice and the presentation was cool, but it’s hard to get through so much of a dense frozen food.

Love at first try . The açaí bowls here are really tasty!, all the ingredients are always fresh and the staff is so kind and welcoming. I think not even in Brazil I had such a memorable experience with açai. (Don’t forget to add peanut butter. Açai and peanut butter just looove each other❤️ )

Top notch Acai bowl! Unlike many others in the city, Acai bowl from Oakberry is not diluted with concentrates so it remains healthy. Add to that a La Colombe coffee (available inside the Oakberry branch on McDougal) and youre set to start a great morning in WSP!

It’s really good, the consistency of the açaí is not quite the same as it is in Brazil (frozen), this one is on the melted down side, but the mixes are really good.

Other half went for a classic.The açai and fruits were really fresh and I loved the unique presentation in a cup. Loved it so much I went to the other branch the very next day and ordered the exact same thing. Im only in NY for a week but will try to go a third time!

2022-08-07Made a new core memory from my experience at Oakberry. Rochelle was the culprit. If you ever interact with her here you will understand. I asked her to freestyle my order and she did not disappoint. Her greeting skills are phenomenal. A true gem of a human being. A blessing on MacDougal St. I was hangry before I walked in, but nothing seems to matter anymore. I will be back!!

2022-08-08Fresh açai without refined sugar. If you get the açai bowl, there are unlimited toppings. They are natural and fresh like blueberries and strawberries. They use agave. The staff are always friendly. Just wish they add less agave as its a bit too sweet for me.

2022-08-13Its bonkers good. Ive tried a few Acai bowls in the past, but this is the first time Ive fallen in love with them. Tons of different options for toppings to keep things fresh. Its incredibly refreshing, especially with the current summer weather.Also, the cold brew coffee was super good. Boutique cafe quality coffee.Big recommend.
