Great place for a hike. Lots of marked trails to follow. Lots of roots to twist an ankle on so be aware of that.
Went hiking and camped over night here. Trails are well marked. Good fishing spot
Love this place! It is a nice, quiet set of cleared walking trails in the woods around a large pond. People often take their dogs or families, so dont be shy to take yours! The image Ive attached is of a photo I took while on a walk at Oakley. From what I have been told, you are allowed to camp there without having to reserve a spot. Definitely worth the trip and a revisit!
Love Oakley! Used to mountain bike there a lot... Great ttails for beginners, and more experienced riders, too. Now, we take the dogs out onto the trails and hike. Some really nice, scenic fishing spots... Lots of sunnies. You can take kayaks out and the like. Be sure to bring the bug spray, and sometimes large ant hills are quite active, but not a problem as long as you keep moving along. Trail markers could use some updating in some areas, but overall, a local favorite!

Outstanding. Something new to see every time. Beautiful setting, peaceful and great for dogs. You can let them off leash as long as theyre well behaved. Not many places around to do that. Lots of flowers, wildlife, mushrooms and berries. Fishing, camping, snowshoeing, xcountry skiing, mountain biking. You name it, you can do it here.

This is one of our favorite places to hike. There was quite a few Trails here and quite a bit to see. In addition it is very well maintained and the trails are hardly ever muddy even if when been raining quite a bit.
One my favorite places to go hiking. There are two areas of trails separated by a public road. While not crowded, usually youll see someone else hiking, biking or cross country skiing here. Also popular with hunters, so keep that in mind.
Very nice walk on a warm day. Not to strenuous, mostly level and very shady. But you have to watch out for the tree roots on the path. We walked on trail 1, some of trail 2 and 6. Parking was along the road. The entrance was near an intersection of 3 roads with plenty of room to park on the sides. The roads were not too busy on the day we were there which was a Sunday afternoon.
Best woods around for trail running. Multiple trail options. Let your Puppers Run Baby!

Great trails, easy access from Binghamton. Parking could be formalized, but thats kinda most stare trails for you.
One of my favorite places to take a walk through the hiking trails. Theres alot of different trails and it really is a beautiful place to get outside and be in nature.

Nice place to camp. It would be nicer if people cleaned up after them selves. I have carried out trash bags of Busch light cans!😤

Beautiful! Trails well marked!! Lots of red spotted newts on backside of yellow trail. So many we had to dodge them.
First time mountain biking these trails and had a great time! Something for every skill level and room for hikers as well.

Quiet and peaceful. Pretty neighborhood and nice trails. Parking can be tricky in some places on Hullsville Road.
This forest is always available to walk through. Ski or snowshoe in the winter. Skate when the ice is safe. I say a lean too is needed next.

Im not much of a fisherman but I did manage to catch the biggest sunfish Ive ever seen in lake 1. There are trails and small spots for camping.

Beautiful place with a lot to explore. Only down side are the pigs that leave their trash here and there. That however is their doing...not the forest.

2019-01-04Trails here are easy and well marked. South side trails follow the roads a lot so you dont feel too far out in the wilderness. Great for beginners and children!

2020-03-01Oakley Corners is a lovely forest with several trails. Personally, I favor the trails that run adjacent to the creek. There are lovely trees, small waterfalls, and of course critters!

2016-08-06A nice state forest for hikes, and primitive camping/backpacking. Unfortunately the experience is hurt by others leaving traces of old campsites, terrible bushcrafted half built shelters, and some trash here and there. Venture deeper into the forest on the trails and this disappears. Closest area for me to backpack and camp so Ive been there a few times. I will definitely go back, just hope people begin to follow the leave no trace philosophy there a little better.
